Hey guys, it's Will. And in today's video I want to cover with you the three steps to a $308,110 per month net profit.
Online coaching business.
Now there's really three kind of steps, three kind of components to getting to this level with your own online knowledge, business, online coaching, business, online school teaching thing.
And they are as follows. So number one, offer niche and price, number two, leads and calls. And number three, and this is really important if you want to scale to these levels, retention, LTV and back end offers. Okay, now we're going to go a little bit deeper than that later on. So what comes next? Why even bother? What are the maths? All of that kind of stuff. And I'm just going to have fun with you guys today and just go deep and give it all to you. If you want to sell your knowledge, coach people online and make a hell of a lot of money, have impact, have fun and really just live a bloody great life, this is how you do it. So let's dive in. Now for those of you who are newer to doing this, we're going to be focusing really one and two. And for those of you who are a little bit further ahead.
Number three is what's going to really make the difference. And more specifically, so our net profit margin at the moment is hovering around 88 to about 91% depending on the month and depending on whether we're playing with ads or not, which now this month we're actually not. So the margin will be more like 90, 91%. But for last month, the profit margin with a little bit of ad spend was 88.2%. So for every 100,000 that we would make in cash, I would actually take home $88,200 in profit. And obviously I don't pay corporation tax, I don't pay state tax, I don't pay income tax because I live in Dubai essentially. Now let's talk about number one. So offer niche and price. So if you want to scale to some pretty big numbers and I'll give you an example. So somebody messaged me on Instagram this morning and they said to me, will, I want to start one of these online coaching businesses. And I've got two ideas. Idea number one, I want to teach guitar. Guitar is my passion and I'd love to teach my passion and make money. My second idea, I'm very good at running sales processes, getting leads, getting calls and making sales infrastructure happen. Which one should I do? Now this is really important. I said to the guy, when I voice noted back this morning, I said if you just want to make 10, 20, 30k a month, something small, you can do either, you can really do either. But if you said to me, well, I want to scale to a million a month, really take this far, really grow this big, then I would say do the latter, do the sales process offer. Because it's a way bigger market. There's much more of a need for, for it in my opinion as well. It's just a deeper, broader, bigger, better offer that supports that level of scale. So let's start with this. What is your offer right now? Wherever you are, whether you are new, whether you're further ahead, wherever you are, what is your offer and what is the tam? The tam, the size of the market, basically total addressable market, basically means how big is your market, how many people can you serve? And also does the market refresh over time as well? So are there constantly new people coming into the market? That's really important because if you want to scale very far and by, by kind of very far, I would say 150,000amonth, 250,000amonth plus that to me is scaling pretty far, then you need to have an offer in a market in a niche that is big, that supports the scale, that refreshes itself over time and allows for that scale to happen. Now one great way to understand your market is get yourself on YouTube. Well, you're on fucking YouTube now, aren't you? So that's an easy one. Open up a new tab and just search your industry, your niche, you market. Now let's just say it's like.
Trading, for example. Well, filter by the videos with the most views and just look at two things. Number one, how many views are these videos getting? And number two, how many of those big videos are there? Now in a great market, there's going to be a lot of videos with a lot of views. And if that's the case, it's a wide, deep, large market, right?
And with that being the case, you can create an offer in that market that's going to allow you to scale right in to the market. And it's highly likely that the market refreshes. If it's that big, then it's going to be highly likely that the market refreshes right. Now on the other hand, let's take. And I'm just making this up, but maybe home renovations.
