How i'm making $341,255 a month from YouTube in 30 mins a week

Hey guys, it's Will. And in this video I want to walk you through how I'm making. Well, I mean last month how I made $341,255 and that is cash collected. So in terms of revenue, we did over a million dollars in, in terms of contracted revenue. But revenue is, I mean as one of my mentors, Dan Bradbury used to say, revenue is vanity, profit is sanity, cash is king. So in this video, forget the over a million that we did in revenue, forget that, we're just going to talk about cash, cash collected that actually hit the, the bank account. Okay? And I'm going to explain to you how I'm doing this, exactly what I'm putting into this, what the whole strategy is, what the, the org charts and the, the team structure looks like and, and everything. So it's just going to be a bear all style video. Now first and foremost, whenever anybody on the Internet says to you, oh, you know, I'm making all this money and I'm rich and successful and shit and I made, I made $341,000 last month in cash. You shouldn't believe them. You should never believe them. Never ever, ever believe them. Unless they can prove I don't know what I'm doing with my finger today. I feel, who knows? But anyway, unless they can prove that it is real and it is genuine. So let's do that right now. I'm just going to share my screen.

And you can see two things. So number one, this is a breakdown of all of the cash that we collected and where and how. And over here obviously you can see my stripe. You can see that this is real. It's not kind of Photoshop, you know, I mean you can't do this on a Photoshop. So you can see that this is real. So we've got stripe here and you can see that for the last, well basically for the entirety of January. We haven't actually done anything for February so far. We're not currently taking calls. But yet for the year January up to now we've done well, you can see it over here. I mean this is the exact number. So we've done pretty much one.

Just above 1.1 million AED. Dh1,117,953. You can actually see that there by the way. So that's where I'm getting that number from. And that comes to $304,375. We also received a bit of crypto. So this is just people that for whatever reason, they don't want to use a card, they don't want to do a bank transfer. They've got crypto and they want to use it, which is fair enough. You can see the entire transaction history here. And again, this isn't photoshopped as you can see. I'm scrolling around here and you know, obviously I'll just refresh this by the way, so you know, you know it's real.

There we go. And I'll just do.

Stripe again. So stripe. We've covered.

Binance. We've covered. And again there's a breakdown over here as well. So.

15,446 Phantom pretty much five and a half thousand dollars. 11.6 Ethereum, pretty much $27,000. 5,475 Tether, which is US$5,475. And all totalled up. We did $341,255 cash collected. And that is selling two or three different things. It's. So a couple of these things were tickets to my, my upcoming in person Mastermind event in April. So they were two tickets at $19,000 each.

In fact, you know what I've just realized I'm missing some bloody bank transfers actually. Fuck's sake. Right, well, I'm already recording the video now, so we're actually missing. I'm just gonna leave them off. I'm just gonna leave them off. We actually made more than this. It was more like 3,360ish thousand dollars. But, but I can't just forget it. Just forget it for now. So, and just, just pretend that that is not even true because I know some of you are not going to believe me anyway. So just, just, just forget the bank transfers. But anyway, yet to come back to my point, the breakdown of how we actually made that money was a mix of tickets to My Mastermind in April, which, which there were two tickets at $19,000. And the rest of it is a mix of group coaching with myself one to one coaching with myself in person coaching with myself, some bespoke one hour sessions basically just coaching with me. That's it. You know, this, this whole business, the company that I own, which for those that don't know is called Build, Grow and Exit.com. i just help people to build online education companies, grow their existing online education company or exit their online education company. And that's where that money, that over $350,000 cash collected actually comes from. If we include the bank transfers as well, which I'm not. And that was like $15,000 or thereabouts. So that's the proof, that's the breakdown of what it is, and so on and so forth. Now how am I doing this? How am I making that money? Cash collected over a million in contracted revenue a month. Just me and two team members with a net margin of about 88%.

In 30 minutes a week. Now, when I say that. Let me just clarify this straight away. Let me just clarify this straight away when I say that I'm making that in 30 minutes a week. The reason I say that is because it takes me 30 minutes to make these videos once a week, right? So literally once every week. Usually I wake up in the morning, I have an idea for a YouTube video. I come in here to the office, I press record, shoot the video, stop, upload. No editing, no thumbnail, no YouTube description, just, just, I just keep it real with you guys. To be quite honest. I just make videos that I think will help you and inspire you and then I just share value with you. I hope. I try. I try. That's, that's, that's the point of these videos anyway.

