How can you expect to get rich when you don't even understand this

Will explains why most people stay poor: they don't understand that money is just value exchange. He breaks down how to scale a business by solving problems for more people, positioning your solution to the right market, and iterating based on what actually works.

Hey guys, it's will. And making money is not magic. And it's not hard. It's just cause and effect. And if you just watched this whole video here today, you will understand how to make all the money that you want and desire and deserve in life.
Now let's start with what is money? Because look, here's the thing. If you don't understand money, how the hell can you make more of it? You've, you've got to understand what money is in order to understand cause and effect and to make all the money that you want. I just want to say if this stuff sounds a bit complex and high level and woo woo, it's not. Just bear with me and let me explain, okay? And as we move through the video, you're really going to have some big realizations, some big light bulb moments. And again, by the end of this video, when you walk away from this, you are going to be so clear on what money is, how to make more of it, how to get control over how much you make and influence how much you make through cause and effect. Because again, making money is not magic. It's not something that, when you know what I'm going to tell you today, it's not something that you're going to struggle to do. It's not going to be hard for you to make money. You're going to be able to influence the cause and effect by the end of this video. So stay with me now. To begin with, what is money? Again, if you don't understand what money is, how on earth can you make it? Money is simply value exchange. Okay?
So I help people to grow their businesses. That is value. People give me money in exchange for me helping them to build and grow and exit their businesses. So I create value. And humans on earth today exchange money for value. Right? Now, back before currency existed, way back, we used to live in what was called a barter economy where you might have some eggs and some chickens and I might have, I don't know, some, some horses, some other animals, maybe even a home, a house, a farm of some kind, who knows? You would have items? I would have items, right. And we would have to exchange those items. So I would say to you, look, would you mind if I give you four packets of eggs and a horse in return for the ability to use your farm one week of every month or something like that? We would have to barter, right? And the reason that money was even invented.
Is to make that whole process easier. So that, because if you said to me, oh no, I Listen, I want three horses and 15 packets of eggs. If I didn't have that, well, I was just out of luck, right? And I would have to somehow go and go and get that in order to barter with you successfully and get what I want, right? The reason that money exists is because of the double coincidence of wants, which is exactly what I've just described to you, the barter economy and how difficult that was for humans. Money makes it no longer difficult because things just have a price tag. And if you have the money, you can buy the value. And value can be anything from a white T shirt, an apartment like the one that I'm standing in right now, this gold Rolex, the microphone that I'm wearing, this pen that I'm drawing with all these items, even the yachts that you can see sailing down through the marina, all these worldly items are just value. Please understand that every item, the hotel there, my clothes, all these apartments, the yachts, the scooters that people use around the marina, the food that people eat, the furniture, it's just all value, right? And to fulfill human wants and needs and desires, well, we exchange money.
And obviously based on the value and what we agree universally that the value is, whether it's fair value or unfair value, we then exchange money for it. So, for example, this apartment that I'm standing in right now is worth currently about $1.6 million. And I own it outright with cash. A little bit of a flex for you there is what it is. It's just, just a fact.
Now, whether this is worth 1.6 is in the eye of the market. So if this, if I listed this on the market right now, and in six months nobody had bought it from me, I'd have to reduce the price to probably 1.5, wait three, six months, put, put it down to 1.4, eventually it's going to sell. And when it sells, that's fair market value in the eye of me and the purchaser, right? So value based on what the market is willing to pay. And this is why when people ask me about pricing, coaching programs, courses, communities, I always say to people, I give them the equation that I use. And I've made another video about that here on the channel, all about pricing. Go and watch that. If you haven't seen that. I won't go into that here. But I say to people, look, follow this value equation model and then test.
Put what you have out there into the market.
See how people respond. And again, just like this apartment, if it doesn't sell, bring it down a bit, bring it down a bit more. If it does sell, let's say it sells really easily, well, put the price up because it might be too low. So you find the value in what you are buying or selling, and then you position it to solve a need or a want or a desire, and then people will give you their capital in exchange for your value. Right? Humans swap money for value. And by the way, for any of you that are still watching with me right now, maybe you're wondering, well, who are you to give me advice? Who are you to tell me all of this stuff? Well, I've made just above $26 million now over the last seven years, mainly from my online education businesses, a little bit from real estate as well.
