Bali entrepreneur shares PROOF of how much he earns per-day

This is a transcript of a YouTube vlog (uploaded July 21, 2025) featuring Will Brown with David and Oscar at his Bali compound. The video covers a day-in-the-life: breakfast, house tour, client/work routines, a YouTube strategy session with Oscar, and evening downtime. Key claims: Will’s YouTube channel (~79k subs) drives most lead flow (about 70%); channel views hover ~60k–110k/month; the business books ~11 sales calls/day; monthly cash collected reported ~$450k–$600k; a reported single-day revenue of ~£40,000; Will sold a previous business to private equity; personal purchases mentioned (watch ~£29,500); renovation estimate downstairs ~£125,000. The video blends tactical YouTube/marketing advice (VSL + survey funnel, pricing to improve lead quality, AB tests for thumbnails/CTRs) with lifestyle/entrepreneurial reflections (freedom, mentors, scaling).

Good morning, guys. What's going on?
What are we doing today?
Well, it is currently.
What time is it?
I think my watch is wrong. 1132. 1132. I've got 1129. So I've just woken up. It's half 11 on a Wednesday. It's Wednesday, isn't it?
Yeah, Wednesday.
Yep, Wednesday. And now we're gonna go for breakfast at one of my favourite breakfast places, Cabacaba Social. It is nice. It's very, very nice. We've got Lauren, we've got Goggins the dog.
Hearing the dogs yawning.
Good morning, buddy.
Good morning.
I was so tired, man. I've just built up so much tiredness that I added I needed a good sleep last night. I was in bed for like 13 hours. It wasn't I beautiful. So anyway, let's go get breakfast. We'll get on with the day. We've got Oscar the YouTube God coming over this afternoon. We're going to pull out the whiteboard and do some shooting and learning and planning on the YouTube strategy site and have a good day and see, see where life takes us on this beautiful Wednesday at half 11am let's go. Come on. Come on.
Go.
Come on, go.
Come on.
This, this is fun. Good lad. He's learning. He has, he has. He's literally on and he's ready to go.
It's very good.
So good, man. Awesome. It's like a robot. Oh, oh, he's off. No, he's not.
Drag it with him.
He thinks he can get away. Don't think so.
For some breakfast.
Some breakfast, buddy. Good boy. Give me a kiss. Give me. Hello.
Let's go.
It's it.
Easy, easy.
Where's Goggins? Does the dog make it?
That is how you go for breakfast.
Goggins.
Goggins. Just having a swinging.
That was such a fun drive. Such a fun drive. First thing in the morning through the.
Rice fields, in the sun.
On the scooter, in the sun.
It wakes you up.
Best thing ever, man.
Okay, good girl.
What are you doing?
Catching up on client whatsapps. Don't get that right now. Every morning, every morning, this is where the clients, well, the clients in the one to one program and the Dunfeeding program, they get my WhatsApp. We have like a group with me and my team. So every morning for the first time, you know, usually 15 minutes, 30 minutes, if I'm. If I've got free time like now, just hop on WhatsApp and just chat back to them, voice, note them, check, check their looms and just generally stay in the loop with them and answer the questions and help them really. So. And it's just easy, easy fun. This is when you work with great people, everything is so much easier.
And when you work with bad people, that happens.
Naughty dogs, naughty dogs, naughty dogs. SHOUTING AND BARKING it's fine, I'm happy to pay.
Cuz you know what?
I've had an incredible experience in your most time I know you actually live on. On a lot like you, it's worth every penny that I spent.
So.
Cuz even though I'm out.
Oh, this a testimonial.
There's literally a testimonial.
So this is one of my kind of a friend, but originally a client as well, a guy called Mehdi and he bought my Mastermind, I think twice the last two events in Dubai and we did some consulting together as well. And he was just asking me about when the next Bali Mastermind is and he said that he could help with bringing a few clients to it as well. So yeah, just seeing what he's saying. This is my work, this is my life.
Look at the smile on this face.
It's just, it's just helping people, doing the events, doing the calls, jamming with friends, like we're going to be doing when we go home with Oscar, which is going to be very fun. Just stuff like that, you know, it's easy, it's fun. Very fun.
What you got?
This is one of the world's best cappuccinos ever.
You heard it here?
Okay.
We're pretty much done. We've got one sack which is actually loop. Yeah.
I'll watch that later.
Otherwise, what's that? Good.
Finished.
Boom.
Check in on Splat and see how the sales team are doing.
Okay. How much money did we make yesterday? What? Tuesday?
We have to guess.
All right, I have a guess, right? You have a guess and I'll tell you.
For yesterday.
For yesterday. 10,000. £10,000.
10,000 is a lot though.
The dehydrated chicken.
11,000.
You might have to blank this out, but we did a 32,000. What? And an 8,000. So we did 40,000. 40K. About $50,000. Ish. Something like that.
50K USD.
Good day. Good day.
And that's a Tuesday.
That's a Tuesday.
That's crazy. Yeah, good. And why, why do you think you can do that these days?
I don't know, man. I think the strength of the brand, strength of the results that we get, the clients, strength of the YouTube reputation, almost 10 years doing it, a lot of Trust as well.
One of those people came to the.
Mastermind last week here in Bali. So you can came to the mastermind for £3,000 and then after the Mastermind he upgraded to one of the main programs for 32,000 pounds.
But the cool thing with you is like they give you all this money because you've got the value. Because these aren't like all like just sell. They're not one time clients. No, no, he's done the Mastermind, he's seen the value and now he's one for the full time coach. Right. The full fund is coaching you the.
Yep.
Next level.