Okay, again, how many views do those videos have? How many videos are there that have half a million views, a million views, 2, 3 million views. Now, I've never searched that, so I don't have any idea, but I'd imagine that that market is a lot smaller than the trading market. All right, Almost for sure. So it's a smaller, narrower market. And here's another caveat as well. So when it comes to the niche, you've also got this avatar component and that feeds the pricing component as well. Now, what do I mean by that? What I mean is if your niche is small, you usually have to charge more money to make your business viable. Right? Whereas if you're in a much larger, deeper niche, then you can charge way lower and combat that with volume instead. Now, a good example of this is actually one of my clients, Mike Thurston. So he's a fitness professional, fitness influencer, and he has a fitness app that, quite honestly, anyone can use that. Whether you are male, whether you are female, whether you are young, whether you are old, whether you're in England or Dubai or India or Australia, you can use the app. And you can probably afford the app because I think it's like $12 a month or something like that. So that is as broad as broad can get. And. And because of that, you can do lower price, way higher volume. Right. Now let's say that you're in. And again, I'm kind of semi making this up. I've actually got a client in the knitting space and she. Well, last time I spoke to her about three months ago, she was charging 995 for, I think, three months. So 995, three months access. And the reason that she was charging 995 is because she doesn't want volume. She just wants quality people, just a few quality people to come in, contribute to the community, build connections and friendships and just have a really great experience with her offer. And naturally, it's a bit of a smaller niche. You know, compare trading is up here, knitting is probably down here with my limited knowledge of that market.
So you're either going to do really, really wide and broad and likely lower price. Not always. By the way, you can still do high ticket. And if you can, you should do high ticket for the sake of numbers and unit economics. We'll talk about that more later. So if you can do high ticket, do high ticket. But in a bigger, wider, deeper niche, you do have the ability, right, to go lower ticket, way more volume over time, and not really the way you want to go, unless you've got like a big audience, a massive niche that you can really penetrate. Okay, don't leave me any comments. Because of that word, by the way.
But that's. Can you see how this stuff kind of comes together, right, by talking about those three things? Now, your offer I've written down here, and hopefully you can read that phrase that I've written there. Nesb.
New, Easy, Safe, Big.
Now, if you can tick those four boxes, you are going to make a lot of money, you are going to make a lot of sales. That's just a fact. Because zooming out for a second here, let's talk about human psychology, right? One of the things that makes people interested in an offer is intrigue. So of course it's solving a problem. We all know that it's getting a desired outcome, it's solving a pain, but it is also intrigue. And that's why we have.
This unique mechanism. We'll talk about accolades in a second. But just to stay on unique mechanism, the reason that is so important is because let's say you come across a.
Client acquisition offer. I can get you five high ticket clients every single month, absolutely guaranteed. Because I figured out this LinkedIn loophole using this software that barely anyone even knows about. And I'm gonna do it for you completely myself, so you don't even have to put in any effort at all. Well, that starts to sound new. You're like, what's this LinkedIn loophole? And what's this software that no one knows about? It kind of sounds real, it sounds believable and it sounds new. And that's what you need to get people in the door. Because if your offer is just shit, basically it's like, I will get you more high ticket clients, I can show you how to acquire clients. Well, that's fucking boring, right? Yes, it may work, but it ain't going to cut through the market because there's no intrigue, there's no mechanism, there's nothing unique about it. Now, can you still sell it? Yes, you can. Are you going to cut through the market? No, you're not, right? So new, interesting, easy, done for you, Safe. It's a LinkedIn loophole. It's a software that does all the work for you on autopilot. You know, not many people know about it. Big. Nesb New, Easy, Safe, big. Can you see how when you combine those things, it's a really attractive offer that can cut through the market as well. So that kind of. You've got to use creativity when it comes to that formula. And you can just get away with one or two. It doesn't have to be all four as well. So just Keep that in mind. So what niche are you either going into or you are in right now? And how big is it, how deep is it, how wide is it? Does it support how far you want to scale? Because if you're in a knitting niche, you ain't scaling to a million a month. If you're in a trading niche, you can absolutely scale to a million a month. And I, in my last company, I scaled to just below a million a month. So I've been there and done it, or just below. So niche first and then how are you going to craft an offer that genuinely solves a pain.
Fits a desire in an nesb, ideally manner? Okay. And if you can do those two things, you're halfway there and then finally you want to charge a price. And I'll give you my formula for this in a second. But just surface level.