So I've made a lot of money. I've lost some money as well along the way and learned a lot about this stuff. And I've deeply, deeply studied money, investment, wealth, and personal friends with one billionaire and probably about, God, over 100 millionaires. So I understand this stuff at a pretty deep level. And again, if you just watch this whole video here with me today, by the end of this video, you're gonna just, you're gonna know it all. You're gonna really be in an amazing position to go out there and build wealth and make all the money that you want. So let's continue with the video. Okay, now, the next thing that I want to add. You now understand why money exists. Money exists so that we don't have to live in a barter economy, and we have a fair value medium to carry around with us or store in our bank accounts and exchange for value. And you get to choose how you exchange that money. You know, you can rent an expensive apartment or a cheap apartment. You can buy a very expensive watch or not buy an expensive watch. You can wear expensive clothes, or you can wear very cheap clothes like me. This is like a $12 white T shirt. I don't feel the need to wear expensive clothes because to me, there's no value in expensive clothes personally. All right, some humans agree, some humans don't. Now, next, I just want to state this before I go deeper on how to actually start going out there and making all the money that you want. Money is not scarce. It's not hard to acquire. It's really not. And to make the point, I want you to just, wherever you are, just look around you right now. Look at. I mean, let's take this Dubai Marina. So I'm stood here looking out at all the cars down there, driving along the roads, all these buildings. It's not unfair to say that the building that I live in right now is worth, I would say slightly above or slightly below about a billion dollars with a B. This one tower that I live in because, I mean, the penthouse at the top is worth about 17 million. On, on its own, this is one of probably about, I don't know, 100 apartments, all worth anywhere from about half a million to multiple millions. So, you know, all together you're probably looking at 750 million, a billion more in this one building of hundreds of buildings, right? So who knows? There's probably over a hundred billion dollars of just buildings. Not to mention the cars, not to mention all the fancy watches, the Pateks, the Rolexes, the Richard Mills, on and on and on. You know, the Ferraris, the Lamborghinis, the Porsches.
There is so much money all, all around us. People are walking around with you know, like 30, $40,000 on their wrist, 50, 100, $200,000 on their wrist. People have, I mean, out here in dubai, people have 1, 2, 3 cars, they play golf, there's whatever that costs. Money is not scarce. It is all around us, right? And the way that you acquire it, the way that you unlock it is you provide value. You create something that solves a need or a want or a desire. You put it in front of the right person, okay? And if they believe that it's going to give them something that they want, they are going to give you money. Okay, so let's come down here, producer versus consumer. So do you give right now or do you take right now? Because I can almost guarantee you.
If you're not making the money that you want to make in life, you are not producing something valuable enough and, or positioning that in front of the right people. Because if you create massive value, if you meet a big desire, a big want, a big need, you solve a big problem. If you truly do that, that is going to provide massive value. If you position that in front of the right person, they are going to give you money. I'll give you another example. So at the moment I'm buying a, a three story penthouse out here in Dubai for $3.6 million. And all that the estate agent did was show me this penthouse. He showed me a video of this amazing penthouse, newly renovated. You guys will see it in my new YouTube videos when I move in there soon. But I've been looking for a penthouse for almost a year and none of them provided the value that I wanted either. The building was not Right. Or the size was not right, or it wasn't furnished, or there was some kind of problem. Then along came this perfect unit for the right price. The estate agent just said, will watch this video. I've got this penthouse. Would you like it? And I was like, dude, that ticks every box. Take my money. No problem. 3.6 cash. Another little humble brag there. But is what it is, it's a fact. So can you see how if you just create value, ideally big value, you put that in front of the right person and you produce, you're gonna make money. Now most people out there are just consumers. They don't really make anything. They don't solve any problems, they don't solve any wants. They don't deliver people's desires. They just have some kind of little skill. Like maybe, maybe you can.