And that guy also used to be a client as well. So he was a client back In I think 20, 23. And he gave me about, I can't remember, maybe 30 years back then. So he's, he's paid a lot now. And you know, the fact that he keeps coming, keeps coming back, keeps going into the Mastermind, he's just come back in, makes more money, makes more money. I mean he, dude, I've made him, I've made him over 2 million now. So I'm not surprised that he keeps coming back.
Yeah.
What makes a good YouTube video to you?
Yeah, so I think what makes a good YouTube video is when you watch it and you, you feel something, you feel like wow, that's true. Or oh my God, I didn't know that. Or oh, I can go and do that. Like when I was chatting to one of my clients this morning, I said something off the cuff and he was like, oh my God, I've never thought of that. I'm gonna go and do that immediately. I'm gonna do that with my clients. And just to me it's just these little things that are just meaningless to.
Me, to other people.
When you give them a little light bulb moment, a little breakthrough, or they watch one of your videos and they just take something from it. Whether it's emotion, whether it's value, whether it's a tip or a strategy, whether it's an idea. If you can just do that, that is a great video. That's all you need to do. You just need to give people just a little idea, strategy, tip, breakthrough, wow moment. And if you can do that. I was watching a video this morning and it gave me a wow moment. I was like, oh my God, I can't believe that. I just didn't think of that. I didn't know that. And sometimes for me it was like four minutes into a 30 minute video and I didn't even need to Watch the rest. So it was great. Just that kind of thing.
Yeah. Finish.
Thank you. Looks good to me.
Happy, man.
Very happy. Got my coffee, got my breakfast. We're in barley.
Chilled out.
Goins. Goin. What's this? What's this? Oh, good boy.
He does not mess about. That dog. That dog with sausages is like me with money.
Honestly, he. He will just. He is ruthless at getting that sausage.
He's not having it.
Watch out.
Hey. Hello.
There's.
Well done. Good boy.
Good boy. Goodbye. All right. What time is it? Half past twelve.
See you on the half past twelve. Half twelve.
What time's Oscar getting here?
I think around one now.
No one, isn't it?
Yeah, yeah.
Nice.
Give us a house tour.
I can give you a quick house tour. Yeah. Follow me. Let's go.
Yeah. The first time I walked in here, I was literally like, it's like a billionaire villains lair. It's such a massive compound. So cool.
Welcome home.
To the compound.
I want you to see how big this place is.
Yeah, it's nice. Nice. On a day like today where you can just see the pool, the greenery, you know, obviously you are out there. Later. Got the void from the Mastermind from last weekend. Some of the stuff that we covered on here, some of the problems, bits and bobs over there. This was one very important thing. Asymmetric activities. Make sure that the tasks that you're.
Doing are actually gonna give an ROI have an impact.
Yeah. What's going to give the most impact? So anyway, so this is floor one, technically floor two. We've got the. Underneath that we're developing right now. So we're putting a gym, cigar lounge, war room.
Sauna, ice bath, some kind of seating, second garden thing. So that'll be cool when that's done. And yeah, for now we've got a lounge, We've got Piero's bedroom. Whoa. Over here.
Are you sure you want to go in there?
I do not know whether I want to go in there. It's probably like two girls in there from last night, so we'll leave that one blank. We've got Ella's room.
She's probably asleep. I don't know. You want to find out?
Hello.
Hello.
Oh. Oh.
Good morning.
We can cut this.
We can cut this.
We're doing a house tour. How mess is your room? How mess is your room?
Sorry?
How mess is your room?
It's pretty messy. Terrible. We can't see it. It's my daughter.
So we've got one room taken by Piero.
You don't Want to go in there?
We've got another bedroom.
Definitely don't go in there.
And you know what? Right? This is actually one thing that I wanted from this house. I wanted friends to be able to come and stay, family to be able to come and stay somewhere where we can do a 6, 8, 10 person mastermind. And we've got an outside, we've got. Well, we're gonna have the gym. It's just like so nice to. It just feels like an environment where, I don't know, it's just. It just feels good to be able to welcome people in, like lots of people in and it's like a. Just a family energy. It's really good. So.
But the whole energy of this place is genuinely 10 out of 10. Like you're in nature, it's fresh, it's just peaceful. Like, honestly, I wake up and I just hear birds chirping and that peace of mind's incredible. That's probably why you have this clarity of thought. Like you see people's business problems and because you're so in such a clear space. Yeah, you just see through the. You just see through like the noise, through the clouds and just like. Oh, no, that's your problem. Yeah, right. And that comes from experience, but also your environment.
Exactly, exactly. So that's it. So that's half the downstairs. I'll show you the rest. Then we've got.
Bathroom.
Cinema room, which is.
That's where the magic happens.
Probably one of my favourite rooms in the house. Just to have a whiskey, put your feet up, chill out, watch some YouTube, watch some TV finance documentaries, CEO interviews, all that fun stuff.
What's your most favourite recent CEO interview?
What's my most favorite interview? I can't remember the guy's name. It was a guy that used to work.
He was a private equity guy who'd sold 24 companies and scaled a venture capital firm to I think 400 million. I can't remember the guy's name and honestly, it was very dry, it was very boring, but. But so much. It's funny. Like these guys that do the biggest things, they're not hypey guys, they're not. They barely have social media, they don't have any followers, they're not driving a Lamborghini, they're not on private jets, they're not constantly on seven holidays a year. They're just in the office learning and focusing and doing the deals, you know. But it's these guys that you've never heard of and even for me, I can't remember the guy's name. But.
If you, if you want to go and watch that, it is on the Social Capital YouTube channel with Thomas Cornwall, who's actually about to be a business partner of mine in a different venture that we're working on. Well, I'll tell you more about that later. For now, follow me upstairs.
