How to make $25,000,000 selling courses

William Brown scaled an e-learning business to a multi-seven-figure exit by starting paid ads early (£1-2k in January 2020, then millions), moving to Dubai for network and tax benefits, and obsessing over funnel metrics and unit economics. He emphasizes pricing correctly, tracking cash weekly, and building a personal brand instead of chasing daily metrics.

Hey guys, it's Will. I've made so many mistakes over the years since going from my parents, spare room, no prospects, a few thousand dollars to my name about six, seven years ago through to now, being a multimillionaire, living my dream life in Dubai, phenomenal business, great friends, amazing relationship with my girlfriend.
But I wish that I'd known what I'm about to share with you guys in this video. What I'm about to tell you will save you time, it will save you money, it will make you a hell of a lot of money if you put what I'm about to share into practice. No matter where you are on your journey, whether you're a new entrepreneur, whether you're an existing entrepreneur, whether you're at 10, 20, 30K a month or 2, 3, 400,000amonth, like myself, currently within my, my consulting business, there's going to be a nugget in here. So this may be somewhat of a long video, but I would implore you to watch the whole thing because there will be a nugget in here that will have a significant impact. So let's get into it with the first mistake and in my opinion, one of, if not the biggest that I've made and that is not running paid ads sooner.
Now, for those that don't know this, I used to own an e learning company. I actually sold it last year to a private equity firm for multi seven figures. And I started that business organically back in about 2018. And what I mean by organically is I just had a very small Twitter account with 2, 300 followers. I had about six to 12 months later. I had a very small YouTube channel, about 500,000 subscribers, and people would slowly approach me to ask for my help. And that's actually how that business started. I didn't intend on starting that company. People began asking me for help with what I was teaching, which at the time was trading. And that elearning company birthed itself organically. Now, after about two years, I saw a YouTube ad from a guy called Alex Becker. And he was saying in that ad, if you are selling online education and you're not running ads, you're leaving a lot of money on the table. And me being me, when I get the feeling that I don't know something, I will buy a book, I'll buy a course, I'll hire a coach because I want to just get the knowledge ASAP from the best people that I can. So I booked a call, immediately, bought Alex's Mastermind. It was $8,000 back then, in December 2019 and between the start of December and the start of January, I had gone right through the program. I'd written ads, I'd built a sales process for my elearning company. And at the time we were doing about 20, 30k a month. And by the end of 2020, after turning paid ads on, we were doing well. We did 1.2, 1.3 million that third year. So we did about a quarter of a million in 2019. And then we roughly 5x'd, all thanks to paid ads. Now, I heard someone that I'm a big fan of, a guy called Sabri Suby, say recently, paid ads is the number one best investment vehicle on planet Earth. And it really is, and I want to make you guys aware of this because if I knew this sooner, my God, I would have made a lot more money. And also, I wish that I'd scaled faster.
I wish I'd scaled faster. And just to put this into context, so January 2020, I probably spent about 1 or 2000 pounds on ads that month, and I made.
12 back, 14 back, so hundreds of percent.
And then I spent 3,4k in February and then 4,5,6k in March, maybe 8,9,10k in April.
And I wish that I'd scaled faster. I wish that I knew what I know now because I just didn't understand funnel metrics back then. And this is something that I help a lot of with my clients with is running ads properly, what's the right platform? How do you write them? What metrics need to be in place for you to scale? I wish that I knew that back then because if I could take my brain and rewind time back, I reckon I could have done 2, 2 and a half million that year instead of 1.2, 1.3, if not a little bit more. But as the saying goes, you don't know what you don't know. And now I know, and then I didn't, and I just wish that I did. So I want to share this with you guys. If you haven't started a business yet, just be aware of the power of paid ads. If you're currently running a business and it's all organic.
My God, my God. If it's dialed in and then you turn paid ads on.
You are going to make a lot of money.
