How to become a millionaire fairly fast like i did

A how-to YouTube guide by William Brown (Feb 11, 2024) explaining how he and others rapidly became millionaires by selling information — teaching a skill, knowledge, or talent to paying clients. He establishes credibility (sale of an e‑learning company to private equity, recent monthly cash receipts), advocates picking a market where you can solve a painful problem, crafting high-value offers aligned to outcomes, pricing by value, choosing appropriate delivery (one-to-one vs group vs course), and using simple sales funnels (ads, content, webinars, calls) to close paying clients. He frames 10k/month as an easily reachable early milestone (e.g., 3× $3k clients), emphasizes starting modestly and raising price, and offers one-to-one coaching as an optional paid service.

Hey guys, it's Will. And in this video I'm gonna give you a guide to actually becoming a millionaire from experience. Okay? Now if you've never seen one of my videos before and this is the first video that you're watching, you might just want to go and watch through the rest of the channel to get context on who I am, what I've built, what have I achieved, what I've achieved, the companies that I've built and owned and also sold. So I recently sold my last E Learning company to a private equity firm in America for multi seven figures. I've also, the last video that I uploaded shows my exact stripe account, my Binance account. I refresh it so that you can see that it's real and it shows that last month I made it was actually about $360,000 cash collected with an 89% net profit margin. So I just want to give you guys that to start with. Proof I'm a multi, multi millionaire by now. You know, I've built and scaled companies to above $20 million in total sales. I've won this award for making $10 million in cash in my last business that I recently sold. And on and on. One more thing that I want to share before I get into the video. I don't have some course to sell you. I don't have a 497 course, a 997 course. I do have a very high level one to one coaching program where I work with people, literally me and you to help them build and grow online education businesses. But it's very expensive. It's not just some rubbish throwaway course. It's probably not going to be right for, for most of you guys that watch this. And I do not care whether you buy it or not. I, I do not. If you want it, it's there. But I honestly do not care whether you buy it or not. I've, I've made enough money I don't need. You know, the reason that I do these videos is for fun and fulfillment and in a way it's, you know, it's, it's. I just love giving value to you guys and, and giving back and sharing everything that, that I've learned. So that's the point of these videos. I don't have some shitty course to sell you, okay? This video is going to actually be a real genuine, step by step in depth tutorial guide on how to make your first million. Okay? In a very succinct way. So let me just come back to my notes. So I know what to cover first. So first things first, let me give you context on what I believe. So what I'm about to share with you is what I believe is the best vehicle, the best model, the best business model, the best way to make a million dollars in the fastest amount of time. All right? The reason, I think that, the reason that I say that is because this is the exact way that I became a millionaire. This is the exact way that all of the people that I know that I've met in the masterminds, the events, the networking, blah, blah, blah, blah. This is the way that all of them have become millionaires as well. So it's not the only way, but it is the highest profit margin way, the lowest barrier to entry way. It's just, it just makes logical sense and it is real and it, and it works. Okay, so let's get into it now. You might just want to grab a pen, a piece of paper, a notepad, a journal or something like that because you're definitely going to want to make notes. I don't know how long this video is going to be. I don't plan these videos. I've got three, three bullet points here and I don't usually use bullet points, but I just want to get this video right and make, have it be the best that it can possibly be. So it's, it helps you guys as much as possible.
So what is this business model? What is this vehicle that I'm talking about? Well, it is selling information.
It's taking a skill that you have or a talent or some specialist knowledge, something that you know how to do so well that others would want to learn it from you. And this can be many things. So some of my clients right now are in fitness, they're in tutoring. So maths tutoring, English tutoring, science tutoring, yoga, teaching yoga, teaching how to buy and sell luxury watches, teaching, trading, you know, the stock market, investing, long term investing.
How to play piano, how to play guitar. And these are all five to six figure per month businesses, all of them, every single one. And I could, I could go on and on teaching sales, teaching how to land a job in recruitment, teaching how to start your own remote cleaning business from home and outsource the work. Teaching how to make, outsource the production of audiobooks and put them on audible and make a few thousand a month, teaching dropshipping, E Com, everything. So you would be amazed at what you can teach. It's very, very, very, very likely that you have got a skill or a talent or some knowledge that other people would learn to pay. I'll give you one more example. One of my buddies teaches people to write books. And also if you've written a book, how to sell it, how to market it, you know.
