Chapters
Hey guys, it's Will. And in this video I want to cover with you how I'd make $10,000 a month ASAP if I had to start again. Now what I'm going to share with you in this video is literally exactly how I made my first 10,000amonth. It's exactly how I've made just touching on $26 million now over the last seven years, which is not a very long time to make that much money. If you or anyone has ever wondered how I've made all this money, well, I'm literally about to map everything out for you in this video. Not only has this made me all of my money, I would say about 90% of my friends. This is also exactly how they are, where they are today, how they made all the money that they've made. I'm going to give you the secret, the blueprint, the roadmap in this video and I am going to hold nothing back. If you just watch this whole video, you are going to know how so many of these young people, people of all ages are making so much bloody money on the Internet right now. Because.
This is it, okay? And it might surprise you, I've written down here, most people don't know this, most people don't know this even exists. Most people don't know how it works either. Most people don't really know or understand how simple, how easy, how fast.
One of these businesses, one of these knowledge businesses can be started and ran and grow. They're not aware of how ludicrously high the amounts of cash flow are, how ridiculous the profit margins are. I won't go into my business, my numbers here because that's not really relevant for this video. I want to keep it focused on you, how you can do this as soon as possible and make it a reality for yourself. Okay? Now.
Why am I making this video?
Okay, well this has really surprised people over the last year or so since I made a version of this video last year.
One of my friends clients teaches people knitting.
And makes about $18,000 a month with her. Basically an online knitting school is the best way to describe it. Now she charges $995 which I believe is for a six month membership to her program, to her community, to her coaching. And when I share this example, it really makes people start to realize the possibilities of this online knowledge. Technically it's called E learning, but essentially just selling your knowledge on the Internet and helping people.
And it's all glued together by this example, just the simplicity because I don't Think that maybe you watching this or anyone would imagine that you can make 18,000 goddamn dollars a month or thereabouts, you know, 16, 18, 20, it's never 18 every single month forever. It is naturally up and down, but averaged out about $18,000 a month. And when we get a bit deeper into this video, you'll start to understand the math behind that. Because 995, it's only 18 people a month that you need to get to make that much money. And again we'll dive into the math later on in the video. But sharing her story, this lady think has opened a lot of people's eyes and made them realize, wow, well if she can do it, like I've written here, if she can do it.
You can.
Okay. And this is the roadmap. This is literally the step by step roadmap that I'm giving you here in this video.
Equally, I've written a few other examples. These are real life examples of people that I know personally or I've coached on how to build and grow these knowledge businesses. So my friend, client that teaches knitting, 18,000amonth. My friend slash client, more of a friend nowadays, but teaches people to stop drinking alcohol, about $80,000 a month. My friend and client Mike, who teaches people essentially to get a six pack. It's fitness, it's nutrition, but at the end of the day it's mainly for men to get a six pack, about $160,000 a month. One of my clients who helps men talk to women, go out there, get dates, doing about 45,000amonth. He's actually coming to my mastermind in a few weeks. He here in Dubai, which is going to be very fun and equally how to take pictures of birds, basically wildlife photography for older, more affluent, typically men, not always men, but typically men, 70,000amonth. And we're going to talk about positioning later in this video. And in fact I'm just going to write that down so I don't forget.
Positioning because that is, that is critical to building and growing one of these businesses and making money. Because.
If these were not positioned correctly, they, they wouldn't work. So that's really important and we'll get to that later in the video. Okay. Now how do you actually do this? How does, how does this work? What are you going to be doing to make all of this money? Right? Well, you're going to be sharing a high value skill and we'll define that in a second. You're going to be selling it for what's called a high Ticket price, which.
Really I define, I define high ticket as 3000 or above. You can get away with 1k 2k. But again I've written these guys prices on here. So knitting, she charges 995. Stop drinking, it's eight and a half thousand dollars. Get a six pack, it's $8,000. He also has a 15K tier, but his main program is $8,000. How to talk to women. It's actually 7,000 pounds. It says dollars but that's actually 7,000 pounds. So about $10,000. How to take pictures of birds, $4,000. And again, a lot of people are surprised when it comes to the prices that these people charge. And this comes back to positioning because you're not trying to sell to everybody, you're only trying to sell to the right people that you want to work with that are the best fit. It's usually people, it's the 1% of people. You might not sell to 99% of people, but just the 1% that you do sell to. The people that really are all in. That's where the money is made. And those are the best clients as well. The people are all in. And you achieve those all in people by charging a high price. Because let's just take, let's take.