Cut hair. Right now, pretty much anyone can learn to cut hair. So it's not a high value skill, but it is, it's, it's a great skill and you can make some good money with it. My little brother is a barber and I won't share his income, but he makes, he makes pretty good money. Now you're never going to get rich off doing that because number one, it's not scalable, it's tied to your human time. Number two, pretty much anyone can learn it. Given 3, 6, 9, 12 months. Anyone can cut hair, right? To a, to a decent degree. And because anyone can do it, it's not that valuable right. Now if I'll give you another example, let's say that you've mastered the art of buying real estate with no money down and you've made a million dollars doing it. Very few other people know how to do it and a lot of people want to learn how to do it. So it's very valuable. You're producing, you're not consuming. You're producing something that's really valuable. You're producing something that meets a desire, meets a need, which is making money and having money.
It's a tangible, respectable medium that all humans understand. It's just very valuable. It's just very, very, very valuable. And it's rare as well because not a lot of people know how to do that. So you could charge a lot of money for that. That is going to provide a massive amount of value, right? And a lot of people who want that will pay you to help them to get it. That's it. If you want to make money, guys create value.
Take it out to people that want it. They will give you money if they, if they trust you, they like you. They, they, you know, they're on board with, with you. They will give you money.
In return for that. Okay? Now, a lot of you who are watching this video, I would presume you're probably here because this is the nature of my channel. You're probably here because you want to start or grow a business of some kind. Now let's start to pull together what we've just talked about. So business.
What is business? What is business? If you can't answer that question, I mean, I've just given it, I'm about to give it to you on the board. You've probably read it already. But if you can't answer that question, you're probably not making very much money. Because what I'm sharing with you in this video is just the foundation, the fundamental understanding of money and business and capital and value. When you understand this stuff, making money is so easy. It really is. Sorry to swear, but it really, really is. Okay? And again, I've. I've made not far off $30 million now over the last seven years, cash collected. So I, and I'm just a normal bloody guy. I used to work at McDonald's. I used to be a DJ. I'm not smart, I'm not special. I just understand value creation. I just understand money, right? And let me continue and keep helping you to attain that same understanding. Now, business is just mass problem solving. That's all that it is. Business is just right? This person has a desire or they have a problem or a need or, or even, or even a want, right? So sometimes you don't have to solve a problem. You can just create something that, and market to them in a way that makes them think that it's valuable. So this watch, I paid 29 and a half thousand pounds for this watch. I don't need it. No one needs a fucking bloody, stupid, loud, gold bloody Rolex. But I wanted it. I had excess money. And you know, it's, it's a reward for me and it shows other people that, that I'm successful basically because I'm a, I'm an egotistical human. I'm just going to keep it real. I'm just another egotistical monkey, basically. All right? So business is just problem solving. And if you want to scale, it's mass problem solving. Right? Now if you already have a business or maybe you're just starting out and you're either not making money yet or you're making some but you want to make more, can you solve a bigger problem? Can you create more desire? Can you better position the outcome that you are selling so that people will pay you more for it? Right? If you're not making any money or, or as much as you want.
What'S the problem or the bottleneck? Okay, right now there is a problem in you or your business or a bottleneck in you or your business. If there wasn't, you would be making all the money that you want to make. Businesses grow up to a constraint, a bottleneck. Sometimes it's you can't scale because you don't have the team, the manpower. Sometimes the problem is not big enough, so you can't charge enough, or you can charge enough, but you can't sell more to them and make more from each customer. So it can be so many things. This video is not here to break down all the problems and bottlenecks. Comment below if you'd like me to make a video like that, covering all the problems and bottlenecks and stumbling blocks, and I'll make that for you guys next. But for now, just understand, if you're not making money, you're either not providing value or you are, but you're not showing it to the right people, or you are showing it to the right people, but the problem is not big enough. The outcome is not desirable enough. People don't see the value in what you believe your value is.
So again, there's a problem. There's a bottleneck somewhere in the chain of events, right? From showing what you have to people to the market, conveying the value to them, selling the value to them, or delivering the value to them, or the ability to deliver value over a long period of time to create what's called a lifetime value, a big lifetime value. That's the basic chain of events. Obviously there's nuances in there, but it's somewhere in there. And the good news is it can be solved. This is what I help my clients with, is to build these businesses, grow these businesses, even exit these businesses like I've done myself. Okay? Now I just want to add to that. If somebody else can, you can.
I. I've always had this belief that if somebody out there can do something.
Why can't I?
