$580,201/month making youtube videos - just copy me

Hey guys, it's Will. And last month my business generated $580,200. And I did it all through YouTube videos. And for the first time I'm really just going to break down and share with you how I make most of my money. And I wanted to break down how I even built this multi million dollar business in actually less than 90 days. And I did it all through YouTube. So I'm just gonna share the whole entire process that I did to do this in this video so, so that you guys can go out there and do this for yourself. And look, you don't need to have hundreds of thousands of views or subscribers and you don't need to have some like life changing business idea. It's actually really simple. I think it's one of the best business models for just about anybody who's looking to make some money online going into the rest of this year. So the business model that I use to bring in these results, it's just online education or in other words, you might call it coaching. Okay? That is how I generated that $580,200 last month. And the thing about coaching is even if you only have a basic skill like personal training, communication, stopping drinking, alcohol, all the way up to like more advanced skills like teaching people how to do physics, or trade financial markets, or learning land, a high paying software job, you can find your own lane. Okay? Every single one of you watching this, you've got something that you're good at. Maybe it's just playing video games or maybe it's actually helping people to scale the operations of their business. Like, like I do, right? Everybody has something that they're at least inclined to do. And if you can just get good enough at that thing, you can charge people pretty crazy amounts of money for what is called high ticket coaching. Okay? And that is a fact. And I can say that with, with that much confidence because I've built two eight figure online education businesses now. And my last one, I actually sold it last year to a private equity firm in America for millions of dollars. And in my, my current day coaching business, which is called build, grow and exit.com.

Today, I just want to kind of show you my whole funnel really and just how the business model works and just the ins and outs of it so that you can literally replicate this for yourself and make some money going into the, the rest of the year, this year by actually doing this and doing it properly as well. This is that thing that most people are not going to show you here on YouTube. So pay attention. And you'll probably be able to go make some money within the next few weeks if you really just focus and lock in on what I'm going to share with you today. So if you don't already know me, I have a YouTube channel that you're watching right now. And I've grown it from 0 to 75,000 subscribers now in just over a year. And I don't even try that hard to make these videos. I mean, right now I'm sat here in my office in Dubai and look, you might say, well, Will, you've got a really nice office, or you've got a nice watch, or you've got a nice view behind you. But that's kind of irrelevant because my videos, they barely get any views anyway, right? But I'm making more money than I've ever made in my entire life. And in fact, all the money that I've been making over this last month, it was my number one biggest month that I've ever had with over half a million dollars in net profit last month. And all I do is just make these simple, unplanned, unedited videos. People see them, they click the link at the top of the description. They can book in a call and apply to work with me. And then anyone who is a good fit, they come in and I just help them to do this for themselves, to build one of these businesses the right way. Okay? Now again, you're probably looking at this and saying, yeah, but you know, there's no way that I can do this because I don't have something to, to teach people right? Or I don't have a big channel, or I'm not rich and famous and successful. But when I tell you that right now we're entering into this era where in my opinion, it has never been easier than before to just start a YouTube channel and get it to become pretty successful, like, and I genuinely mean that. And you don't have to make a YouTube channel about a complicated thing. It can be about the thing that you love or anything. For example, I've got a client who makes 90 grand a month helping people to stop drinking alcohol. I've got a client who makes about 200 grand a month helping men get six packs. I've got a client who makes about 70 grand a month helping people start bookkeeping businesses from home. I've got a client who makes 40 grand a month helping people learn to run ads, paid ads for businesses. I've even got a client who's making about 18 grand a month teaching Knitting. Yes, I did just say knitting right? Now, I don't know about you guys, but if you go on your YouTube homepage and you click, you'll probably see more than ever all these new kind of random channels replicating my style, making unedited, unscripted videos that only get like 2, 3, 4 or 5,000 views. And you know, YouTube is actually pushing them more than ever. And that might not seem like a lot of views, right? But if only 10% of those people booking a call and buy, let's say a 2k or a 3k coaching package from you, that's a lot of money, right? Just do the math. Imagine how much you could make doing this if you just structure everything properly. Like I'll show you how in, in this video, okay? And this means that for you guys that are just starting out here, there is a huge opportunity right now. If you can just find a topic, something that you are pretty passionate about, something that you're good at, that other people would want to learn, you then make videos about that thing and you can have a mid to high ticket coaching program and you can make 20 or 50k a month, every single month. Just like pretty much all of my clients do. Okay? And again, I've worked with people from every niche that you could name or imagine. From crypto to sports betting, to psychology to sales, to dropshipping, addiction, accounting, God, just pretty much every business related industry you could think of. And a lot of these guys, they don't have channels with hundreds of thousands of subscribers. Most of them are just having channels with like 2 3, 5K 8K subscribers or something pretty small. But they're absolutely crushing it from a, from a net income perspective. Like I was on a call earlier with one of my clients who teaches people how to get jobs, like high paying software jobs, and he's a 24 year old kid making almost a million a month doing this exact structure that I'm talking about right now. I've got another guy that's doing dropshipping, coaching, same thing, he's 21 years old, he's doing 240 grand a month. So what I mean is if you're somebody that's just looking to get started and you're looking to build a business.