Go for it and we'll carry on the tour.
So the ceilings are so high.
Indoor garden, which I love. The views across the Bali, little bins down there protecting the house.
I just love it up here. I love how you can see out those windows there. Just really, really beautiful green. You can see the mountains. These windows here.
Sun coming in. When it's blue skies, you can see downstairs.
Into the master bedroom.
Now, one thing that I will say, I've never had full time staff before, but we've got two full time staff here and it's amazing. I literally walked out of this room to go to breakfast and I come back and the bathroom is clean, the bedroom is clean, the bed is made. It's kind of laid out like a, like a show house again. It's absolutely awesome. So bedroom is here. He's really nice.
This is what you wake up to?
This is what we wake up to in the morning? Yes.
What's your first thought in the morning?
My first thought in the morning is where is Piero and how many girls do we bring last night? No, seriously, my first thought in the morning is like, honestly, it's just to get to work. Really, it's just like, I'm on the WhatsApp. I'm in the office. Are we going for breakfast or not? What are we doing today? Is anybody coming over? Do I have calls? I'm just. I always feel this. I just want to progress. I just want to get moving and get building and get stuff, get stuff going. So master bedroom.
Got the all the white T shirts here.
All the white T shirts.
Giant bathroom.
Sturdy marble bathroom, which is so cool because you can like literally see.
Through to the bedroom.
So that's the bathroom. We've got the pile of white T shirts, we've got the pile of Loros Lauras black T shirts. That's all the clothes that I own in the entire world. It's just that right there, that's it. It's literally like about 30 items and that's all that you need.
So that's the master bedroom and we've got another bedroom.
That's laundry, though.
This is just a laundry room. This is the laundry room.
Bedroom, bathroom.
I love the view out of this Bathroom. So, so nice. That's that. Hello. Yeah, no more money. How are you? What are you doing today? You're doing some work or are you just chilling?
Defending the house.
And finally.
My favorite room, the office.
This is by far the best room.
And this is where the work gets done, basically. So it's nice. Just got the desk, the light box. This is the camera that I use to film my YouTube videos. Just a built in imac camera. It's actually really good quality. That camera really is good quality. Microphone is important. Very comfortable chair. This is critical or else you're going to fuck your back. If you work as much as I work. And that's it. We've got a bathroom around the corner. I love this kind of stuff over here.
Hey, well, whose book is that?
That is my book.
That is a copy of my book to having the zoom, zoom background.
Yeah, you should read if you haven't yet.
Yeah, get a copy, give it a read. And that's it. That's it for the, for the tour. For now. I wish I could show you the downstairs, but it's not renovated yet, unfortunately. Can't wait for it to be renovated or else we could actually go in the gym. But for now, what we're going to do is. So we're waiting for Oscar to arrive in roughly 20 minutes.
Yeah.
Ish. Then we're going to do a session with Oscar downstairs, all about YouTube and content strategy and bits and bobs like that. And we maybe will go to the gym later. Just depends how I feel. After the Oscar session, we'll either go to the gym or we'll do the opposite. We'll have drinks and see guys on the patio and just chill. Probably do that, to be honest. But in terms of how I structure my day, this is pretty much it. I get up. If I want to work, I work. If I want to go for breakfast, I go for breakfast. If I want to have buddies over, I do. If I want to go to the gym, I do. This is part of the reason why I'm getting the gym downstairs, by the way, because when I've got that, I'll go every single morning. Every goddamn morning. So I know I can sort my fitness out that way. Another way. Otherwise we're just gonna do whatever we want.
It's one of the best coffees in Bali from Kava Kaba, Social precious cargo.
Put some sugar in.
Let me test it.
Good. Then I'm just gonna go and chill in the office for 20, 30 minutes till Oscar gets here. Go through the tracking Data go through the client data, go through the renewal data, catch up on a couple of looms.
And just generally chill.
Who's this? Who's this that's now in the villa? What's going on, brother?
I always got very sweaty barley.
Barley back.
Good man.
Better than, better than barley belly.
Sweaty barley back is better than barley bloody belly.
But you also had barley belly, didn't you?
Dude, you want some, you want some water?
I've already got some.
Oh, you got some. All right, cool.
Let me get kind of just the right.
Okay, well, for once I'm not the mentor, I'm the mentee. So why is that important? Well.
If you watch my content, right, One thing that I always say is, oh, one of my mentors. Oh, this old mentor. Oh, when I was being mentored by this person or when I was in this person's mastermind, and honestly, I say this, I can't say this with more conviction. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for about 300,000 that I've spent now on masterminds, courses, coaching programs, mentoring sessions, one off sessions. This thing just, just education, just literally the most impactful thing that I've ever done is find someone who's got what I want. And if they have a mastermind, I buy it. If they have a course, I buy it. If they have a coaching program, I buy it. I get in there and I just get their knowledge and get their experience so that I can get there faster, essentially. And whenever I meet someone that is bigger than me, better than me, knows more than me in any area, whether it's accounting, whether it's YouTube, whether it's hiring, which is a big thing for me right now is building a high performance team and so on and so forth. I just, I just get their help and if I can add some value back for them as well. So today we've got, obviously we've got Oscar with us over the afternoon and we're just going to jam on the YouTube side of things. Now, most people know me because of YouTube. I've gone from zero to almost 80,000 subscribers in about a year and a half, about two and a half million views completely organically. And it's made me a lot, a lot of money. If I had to put a number on it, it's millions of, of dollars in cash that we've done from YouTube over the last year and a half, which is great, right? But I'm just always aware, I'm like, what don't I know? There's something that I don't know. And Oscar's already given me a couple of breakthroughs recently. So we said let's just do a session today where he's gonna jam with us for half an hour, an hour, maybe a bit longer, until I kick him out when I get bored. And we'll see what we can discover, man. So let's get into it. Nice.