I mean, honestly, you can double, triple, quadruple a business or more very quickly. If you get everything dialed in organically and then turn paid ads on, it's a recipe for monstrously large success and a hell of A lot of money as well. So mistake number one. I wish I'd known about paid ads sooner. I wish I knew how to run them properly. Build a paid ad sales funnel, write proper ad copy, understand the funnel metrics, know what platforms to start with, which ones to hedge with, and on and on. So for any of you, again, if you're starting, be aware, if you have an organic business and no ads, learn to run ads and blow your business up. And if you're running ads right now at low scale. So for example, right now I'm spending a very small amount on ads to sell my book. So I'm spending about £3,000amonth on book funnel ads. And we will do about 1421, we'll do about.
8 to 12 X per month. So 800%. A thousand percent. 1200% ROI. Please tell me now. I know that that's at low scale, so those are not big numbers yet. So that is a caveat. They're not. That's not a lot of ad spend whatsoever. But.
Where else on earth can you get a 1000% cash ROI.
Inside of a month? Now, do AD ROIs go up and down? Yes. Is it a risk if you build things badly? If your ads are not well written, if your sales process is not well built, if your price is wrong, then it's not going to work and you're going to risk money and you're going to lose money. Right? So like anything, there is risk, but when you actually know what you're doing, the risk is, it's, it's miniature, it's tiny. And just like we are doing right now, we are literally spending, I mean, the money that we spend on ads, we break even on selling the book and the, and the other bits and bobs that come with it. And then when people buy my coaching program, that's just 100% pure profit and it is the best feeling in the world. It gives you such big balls when you can risk money on ads without caring which is step one. And when you can dial everything in and quite honestly print money, it's the best feeling on, on, on, on planet Earth. And I wish that I knew this sooner and I wish that I'd learned this properly sooner and I would have made millions more than I actually have. So that's mistake number one.
Mistake number two was not moving to Dubai.
Now, moving to Dubai has largely changed my life for quite a few reasons.
Number one would be the environment. So when you're in a great environment, so you live in a beautiful apartment, you've got nice views, it's sunny weather every day. You can see the ocean, you can go to the beach. It just makes you feel better. Because you feel better, you work harder. Because you work harder, you go further and make more money. And it's really a positive flywheel that spans from environment. I cannot stress the importance of environment as an entrepreneur.
Now I started my entrepreneurial journey from my parents spare room in a small village in England in just a room, just a room in a house. And you make it as good as you can, right? So I'm not saying if you're starting out on your journey, obviously you're not going to move to a beach front or an oceanfront apartment or a top floor penthouse. You're not going to do that yet. You will eventually, with time and success. But just make your environment the best that it can be. Even now in this office, it's clean, it's well laid out. I've got my award on the wall, I've got my bookshelf behind me. You know, I've got a bit of greenery in here just to take this, the Dubai desert edge off. But can you see how my environment is very optimized, Very, very optimized and dialed in and it makes you feel better. You want to be in the office and if you want to be in the office, you work, you work better with more focus and on and on and on. So moving to Dubai put me in an amazing, beautiful, inspiring environment and because of that I worked harder. Because of that I made more money. And because of that, on and on, right? Not only that, all high level entrepreneurs are either moving here or they come through here at one stage. Whether it's for a mastermind, whether it's for a holiday and it's great to be here, to be able to have dinner with those people, to have coffee with those people and the likes. So not just for the environment, but but also for the people that you get to actually meet and spend time with and cross paths with. I was literally in the gym this morning and a guy came up to me and said to me, you know, are you William Brown? I was like, yes. And he said, oh, I was thinking of coming to your mastermind. It's awesome to meet you.