And before anybody says anything, I'm well aware that I need to have a shave. I am going to go and do that when I've done this video. I've been very lazy. But anyway, so we've covered the cash collected amount. I've explained to you where that comes from, the coaching and the in person mastermind event. And I've told you that I make my videos with no editing in literally 30 minutes a week. That's all the effort that I put into YouTube. I make one video every week. I shoot it, I upload it, I don't overthink it. I don't have notes. I don't have any notes either. And yeah, Some pretty big YouTubers have been reaching out to me recently. Just saying like, what are you doing? How are you doing this? What's the strategy? There is no strategy. There is no strategy. I just make videos and talk about stuff that I know and I'm doing right now. And here's the thing as well, I literally do right now what I teach. So you know, even my, my training program. So whenever I coach people one to one or in a group setting, I give them access to my training program. And that is ever evolving as well. So I'm constantly rebuilding that, constantly adding bits in, taking bits out and just making it the best that it can be. Now let me just take a step back for a second because I just said to you There that I'm making that money in 30 minutes a week. And that's true for YouTube, right? And YouTube is the only place that we get traffic and customers. We don't run ads. I don't have a Twitter. I don't use my Instagram other than to post random stories and answer my DMs. I don't use Facebook whatsoever. Don't have a Facebook group, don't have a school group. All I do is make one video a week. That books us at the moment about 20, I think we booked 24 sales calls yesterday. That's pretty normal. We're doing about 20, 25, 30 calls booked per day from these, these YouTube videos. And that's just people that see them, like them, want some help. Go to the link in the description, click it, watch the little video that's waiting over there, and then booking a call to speak to me or a member of my team. And that's it. So it's a very, very simple business. Very, very lean, very, very cash heavy. This month, February, we'll do about half a million cash or thereabouts.

You know, again, seven figures in contracted revenue. So we're doing over a million a month in rev.

We've done, you know, the better part of $360, ish,000 cash collected this month. And the best part about that is not even the money. It's just how simple it is, how easy it is, how fun it is. The coaching is just, it's just so great. And I want to encourage you guys to copy this model off me. That's why I'm making this video, because I want to lay it all out for you guys, show you the proof. You've just seen my stripe, you've seen my Binance account. You know, I'm holding nothing back. I would show you my bank account even if I'd remembered to prepare that, you know, I just didn't even remember that. 10, 15, 20,000, that's, that's coming over there. But nonetheless, you know, you guys can see this is being done. And I hope that that inspires you. I hope that, you know, I hope that you watch this video and you're like, wow, it's real, it's being done. This guy just made 300. What even was the total? Let me just have a look again. What was the total? 341255. So I hope that you guys are watching this and thinking to yourself, wow, this guy on his own, chilling in Dubai with two team members and a few softwares, is making $341,000 cash with like a almost 90% profit margin.