If somebody out there can sell online education and make, you know, a million dollars a month cash, well, I can. They just know something I don't know, or they're doing something that I am not doing. But if there is a human out there with just a body and a brain like you, and they are doing it, you can do it too. They they just have a body and a brain. You have a body and a brain, right? You just don't know what they know. Or you're not doing what they're doing because you don't know it or how, right? You don't know what you don't know. Okay? But if you just get that knowledge and take action, you will get the reaction. Because again, making money is not magic, right? It's not hard. It's cause and effect. You cause it and the effect is money. So I'll give you an example. If I go down on the street right now and I take this watch off and I say, would you like to buy this for $5,000? This watch is going to be gone in an hour. If I take the box and I take the papers and I take the receipt and they can maybe even call the shop and say, look, is this real? Did you sell this to Will three years ago for this price? They say, well, yeah, and I'm selling it for five grand. Someone is going to give me money today. If I want 5k today, cash, I'll just take that downstairs and walk around the marina with the box and the papers equally. Every single day I sell about 50 to 60 copies of my book, right? How do I do that? Well, I go out there and I tell people about the book. I show them the value and they give me money for the value. And I do that by running paid ads, okay? So I run my ads. People see the ad on, let's say, Instagram, the ad pops up and they're like, interesting. They read the copy, they go to the website and they see, oh my God, Wow, there's a lot of value and the price is only X. Well, I'm happy with that. Take my money, give me the value. Cause, effect, show the value. People give you money for the value. Cause and effect. That's all money is. That's it. That's how to make money. That's how I make. Last month I made $424,000 cash with about 380, 390 after tax profit. All I did was put value out there. People give me money for the value. That's really it, guys. That's really it. So let me ask you this. What value do you currently add and what value do, like, do you want to add? Like, can you add? Because if you can add a million dollars of value to the world, you're going to get a million dollars back from people by giving them the value and them giving you their money. Now I want to give you an example. Now there's a lot of high ticket sales reps out there and it's a high value job because being a really great, very, very, very talented sales rep is rare. So if you are truly an a player top 1% sales rep, you are going to make.
10, 20, 30, 40,000amonth. Way beyond most sales reps. Because most sales reps are not a player top 1%, most are not, right? And for the sales reps that might be watching this, that are only making 3,5k a month, something small, US dollars, $3,000, $5,000.
Or thereabouts, or maybe less than that, well, you are not good enough yet to make that top tier money because if you were providing that value, you would be getting fairly compensated for that value. Now I've had a couple of sales reps in the past who've, or I've known some sales reps in the past that quit being a sales rep. They start a business.
Let'S say an online education business, but then it doesn't work and they don't make money, they can't get it off the ground and they go back to being a sales rep. So let's examine this. Now when you start a business, there's a lot of risk, right? Like I've written here, not just value, but risk. And you get compensated for taking risk. You, if you take risk, you get a reward, right? So starting a business or running a business, it's hard. You've got to have a bookkeeper, an accountant. You've got to hire people, fire people, train people, manage people, create products, look after customers, create processes, manage the business, grow the business, learn, read, watch videos, go to masterminds, buy courses and coaching programs, get a mentor, put in time and effort and work sleepless nights on and on and on and on and on and on. So it's hard. But because it's so hard, very few people do it because very few people do it. Well, only a few people get to the very top. Because only a few people get to the very top. The people at the top make all the fucking money because they've gone through hell to get there in the end. Most people don't have the balls to do that. Most people. Most people won't even buy a fucking coaching fucking program. If you can't even buy a goddamn coaching program. How are you ever going to succeed, man? You're never going to succeed and you don't deserve to. If you can't just attend a goddamn mastermind, man. If you can't just buy A coaching program to get that knowledge that you need. You don't deserve to succeed or make money. You don't deserve it. If you can't just think and create value and go the whole way, create the value, put it out there, be patient, learn, get it right, sell it to people, look after those people that you sell to provide the value, take care of your customers, look after your team, so on and so forth. By going that, that whole way, you make all the money, right? Now, if you have more of a normal job, like let's say you're an accountant, you're a bookkeeper, you are a sales rep or a sales team manager, right? You are a finance director, you are, you know, you're part of the business. You're going to obviously make less because you, you know, when you own a business, so much more goes into it, but you make so much more money because of that. Because you've got to do 15 people's jobs, you've got to work two, three, four times the hours with two, three, four times the effort and with two, three, four times THE risk. So most normal people, there's no risk really. You know, like my mum when I was younger, she just used to work on it on a checkout at a supermarket for