So on and so forth. So you run into high level entrepreneurs even in the gym when you're out here, which is just fantastic. And that wouldn't happen if I lived in like, I mean, look, it may happen, but if I lived in somewhere, another country, another city or maybe a small Town. It certainly wouldn't happen in the town where I'm from, I can tell you that for a fact. So it's environment, it's the people, it's the energy, it's the weather. The no tax doesn't hurt either. That's just a, quite frankly, a massive advantage. And I remember one of my buddies said to me, will, I was living in England, in England, in London, and I was thinking of ways to boost my profits by optimizing the team, optimizing the price, optimizing the product. And I realized I can just move to Dubai and instantly save 20, 30% in tax, get that back in profit. And I've grown the business without doing a single thing other than moving to a better country and a better city anyway. So it really is win, win. There's no downside in my opinion, in my experience, there's no downside to making a move to somewhere like Dubai because it's just all upside, in my opinion. And again, when I started to find out about Dubai, it was around. I was making, in my last company, I was making about 200k a month, 150, 175, 200k a month. It was getting significant in terms of money earned. And that's when I started to consider Dubai. And again, I wish that I'd made the move sooner.
Because I would have grown faster, I would have made more money, I would have made better connections, I would have enjoyed my life more if I just moved sooner. And I put it off for quite a while because naturally I was a bit worried, I was a bit scared. Will, I like it? I'd never even been here. I moved here blind and I came, I booked an Airbnb for a month and I said to myself, I'm either going to love it and stay, I'm going to hate it and I'm going to go home. And I loved it and I stayed. And that was three years ago, now that I've been here. So mistake number two, not optimizing for environment sooner and more specifically for me, not moving to Dubai sooner. So let me ask you this question. Where on earth do you need to be to perform at your best?
Where on earth do you need to live? City, beachside countryside, villa, apartment. If you're starting a software company, well, you'll be best placed in America. You'll be best placed in California. I dare say if you're more like myself, you're a growing entrepreneur and you're more in the info space and you're adding other core elements to the Business, Dubai, Miami and the likes. Okay, so not optimizing my environment sooner was the second mistake. The third is a bit more of a tactical one, and that is not understanding the importance of pricing. And not to go too deep, but unit economics within my business. And basically, to boil it down, I undercharged for a very long time, 9 out of 10 of the clients that I work with, 8, 9 out of 10, they are either undercharging or their front end and their back end is not dialed in. And it's stopping them from making more money, basically. And I'm sure that many of you that are watching this that have either other businesses or similar businesses to myself, it's highly likely that your pricing is wrong and, or your deliverables are wrong and, and. Or you don't understand unit economics quite yet and understanding that will, number one, it'll make you more money. This is one of the easiest fixes when clients come to me, is just to optimize these things and instantly, like, I've seen people grow by 50%, 100% literally in six to eight weeks by just dialing this stuff in. And this is something that I do with my coaching clients very often is just getting the numbers right, the front end, the back end, a lot of the time, stopping, selling a lot of products and maybe just doing one great main product and then a mastermind or a workshop or adding in a book or this thing or that thing. But if I had to really boil this mistake down, I wish I understood pricing better sooner, and I wish that I charged what I was worth sooner as well. So that was mistake number three. That's a very common one that I see.
Mistake number four, and this can apply to literally anybody. And this will help you to make more money, I guarantee you, if you do what I'm about to tell you, whether you're a successful entrepreneur, whether you're a new entrepreneur, whether you're an aspiring entrepreneur, whoever you are, wherever you are, do this and I guarantee you you'll make more money. And it's as simple as this. Track all of the cash that you have in the world, right? I do this every single seven days. I look at all the cash that I have. Some in Binance, some in this bank account, some in this isa, some in this place, some here, some there, and I track all of my cash down to the penny, and then you can look at is it going up and why is it going down and why? And I make notes. So let's say it goes up by 90 grand one week. Well, I write down everything that I've done in that seven day period. Oh, I did an offer or oh, I close to 60 grand client on Wednesday or I one of my YouTube videos blew up and it made me an extra seven grand. In ads, I'm just making this stuff up. But you write down everything that makes it go up, you write down everything that makes it go down. And over the months you start to not only see what's working on what isn't, but because you're so aware and so conscious of exactly how much cash you've got, you start to almost. It's like a game, it kind of gamifies building your capital and building your wealth. And I've only shared this with a few people, but one of the last people I shared it with, the minute that he started doing this, he said to me a couple months later, he was like, I've never felt this in control of generating cash flow and growing my cash reserves just by keeping an eye on it. So I think there's some kind of saying, you know, what you focus on expands and what you take your focus off detracts or goes down or however you want to say it. And that's not only true for many areas of life, but specifically for business and specifically for cash flow. When you're tracking your net worth and stuff. For anybody who is a client of mine, by the way, if you go into the business development training program, scroll to the bottom and I've actually given you my net worth tracker, my cash flow tracker, my life plan, document thing, it's all there at the bottom of the training program so you can get it, see it, use it. And that's the exact same stuff that I use myself to constantly learn and grow and progress. So seriously, it sounds simple. Add up all your cash and write it down every seven days. But trust me, just try it for one or two or three months and I promise you, you will learn so much about yourself and your spending and your business and your investments and where your money is and gamify growing it as well. Yeah, it's just a game changer. It really is. So if any of you, if you're a serious entrepreneur, then this is one thing that you should absolutely be doing. It's very, very important.