Well, see the pen, it's gone.
You should do that with all your masterminds now.
Okay, what a start. I'm now going to clip that. I'm going to be like, will, this is how you make all the money. And then as you go, what the fuck? How do you do that?
Today we're here with Will Brown and I'm actually going to let him introduce himself to the channel. So Will, can you explain who you are, what your channel teaches and just a little about yourself?
I am an entrepreneur. I have built two eight figure online course coaching businesses, E learning companies. Sold one of them to a private equity firm last year for all sorts of figures. The new consulting company is called build, grow and exit.com and I help people to build and grow and exit online course and coaching and E learning companies. So when I started my channel, I didn't have a plan, I didn't have a strategy, I didn't have anything. I just pressed record, talk, stop, upload, thought of a cool title. I just messed around and had fun basically. And that's what actually worked best, was just keeping it, just, just migrating. No other, no outside influence, no copying other channels, no remaking outliers, no strategy, just foot and me, basically.
Amazing. So let's just start off then with where your channel's currently at. So what's your subscriber count? How much money is it making right now? And then also where do you want to get to?
So at the moment we've got 79,000, I think 200 subs, give or take 50 or so. About 79k we get between. On a slow month we get about 60,000 views. On a good month we get about 110,000 views. It kind of hovers between 60k to about 110k views per month. And we book at the moment about.
About 11 sales calls per day.
And about 70% of those are from YouTube. And at the moment we're averaging about 450,000amonth dollars cash collected to about 600,000amonth cash collected.
And obviously that varies because I'd say from YouTube it's probably slightly higher just because there's more Trust built versus Instagram might be slightly lower. So that's probably quite conservative as well as my guess, at the end of the day with your channel, the more views you get, and we're talking about quality views here, the more sales calls you're going to book. Now the question is, what is the best way to get more views on your channel? And obviously You've been doing YouTube for a long time, so I don't want to stand here and say, oh, come up with better ideas or find outliers and replicate them, because you probably already know that. I think there are certain techniques that you're not using on your channel that could actually get you a lot more views a lot faster. And the first one is.
That will get you so many more views. I think those two things alone could get you to 750k easily.
Although I am. When we're done, I'm going upstairs and I'm doing the info immediately today. So that's getting done today.
Amazing.
That was unbelievable. That was just amazing. I've just got so many things to do, so many things to tweak and change, and this is. Give it a bit of time. This is gonna add some seamless new life.
This hour session, what do you think.
It will make you? Well, put it this way, this session will pay for the renovation downstairs. That's 125 grand. Thank you for the.
Not at all.
And then, Sigov, you're invited to the gym. You've got a bedroom in this house anytime for the rest of your life.
Amazing.
Thank you. Thank you so much, brother.
Appreciate it.
Utterly amazing.
Not at all.
Right, There you go. So we've just jammed for almost an hour and a half. That was. That was just so fun, man. That was just. It's funny, you just don't know what you don't know. It's just like, it's. Some of it is pretty damn simple, but you just need to be told it by someone that really knows it, you know, and it's. I do this with my clients. And now that just an amazing session. So, Oscar, follow this guy. Go to his YouTube, go to his Instagram, Work with him as well. He's the YouTube God. He's the YouTube G. Behind the scenes. Or maybe not behind the scenes. So anyway, now he's going to get some work done here in the lounge. I'm going to disappear upstairs and get on with some of the stuff we just talked about. And then we'll probably have drinks and cigars and chill out later and skip the gym. All right, so back to work we go. And Oscar, thanks again. Matt.
It.
You on a call? Huh?
Well, I thought you on a call.
I'm just working on.
A thing that thingy was telling me to do. Me.
You know what's amazing about this?
What?
It's like the speed of implementation. You basically did like a mastermind straight after. You come to a desk and you fucking apply it.
Yeah, I'm on it, man. I'm doing it. I'll show you the sheet. Right, so this is the sheet so far, right? So this was the sheet with all the videos, all the watch time, all the CTRs and stuff. Then I asked Claude to get me the top 30 ones, all the data. And I'm just going through them, disregarding the outliers and slowly getting. So these were the ones, you know, this was one, this was one, this was 1. And what I've done, I made this spreadsheet with the status of the test, the upload date, the test start date, original watch time, old ctr, new ctr, what I'm doing for the test, and I'm gonna give it 14 days. 30 days.
Does it automatically? 14 days?
Oh, perfect, man. Yeah.
You don't need to even worry about. I mean, this is cool. But what it will do when you do the ab split test, YouTube will just figure out the better one.
Yeah, brilliant, man. So just getting this done, I've done four so far. I've just got a few more to do. I'll probably be another 15 minutes, 20 minutes, and then we'll go and have a whiskey and have a cigar and enjoy the. The sunset. Awesome.
That's so cool because you literally instant speed of implementation.
Yeah, I just love it, man. I just love doing, doing the work. It doesn't really feel like work. It just feels, feels fun and it's so raw.
Like you're even doing this yourself.
Yeah, yeah, it's. This is one thing that I've learned. Like I could give this to my assistant, but then it's not going to get done for two days, three days, four days, and then I don't get to enjoy doing it myself. I don't get to control the process. And for something like this, it's just pretty simple, pretty easy, pretty fun. And I'd rather get it done now, you know, I hate waiting. There's a quote from, I think it was Jim Rohn, he just said, do it now, do it now. If you could do it today, do it today, you know, and I could do it today. So I'm doing It today.
That's cool. And you know what else is cool? Because I was thinking about why is. Why are you.