Man, I, I honestly believe there's no better business for you guys to get started with than this model that I am breaking down for you here today. You just make YouTube videos about something that you're passionate about or something that you love. Like I am doing now for you guys. You Create a high ticket coaching offer of some kind, course coaching group, one to one, whatever it is, anywhere from say 3 to 15k. And that can even be per month if you structure things properly as well. And you work directly with people, helping them to do that thing. And you just pump out as much good content as you can so you can get as many leads and sales calls as possible. And man, to build a 10,000amonth business doing this, it's only going to take you like three, four clients, maybe, maybe less depending on the price of your product a month. It's not that hard. Like, genuinely, when I say it's not that hard, I mean, I really mean it. You know, I give my one to one clients, my WhatsApp, my calendar to book in zoom calls with me whenever they need and I just get on there every single day. Usually I will wake up in the morning, I come here into the office for 15 to 30 minutes, I go through, answer everybody's messages on WhatsApp, maybe check my emails, you know, a couple days throughout the week, I have private calls with my clients. And it's a pretty good life, you know. You know, like I'm sat here in my office in Dubai, chilling out, having a coffee, you know, on, on the computer and I'm making multi six figures a month net profit. And all I have to do is type messages to people on WhatsApp and have some zoom calls. Like it's just so easy, it's so fun and it's very fulfilling as well. This is really the best business model in the world. And that's another thing. See, I've been doing this for eight years now, so I know how to make one of these coaching businesses. I know how to print money with one of these coaching businesses. But nowadays it's just really enjoyable because I just get to work with my dream clients from anywhere in the world. From my home in Bali, from here in my home in Dubai, England. It's very fun, it's very fulfilling, it's very profitable. So if you have something that you love and something that you're passionate about, then I really think you guys should start YouTube channel, start helping people and build one of these businesses. But the good news is, especially if you're pricing your coaching programs properly, you don't need to make a lot of sales to make pretty amazing money. So what I do on Instagram, I share my life stories of me traveling, you know, whatever I'm up to, eating out with my friends on a yacht, all that stuff. And I share client results and I post value on my stories, like ideas, strategies, suggestions to help you guys. And people just go to the link in my bio. They book a call when they need my help. They'll speak to me or a member of my team and either come on board or not come on board. This is literally the simplest business model that you could ever imagine in your life. And it is bringing in stupid amounts of money. Like just friggin stupid amounts of money. And if you're saying, oh well, yeah, you know, this is only working because you have like a big audience or you've sold your company or something. I started with a tiny audience, so that is not true that you need a big audience. There's so many small channels printing cash right now. And I know that because they're all either my clients or, or they're copying me, which is fine by the way. And they're still doing well. You know, that's why I made this video for all of you guys. Because I want you to see that this is one of the best business models that, that you can get started with. So I just want to finish up this video with giving you guys a bit more of, a bit more of a blueprint for how to get get started here. And no matter where you're at, no matter what level you are at.

I want to talk about first how to make a good video, okay? And also what you should sell depending on your industry. So the specialty of mine is obviously how to build and structure and scale one of these online information online coaching businesses, right? That's my niche now. And I mean I've done this twice. I've built two eight figure online coaching businesses in a row in two completely different niches. Trading first, business growth second. So if I was starting a brand new YouTube channel going into the rest of this year, the main thing that you need to do, well, number one is just friggin get started, all right? Just choose a niche, don't overthink it. And you have to structure the business properly. And there's four pillars, okay? Write these down. This is really important. Traffic, sales process, conversion and value. And I made these up. You need to get traffic, which is attention. You need to send the attention into an explainer video. You put a button to book a call below the video and that's where the conversion comes in. And then you go and close the sale and then you just give them value, you price your program properly and I'll put a free pricing guide video at the end of this one so that you can go and watch that next. And it's free. And that's it. That is literally it. It is so simple, okay? So get to get attention. You make content, you make YouTube videos and you make Instagram reels and so on and so forth. Then you make an explainer video like my one at the link in the description below. Then you book the calls and you just get on and chat to people and see if you can help them. And then you just sell them your program to help them, right? And they'll send you the money on the spot. Like we bring in 15 to 25k or more a day and people just send the money. They come in, I give them my WhatsApp, my online training program, which is about eight hours long, broken down into modules and lessons. And I Give them my private one to one calendar to book calls and off they go. And I just charge a monthly fee and the fee changes depending on if they want group coaching or one to one coaching or even me and my team to do it all for them in my.

My done for you program. And that's it really. So it's pretty simple. I mean even if you're just charging something like 3k or 4k, that's a great sale, isn't it? Maybe 3k for three months or 3k a month or something depending on what you help people with.

And if you just do a few sales a month, boom, you're making 10k, 20k a month. And then you can get into the more advanced stuff, right? If you want to scale to 100 grand or 200 grand or 300 grand or more, you can sell like add on products, services, running paid ads, hiring a team to run the business for you, all of the deeper stuff. But you don't need to do that to just make 10k or 20k a month or something right into your pocket. You don't need to do any of that to get to that smaller level. So after eight years of doing this and after working with newbies and making them into millionaires, some of them, and working with really famous people like Jordan Welch is one of my one to one clients. Mike Thurston was. Charlie Morgan attends my in person events to learn from me. Nero knowledge I took from 6k to about 200k a month. Jack Hopkins as well. I've worked with everyone by this stage. Big, small, big audience, no audience, low ticket, mid ticket, high ticket. They all mainly end up selling high ticket by the way. But I've done it all and, and I've seen it all by this stage. And it even paid for a mansion that I bought in Bali recently which I'm going to do a tour of for this channel soon. But that was paid by this whole thing as well.