You need to charge the highest price that you physically can if you want to scale. Right. The reason for that is there are two types of traffic. Organic, paid. You cannot scale organic. Yes, you can do massive volume, but you can't control the volume. If you post a Instagram reel, a YouTube video, a TikTok video, it may do well, it may not. You can't control it. If you run paid ads, however, you can literally buy as much traffic as you desire. Okay, Now I'm not going to go into rising ad costs and all of that stuff in this video, but effectively, if you want to scale, you've got to run paid ads. If you want to scale far, that is. Now, there are rare exceptions because last month we made call it $308,000 net profit with barely any ad spend at all. A tiny bit, but not much. So there are exceptions, but it is, it's rare because you've really got to crush organic and you've got to have very high prices, ideally recurring prices and a deep back end, which we're going to talk about in a second, by the way, so on and so forth. So is it possible to scale to 1, 2, 300amonth without ads? Yes, it is. I'm doing it as we speak. Right. But if I want to scale to half a mil, I need ads, or I pretty much need ads. If I want to scale to a million a month, I need ads. Right? One of my buddies and clients actually. But one of my friends, Charlie Morgan, currently spends 6,000 a day on ads. $6,000 a day, right. That's a lot of money. A quarter of a million a month on ads. That is what gets him to 7, 8, 900amonth, cash. Okay? And when you scale using ads, you pay in your profit margin, right? Because it sucks up your profit margin like a fucking Dyson on crack. All right? So you've got to be aware of that, all right? If you want to keep the profit high, organic and a bit of ads, or just organic really is the way to go. But coming back to price, my point is this. If you're going to run ads, you need a high price because ads are not cheap, especially when you scale, because the further you scale, the more expensive ads become as well. So if you want to scale far, you're going to need ads. If you're going to run ads, you need a high price. Okay, I'll leave it at that for now.
And you should be charging high ticket for 99% of the people watching this. Just sell high ticket. Just sell high ticket. Just charge at least 2,3k on the low end. Don't do any low ticket. You don't really need a lead magnet in almost all cases. You certainly don't need a fucking school community. Fuck me. Let's not go there. Just sell high ticket, man. Sam Oven's. This was the tagline of Sam Oven's program, sell high ticket. Alright, so that's another conversation for another day. Just sell high ticket. It's going to make your life so much easier. You're going to make way more money, way faster with way less stress. And that's all that I've ever done to make the money that I've made.
So that's number one offer, niche price. Now next let's talk about leads and calls. So let's say you're in a great niche that you're happy with and that is going to allow you to scale as far as you want to scale. Ticking the box, you've built an offer which factors in all or some of the NESB principles. Tick in the box and you're charging an appropriate high ticket price. Another tick in the box. All right, so next we've got to talk about getting leads, getting calls, and that's literally, that's literally all that you've got to do. Now how do you get leads? Well, you get it through traffic and a funnel. Okay, so we've just talked about traffic, organic and paid. So you either make organic content, YouTube videos, Instagram Reels and posts, Twitter posts, TikTok videos if you're a 14 year old girl, paid hats if you've got the budget, ideally you want to do both with more of a balance on organic and then a little Bit of ads is the golden goose. Okay.
Get traffic, you're going to put it into a funnel, whether it's a webinar funnel, VSL funnel. I've already made a couple of videos on the channel about funnels and my funnel. So go and check those out after this video. If you need help on the funnel side of things.
That is going to spit out calls. Because what's going to happen is basically this. So people are going to basically come in and they're going to encounter your traffic. They're then going to go into your funnel and then they're going to book a sales call. Okay, Book a call. So that's the flow. And then when they've done that, they're going to become a customer.
And that formula right there. So get traffic, send it into a funnel, convert it to a call, convert it to a customer is literally all that you've got to do to make 1, 2, 3, 4, 500,000amonth. That is literally it. It's really that simple.