So.
Why. One of the. What are one of the reasons that you're so successful and why do people convert when they see your stuff? And it's because you're basically. You have like a skeleton team and you're literally like, this is live. This is not scripted or anything. This is you doing it yourself. So if anyone's watching this, it's like, you don't need a massive team of like 50,000 video editors. And this and this and this got Will Brown himself doing it. Doing it himself.
Yeah. I just love it, man. I think over the years, I've just slowly stacked all the skills that allow me to just do this myself, like copywriting Photoshop, making the videos, filming the videos, editing the videos, making the thumbnails. So. And honestly, I just really enjoy it. And anything I don't enjoy, I would hire someone else for. And we'll get someone else to do. But this, to me is. It's just easy.
It's also a bit of a creative outlet coming along. It's a bit of fun.
Yeah, it is. Yeah, it is, definitely. So, yeah, just cracking on, really, and. And getting it done. Then when I'm done, I'll come and see you guys downstairs. Cool. Sounds good.
See you in a bit.
See you in a bit.
And give other work.
What should I say?
Is it just.
What are you rubbing off?
Will you want to know? This is. This is what happens when you have children over to play.
They play. Are you one of the children?
I'm actually the God. You are. Children.
Need to give this back to.
What's the plan, man?
Well, I'm gonna have a cigar. It's. What time is it now? I don't know whether my watch is right, but my watch says quarter past four.
Yeah.
What's this?
Oh, nice watch. Really bad angle.
Quarter past.
I just see gold, so I can't even see the time. All this is money.
Gold watches, we've learned multiple gold. Is that just one watch that you always wear?
This is my one and only watch. This is my dream watch. It was my dream watch because some of my mentors and people that I looked up to had it. Sam Oven's had it. Patrick that David had it. And I just wanted it to because they inspired me to. To get it. And it was like a nice.
Can I ask the question?
Yeah, yeah.
How much did it cost?
It cost £29,500. I bought it from James Blackwell's. Brothers watch shop. I can't remember the name of it in Newcastle.
And how much did you make yesterday?
Yesterday? £40,000.
Not bad.
Yeah, so. And I think it's worth a bit more now. I paid say call it 30. I think it's worth maybe 35, 37. I'll never send it.
So either you guide. I can't speak today. Either of you guys want a cigar?
If you don't mind.
Yeah, I'm will be back soon.
He's not a smoker. It's perfect lungs for YouTube.
Let's see what we got.
Are you working today, Oscar? I've got a call at midnight. Ah, cool.
Right.
I'll smoke this one today. This one was a gift.
This he took battered cigar. You see here. It's a Monte Cristo. Yep. And it. It's falling apart. It's falling apart. But I'll give it my best shot.
Yeah.
If I cut it there.
I think you cut it. Cut it shallow. Who's it a gift from?
This was a gift from. From a extremely talented videographer.
Oh, really?
You?
Yeah.
But now it's just looking at your face. I can't show this car.
There you go. Better?
Amazing.
Good.
Amazing.
And I might just have to cook.
The end off as well. To be honest. I might have to just put.
Go to the end.
And if I.
Cut off, there's gonna be no cigar left.
I thought I was thinking that. There we go. It's short and it's small. You know what?
Short but sweet.
Well, I mean this is all I wanted really. I just wanted a quick cigar. So I just worked out pretty easy. There you go. Worked out pretty well.
Get my hands in it.
What? No, no. Do that again.
Hey, wait.
Look at this.
What you've got to look at through the camera lens though.
I'll look through the camera lens. Okay.
We've got a cigar.
Yeah. What the. How the.
We're doing again. Now let me look at. Not the camera.
I'm gonna do like this. It's eye level, so you gotta go.
Wow. Unbelievable.
What's that?
This is Valentine's finest scotch. Scotch whiskey. I will have a.
A glass of scotch.
Scotch good.
Oh, cuz you're doing motorbike after.
Oh, yeah.
I shouldn't.
Yeah, no, you should. You need liquid courage.
Just a little scotch.
I. I thought you're making a joke there.
No, no, no. Like you should, you should.
You're looking at me like.
I know.
I've never.
I've never like.
Well, you can. What is the difference?
It's just like you have literally the gears in the.
Yes, it's the same. Start riding a bike too much.
Easy.
Just wet the nib.
Yeah.
Why do you drink whiskey from a wine glass?
Because I don't have a whiskey glass.
That's a good.
Ooh.
If anyone wants to be one of Will's besties, buy him a whiskey glass. You're going to have a thousand whiskey glasses turn up at your door.
Now I need.
Got to put his address in the description.
No, no address.
We're actually not even in Bali. Let's send them the wrong way.
This is Dubai.
Let me show you.
It.
To go in, to actually do it right. Yeah, yeah, I agree with that. But.
I also have another.
Do you want to sit here? Let me sit there.
I don't know what's best here. It's going to be a mission to light these police cigars with this shitty lighter. We're just going to have to do our best.
Send lighters too, please.
Yeah, I need. I need. I need a brandy glass, a whiskey glass, and I need a lighter. This is the best I've got right now. I ran out of. I've got a cigar lighter, but it's out of gas.
Yeah.
And I can't find gas to fill it up.
Not to put. You know, to refuel a lighter.
It's got a little thing, the nozzle.
So at the moment I've just. This thing will have to do.
My ass is wet now.
Do you want your thingy?
No, no, no. We'll come back up in a sec. I just need to lightly.
Down here yet.
I haven't actually. No.
I need shoes.
Down here. Right. You hold that.
Oh.
If you can.
It's like you're at university.
I hope my mom doesn't find me lighting the cigar down.
You're like just lighting it in your basement.