Let'S take the stopping drinking offer. I'm just going to pivot and explain positioning for a second. Now that is only sold to high level professionals, entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives, people that have money. Right? So that's step one. That offer is specifically positioned on purpose to people with money. And not only that, but the problem is a lot more severe often for those people. So people's wives are going to divorce them if they don't stop drinking. People's children that they don't have good relationships with their son, their daughter, their children because of alcohol, they prioritise alcohol, they prioritise drinking. They're hungover. They're therefore a bad parent because obviously you know, they're wasting money on it. They might get fired and lose their career. So to the right person, it's a very serious problem. You could lose your career, you could lose your family, you're losing your health, you may even lose your friends as well. So if you're making 70, 100,000 a year as an entrepreneur or a CEO or an executive, well, to learn to stop all of that from going in the bin.
8,5K is a no brainer. If you truly believe that this is going to solve the problem.
And you like the program, you know, so on and so Forth you're going to pay that. And obviously the business is making 80,000amonth. So many people are paying that. And this offer has been going for years by the way. So these are not flash in the pan businesses, These are businesses. My last business that I grew to 16.4 million and then actually sold to a private equity firm in America last year for multi seven figures. I built that and grew that over six years and then sold it for millions more on top as well. So these are great long term. Like I've written down here, they are high integrity, high respect businesses. This is why I love them because they have a true, genuine, positive impact on the world. Okay? In all different even, let's take the knitting offer. If you love knitting but you're on your own, you don't know, you probably do it because you're bored. You're probably an older person, you sat at home like, I don't know, I'm not an 80 year old woman, right? But you know, the value is in making friends, building connections, being around other like minded people, right? So can you see it's not just learn knitting995, it's become part of a community. It's build friendships, build connections, meet up in real life, get better at what you love to the right person. There's a lot of value there. So this is really a friendships, connection, personal growth offer. Really if you boil it down, this is, well, don't die, save your career, save your family, hold your life together. That's what is really being sold here. Get a six pack, it's meet your dream girl. Get more respect from your friends and the people that you know and meet. So all of this stuff, on the surface it's this, but below the surface it's that, right? Talk to women again, it's fulfillment as a man, it's meeting your dream woman. So it's always the stuff below the surface that you're really selling. How to take pictures of birds, similar to knitting, it's community, it's getting better at what you love your form of art because photography is an art form and you might want to.
Have a gallery show one day and this might be the thing that gets you there. That might be one of your biggest dreams, right? And that program might put you in front of the person that commissions that gallery show or introduces you to other people that want the same thing. So you've always got to remember that what you think you're selling, what you're really selling, right? So for me, I help people to build and Grow and even exit these knowledge businesses. But I'm not selling start a knowledge business. I'm selling make a very large amount of money, buy your dream car, buy your dream house, build generational wealth, achieve your dreams, help people add value to the world by creating a high integrity, high respect business that you can be proud of and love and enjoy, have a great team and have an impact on the world and be immensely well compensated for doing that. So that's the thing. But anyway, to get back to the video. So you're going to teach a high value skill, whatever that is for you, you're going to charge a high ticket price and you're going to understand P01%, the power of 1%. Okay, now what do I mean by that? Well, what I mean is you don't need everybody in the world to buy from you to make money. Okay, I wrote down the math here. So if you're charging, let's say 3,000amonth, you need four people a month. That's so, so, so, so bloody easy. Four people a month to buy that and you're making $12,000 a month.
Four people and there's like 7.8 billion people on earth. Surely you could get four to buy your program. And you can and you will, and that's what this video is here to help you with. Because I can help make that a reality and I'll try my best in this video. So just boil down the math, the power of 1%. Think of it this way, right now, when it comes to picking your niche, whatever that is, stop drinking, stop smoking, trading, E Com relationships, real estate, investing, fitness, dating, buying and selling watches. I know somebody that does that who's doing very big numbers doing that and teaching it as well. Whatever your niche, I want you to YouTube search, let's say knitting.