So that's how you get leads, that's how you get calls naturally take the calls and then have good conversations with people. And when someone is right for your programme, allow them access. And when someone is not right for your programme, refuse them access. Okay? That's how you operate with integrity and that's what you should be doing. Okay?
Now after that, we're down here at number three, Retention ltv, which stands for lifetime value and back end offers. Now if you want to keep your profit margin this high in the 80, 85, 90% range, back end offers are how that is done. Okay.
But let's talk about retention first.
So let's say that you sell a $5,000 program for six months of access or whatever, two months, three months, six months, whatever. When they come out of that, you should be focusing on retaining that customer if you want to scale far. So you've got to look after your customer and then have them retain, stay on and essentially keep paying you money. Now for me, I charge recurring high ticket prices, so it's not X for amount of months, it's just X per month. Cancel anytime. Okay? And this works immensely well. And in my opinion in most cases you can actually make a lot more money. So rather than having like 5k for 6 months, just do 1 1/2k a month or 2k a month, cancel anytime. And the reason that that works so well is because, well, two reasons. So number one, you have to deliver or the customer will leave. So it's good for your accountability. It's good for the customer because when they get amazing results they keep paying and paying and paying. And I've had people in my program for I think the longest is 13 months. And he's bought my mastermind twice, which we'll talk about in a second when we talk about back end offers. So this, the LTV that this builds is massive. It's absolutely massive and it's not impossible. But it's harder to build this with one time offers. It can be done. You can do say 5k for 3 months and then 499amonth if you want to stay in and then have a mastermind and have a workshop and have this and have that. But recurring pricing, recurring high ticket, that is, is a real game changer. It's a real game changer. And the reason that I started doing this is because in my last business we sold one time. So when I exited that company we sold an eight and a half thousand dollar program.
Lifetime access and every month we would start from zero. And it was just not nice. It was just not nice. And then I thought to myself, right, well I'm not going to do that again. I'm not going to put myself in that position again. I'm not going to make that mistake again. Which is why I now charge recurring high ticket. And it's better for the customer. It's easier to close people as well because it's easier to pay 2k per month than 10k for a 6 month program or whatever the pricing is. Right. So in my opinion there's only benefits to it and it's awesome for ltv. You make more money, you can scale further as well. That is why.
That'S why retention is so important because you then build up reliable levels of cash flow and you can have a sheet, you know, on the first of the month this person renews. On the third of the month, these three people renew. On the eighth of the month these four people renew. Right? So it gives you predictability in your cash flow.
And it makes you more overtime, it builds your lifetime value and then you can roll that back into scaling further. You can, you know, make better organic content. You can make more organic content, you can hire better team members, you can create a better infrastructure, you can use the profit to build more wealth. So the benefit is just amazing. You can spend it on ads and on and on. Now let's talk about back end offers because for me this is, God, this is probably.
20%, maybe a little bit more of all the cash that we collect. Not every Month, but certainly every quarter. And just some of the backend offers that I do are my one day workshop in Dubai, my three day mastermind that I do in Dubai, offers that I run on on Instagram for like one off calls with me or sometimes like when I was in Bali last month, I posted on my Instagram and I said, right, next Thursday I'm going to get eight people over to my villa and we're going to have a one day mastermind. It's just $3,000 per person.
So that really links back to the power of organic and having and building an audience. But these back end offers are a great way to produce more cash flow. And if you don't like doing stuff in person, by the way, you can do an online workshop, you can do an online mastermind as well. So it doesn't have to be in person, it doesn't have to be in your house or your apartment. You can do this in a podcast studio. If maybe you don't want to do it at home or you don't have an office or somewhere that looks good on zoom, do it in a podcast studio instead and just really be creative with the back end things that you do. Okay? You can also do things like upsell your customers. Because here's the thing, often when you sell a program that solves a problem, many a time a new problem is actually created, right? So for example.
I've actually got a client right now in the crypto niche and when they have made all their clients all the money that they foresee them making, and when the bull market comes to an end.