I expect to see a couple of hobos around the corner as well.
I've been some house parties in Manchester like this.
Yeah, me too.
Did guys. Did you know that Will was a dj? Did you know? No. Boiler Room. I think a lot of people don't know. You used to DJ. I bet you DJ'd in places like this.
He did. Boiler room.
How old were you when you stopped?
26, I think.
Age 26. You stopped and then you started making money.
Yeah. Yeah. Stop doing music, started making money.
You went straight into the trading company.
Yeah.
There you go.
Bosch. Bosch.
Bosch. Goggins didn't come in here.
When did you start smoking cigars?
When I met a very.
Young smoker called Imangati.
Really?
Almost there. Give it a roll.
Give it a roll.
This light is crap.
Yes.
I think we made it.
Made it.
All right, let's go. Let's go back upstairs, back to the whiskey, back to the sunset. Let's go. All right. After you, mate.
I'll shut this.
Thank you.
Look at this cheeky bastard.
Look at his tail.
Come on out, David, when you ready.
Now we can just relax. We've got a bit of work done, we've got a bit of learning done. Now we can just enjoy the afternoon.
Learning and earning.
Isn't that a guaranteed thing that will offer?
I'm getting from YouTube again. I've got a small channel and last month I had 40 to 50 book calls which is still a lot for a channel with 20,000 subscribers or so.
So.
But a lot of them are unqualified so they're DQ'd straight away. It happens, obviously. But one thing that I was thinking about was because I want to work or I do work with coaches, consultants. That's my icp, the way in which my funnel works right now I try lots of different things all the time but I was going to try something slightly different but I want to get your thoughts on it. But the funnel right now is YouTube video to 15 minute free triage course call. If they're quite. They simply fill out a form. If they're super qualified. You have the TR call 15 minutes, get to know them. The close rate for the actual sales cost is so much higher because they already trust you.
Yeah.
So I've been doing that. There's just so many people applying to the true edge course. It's free in 15 minutes and I don't know if that devalues because I also do them myself because it really boosts trust. I don't know if that devalues me. So what I was thinking was what If I had YouTube video to a.
Channel live channel audit strategy session that's let's say $500 and then from there upsell them to a purchasing program.
We, we have tried charging for mini value calls, mini sales calls in the past. It's. It's just, it just blurs the lines. It's just really because it's kind of not that valuable but in bit. But really you want to get them on a sales call and sell them the main thing. I wouldn't encourage you, man. I wouldn't encourage you. I don't think you should be taking the. The triages yourself. It's nice to gatekeep. I mean the fact that you're taking the sales calls at all. Yeah, it's great.
So I don't do the sales. It's just a triage and I'll have them on like two days a week and I just block them out. So I don't do the sales calls myself. I've got a closer, but I don't have a.
I don't have a. So for the triadicals I do do myself, it's 15 minutes and then it's increased my close rate because they trust me. And then I just say, oh, so with a sales call you're gonna be speaking to my head fulfillment here.
They get a touch point with you.
Yeah, they like, they go. They're always surprised that I'm on the call as well.
Yeah, that's 15 minutes. That is good. 15. How many do you do?
We could do 10.
How many do you do like a week?
It depends because obviously I'm only doing organic right now, so there's not much consistency. But over the last three or four months picked up a lot, which is great. And so last month there was over 30. I just do them two days a week.
What's the bottleneck right now in, in, in the business?
I think it's quality.
Quality.
Yeah, because there's a lot of. I think that's what we talked about the other day, which is videos get a lot of views.
Views, Yeah.
A lot of people go through my funnel.
Are we talking about your business channel here?
Yeah, business channel.
Business channel, yeah. So that's. I'm surprised that they're not that quality.
There is quality. And again, to build a high ticket business, you only need like realistically to make 20, 30k a month, you only need like 5 or 6 people.
Yeah, very true.
It's more just scaling that.
Yeah, yeah. Well, I was at a Mastermind last year and someone put their hand up and they said there to whoever masterminds it was, they said, I'm really struggling with lead quality. You know, a lot of people unqualified. What's the solution? And the person whose mastermind it was, they said, well, yeah, 80% of the world is unqualified. 80% of humans on planet Earth don't have the money for a high ticket program.
Yeah, that's true.
So naturally you're gonna get a lot of unqualified people. You get it? I get it. Sam Ovens gets it. Cole Gordon gets it. We, we all get it. You know what, what is your, your close rate?
It's probably like 50, 60 if that. But They've already gone through a triage ball and they're already like, watch my channel. And it's all through YouTube. So I don't think that's exceptional. So I'm not a great salesman for sure.
It's very good. 50, 60.
It's just because they trust me, because they've watched my videos. I'm sort of playing around with closes right now because it's just a recent thing. So it's lower than mine. Maybe it's like one in four, but from what the closest. So I've been testing out stuff. They said it's a really good offer because it's like a lot of people really want the YouTube thing. It's not a hard sell. So if they want it and they've seen my stuff, it's actually pretty high. But I don't know the exact percentage.
Yeah, it doesn't surprise me.
There's a lot of people who want to do YouTube to become like a gamer or to become an entertainment person or they're like a 18 year old kid and they want to get some views on YouTube and I tracked a lot of those people to my videos as well because I have good thumbnails and good titles. And so the things that's going through my head right now is I almost feel like maybe I need to pre qualify people in my video a lot more to like almost reject the people that don't want to work with me. That's why I asked you yesterday. I was like, what would you click on? What would get you to click on a video to like learn that thing for me?
Right. Here's how I think about it. I Want to keep YouTube as broad as possible. Filter them using the VSL and specifically the survey.
Yeah.