In, in a month. It can be done. I've said this many times before in these videos and by the way, if you're new to the channel, after this video go and watch the, the other videos that are here on the channel because there's loads of other videos breaking down. You know exactly what the coaching is and how you can do it for yourself. How easy and simple and fun these businesses are to build and run. You know, like I've worked with clients and you can, don't take my word for this. There's a William Brown testimonials YouTube channel. You can go and watch that and see the testimonials for yourself. But I've worked with people who've literally gone from, you know, they were making three, four a month and I've taken them to 70amonth in six weeks. I've worked with brand new raw beginners. Raw beginners, man. And again there's testimonials on the channel who've gone from 0, nothing, just an idea to 30, 50, 60, 70, 80K a month within 2, 3, 4 months. All right, so it doesn't happen overnight. You don't just press a button and you get rich. You've got to do some work, got to do some learning, on and on, right? So it's not just push a button and get rich, you've got to do some work and there's effort to be put in and there's time to be put in. But this stuff can be done. You know, it's really not hard. This is this model selling information and just helping people and coaching people. Whether that is online training program, whether it's one to one, whether it's group, whether it's an in person mastermind event or all of those. It's the simplest, fastest, easiest, highest margin, lowest time and effort way to especially human time. Lowest human time way. The high, it's just very high leverage. Just very, very, very high leverage. And because of that you can scale very far, you can scale very fast. You can make a lot of liquid net cash, especially if you're in a tax friendly location on earth as well, which is an advantage. But nonetheless, you know, this is the way guys. So if you want to make a lot of money with less effort than building, you know, one of these, you know, businesses that have these really low margins and need loads of staff and require tons of your time, you can do that if you want you that if you know that's your calling. Bloody do it, you know, 100. Do what's true to you, you know, so whatever you want to do, whatever you love to do, do that, whatever that is. But for me, I, I just love doing this. I love learn. I love learning. I mean, you can probably tell I've got all these books. I constantly read books, constantly, you know, journal my thoughts, constantly make these videos for you guys. I just love learning, sharing what I've learned. And that's what these businesses are. It's just sharing what you've learned. That's it. It's just sharing your knowledge. You just get a skill, get a talent, get some specialist knowledge, package it up in a certain way and share that with, with other people and make a hell of a lot of money in, in the process. So again, you've seen what we've done this month, and there's one thing they haven't even told you yet. There's one thing I haven't even really told you yet. This money is recurring. It's not one time it's recurring. So that $341,000 a little bit more if you count the bank transfers. That's recurring. Right. So when people work with me, again, whether it's one to one, whether it's group, whether it's the, the other things that I do, it's all on a recurring fee as well, which is just. This model is just so good. It's just so good, man. Like, now, obviously there is a caveat. You've got to add value for the clients or else they're going to churn, they're going to leave you, right? But if you can add value for the clients, then you know, you can really do very well. And that money we will bring on board a handful of new clients through February. And because it's recurring, it will compound on itself over time because the new clients coming in should hopefully touch wood. Well, if, if we carry on taking clients anyway, which we're going to stop doing soon and we're going to move to a waiting list. But before we do that, the new clients coming in should beat the churn on the existing client. So that's another little kind of tidbit of, of knowledge and value there. So. But there's loads of ways to structure these businesses so you don't have to copy this model exactly. You can just kind of take little bits from it and use them to either start or build or grow your, you know, what, whatever you're building.

So I'm just trying to, I'm going in a few different directions with this video just because I'm conscious that a few of you that watch are new and a few of you that watch are just, you know, you're getting started, you're making 10, 20, 30, 40k a month and a few of you are at the 1,200k a month mark. So there's a few different buckets and baskets of people that I know watch these videos. So I'm always trying to like, you know, give you a bit and give you a bit and give you a bit of value. But most importantly for me with this video was just giving you guys hard, unarguable proof that this is possible, you know, and I'll make more of these videos in, in the future. I think when we, when we get to.

Well, definitely when we get to a million cash collected, I'll do another one of one of these videos and show you the, the proof there. We're not going to be there for a few months. Going to take us time to get up there if we, if we decide to scale that far. We honestly might not. But right now, just to leave you with one final thing. So I'm working about four hours. Sorry, no, that's not true. About four to six hours a day. Right now I'm actually off for the next four days because my brother is visiting Dubai. It's very nice to be able to just. I'll take four days off. So another great thing about this, this business model is just how flexible it is because you control your time. You can do this from anywhere in the world. You can scale this as far as you choose to. All right? And again, all, all I'm doing just to really map out Everything is one YouTube video a week. Anyone that wants to work with me can go to the description and watch the little video that explains who I can and can't help. And if they want to, they can book a call. Then they either speak to me or a member of my team. And then if they want to work with me, they come on board, they begin the monthly retainer which they can cancel at any time by the way. And then they go through my training program if they want to go through that. And then we either do group coaching together or one to one coaching together or they come. I've started doing some in person as well here in Dubai as well for the people that want that. And that's it. I just help them. And that is. That's it. So that is literally how I'm making.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars a month in literally 30 minutes a week of YouTube and about four to six hours a day of work, five days a week. So, anyway, any thoughts, any questions? Guys?
