Hey, guys, it's Will. And in this video, if you own a social media marketing agency or you sell online products, or even if you have a large audience that you're not yet monetizing, man, this video is going to change the game for you. It really is. In this video, I'm going to share the only two things that you need to make millions selling stuff online. And guys, please watch this one slowly, steadily and carefully and grab a pen and a piece of paper as well, because you're definitely going to want to make notes. And just before we get into the video, the goal of this YouTube channel is to help great companies scale to the heights that they should be at. And I give all of this value for free. I spend a lot of energy, time, money making these videos for you. And all I ask in return is that you please hit the like button, subscribe to the channel, and share the video with somebody that might find it valuable. So let's just dive straight in. And before anything, let me share the only two things that you need to make millions selling stuff online. One, you need to get customers. And two, you need to make those customers as valuable as possible by maximizing ltv, by adding on a backend, an upsell, a downsell, whatever it is. We'll get to that in just a second. And honestly, guys, that is it. That's all you need to do to make millions selling stuff online. And next I'm going to actually tell you the easiest, fastest, best way to do those two things as efficiently as possible so that you can just get them done and scale whatever puppy it is that you got that you're working on up to the heights that it should be at. So the first one, get customers. Now, there's a fast way to do this, which is using paid advertising. And the downside to that is it requires quite a lot of skill. And that comes in the form of firstly, building a mathematically sound acquisition funnel, writing great copy for vsl, for the emails, for the ads, and of course, it requires money to spend on the goddamn ads themselves. And there's also a slower way to do this as well that's kind of on the other side of that coin, which is using organic traffic sources like your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, all of that new age craziness. But again, it still requires some skill. And that comes in the form of creating great engaging content, speaking well, keeping up the frequency of production, great editing and all of that stuff. And really, instead of paying with your money and outlaying capital, instead you're paying with your human time. So that's the playoff. So that's really the question, which one of those two sits best with. With where you're at currently, Is it you have more money and then you go the paid ad route or is it that you have more time and you go with that more hands on organic route to start with? If it's the money side that you fall on, then the best thing that you can do right now is hire me as a coach. Let me look after you, let me help you build the infrastructure. Let's get ads turned on, leads coming into the funnel, get those goddamn things closed and start making you some money. And if it's time, on the other hand, well, bad news, you can't afford to hire me as a coach. So you're going to have to go the long way around. You're going to have to feed the content machine, as one of my mentors, Sam Ovens used to say. And eventually, if the content is good enough, if it's produced regularly enough and it fits with the platform that you're actually making it for, then you're going to get leads. And so continues the process of building your infrastructure from there. Now at this stage, whether you've gone the paid ads route or whether you've gone the organic route, hopefully you're going to have leads coming in through that. So now we're at the stage where we need to actually turn those leads into paying customers. Now there's a few ways that you can go from here. So route number one is the good tried tested call funnel. Opt in VSL sales call, get them closed at a high ticket price. Another way that you can go would be the good old automated webinar, the fake live webinar where you pretty much send people through an opt in into a webinar registration. You'll then push them to the webinar itself and ideally convert them there and then at the end of the webinar using a tried and tested order form. And for that the product price it's gonna have to be no more than $2,000. So 1.5 to 2K is the sweet spot for a webinar. Or if you don't go one of those two routes, then it might just be the much lower ticket cold DMS route that you go. So maybe you send traffic to your Instagram as one example, and then you've got a setter in the dms having conversations and converting them kind of manually relies a lot more on human time and it's A bit more fiddly and it's way less efficient than High Ticket or even a webinar, but it can be done. So those are the most common ways to actually turn leads into customers. And depending on your product and your price point, one of those methods will work best for you and almost certainly the others won't. Okay, the the infrastructure has to match the pricing so that the mathematics of the whole operation actually makes sense and the unit economics are correct. For example, you wouldn't sell, let's say, a $5,000 coaching or consulting product via cold DMs on kind of Instagram. You know that it's very hard to get someone across the line without a sales call at that kind of price. Whereas if you're selling like $15 ebook, for example, you don't need a sales call for that. Even if you did try and go the sales call route, wow, you're going to struggle to hire a rep that you can pay commission on a $15 sale. So those things have to be in alignment. Just use common sense, right? There's a sales process for each specific offer and that's based on the price and the deliverables of the offer. So now you've got your leads, you've turned those leads into customers, and now it's time to focus on maximizing LTV so that you can scale as far as you want to. And I just want to add a bit of caveats here, okay? Now, as a real tangible example, within my E Learning company, we sell a $9,000 product and the cost per sale is roughly 1.5 K. We're kind of coming up to the 2K mark now. Last, last time I checked