So many things, you can teach so many things.
If you know how to run ads, you can teach people how to run ads and start their own little agency and on and on. I just want to give you guys as many ideas as I physically can of what you can do here. But fundamentally it is taking something that you're good at, teaching it to others.
In. Well, I'm about to cover how. Okay, so, so, so let's start there. Now the first step is deciding on.
Let me say this, so always keep this in mind. Business is just problem solving, right? So whatever your skill or your talent or your knowledge, whatever niche that that is in.
That niche will have problems, pains, desires they want to reach and achieve, right? And if we take what's a good example, let's take like, let's take, there's so many examples, let's take trading and keep it simple. So a lot of traders out there, a lot of strategies out there, long term, short term, tons of different, different markets and, and so on to trade.
There's a lot of complexity there. There's, I mean, where the hell do you start? What markets do you trade?
There's, there's so many levels to it as, as well. I mean, how much capital are you trading with? Where are you in the world? What brokers do you have available? What markets do you want to trade? What in, you know, on, on, on and on and on. What level of risk do you want to trade with? So there's so many problems there to, to be solved in so many ways, right? You can solve it on a smaller level and just if you have a strategy that you've built that works, you can just share that. If you want to go higher and maybe have a program with coaching along with it, maybe it's a one year mentorship. So there's, there's different ways to solve that problem. I'll give you another example. I know a guy that teaches piano at a very, very high level. He's a professional, you know, pianist. He's played for some massive artists and now he teaches different groups of people to learn. So he teaches beginners to learn for a certain price. He teaches intermediates to become professional for a certain price. He teaches professionals to land, you know, big gigs and big performances and on and on. So there's different tiers of programs that he offers to solve the different problems because different members of that niche have different problems, right? Beginners don't want to, you know, just in, in one month jump to being a concert pianist for Adele or something, right? They just want to learn the basics, the fundamentals, right? So that's one problem to be solved and on and on. So within your realm, whatever it is that is your skill, your talent, whatever you want to share, maybe I'll give you another example. So one of my most successful Clients was a VP of Sales for a pretty big SaaS company in the UK.
And he hated his job, hated the corporate world, hated the 9 to 5. And he came to me and I helped him to basically teach lower level salespeople to get a VP position and drastically raise their income, move to the top of their company or another company, and on and on. And that was an 8,000 pound offer. So about $11,000 for three months of training and one to one coaching with him. And that was super, super successful. So can you see how he had achieved something? And then he taught that to other people below him to help them get up to where he was and his level, right? Just like I help you guys, I mean, I've done this for so many years. I've been in this, this selling knowledge industry for seven years now and I've made well over $20 million doing this in many, many, many niches for me and my clients. And I am kind of up here now and I help you guys come up, right? And I, I mean usually I either help people build one of these businesses or if they have one to grow one of these businesses. So again, I'm serving those different parts of the same market. So you could work with beginners if you want, you could work with intermediates if you want. You could work with even experts and help them with, with their problems. Because we've all got problems no matter what level you're on, right? So always keep that in mind. It's not just about the niche, it's about where are you in that niche? Where are you in that niche? You know, because there's always a one to ten scale, one raw beginner, ten absolute expert, the Tiger woods of golf, right?
And wherever you are on that scale, you can help the people below you. Okay, you can't help the people above you because you'd be out of integrity, but you can certainly help the people below you, right? So with that said, hopefully now you're starting to understand, you know, your skill, your talent, your knowledge, whatever niche whatever industry you're in specifically. And now hopefully you also understand, you know, where are you on that 1 to 10 scale and who can you help and who do you want to help as well? Because this business should be fun. It's not just about the money. It's about enjoying life and having fun and helping people. You know, the, the mission statement behind my company, build, grow and exit.com is make money, have fun and help people. That's what this stuff is all about. It's just such a great model because you can do those three things in, in a great way. But anyway, with what we've covered so far, the next step is, is crafting your offer. The pain, the problem that you're actually gonna solve for the niche. Right? So again, let's go back to my, my client who was the, the VP of sales, who left to help other people become VPs of sales organizations, SaaS, organizations specifically.