When you've watched this video, go and do that or do it now in a separate tab. Open up a new tab, type in knitting and filter by the most viewed videos. Now I've never actually done that, but I imagine there will be videos with 600,000 views, probably maybe even a million views. And if you can see some of those videos, then it's obvious how many people are interested, right? So if there's, let's say three or four videos with a million views, right? Well, we now know there are a million people or more that are interested in what you are going to do and teach and sell, right? So what's 1% of a million? 10,000. What's 0.1% of a million? 1,000. So if you could just get 0.1% of the audience to give you $3,000, that's a lot of bloody money, right? So always think audience size and the power of 1%, because that's all you need to make hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars. So in my last company, we had over 3,000 clients across about six years. I think more, I think we had about three and a half thousand clients, or like we had thousands. And we made. By the time I sold that company, we'd done just above $16.4 million over six years. Now, granted, it was a massive audience, so we were one of the biggest in that niche. But wow, massive audience. So just keep in mind the power of 1% and just you only need a few sales to make very, very, very bloody good money. And for most of you watching this that just want an extra 10, 20, 30, 40k a year, it's child's play map. It's so easy. It's so easy. But let's carry on and go deeper. So high value skill. And as you've just seen, it can be so many things. If you don't have a skill yet, look deeper. You probably do. Most people that come to me that say, in fact, I had this last week, a guy came to me and he said, oh, well, I don't really know what to help people with. And I just said, what do you love? Like, what's the thing that you do in your spare time? And he said, I love playing golf. So I said to him, right, well, if that's your passion, why don't you just help people with playing golf? And I've written something just down here, zero to a 10. And this is basically the kind of skill ladder. So that gentleman that I had a call with last week, when I asked him about this, he said that he was about a six out of 10. So Tiger woods is a 10. I am a zero. I've never played golf in my entire life, ever. He's roughly a six. So he should be teaching zeros. Ones, twos, threes, maybe fours. Okay, maybe fives if you're a 6, if you're a 4 on the skill kind of ladder. Well, just teach zeros and ones and twos. If you're a nine, well, wow. I mean, you can pretty much teach anyone and get them to where you are. But here's a caveat though. So let's say that you wanted to learn golf. You wouldn't want Tiger woods to teach you, man, because he would just be too far Ahead, too knowledgeable, There'd be too many nuances for you as a raw beginner. So as a raw beginner, you would want someone who is, let's say a 3, 4, 5, 6 area, okay? Not bloody Tiger woods. And to bring this back over here. So a lot of people that build these businesses, they've just done it for themselves. Whatever their skill, talent, knowledge, niche, they've just done something at a respectable level. 4, 6, whatever, then they teach it to other people. That's a lot of clients that I work with. They've just done something at a respectable level and now they're teaching the zeros, the ones, the twos, the threes, the fours, maybe the fives, maybe the sixes. Some cases, okay, so you don't have to be a world class expert and in many cases you actually shouldn't be as well because it's going to limit you from teaching that bottom segment that just aren't right for your level of talent. So just keep, keep that in mind, okay. Because that's, that's really important in just avoiding confusion and overwhelm. Okay. So I really want to stress that now to come back over here. Let's say that you've chosen a high value skill. Let's say you're going to teach people to get six packs, which is such a great offer, such a broad offer. There's so much demand for that. Right? You've decided on a price. Let's say you're going to start down at 2k, not high, not low. Fine, six pack, 2k offer. What is the offer? How's it going to work? Right, well, it's probably going to be an online course, an online training program, maybe a community. Although for most people a community is really not a good idea because it's just the blind leading the blind, which is not going to help anyone. And that's a whole full time job managing a community, especially if you're going to get a lot of customers. So for most people I don't suggest a community. It may be a coaching program. There'll be a coaching element, maybe a workshop, maybe a mastermind, virtual or in person. Now for most people it's simply a training course, an online course and either group or one to one coaching. It's kind of similar to what I do myself. I've got a group option, a one to one option and a done for you option to serve those kind of three baskets of people. For most people they just have one offer, it's just online course, one or two group coaching calls. A week, 3, 4, 6 month program for 3, 4, 5K. Just simple. If it's the kind of offer where a community is going to really add value, have a community. For most people, it actually doesn't add value, it just adds confusion, overwhelm. You ask a question, someone else who doesn't know the answer tries to answer it. The owner of the offer has to bloody chat to everybody and monitor all the questions and comments to make sure that the right advice is being given. For most people, a community is not a good idea and it's extra stress and worry and time and management as well, which is just not necessary. Alright, so if, if you want one, have one, but you don't really need one. Okay. And they're not, they can cause more harm than good sometimes. I won't, I won't cover that in this video, but just take my word for that. Just take my word for that. Okay? What have you solved? What have you done that other people want? Sell it to them, whatever that skill, high value, skill, talent, knowledges.