And if you're not a serious entrepreneur, I would still urge you to try it because the difference that it's had for me and every single person I've shared it with is really dramatic. It really is dramatic. So that's number four, now number five.
And I'VE just been thinking about this again recently, is not understanding seasons.
So there's different seasons in life and in business and in entrepreneurship. And I was talking to one of my one to one clients about this yesterday. Like, what season am I in? What season is he in? And vice versa. In my opinion, the first season as an entrepreneur is you're broke, you want to make cash flow, you want to get rich basically and just learn, make a mess, clean it up, get your first half a million, one million, one and a half million cash in the bank, maybe buy some real estate and just do it. Just get out there and just become somewhat successful, right? Just become a millionaire, which is not hard these days, and just become pretty much successful and solid. That's like phase one, right? That's like season number one, season two for a lot of people. And I, I see this a lot. When people get to 1, 2, 3 million net worth, people start to stop and think, do I really love this business? Am I living in the right place? Am I investing in the right things? Am I going in the right direction? Is this really my passion? And they start to reevaluate like life and priorities and investments and everything. And I've just been through this phase and this is why I sold my last company last year, because I came into this phase and I thought, do I want to run this business for the next 10 years? No. Do I still love the industry? No. Do I need the business anymore? No. Right. Well, let's evaluate priorities and passions and what we want and need, boil it all down, which for me was essentially stop chasing money now. Invest the capital that we've got. Well, and just do what we love and build something with a ten year time horizon that really benefits the world, truly adds value and helps people long term in a growing emerging industry, which is online education. And it's my passion. Like, I absolutely love what I do. I love the clients, I love the product, I love the industry. And I truly believe that what I do has a positive impact on the world because I empower people to share their knowledge, share their skills, share their talents with others that need it. And that is part of the mission statement behind my current company is to empower talented individuals to share that talent, that skill, that knowledge with the world, to have a positive impact. And it's, it's, it's a game changer to be going in this direction and just having fun. This is one of our values. Make money, have fun and help people.
Make money, have fun and help people.
That's basically the Essence of what I'm doing right now, because I still want to make more money, but I want to have fun. And I've got to have an impact and just feel amazing about what I do every day to feel fulfillment. This is another thing that I've learned as well, is not having a mission, not having core values sooner. But that's actually another. I've slipped that one in there for you guys. That's like a little. Well, it's a big thing that I've learned, but I wasn't planning on covering that. But you can have that one. Take that one to the bank, okay? Because it's an absolute game changer when you step into that zone of it's not just money anymore, but let's build something sick, let's build something awesome with good people, good clients, amazing product. Well, you're just on a mission. It's a game changer. But to come back to the mistake that I'm currently talking about.