like 30 years. So my mum did not provide much value and she did not make very much money because she didn't provide much value to the world. She was not special, she was not unique, she was not highly talented, bless her mum. If you watch this, I absolutely love you by the way. You're the best mum in the world. I'm just stating like business facts here, you know. So because of that she was not paid very much money, right? So based on the value that you add and the risk that you take, that's how much money you're going to earn. So how big is the problem that you solve right now? If you don't solve a problem, you're probably not making very much, if any money. If you solve a massive problem and you've gone all the way and taken massive risk and invested in yourself, taken the time where you probably either making a lot of money or you are about to in the next few months or years, right? Doesn't always come instantly. Sometimes this stuff takes time. It takes, you know, one of my buddies, business partners said this really great thing, he said if you do the work, the results are guaranteed, but how soon you get them is not guaranteed. You know, if you do the right thing in the right way for the, for, for a long enough Time, you are going to get the result, you're going to get the outcome. So it's not just about value, but it's also about the risk that you take on in what you create. Okay, now finally, I want to share with you this. This is how millionaires and successful business owners think and how in this video we are going to glue all of this together. So everything that we just covered, it's going to come to life as we discuss this together right now. So please, any light bulb moments, any thoughts, any questions, make sure that you, you are writing these down along the way. And if you have any questions, put them in the comments section. If you have any light bulb moments again, please put them in the comments section and I'll, I'll come back to you guys to lend a hand when I can. Now this is all that providing value in return for money is, is.
So you input value, okay, through marketing and sales and development, deliverability, looking after your customers and the internal business processes that exist. Well, that provides an output and that output is typically money and customers. So your input value, you market and sell, you get customers and money, okay? And then you can actually feed that money and that learning back around. So let's say you sell something to a customer and that customer is not happy and they ask for a refund.
Well, that's your feedback. Your feedback is, ah, my price is too low or too high, my product is too bad or too good or it does actually happen sometimes. So then you take the feedback and you adjust the system. You adjust everything that you see here, right? This stuff is, it's literally all just a process, right? So for example, you make paid ads, right? So you input money on paid ads and buying traffic and attention. You run that through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube ads, right? And you get some money out. Now, is it negative or positive? Are you making money or losing money? Well, if you're making money, ah, it's working. Okay, let's do more. Let's put more money in, maybe add another platform. Oh, wow. Now we're getting more money out. We're getting really good customers, we're getting really good feedback. Ah, nice. Right, let's do more. And this is how you scale, right? So for example, over the last two months, I've spent about $16,000 on ads to promote my book. So I put about 16 in on Facebook and Instagram ads. And some, some of you might have even seen those ads we've made about, I think it's about $65,000 back. So 16 in about 65,000 back. It's working. Awesome. Are the customers happy? Yes. What's the refund rate? 1.4%. Okay, cool. Are we profitable? Yes, we are. Right, nice. Now let's spend 30 and try and get 1001-101201-30140 back. If we get that, are the customers happy? Are we profitable? What's the refund rate? What's the feedback in the support inbox? Everything good? Yep. Right, let's spend even more and scale further.
Instagram ads go down for some reason. Oh, shit. Right, we've got a problem in the processes. Can we go to YouTube ads? Can we go to TikTok ads? Can we go over here? And obviously, if you're selling to 16 year old girls, run TikTok ads. If you're not selling to 16 year old girls, don't run TikTok ads. That's a joke. Okay, I'm trying to be humorous here, trying to keep the video fun, but you get what I mean, right? You put value in, let's say you've got a coaching program. You run it through your sales, your marketing, organic traffic, paid traffic, your team, your, your sales reps, your systems, your processes, right? You're going to get outputs. Good feedback, bad feedback, sales, no sales. It's a process. You learn from that, you learn from the feedback and you change the inputs. You can either do more and get more or stop and reevaluate, do something different and eventually this is going to work like my business works right now. So again, last month we did $424,000 cash collected about an 89% profit margin. And it's very simple. We input organic traffic and a little bit of paid. We run Facebook and Instagram ads. We've got two coaches, a copywriter, paid ads, media buyer, good infrastructure. The output is a lot of customers and money, happy customers, really great feedback. So next we're going to increase traffic and we're going to go to short form and try it. And sometimes things work, sometimes things don't. So we'll try short form to get more attention. We'll run it through our processes, we'll see what the outputs are, we'll see what the feedback is and then we'll iterate on the input to adjust the process. That's business fee value in. Through your marketing and sales processes, you're going to get an output. If that is a good output and it's good feedback, do more. If it's bad output, bad feedback, do less and change these things.