What's the pain and the problem that he's solving? Well, he's solving the pain of you are a lower level sales rep. You're not making the money that you want to make. You're probably not working the hours that you want to earn. Maybe you were in a location that you don't want to work in and you want to move location. You don't know how to interview well. You maybe you're not good enough at sales yet to be in that high level position. So all these pains and problems he solved inside that program for this group of people. So what are the pains, what are the problems that you can remove for the clients that you work with? How are you going to help these people? Because here's the thing, all we are doing as business owners is providing value and solving problems. All right? We're basically removing a gap between where people are and where they want to be. And they clearly don't know how to get to where they want to be because if they did, they'd be there. Right? So we are going to these people and we are saying, look, are you, you know, a sales rep? Maybe you're making 6, 8, 10k per month, but you want to make 25. Do you want to work for this big organization or that big organization? But you don't know how to get a foot in the door. You don't know how to interview well enough. You don't have the sales skills yet. Right? Come into my program and I will bridge that gap and help make that.
A reality for you. Right?
So it all starts with what is the pain? What's the problem? That people have. And can you solve it? Because if you can solve it, you've got a business, you've got a five, six, seven figure business. You just need to build it properly. So how do you build it properly? Well, onto the next step, which is crafting your offer. So this is all about speaking to that person in a way that's going to resonate with them and just help them understand how you can help them, right? So you may run ads, you may not. You may make organic content, YouTube videos, you know, Reels for TikTok, Instagram, a Facebook group, a school group, whatever it is, a Twitter, whatever it is. When you go out there to your market and you speak to them, you add value for them and you show them and prove to them that you can actually help them to solve that problem by providing value. Kind of like I'm doing to you guys right now. So I know that some of you are going to watch this and you're going to think, wow, I want to do this, or I'm already doing it, but I know I can do it at a higher level. And one or two or three of you are probably going to want me to coach you one to one to help it, help make it a reality, right? And if so, great. So I'm here, I'm giving you value, I'm showing you and proving to you that I can help and that I've done this at a very high level and I know what I'm talking about. You're going to do the same. You're going to go to your market and you're going to make YouTube videos, write tweets, make posts on Instagram, make reels on whatever, right? Or run ads and you're just going to say to them, hey, are you this kind of person? Do you have this problem? Are you struggling with this? If so, I am this person. Here's what I've done, here's how I can help. Let me know if you need some help.
That is really, to really boil it down, that's all that we do as business owners. We go to the market, we get people to raise their hand, okay, and say, I need that help, I'm stuck with this problem. Or similar. We get on a call with them, or we take them to a webinar, or we take them to a sales page, we show them how we can help them. And if they want the help, they come on board as a client and they pay you money and they give you their money. You give them the solution to their problem or their Pain, you're both happy. That is a business. That's it. That's. Honestly, guys, that's as simple as, as it is. I'm trying to keep this video fairly basic. I don't want to go absolutely crazy on, on you guys, but I just want to add value, inspire you and show you that this is possible and how to do it, right? So step one, what problem do you want to solve? What skill, what talent, what knowledge do you have that you can give to the market to help them and solve problems for them? Whatever problem you decide to solve, right? You then craft an offer and speak to them. You go out there, reach them, get them to put, put their hand up, right? What is the pain? What is the problem that you're going to solve for the niche? Take it to them, offer it to them, okay? And then they're going to move into the next step, which is two things, your sales process and the price and the deliverables. So the bigger the pain, the bigger the problem that you solve, the more money you can charge for it.
So if you can get someone, let's say that you help sales reps that are making 6, 8, 10k a month to get 25,000amonth, 35,000amonth placements, if you can do that, you can charge £8,000, 10, 12,000, quite frankly, more.