Their current offer is not going to work anymore. So they are going to start a fund.
And all the people that they've made money for, their next offer is going to be, well, now, would you like us to manage that and grow that, whether it's through currencies, whether it's through real estate, whatever it is. So they are foreseeing.
Selling more to their customers and solving the next problem, right? So I would ask you, what problem does your offer currently solve.
And when people have got the outcome that you get them, what's the next problem and can you solve that as well? So for me, it's sales reps. So when people come in and I double, triple, quadruple their business, usually people start out closing the calls themselves.
Their calendar gets completely booked up, then they need a sales rep and I can help them hire and ramp and train and manage a rep or two reps or three reps or whatever as part of my Back end. So that's another thing that I can sell to people that need it. I can also help them with.
Tracking, I can help them with tax set up, moving country, I don't make a lot of money from that, but it's an extra one or two or $3,000 per person and it all adds up. You know, when you're working with hundreds of clients.
That'S a lot of money. So what other problems are there to be solved when you've solved the first problem?
So retention, building lifetime value, using back end offers to build lifetime value and to retain your customers. So you can kind of loop those together in different ways. Recurring pricing, having a backend, if you have a one time price, when they finish the term, get them on a recurring payment. Do they need tax set up? Do they need sales reps? Do they need to sort out their tax.
You know, set up?
What else do they need? What else can you help them with over time? Right.
Now.
I'm just gonna, I'm just gonna back up for a second.
And I just want to come back to offer and talk about accolades because somebody said to me yesterday when I was on a coaching call with them, they said, will, I just can't think of a unique mechanism. I work in fitness and like, how else can I tell people that I can get them a six pack in, in 6, 8, 10, 12 weeks? There's just no unique way to describe that. And I said to the guy, well look, you don't have to have a unique mechanism. You can just rest on your accolades. So if you've got like a 10 out of 10 body, well that is part of your mechanism. If you have a YouTube channel with 400,000 subscribers, that is part of your uniqueness. You've been able to build such a big audience, build such a great reputation, create such a great body. So whatever that is for you, it doesn't have to be any sb, it can be you. Are you a doctor? Have you been in the field for 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 years? Have you been featured in magazines? Have you won awards? Whatever it is, if you can do both unique mechanism and accolades, you're going to bloody crush. You're going to bloody crush. So you can have one or the other, you can have both, but you've got to have at least one. Okay, just to differentiate you in some way. Now I just want to bounce back down here and talk about maths and tracking for a second. Now I know that this probably sounds fucking boring and you're thinking, just tell me how to make money. Don't talk to me about maths, but the maths is how you make the money. Because if you're not aware of your numbers, you don't know what's right and wrong, you don't know what to fix. Okay, so I'll give you an example. Now, one of my clients a few days ago came to me and said, I don't think that I'm booking enough sales calls. I'm getting loads of volume on Instagram, but I don't think that I'm booking enough sales calls. So what's the next question? Well, what is your VSL page? What's your sales page converting at? Obviously they didn't know the answer that. Now if you go to the link in the description of this video, the work with me link, that's going to take you to a page where I explain who I can and can't help and there's a little explainer video and you can book in a call with me if you want my help. This is not a pitch, by the way, but I'm just explaining the process. So if any of you watching this want my help with building or growing or of these businesses, you're going to go to that page and you're going to book a call.
Now, currently that page converts at 16%. Just above 16%. So for every 100 people that go to that page, 16 will book a call. Okay? Now an average rate for one of those pages is 10 to 15%. So if you're below 10%, something is wrong, something could be better. If you're above 15%, something is very right. You know, something good is happening and you don't really need to change anything. You can split, test and always try and be better, of course, but you're in the good zone, essentially. And our page is converting at 16% right now. So if you have one of these pages, sales page, VSL page, book a call page, what is it converting at? And it should be within that window of 10 to 15%. That's generally the sweet spot that I've seen over the last seven years of actually doing this. Okay.