The next step is, well, who wants it? And you sell it to them. Okay, now we've covered the math and how simple it is and how easy it is to make 10, 20, 30, 40k a month. We've covered that already. I've told you to search your niche on YouTube and look at the views, the subscribers and then do the math. I've covered the 1% and one of my mentors once said to me, I never forgot this, I never forgot this. He said, 1% will make you a millionaire. And for me that was absolutely true and it will be for you as well. So you only need 1% or less, half of a percent, 0.1% to make more money than you could probably imagine. Okay?
$26 million.
All from just helping people online.
That has been my experience over the last seven years and I've been able to, I've been lucky to coach hundreds of people on doing this for themselves as well. It's really not as complex as people think. And I've just written down here, when you've established. Right. What am I going to help people with? Number one, number two, you've searched it on YouTube, you've searched it online and there's clearly demand for it. Number two, number three, you've decided what are the deliverables going to be? Is it going to be an online course, a coaching program? Are you going to have workshop or a mastermind or a community or just keep it simple, course and. Or coaching. Right. You know that. Well, next you're down here. So the next step is what's called traffic. Now, traffic means eyeballs. People viewing your YouTube videos, viewing your Instagram Reels, viewing your TikTok, viewing videos. Right, seeing your paid ads. Because there's only two ways to get traffic. Paid ads, organic. And organic is social media, basically. Okay? Those are the only two ways to get traffic. You either run ads and buy attention, or you make content and earn attention. Now, you can't control eyeballs, you can only control ad spend. In an ideal world, you want to do both, but if you don't have money, do organic. And if you do have money, do both. Okay, I've made some videos here on the channel in the past in terms of how to run ads and write ads. So you can go and watch those videos later, after. After this one is done. But that is now your next step. So if you've ticked those three boxes that we just covered, it's time to get traffic. It's time to start a YouTube channel, make an Instagram, make a TikTok, whatever it is, whatever the kids are doing okay these days. Now, I just want to share something that's a little bit on the deeper side with you here, which is called something called platform market fit. Now, what this means is there's different people on different platforms for different reasons, right? So usually when people go on YouTube, it is typically to learn or be entertained, usually in video format. And this is going to make sense why I'm telling you this in a second, by the way. So just stay with me. Equally, people more so go on Facebook to see what their friends are doing, read posts, you know, so it's a bit of a different reason to be on the platform. And people go on TikTok to have their fucking brains fried. Okay, so can you see how. And it's usually young, young men, young girls, controversial videos, viral stuff. It adds no value. If you use TikTok, you probably should have an internal conversation with yourself at another time. But let's not go deep on that here because this is more for mature adults or, well, just people that want to take this seriously and make good money and build a great business. This is not about TikTok shit. So it makes sense then that you should have YouTube as a channel. YouTube is also the only channel where you upload content and it gets views for life. So if you post on Facebook, it gets lost in a few days. If you post on Instagram, it gets. It gets lost in a few days if you post on LinkedIn. Great platform, but it gets lost in a few days. YouTube videos compound on themselves forever. So YouTube for most people should be the main platform that you use to get traffic. Okay. Now you can also use Instagram. It has a lot of quality traffic, a lot of entrepreneurs, business owners.
Instagram is a really great platform. But what are you going to do when you've got this traffic? Okay, well you're going to send them, you're going to send the people that see it. So Instagram bio, you're going to have a link. YouTube description, you're going to have a link. TikTok. If you're a 14 year old girl and you want to go that route, you're going to have a link in your bio, all right? When people click that.
It'S going to go to a video.