it was about 1.5, but nonetheless, we typically pay roughly 1.5k to make a roughly $9,000 sale. And if that is the case for yourself, LTV is a lot less important because you've got that fat margin there, you've got that big chunk of profit and you can scale right into that. So you can still scale quite far even without a backend, even without maximizing ltv. Now if on the other hand, you're selling, let's say a 2K product through a webinar, right? And your cost per acquisition is, is the same, it's 1.5k. You pretty much can't scale much further because the profit there is a pretty small $500 or pounds, whatever it is, right? So you're quite limited on scale. So you would need to go and add on some kind of back end or upsell or downsell or Mastermind to boost that ltv which is then going to give you the margin that you can scale into. And again, to do that, it's, it's pretty simple. You just need to sell more stuff to your existing customers when they come in. And again, that can be anything from a mastermind, some kind of recurring software, maybe some consulting, some additional coaching with like the founder or head of coaching or something like that. Whatever you can give them that adds more value, that helps them get better results or faster results, whatever that is, create it, sell it to them and offer it to them at the highest value based price that you can. So don't take the piss, okay? Depending on what it is and how much it helps them, just price it fairly. And just keep in mind that if someone has become a customer of yours, then they already like you, trust you, respect you, and it's highly likely that they'll. If you put something else that's valuable in front of them, they're almost certainly going to buy it. Now, by far the easiest win for putting something on the back end is a mastermind. It just is, okay? It's one of the easiest things to sell. You can charge thousands and thousands of dollars for it. You can deliver massive value. Mastermind as well. And it's just so easy to put out there to your customers, okay? And of course it instantly and very significantly raises your ltv. Or if that's not possible, there's loads of other things that you can do as well. If you're st on this point, just book a call with me at the link in the description, I'll jump on a call with you. I'm pretty good at this stuff. I mean, after seven years and working with tons and tons of people in actually doing this, I'll probably be able to make some suggestions for you, which I can do for free by the way. And we might even find that working together is a good idea. If it is, I'll tell you how. If it isn't, at least I can lend a hand and add some value and you can go and crack this on your own. I don't mind doing that, guys. So there you have it. So number one, get leads. Number two, turn those leads into customers. And then number three, maximize the lifetime value of your customers using additional products, services and offers. That is really it, guys. And if you do those three things, you will be able to scale very far and honestly make millions of dollars. I know it sounds simple, but that is it. That's, that's the secret sauce. That's the golden goose. That's, I don't know, some kind of golden egg thing. I don't know. That's, that's it. In fact, I've literally made as of right now just below $15 million doing that exact thing over the last six, seven years. It works. And I've made millions of dollars for the business owners that I've been coaching and mentoring over the last year as well. This is one of those chunks of things that we work on together. If you do this stuff right, it just instantly makes you more money. Just, it just does. Now just before we do wrap up this video, I want to give you a real life example and kind of a look inside my E Learning company product suite and just explain to you our rough numbers. Okay. So that you can see this stuff in action and get a real feel for it. So currently our front end product, like I mentioned earlier, is $9,000 and it costs us roughly 1.5k to make a sale. And that's through paid ads at the moment, just YouTube ads and a little bit of organic. From there we offer a $7,000 mastermind on the back, the back end which we call Quantum. And then we offer a little bit later in the sales cycle we'll offer customers a 350 per month software which is technically it's a down sell, but it's kind of not really, but, but nonetheless that's one of the other things that they get offered along with a couple of other bits and bobs. So on average a customer is worth roughly 10, $11,000 to us in LTV. And that means can scale pretty far as we have. And that's because we've got a pretty chunky piece of margin there, you know, even after we've paid for hoard costs and closer commissions and blah blah, blah agency fees for the guys that run our ads for us, we've still got a very healthy bottom line. So yeah, what we've got, it works. I'd encourage you honestly to kind of copy it if you can, you know, front end mastermind if you can, software if you can, private coaching, that kind of thing. And then you should hopefully be able to scale as far as we have. And just finally one more thing to pay close attention to, as obvious as it might sound, is actually the price of the program. So $9,000 is, it's a pretty solid price. And if like us, you have a truly great product that really gets people results and you can charge that kind of amount, that in itself is really going to help you to scale very far. And this is actually one of the, the most common problems that I see when, when business owners come to me with let's say a high ticket funnel, it's not dialed in. The mathematics are not solid. There's no back end and the price is like 2K. And they're like, why is this not working? I'm like, dude, come on, you know, there's so much to fix here. There's so many things that are wrong. So again, if that is you booking a call with me at the link in the description, I'll lend a hand. More than happy to lend a hand. So this stuff is, it's just all about balancing the numbers, guys. It really is that that simple. That's all that business is. Business is just math. That's it. Get the maths right and you'll be able to scale very far and like me, make millions of dollars in the process.