All seasons are different, right? And you do different things at different times in different seasons. So I don't believe in follow your passion. I believe in follow a vehicle that is substantial and works to achieve what you want to achieve. So if you want to become a millionaire in the shortest amount of time, online education is the fastest and easiest way to get there. Just a fact. That's just a fact. It's an absolute fact. Why? Why? Because it's the highest cash flow of pretty much any business. It's the lowest expenses of pretty much any business. The lowest startup costs of pretty much any business. Anyone can start one, you can teach pretty much anything, almost all at high ticket prices. And you can be at 10, 20, 30k a month, in 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, no problem. And you can keep most of it. And if you optimize for tax, you keep pretty much all of it. Like, even in my current business, our margin currently is 90.8% profit. So for every hundred thousand dollars that we that comes into the business, I actually keep about 90,000 of that. Like, find me another business model where you can do that. It's just phenomenal. But nonetheless, coming back to my point, what season are you in right now? Are you in a starting out, making a mess, figuring it all out and just making your first half a million, one million, one and a half million. Or are you beyond that? And now you're either scaling to 10, 20, 30 million, or you're starting to think, you know what, I might not be in the right vehicle, I might not be in the right niche. Let me pivot and then do the thing that gets me to 10, 20, 30 million. That in my opinion is phase two. Phase three, in my opinion is you've completely sold money, you're very, very wealthy and now you want to start a charity, you want to start giving back, you want to go really, you know, really big, really significant. And that's where I see myself kind of stepping into over the next 12 years, where it's because one of my aspirations is to start a charity. I want to help to educate people. In my opinion, proper education about life, about direction, about your passions, what really fulfills you, making money on and on and on and on and just building a great life. So that's one of my long term ambitions. And towards the end of that season, this is where I see Alex Becker, Sam Ovens, Cole Gordon, where now they're going for, you know, 100 million, 200 million, 300 million and beyond and starting like software companies and, and the likes the real serious.
Where it's 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, monstrously large exits, that kind of thing. And that's kind of the really season three, we're kind of making life into a television show here. But yeah. So what season are you in? And I wish that I understood that because you shouldn't be thinking about season two stuff in season one. You shouldn't necessarily be thinking about season three stuff in season two and vice versa, in my opinion. And I wish I knew that sooner because I was always trying to plan out season three stuff when I was in season one and then start working on season two stuff in season one. I wish that I just kept the plan and just known the season. I hope that I've explained that. Well, I don't think I explained that as well as I probably could have. But understanding seasons, it's really important and it's really fundamental, guys. So I hope that that makes sense now. My fifth regret, or this may be my sixth regret, I've actually lost count, was not building a personal brand sooner.
So building a personal brand, it just makes life, business, it just makes everything so much easier. Meeting connections, getting invited to dinners and to speak at masterminds and do press articles and do podcasts and it increases trust. So more people buy from you, they buy from you easier. You make more money easier and faster. And if you can have a personal brand that's organic driven and then turn paid ads on, it's just a, it's just perfect. It's just like the perfect amazing combination. If you can do those three Things Personal brand number one, organic number two, paid ads number three, all well balanced, all in combination. It's just a recipe for making so many millions of dollars. And that's what. What we were experiencing now increasingly so. I've never made more money right now than I have in my entire life. Multi, six figures a month, net profit, which is just incredible, just insane. It's absolutely insane to even say. It still makes me just pause a little bit and be like, wow, this is just insane. But. And it's a combination of those three things. Personal brand, organic, paid ads and somewhat having a book as well is a bit of an edge, but not critical, but helps. But let's leave that out of the frame for the second. And this is the way, you know, this is the way to have fun, help people print cash easier than. It's just the perfect model. That's all I can say. And I wish that I'd done this sooner. So for those of you who are watching this, who don't have a personal brand yet, even if you're not sure on like an offer yet or even the business that you want to build, I would seriously encourage you to start building an Instagram, start building a YouTube channel, start building a Twitter account, start building out your Facebook profile and page, because it's going to serve you very well in the the long term. Also document what you're doing. Like, I've got this journal that sits here all the time and I write everything. My whole life is in this journal. Like, I might share it