And that video is going to explain who you are, your background and story, who you can help and how. And it's basically going to say to look, if you need help with what I am an expert at, book a call, right? And that's why I've drawn, I've tried to draw a telephone. Now for those of you who are 18 or younger, this is what a telephone used to look like, alright? We don't have these anymore and I'm in my 30s, so I remember when they were a thing. Won't get into that here, but this used to be a telephone, all right? And you're going to get people on a call, a phone call, a mobile phone call. I sound 60, don't I? Jesus Christ. Get them on a mobile phone call. Alright, but seriously though, Zoom is best. Usually get them on a, on a Zoom video call. Build a relationship with these people, have a chat with them and just see. Can you really help them? Can you genuinely help them? And if you can, you're going to sell them into your program, okay? Again, this is not the video for sales scripts, objection. Handling client onboarding, all of that stuff. But that is what you're going to do, okay? And that is literally, literally all that I've done to make 26 million fucking dollars. Get traffic, send them to an explainer video, get them on a call, close them into my program. That is it.
So it really is that simple. And again, if the knitting lady.
All respect to her, I'm not saying anything bad, but if she can make 18k a month.
Why can't you? You can and you will. And I'm giving you everything that you need to know and do here, okay? Now just a quick caveat. If any of you do need any help with this, you have questions, you know, anything like that. I'll put a link in the description to a video that will walk you through how I might be able to help you and it will tell you who I can and can't help. If any of you need any help with this stuff, just book in a call over there and I'll speak to you. I won't speak to you on a mobile telephone or one of these old telephones, but one of my in house coaches will jump on a zoom video call with you and just run you through how I might be able to help you to either build or grow or for some of you, maybe even exit one of these businesses if you need the help. So if you need the help with that, click the link in the description, go and book in a call. But to come back to the video.
There is something else that I want to add. Now I'm aware that a lot of you already have an audience. So you already have a YouTube channel, an Instagram, a TikTok, an email list. And I would say this, if you have any more than 10,000 followers or subscribers.
You should be doing at least, fucking hell, at least 20, 30, 40k a month. If you ain't doing that, something is wrong.
There's something that you're not doing here. Either your niche, your offer is just not something that people want or need, or your price is completely wrong. Which is, yeah, it's another conversation or you're not getting the right traffic. You know your messaging is wrong. You are not sending people to an explainer video.
But you're close though. If you've got the audience, you've got money just sat there. There is money sat there right now waiting for you to pick it up when you do this stuff and get it right. Okay? And finally you're going to exchange your value for the person's money.
And that's the final step. When you've done all of that and you have that call, if you are happy that they are a good fit and they are happy that you can really help them, then they will give you their money, you will give them your value. And you've got a business, you've got money in the bank and you're well on your way to making 10,000amonth, if not way beyond, if not way, way more. Okay, so we've covered a lot of stuff there.
I just want to add one final thing and it's this, think outside of the box. There's usually just one thing that stops people from building one of these businesses. And making all of this money. And maybe you feel like this as well. Maybe you're sat there right now thinking, I have an idea.
I have a skill or a talent or specialist knowledge, but can I make money from it? Very common question. Now, I've just got back from a holiday in Bali. I was meant to be there for two weeks. My girlfriend convinced me to stay for seven weeks. Really great trip. And I was lucky to meet somebody out there, not a client of mine, by the way, who runs a cigar meetup. Now, when he told me that, my first thought was, wow, that's cool. I'd like to come to that. That'd be great to meet other cigar fans, to maybe smoke some cigars that I've never smoked before. And I asked him, like, when do you do it? Where do you do it? How do you do it? And he said yes. So it's a membership and you pay. I think it was. I think it was $99 a month. It might have been 199amonth. I think it was 99. I'm pretty sure it was 99. So $99 a month. And he had something like 117 members. And they do a meetup every two weeks all around Bali, essentially, and they're thinking of doing it in other places as well. And that just blew my mind because I was like, wow, this guy is making over 10,000amonth and he just meets up with people and smokes cigars. And I was like, this is, this is the final nail in the coffin, man. If this guy can make that kind of money just smoking cigars with some basically friends, I just thought, anybody can do this. Anybody knitting, stop drinking, get a six pack, talk to women, take pictures of birds, meet up and have cigars with your friends.
If this is not the God damn easiest way on planet earth to make money.
I just fucking don't know what is, man. I just do not know what is this. It's just so easy. And again, it's high integrity, high respect. It brings people together, it forges great relationships, it will make you a hell of a lot of money and it adds value to the world and it really helps people as well. If that's not a great business, I don't know what a great business is. That to me, is the definition of a great business. And that is how you make $10,000 a month ASAP. So hope it helps. I hope you'll subscribe for more and I'll see you back here soon.