This is how Millionaires and successful business owners think and operate. So if you're not operating like this right now, it's likely you're not making very much money. If you are operating like this right now, it's highly likely that you're making good money or even like a hell of a lot of money. Okay?
Now there's one final thing to think about and cover, and that's the environment. This little red sunshine, okay? Because the environment can have an impact on the system.
Now, what do I mean by the environment that your system is in? Okay, let's just say, for example, and this is a really stupid example, but it's the first one that comes to mind, so I'll share it. Let's say that here in Dubai right now, everybody's happy, it's sunny, it's blue skies, it's kind of 30 degrees. It's a really good environment for people to drive around, people to walk around, go on a yacht, go and play golf. So the Dubai system can function because it's not too hot, the weather's nice, the roads are clean and safe, and it's a good system for the. It's a good environment for the system to operate in. But let's change this, Change the environment. So let's say that it starts raining all day, every day. Dubai does not have the infrastructure to support rain. There's actually no drains. So when it rains here, it floods. People can pretty much not drive. You know, cars get abandoned, people can't go outside. You can't go out sailing on a. On a yacht through the marina, which is one of my favorite things to do. So the system cannot operate, or at least it's very much broken right now. Let's put this in a business sense. So let's say that you sell a. You sell a divorce offer. So you help people to not get divorced. Right now, let's say something happens in the world and suddenly everybody wants to get divorced. And your offer is how to not get divorced. But something happens in the world where suddenly everybody wants to get divorced and no one will stop and think about it, and everyone is just going to get divorced immediately for some reason. Well, your business is fucked.
And it doesn't even matter about your system because the environment.
Is impossible. It doesn't support your system, it doesn't support your offer, it doesn't support your value anymore. The environment comes first. Right now. I'll give you one more example. Let's say that you teach people to trade financial markets well in the current environment, a lot of people all over the world want and need more money. Well, that's a good environment then to sell how to make more money. Because that's the world that we live in. A lot of people out there, they want to get fit, right? They want to sort their health out because, well, for whatever reason, you know, they want to get a six pack to go to the gym, go to the beach or look good in front of girls and stuff. That's a true environment. That is the case right now, right? So within that environment, we can absolutely sell those things because of the environment, right? So it's really important to keep this in mind because it's not just about the system, it's also about the environment that your system is within. So let's just zoom out for a second and let's just think about what we've covered so far. So you now know what money even is. And you understand that humans exchange capital money for value to get their needs solved, their wants solved and their desires solved, right? We just use money and we give it to people to get something. That's it. Okay, you now also know that money is not scarce, man. It's not, it's not hard to acquire. There are so many people out there in the world.
You just need to position your value in front of the right people. And if you do that, you're going to make money. And if you don't do that, you're not going to make money. Okay? You also understand that business is just problem solving. And if you want to scale, it's mass problem solving, okay? If you have a business and you're either not making money or you are and you want to make more, but you can't, well, there's a problem or a bottleneck. You understand that if other people out there can do it, you can too. You understand that you've not just got to produce value, but you've also got to take risk, you've got to produce things. And if you do all of that and you put it within a system, within an environment that functions and allows your system to function. And if you put the right things in and you iterate on the outputs and the feedback, you're going to be able to produce a business. A value equation that solves a problem, meets a desire, meets a need, and by proper marketing and sales.
You'Re going to produce customers and money. You can then iterate on that to adjust the system, make sure that it's within the right environment and the only possible outcome is for you to make money. If you do those things. The only thing that can happen through that cause is the effect. And the effect.
Is for you to make all the money that you've ever wanted.
It's really that simple, guys. Making money, it's not magic and it's not hard. It's just cause and effect and that is how you do it. So I very much hope that this video helped.