one day. This is everything. Every number, every story, every discovery, everything I've ever learned, every step, every move, every strategy, hiring, firing, product, price, ads. Like, this journal has the whole journey in it. And I've almost, actually, I've almost finished this. I've got like seven pages left and I'm gonna have to start my next one. This has lasted me three years. I started this when I moved to Dubai. It's lasted me three years. This journal, it's got dates, it's got times, it's got amounts. That is basically my brain. Three years in written form. It's awesome. And it's great to read back as well and see what's happened and see the lessons and the mistakes and how things have changed. And I've always tracked my cash in there as well. So I can see the amount goes up and up and up and then I buy an apartment. Then I open up and open up and then I buy a care home and open up and open up and then I buy a House. And it's just cool. It's really cool. So I'd strongly encourage you to track your progress inside a journal. I wish I'd done that sooner as well. But coming back to my point, start building a personal brand now. Even if you're not selling anything yet or you're not sure on your next move, there's no better time than now. So I'd strongly encourage you to start building your personal brand as soon as possible. Okay? Now, the next thing that I want to share with you, the next mistake that I made was not thinking long term. This goes back to the seasons, right? So I was just thinking, so day to day, and I do stupid stuff like, look at the ads for today. And if we'd lost money for the day, I'd feel bad. If we'd made money for the day, I'd feel good. I wish that I'd thought long term and just zoomed out and just. I was too intense in my first company. I was just too intense and too, too, too focused and too. I just thought too short term. Nowadays, it's like a breath of fresh air. Thinking in three years, five years, 10 years, it just chills you out. And you can just think, if this YouTube video doesn't work this week, it's okay. I'm going to be making one video a week for the next 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years. Just relax. If the ads are not profitable for a day or a week or even a month, I used to freak out, right?
And it's one month. Things change. Sometimes it goes up, sometimes it goes down. As you're dialing in the systems you're learning, you're making a mess, you're cleaning it back up again. I feel like I'm orchestrating some kind of choir or something today. But yeah, just thinking long term, really, really chills you out. And just see the bigger picture. Time.
Time solves a lot of problems. And this is a really annoying and cheesy quote, but I think it's something like, you'll be amazed what you can achieve in like two, three years, but you think you can achieve it in like six months and you can't. That's not an exact quote, by the way, which is why it sounds so shit. But basically, people think that they can do loads in six months and then they get disappointed because they can't. But when you look back on two years, three years.
You realize how far you've come. It's insane how much you can do in three years, but you want to do it in Three months or three weeks or three days. You can't do it. Results are guaranteed. Time is not. If you watching this video right now, you do the right things, you build things properly, you learn, you grow, you stay focused and you stay patient. You'll get anything that you want in life, absolutely anything. But it takes time. Some people get it faster, some people get it slower. We all get there. If you just do what you've got to do.
Be patient.
You will get whatever you want. But it takes time. Is it annoying? Yes. Do we all want it today? Absolutely. I want. I want everything now, today. That's. We all do. We're human. That's not how it works. Takes time for money to grow, for money to compound, for the market to see your value, for people to find you like you, subscribe to you, trust you, want to buy from you.
Different things happen at different times. And I just wish that I'd had that patience sooner. Because when you do, you chill out, you focus more, you therefore accidentally do better work, you enjoy it more because you're not all stressed and rushing around trying to achieve everything in a week and the results come faster because of it. Anyway.
You might want to pause this and just rewind and just listen to me say that again because this is one of the things I wish I could go back and say this to myself at 27, just do the work, keep doing the work. See the long term, go slowly, go steadily. Is it going to be annoying? A bit, yes. Does it take time? Yes. But you will get there in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years you'll get everything that you want and it will feel better because you've earned it and you've just slowly got bigger and better. And then all of a sudden you look back and you're like, wow, you know, I've achieved all of that stuff, but it just happens over time. So that's the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, seventh mistake that I made was thinking short term and getting all stressed and all worried and all panicky when I should have just chilled and seen the bigger picture and thought long term and planned for the long term. Okay?
Now, the last mistake that I want to share with you, at least in this video, is not understanding the importance of environment.
Now, we touched on this briefly earlier when I told you I wish I'd moved to Dubai sooner, right?