Now with everything that we just covered there, number one, number two, number three, mechanism, accolades. Funnel structure, the maths, the tracking. And the tracking is super, super important. You should be tracking everything, by the way, Even how many YouTube views it takes you on average to get a call. Booked for us, it's about 610 right now. But just track everything, because if you don't track things, you don't know what's good and bad. You don't know what's right and wrong and you can't fix things. Okay? Now after that, let's say that you've done all of that, and whether it's working, whether it's not working, whenever I speak to anyone, whether they're in a good place, whether they're in a bad place.
This is always the question.
What'S the bottleneck?
What's the bottleneck for you right now? Because there's always one main thing that's wrong, that's stopping growth, that's preventing growth. And if you don't know what that is, you should be fucking worried. You should be very worried. But if you do know what that is, get clear on it and solve it. And when you solve a bottleneck, you instantly experience growth because businesses grow up to a constraint, right? So if you're hovering at a certain revenue level right now, there is some kind of problem, there is some kind of bottleneck in your business that you need to solve. And it's usually either traffic, sales, process, conversion, value, pricing, ltv, backend, it's one of those buckets. And if you solve it, you're going to instantly make more money. Instantly make more money. Okay? So what's the bottleneck? Your business will grow up to the constraint and no further really important. Number two, infrastructure. Now this comes back to the question, how far do you want to scale? Because for me, I don't want to scale to the moon, all right? I just want to make the most net profit and keep my profit margin as high as I physically can. So profit for me comes over scale and domination. Now, there's other people that I know personally. Domination comes over profit, right now, at least. And Sam Ovens had a year like that, the year where it was his biggest year ever. He made about $36 million. And I know this because he told me when I was in his mastermind. He told us all, and he made about $36 million with about 2 million of profit. So profit margin of 8%, 7%, something just. Just ludicrous. But he did that to grow and get reputation and build his audience. Then he went back the other way and went right back to the profit level.
So where are you at in terms of infrastructure? Are you looking to maximize profit or are you looking to give up your profit in order to scale? Okay, because you can't always do both. You can play. You can play the game and just keep an eye on your profit margin. And we were about to do this. We were about to Scale paid ads a little bit further, it's going to cost us in net margin and then we'll go back to LTV and backend and kind of circle back around. But profit or growth is the question there. And number three is happiness as well. Because.
When you scale right, it is fucking hard, it is stressful, it is costly. You've got to hire, fire, manage ramp, train track, bloody make new ads, run new ads, test everything, Stay on top of the infrastructure, stay on top of your cash flow and your team and your customers and the market. And it is a challenge to scale far and by far, I mean 250 per month plus like that's when from my experience things start being, being more difficult. Now that's usually if you're on the ad side and the big team side. We are not. Right now I've got a team of really three people. So two coaches, an assistant, a couple of kind of part time contractors. But my team is so, so, so, so lean and so simple, so, so easy to manage. And for me right now I prioritize happiness and fun and fulfillment over scale. I didn't used to, I used to sacrifice happiness and fun and fulfillment for scale. And that got me money. But wow, did it bring me fucking stress. Christ. Like I've been on both sides of this equation and for me at least making money, having fun, helping people, staying in balance and just making 2,300,000amonth net profit is the place to be. I'm going to scale a little bit further, but not much further. And I will never sacrifice happiness and fulfillment. I will never work with bad people. I will never work with scammy offers. I will never work with anyone that I don't like and trust and respect and enjoy working with just to make more money. Those days are gone. Those days are gone. Okay, but equally, there are two sides of the coin. I know people on both sides of the coin. You can be on whichever side you like, okay? But you've got to be conscious, you've got to be decisive and you've got to know where you're going when it comes to this stuff. Okay? So that's a really important caveat that comes too late. And feeding on from that.
Why bother at all? Why bother at all?