So anyone can see the YouTube and if they're thinking of working with me, they can click through to the vsl.
Yeah.
And it's pretty high friction. And I'm like, listen, don't work me with me this, don't work with me if that. Then I filter them there and if they feel like they're a good fit, they'll go to book call. Then they fill out the survey and then we can. That's like a catch on. Then we can push them aside if they're not a good fit or get on a call if they are a good fit. So I try and get as many people in the top using YouTube and then use those steps to get them out. Yeah, you know, that's how I think.
About it because it's easy to filter People through funnel and stuff as well, through the surveys.
It's a lot easier that way. Way. It's a lot easier that way. But the videos, you can control it with your videos, of course. But YouTube's doing well. You're booking a decent amount of calls, you triage them and then you've got a closer closing them. And what's the close rate on the booked calls? So for all booked calls, qualified or not, everyone that you take a triage with, what would the close rate be on those totes?
Total book calls, but unqualified ones. Oh, that's like. That'll be up there in like the following. But a lot of them are just like time wasters. Indian gamers who want to grow on YouTube. I say like, how much you earning? It's zero to 1k.
What's wrong with Indian gamers? Don't discriminate against Indian gamers. Okay. I'm only joking.
Of the 15, given that I'm not doing because I just don't have the time to sit on a sales call for an hour, handle objections, all that stuff.
Yeah.
Let's just say the close rate is 1 in. If I was doing it, it could be want like 50%. It could be maybe a little bit less. But I just genuinely, I'd rather not do that and focus on other things in my business.
Yeah.
So let's just say the closes that I've got two people that I'm just kind of playing around with right now. Yeah. Let's just say one in four and I have.
Yeah.
So that would be three to four.
40 in total. About 15 qualified, it sounds like. Let's just say you're on the floor. So that'd be about 7 sales then. 50% of 15. About 7 sales. Ish. And how much cash is that 7 sales going to generate? Yeah. So about 6 12, 18. Not about 35 grand. Yeah, ish.
But it just. Just depending on how the month goes.
Yeah.
I wouldn't ever say like, I think this is, this is the, the honest problem with organic is you just can't guarantee that until you've got that baseline followers, you can't control it. Exactly.
You can't scale.
And for me, with this channel, I'm still early days. So when you post a video, you kind of know you're gonna get minimum, let's say 5k views.
Got an idea? I've got an idea.
Let's bloody go wait there.
This guy's gonna love these ideas. You can't film it.
All the other YouTube strashes.
Will know. I've got three ideas for you.
Yeah.
Right now, number one, one thing that's really gonna help you, you is.
Well, dude, I'm not sure whether you met him. Did you meet Rio, the Canadian?
No.
No. So there's a guy that came to my mastermind who I've been coaching for about four months and in month two, he. He was in a similar place to you. He was. Had a pretty big YouTube channel. He kind of just said what you just said. Oh, I'm booking a few calls a month. Some are qualified, some aren't. And I said to him, right, step one, let's triple this business. Really? It went from about 7,8k a month to about 25k a month just with only. And that should book you an extra one to maybe two calls a day. Yeah, let's say one call. It's an extra 30 calls a month. The second thing I would do if you're up for it.
Is, dude, that doubled our business.
Seriously?
Yeah, we went from about 300k a month to about 600k a month with that one fucking change.
I.
Seriously, seriously, not that one change. Yeah. Unbelievable.
Can I get pen and pay? I just want to write down the.
Yeah, it was so funny.
I was trying to give them a tip.
Price controls client value.
Yeah.
So the higher your price, the less people you work with with, but the more serious people you work with.
Definitely.
So just use it to set the tone and sometimes you've just got to test it. The higher the price, the better the client. The better the client, the more respectful you are. The more respectful you are, the easier, more fun it is and you make more money. So it's really weird. There's a top part which just makes no sense.
It's weird, isn't?
I agree. Everything.
And you get them better results as well because you're more time with them.
Like I was reading a book yesterday called the Value of Others and there was a part in there and it said, I can't remember the sentence or the context, but it was like 10 out of 10 girls that will love you and never cheat on you and cook and clean for you and support you and all this stuff. They're about as rare as having a job that is extremely high paid, very easy and very fulfilling. I was like, that's my job. That's literally my job. It's easy, it's immensely high pain and it's very fun and fulfilling. I was like, I'm living the dream.
That's incredible.
But other people can live the Dream too. You've just gotta structure in the right bloody way. And it's so strange. People just don't dare or don't know how to just get that top part. But I've just told you how to get that top.
The.
The shift from just solely relying on paid ads, obviously it still works, but having like an organic engine behind it just to build trust at scale, as we just talked about, is invaluable.
Both is good. You know, ads are great because they're so controllable and scalable. Yeah, organic is bad because it's not controllable and not scalable. But organic is better because it builds so much more trust and it's. More people just can come into your world. They're not being forced with an ad. You're forcing them into your world, you know, so they've both got massive upsides and massive downsides. Yeah, organic is. Can be so hard. Paid ads is so easy. Yeah, but this is better. But that's worse. Your ads can just go off, you know, if you're. If you're crushing it with ads, well, your account can just go down and you are just instantly.
Yeah. You know, I always say with people who want to do YouTube, like, I think, what's that?
It's a kite. Kite. Strange.
The kids are so innocent around here.
They just like walk around, fly the kites, you know, no iPads, no phones, no imacs.
They're just very raw and real, you.
Know, they're like your YouTube videos.
Like my YouTube video.
Yes, I'm with you. Like, do you enjoy uploading a video or do you. But alternative question, do you enjoy the process of making a video?
Fuck yeah.