But the importance of environment, it's a deep topic and I want to go into it right now with you. Because if I can only give you one nugget in this video, please let it be this because I've been on both sides of this. I've been in a good environment, I've been in a bad environment. I've had amazing high level friends, I've had bad friends, friends that would talk shit, friends that had no ambition, friends that would pull me down, the whole crabs in a bucket thing. I've worked in industries, specifically the music industry, where making money is frowned upon, where being rich gets you a bad reputation, people don't like you, people don't want to book you, people don't want to work with you, people resent you. So I've been there and I've been where I am now.
And as granular as things like the watch that you wear, the shoes that you wear, the car that you drive, the apartment or the house that you live in, your office, the views, how light your room is, whether you live in a grey, rainy country, whether you live in a sunny country where it's warm blue skies, you can see the ocean, you can see the city.
The cafes that are near you that you go to, the restaurants that are near you, the cigar lounges that are near you, the people that go to them in your specific area, the city that you live in, the country that you live in, the tax environment, the government environment that you live in, it's just, it goes, it runs so deep. It runs so incredibly deep. And the good news is you can optimize it. You can choose your friends, you can choose somewhat as you progress where you live, the city, the country, you can optimize your home, you can optimize your environment. And this all feeds back into you and your life and your brain and your head and your energy and your level of peace, your level of stress.
Your level of focus.
And when it's optimized, wow, fuck. You will work so much harder, so much better. You'll have a cleaner, more focused energy. You'll do better work. You'll therefore make better decisions, you'll make more money, you'll have more of a benefit on your customers, you'll make a better product, you'll do better marketing, you'll attract better team members, you'll enjoy your life more, you'll have more peace and just a whole better energy and a whole better life comes from that. So it's the definition of a positive flywheel. It compounds on itself. Good weather makes you feel good and do better work. Good work and a good environment, well, you'll meet better entrepreneurs and you'll have more to share with them and they will like you more and respect you more and probably want to work with you. You'll get better word of mouth, you'll get better testimonials, you'll make more money, you'll feel better about it all. You'll. It's just, it's just incredible. And every single time that I've moved apartment or house, I've felt a better energy, I've grown more and I've made more money every single time.
So here is a little bit of a hack for you.
Now. I don't know where you guys are in terms of your businesses, how much money you're making, the mission that you're on, what season you're in, and so on and so forth, but let me just share something that will hopefully apply to as many of you as possible if you can better your environment. So if you live in. I used to live, when I lived in Manchester, I lived in a shared two bed apartment. Really nice building, really nice apartment. But I shared it and I live with one of my buddies. When I moved out of that, I got my own one bed apartment and it was like triple the rent. And I moved up, it was my own place now, it was triple the rent. It was better views, better apartment, I could furnish it exactly how I wanted and it made me feel better and it made me feel like I'd grown and that manifested in my business and my life.
Then I moved from there to Dubai and again I felt like I'd grown in my business and in my life and in myself and in my person and in my mind and everything. And that manifest, that manifested in my business and my life and I made more money, I made better connections, I had a better life, felt better on and on and on. So every time you move up.
It manifests, right? So you can actually affect.
How your life and your business actually are and how they play out through the environment that you create and the energy that you cultivate in yourself through being, you know, I ain't fresh shaven right now, but you know, having neat hair, neat clothes, an organized wardrobe, a well furnished, clean, beautiful house or apartment, good views, good weather, a nice watch, a solid, supportive, high level friend group that you can make these changes and they will manifest and they will start to turn into a better life. A better energy, a better business, more money, and you may even become an orchestra conductor like me one day. It's a very stupid joke, but sometimes you just got to get them out. So there you have it. Those are some of the most key mistakes and things that I wish I'D known sooner that if I knew that stuff and I could rewind time, I'd have a better life. I'd have it a lot sooner. Just everything would be better. In my whole life, my whole energy, my level of wealth, my business, how I act, how I am as a person. There's so much growth through those seasons. So what season are you in right now and how can you use one or two or three of the things that I've shared in this video to help you move faster, to help you grow further and achieve whatever you want to achieve?