I'll tell you something. Money really makes you think. Money really makes you think. When you start to get everything that you've ever wanted and you buy your dream house with cash and you've got half a mil, one mil, two mil, cash in the bank, you start to really, really Think. And it does feedback to those things. So scale less profit, Fun, organic, more profit.
And I've never seen a case where that's not true, by the way. I'm sure there are exceptions. I'm sure that there's exceptions out there.
Okay? But largely.
That is true. Scale less profit and more headaches and more stress. Fun and organic only more profit, more fun, less stress. Okay?
And.
You'Re all going to get to the stage. So if you are watching this video right now and you're still with me at this point in the video, then that says to me that you are serious about this stuff. And whether you're new or you're already going, you are going to achieve great things. Because the fact that you can sit and watch a video for this long, you're in the 1%, you are in the 1% and you're going to win, you're going to succeed, you're going to figure this out and you're going to do very well. And there is going to come a point, wherever that point is for you. It might be 30, 50k a month, it might be 250, 350k a month. And I'll tell you what's going to happen. When you've got money pretty much solved.
You'Re going to enter a new season. And that season is going to be, do I really love what I do? Is my business built in the way that I want it to be built? Am I making the profit that I want to make? Or have I just scaled for the sake of scale? Am I working with good people, good team, good clients? Am I fulfilled and what do I really want? And you start to reevaluate things.
And it's a product of all this work. So honestly, all of this stuff, if you're starting from scratch, is 1, 2, 3, 4 years.
And then you're going to get here and this is the decision. These are the two things that you're going to be thinking about. And the reason that I'm sharing this is because it's so useful. I wish that I knew this in advance, man. I wish that I knew what I know now, back when I was building my old company, because I would have built it very differently. And the way that I'm building this company now is by learning from all my past mistakes. And this video is me sharing with you everything that I've learned from doing that, doing this.
And now being in this position where I'm fortunate enough to make this level of net income every month. Now, finally, for those of you who've stayed this long, I want to give you a bit of an extra bit of a bonus. And I don't really share this with people. And it kind of feeds back to what we've just talked about in regards to the mindset side of things. And this is my don't care strategy, which comes from abundance. Now, it's very hard to do this when you need money, when you need things to work, when you need leads and calls and clients and sales. Because my business strategy, if I had a business plan, this would be the title I Don't Care.
I Don't Care, which for most people is a weird and a bit of a shocking thing to hear. I recently spoke at a mastermind, Dan Bolton's mastermind, in Bali, and I spoke for like an hour all about this strategy. But when you don't want something, you get it in abundance. One of my mentors once said to me, will, when you no longer need money, you'll make the most money that you've ever made in your entire life, ever.
And wow, has that been true. When you don't need leads, you get leads. When you don't need calls, you get calls. When you don't need your YouTube videos to work, your YouTube videos blow up when you charge 5k because you are just in alignment with it. You're in abundance. You know, you're worth that amount and you don't really care, you know, for the people that don't see the value, you don't care because you only want to work with those few people that love you, trust you, respect you, believe in the offer and want in. Like my knitting client, by the way, he charges 995.
That's when everything comes to you. But when you need things, you repel them. It's like if you go out desperately needing a girlfriend, it's so hard to get one. And when you have a girlfriend, I'm sure many guys have experienced this, when you've got a girlfriend, other girls kind of come to you and you've just got a better energy because you, you don't need them. And that's a very attractive energy. So this don't care strategy is very powerful and it's made me a lot of money. And really it's the, in a way, it's the glue behind everything that we've covered in this video here today. Now.
Like I promised you guys, we've gone pretty deep in this video and, and we've covered some more beginner level stuff, more intermediate stuff, some mindset stuff, some future stuff, some of the things that glue this stuff together. So if you have any questions, any thoughts, if you have any other video suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Pop them in the comments section. And if you just do what we've covered here today, and you do it with a sense of abundance and you're real with yourself, you're true with yourself, you almost won't be able to help but to make not just money, but all the money that you've ever desired and dreamed of. So I hope it helps and I'll see you in the next video soon.