Because it's well, well worth it. Let me ask you this, would you pay 12k to get a 35,000 per month role? Hell yeah. It's a no bloody brainer, isn't it? You know, if that is truly possible and the person that you're paying can really do that, that is the best 12k that you'll ever spend, right? So think about it like that. The bigger the pain, the bigger the problem. The more desire, the bad, you know, the more bad that people want it, the more money you can charge because the outcome is so much more valuable. Okay? So price is just in alignment with the value with the problem. The bigger the problem, the higher the price, the smaller the problem, the lower the price, right? So if you teach people to tie their shoelaces, well, you probably can't charge much for that. Probably a bad example, right? But you know what I mean. So whenever it comes to price, whenever anyone says to me, will, what should I charge for my program? Whether it's group coaching, one to one coaching, it's an online training, whatever it is, I always say to them, what outcome on average are your clients going to achieve by the end of 12 months.
Whatever that is, what is that worth, if it's a monetary value, what is it? And if it's something like if you're solving addiction or it's a, maybe a divorce offer or marriage offer or a health offer with that outcome that they're going to get, let's say it's health, let's say someone goes from really overweight to really, really fit, their breathing is better, they can move more, they're more active, they can do more in life, what is that worth? That's worth a lot of money because that's someone's life. You've made their life so much better. They can do more travel, exercise, meet better people, they're fitter, they're cleaner, they're healthier, everything that's worth a lot of money, that's worth 2000, 4000, 6000 more to the right person. This is another thing as well. There's different segments to the market. So if we come back to what's a good example, one of my friends actually has an addiction offer.
And he doesn't sell to everyday people, he sells to high level executives, CEOs, millionaire entrepreneurs. So for them, solving the problem has much more of an impact and a very long tail result and outcome because there's more money to be made for them. They're a CEO, they're an entrepreneur, so for them it's more valuable. For your average person, you know, it's less valuable depending on someone's circumstance, where they are in life, what they do. So it's not just the offer, but it's who are you offering it to? Who is that person? Right, so price just derives from, from, from the value and the outcome that you're actually selling to people. Now on the deliverable side, I would say this. What do people need? Do they need one to one coaching? Yes or no or do they need group coaching? Yes or no? Do they need a three, four hour training program or do they need a 50 hour training program?
The answer to that is just what do they need to get the promised outcome? What do they need to get the promised result? If they need a two hour training program and group coaching, that's all you need to do. If they need, maybe it's just one to one coaching that they need. One of my clients is a very famous Netflix composer. He's worked with like London Grammar, Lana Del Rey and he does one to one coaching with people. He doesn't have a training program, doesn't do group coaching, it's just one to one. So what do your market, what do your niche actually need, right? Just give them, just give them what they need. Doesn't have to be some big fancy program. Your only job is getting them the promised outcome, the promised result, right? So price based on value. Deliver them well. Do your delivery in a way that they need. Don't just copy other people. If you see people having a school group, don't just blindly do that because you might not need to. If you see everybody doing just a course on its own, well, don't just blindly do that because your niche may need more. Like for me, I know for a fact that my clients get the best results the fastest with one to one coaching. So I do one to one coaching. If I didn't do that, then I would be doing a disservice to my clients because I know that they would not get as good results without that. So to have full integrity and respect for my clients, I have to do that. And I love doing that. You know, if I didn't love doing it, I just wouldn't do it at all. But I love doing that and that's why I do it, because I love it and it gets them the best results as well. So it's win, win. And that's why all my clients get amazing, amazing results. You know, you guys have probably seen I've got a whole YouTube channel, William Brown testimonials, YouTube channel full of feedback from these guys. So my audience need one to one. That's why I give it. Now finally, when it comes to the sales process, okay.