There you go. So I think. I think the most uploading a video. That's cool, whatever. But like, I love. I love ideating, but I love sort of sitting down going, oh, this would be an interesting title like we were talking about earlier.
Yeah.
And when you can. To make YouTube easy, fall in love with the process. And to find fall in love the process, you've got to study it a bit. And really that's when you outsource everything. It's a little bit like, yeah, okay, you don't want to maybe do the editing and stuff yourself, that's fine. But like, fall in love with the. I think Matt Gray talks about being the cio, become the Chief Ideas Officer for your channel, which is quite an interesting way to put it.
Cute boy, aren't you, buddy?
Yeah. I was gonna start asking about this dog.
Yeah. Do you like running will I do like running. Yeah.
I do want to do morning runs whilst I'm here.
Fuck, no.
I like to.
I don't either.
One thing that's. Right. One thing that's really important to me now at the moment is just pure freedom.
Yeah.
You know, I just really like to go to bed when I want, wake up when I want. If I want to go for breakfast, I will. If I want to drink and smoke cigars, I will. If I want to work, I will. If I don't want to work, I will. I just. I'm having a little season of just pure freedom, you know, and it's. It's really nice.
What's the next stage for them? Because obviously you've got.
You.
You don't need to make any more. Especially living in Bali.
Yeah.
It's equivalent of, like, what you're. If comparison to, like, now versus Dubai, you've almost, like, doubled the amount of money more so than you have. Because $1 here goes so much further than it does in Dubai.
Yeah.
So what's like if. If almost for you, Is it like more of a game? Like you want to make more money because. Not because you need it, but because. Because it's. It's a. Gives you purpose and it's like a game that you're playing, or is it. Is there something else?
It is fun and seeing how far I can go. So it's a fun game now. And.
For me, what's the best way to say this? Like, the more I don't need to do it, the more I want to. To do it, you know, so I've got to the stage now where I don't need to do it, but I actually want to do it more than ever, you know, because back in the day, I had to do it, you know, Like, I have fucking had to do it because I just didn't have any money. And I was. So that is what drove me back then. I was like, I've gotta make it. I've got to do it. But now that I've done it.
Now I can do it without needing to. It's just better energy. Energy.
But something that I find interesting. So before you talking about the pleasure and the pain and I going towards the pleasure, plus being pushed away from the pain. So before you're really pushed by the pain of, like, I can't be broke.
Yeah.
And, like, this pleasure of this future.
Yeah.
Now, like, I'm assuming that pain's gone.
It is gone of the brokers. It's completely gone. But. Yeah.
Is there the pain of like, I don't know what words the pain, pain quote, unquote. I'll do this of like out competing or like being beaten by people and wanting to surpass that.
Is that what you say?
Yeah. If there is any pain. The pain now is not being.
Pain now is not being. The best is having the opportunity. It's basically, I've got the opportunity to do great things and if I don't, then that's such a stupid waste. When you've got the ability and you don't use it. Yeah, like that's just a massive waste. This is why I want to become a billionaire. Because I know that if I do the right thing and I really work hard, I've got the time and the capacity to do it. So if I didn't do it, I'd just be letting myself down.
Income or money, going from 0 to 10k. Would you say that's harder than going from 10 to 100 or 100 to a million?
0 to 10 is easier. Would you say so? Definitely easier. So for me, right, well, no, let's use a client as an example.
Yeah.
Like 10k is just so, so, so, so, so easy. It's just so easy. It's like two units of a 5K program.
Yeah.
All you need to do is, I mean, if you use paid ads, like let's say you were a raw beginner. Yeah. Right. But you have a great skill or something. We could write ads today and produce them today. Right. A VSL today and produce it today. Do the funnel today, turn your ads on today. You could have booked calls by tomorrow and within two to three days if you could close the calls. Well, yeah, you could have 10k in the bank in 3 days.
Yeah. Even if the margins are slashed, it's still like. I agree.
But to get to 100k.
Everything'S got to be really dialed, really dialed. Like you've got to have good call flow, good processes, be good on the phone, have good pricing and unit economics, good at delivery. So to get to 100k is a bit harder, I think.
Yeah, that makes sense. That makes sense.
And to a million is very hard.
Some of his videos are word for word scripts by someone else and he. But he's trained someone up for a year to do it top down. Cameras.
I think he got some of that. Sorry, dude. I think he got some of that in his mouth. Look at his little brain.
On camera.
You've mosquito spray this man.
Oh, got to give him some water.
Get some water. Give him some water.
Throw him in the pool.
Are you going to try. Are you getting any water?
That's going to be disgusting.
Yeah, he's like, what the is this? Give him some pool water or something.
A poor, poor thing.
That's not going to work. I know it's not going to work.
Oh, baby.
I was gonna sprout on Pierre just away.
I wasn't worried about that. Poor bloody thing.
He only usually looks like that at Pierrot.
I know.
Gets his teeth out. Yeah.
He doesn't trust you anymore.
Oh, no, he doesn't.
Poor thing. Oh, you had a good day? Had a good day. Yes. Yes, you have. He's had a good day. Film. Yeah. Right, well, this is the end of the. The day. This is the end of the vlog. So Oscar is going to leave in a sec. You're going to leave in a sec. I'm going to go for dinner with my partner Lauren, which, unfortunately, I can't film. You know, I just want to spend some time with Lauren and.
Quality time.
Quality time. And I'll probably get a bit more work done tonight on the YouTube side. What are you doing? What are you doing? Jump up. What are you doing? What are you doing? Don't know what he's doing. Hey, get off me. Get off me. Get off me.
So that's it for today. Go and Enjoy the other YouTube videos here on the channel and I'll see you guys back here soon. Take care for now.
Bye, Joggins.
Say goodbye.