This just depends on the market. So what do your market need? Do they need a one hour, two hour webinar to fully understand what you do and how you can help them? If so, do that. Do they just need a 4, 5, 6, 7 minute short video and then a sales call? Do they only need a sales page? Do they need a mixture of these things? Do they need like a webinar and then a sales page or a webinar and a sales call or vsl? You know, you've got to play with these things so that you can see what's right for the market. And again, just, just give the market what they want. Just give the market what they want. Okay guys, so that's the second bullet point that I wrote down. Now the final one is closing clients and making your first 10,000amonth. Now some of you are going to think that I am a knob. Thought I'm about to say. But it is true. 10k a month is not hard. It's not hard. It is two clients at 5k it's like three, I mean, three clients at 4k, you made 12 grand. It's really not hard, guys. Now if you think that I'm a knob for saying that, firstly I apologize because I don't want anyone to think that, you know. But if you do think that, go and watch my last video that I uploaded last week. It's called something like how I'm making $341,000 a month from YouTube in 30 minutes a week. I think that's the exact title. And in that video, I show you my stripe account with all the payments, I show you my binance with all the payments and you can literally see me make about $350,000 cash collected in one month. The reason I made that video is to show you and prove to you that this is real. And that is true and it is being done. Because if someone would have showed me that when I was just getting started, I would have worked harder with more belief as well. Because there was always a part of me that was like, is this really real? Is it really true? Can you really make hundreds of thousand in one month cash and see about your bank balance? Go up by 300 grand in one month. And I want you guys to know that the answer is yes.
The answer is yes. You can do it. And you will do it. You bloody will do it. This is what this channel is all about. This is what these videos are all about. It's helping you do this for yourself.
So 10k is not hard, right? You should only be selling expensive stuff because you're going to be solving quality problems for your audience and your niche. Now, one caveat, it's better to start low and raise your price than to start high, get intimidated and come back down. So you may just want to start at like 995, 1k, 2k, 3k range.
Now that is a bit too low for almost all problems if you're targeting the right area of your niche and you're solving a real problem, right, that people want. And again, it would surprise you what people want. I mean, I know someone that has a guitar, how to become a great guitarist, and it's like $2,000 for the main product and it's like 5,000 for a weekend in person training thing, you know.
I mean, my friend that has the, my buddy who has like a prevent yourself from getting divorced offer. I think that starts at 2. And the most expensive is like 15,000 dep depending on what coaching you get, how long you have the program, blah, blah, blah. So there's different things that he does and they have different prices. But yeah, the point that I'm trying to make is you should be charging at least 1, 2, 3k when, when you start out. If you're charging let's say 3K, well you only need three clients, right? And you can get that pretty quickly, pretty easily. If you, if you know what you're doing and you do it and you work hard and you do things correctly, you can have your first client in four to six weeks. You can have two or three clients within two months and, and you're, you're rocking and rolling and you're on your way. So those are the components that, that is like literally the guide to, to actually becoming a millionaire. And that's from seven years of experience and over $20 million made doing this. And I still do exactly what I teach you. I drink the medicine that I prescribe to you guys on this webinar on in these videos. I can't speak. It's pretty early in the morning today for me. That's why I've got this coffee to kick me into gear. I've had one sip of in about 30 minutes as usual. But it really is that simple guys. Okay? Now if you have any thoughts or questions, just comment below the video. I'll do my best to, to answer them for you. It's actually me that goes through those comments. It's usually when I'm like driving somewhere or you know, I'm relaxing in the afternoon, having a cigar on the balcony or something like that that I just go through the comments and try my hardest to get back to you guys. But you guys have asked me recently for a more of a hands on tutorial style video. I didn't want to go too deep in this video because I don't want it to be like a three hour bloody crazy training. But yeah, hopefully this added value, hopefully this at least steers you in the right direction now and you can just start doing that one or two or three next few things that you need to do to make this happen for yourself. And if you do want me to go deeper on any of this stuff, just again let me know in the comments, give me your video suggestions. I'll happily make them for you. Again, this channel is all about you guys. I've made enough money, you know, I don't need any of you to give me money. I don't need any of you to join my one to one coaching program. If you want to, it's there. I'll put a link in the description if you want me to help you. But you don't have to. You know, if you want to go faster and get it right first time and get your first client or grow your business in a faster time frame, great. I'll help you do that. If you don't, just watch and enjoy the videos, guys. Okay? So hope it helps. Hope you enjoyed that, and I'll see you back here soon.
