How to start a successful side hustle

Hey guys, it's Will. And in this video I want to talk to you about how to start a successful side. My God, I've got hiccups for God's sakes. I'm hoping that they're gonna go pretty soon. But anyway.

I'm gonna talk to you about how to start a successful side hustle now in 20, 24 or anytime. Alright.

Now there are two ways that I would do this and the ways that I'm going to share are responsible for making quite a few of my one to one coaching clients.

Literally hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Even my own little brother is doing this, for God's sakes. And he is, I mean no offense to him, but he's an everyday person person. He's a barber, he used to, well, he does cut hair and I taught him this framework and he's been able to grow a YouTube channel, get tens of thousands of views. He's never made a video in his life. This is how easy doing this is when you do it right.

Many, many people that I've worked with have been able to make five, six and even seven figures doing what. I'm gonna share in this bloody video and I'm gonna give you two paths so that you can pick one of two. Get on with this and make it happen. Okay? And if you follow, follow the guidance that I'm gonna give you in this video. I apologize about having hiccups. They can't last forever. So they're gonna go soon.

I'm holding my breath.

They'Re gonna go soon. But that aside, just listen, do what I tell you, take action. And if you do what I tell you, you won't be able to help but make money by doing this. Alright.

Two paths. Path number one is the following. So create an online course or a coaching program, group coaching, one to one coaching, consulting, whatever type you like. Take one of your skills, one of your talents, take some specialist knowledge that you know and share it with other people. Share that value with other people.

With a certain price tag. And don't worry, I'm going to go deep, I'm going to break it all down. So just bear with me. That's path number one.

Path number two. I think my hiccups have gone now. Amazing. Path number two is consulting. One to one or group consulting. And by the way, you can do this from anywhere in the world. I mean I'm in Thailand right now and I'm still running my consulting business from here. I won't go into what the business is and all that stuff in this video, because I want to focus on you, not me in this video. But I'm still running my consulting business from here in Thailand. Last month, I made $364,000 cash collected with this. And all I do is talk to people on Zoom. That is literally it. That's all I do. I talk to people on Zoom and I make hundreds of thousands of dollars every single month. And if you don't believe me, by the way, after you've watched this video, there's other videos on the channel you can go and watch and you'll see that it's true. I've shared my payment processor, my bank account, my Binance account.

Clear as day. All right, So I know that that sounds like a massive claim and maybe you're someone who's out there right now. You're making 3, 5, 7, maybe 10k per month in a job, in a career with a small business. And I know that it can seem crazy, I know it can seem untrue, unrealistic, impossible for you to make that much money, but you can. I'm proof of that. Literally, so many of my clients are proof of that. My little brother is proof of that. On and on and on and on and on. All right, so.

Hear me out here. Do what I tell you. And this is gonna work because it's just a model that just works. And I've done this for almost a decade across tons of different industries, tons of different niches. It just bloody works. Alright, so let's get into it now. Path number one, like I just told you, is to take a skill, take a talent, take some specialist knowledge that you have and share it with other people with a price tag. Now, the first thing that I want to do, because sometimes when I say this to people, they say, oh, I don't have a talent, I don't have a skill, I don't have specialist knowledge. You almost certainly do. You almost certainly do. Let me give you some examples. So one of my friends and I won't name names and I'm not going to share numbers for privacy reasons because I've been told off of that in the past. But one of my friends.

Solved his alcohol addiction problem and now he helps other people to do the same. And he makes multi, multi six figures per year doing that. Another one of my clients, he used to be addicted to smoking weed and now he helps other people to stop smoking weed. Similar. Makes tons and tons of money doing that. Another one of my actual clients right now is an accountant who has learned how to interview Very well find and apply for the right jobs and basically go from making 20, 30k per year as an accountant to making 70, 80, 90k as a year and land those very high paying jobs.

She's very talented at that. She's done it herself and now she helps other people do that through an online course and through group coaching. Right. What other examples? I've got clients that have been traders that have been taught trading to other people. I've got clients that are very talented at drop shipping, that have taught drop shipping to other people. I've got clients that used to be fat, they became thin, healthy, got a six pack, got the body of their dreams and they teach that to other people. And in fact I can. Well no, I better not give you numbers just in case, but the person I'm talking about there is making similar to me, hundreds of thousands of dollars per month doing that like seven figures a year, just teaching people to get six packs. I shit you not.

Let me give you some other examples. I've given you addiction, Fitness, accounting. Ah, another one, one of my clients, they're actually two partners. They help children to pass their maths exams and get into great colleges and they are making.

70, 80,000amonth right now doing that.

So tutoring, teaching, music. One of my clients is a Netflix composer and he's helping kind of smaller, newer composers and musicians to achieve what he's achieved. So music, e commerce, dropshipping, trading, tutoring, God, graphic design, addiction. One of my clients even has a barbering course where he teaches. Basically he charges, he's found out he's been able to get his hair cut so good that he now charges a hundred dollars per cut. He makes five figures per month and now he teaches other barbers how to charge $100 per haircut and make five figures a month, six figures a year.

So there's a extremely, extremely high chance that you know something that you can share with other people. Maybe it's how to get a remote job and work from anywhere in the world and maybe move to another country, a hot sunny country or something. Maybe it is how to land a five figure per month music production role or film production role or something like that. Maybe it's how to. Maybe you've got a job or a career and you've been able to really ascend through the ranks and now you can help other people to do the same. Similar to my accountant's client. I'll give you another example as well. One of my clients is a professional coder and he teaches people how to become coders or if they are a coder.

Do better and get a very high paying role with a respectable company basically and make six figures a year, if not seven figures a year in some cases. So there are so many talents and skills.

So much knowledge out there that people will absolutely pay to learn.

And if you possess it, you can turn that into an online course, into a training program, into a coaching program. You can even just coach people one to one. Some of my clients, I have a visual effects client who just coaches people one to one by zoom and they're doing again, I won't share the numbers for privacy reasons, but multiple five figures per month. And.

It'S just the thing that I often find is that people just don't know that this is possible or if they know it's possible, they just don't know. Sorry, they don't know how to do it. Now let's just pause here for a second and say that you don't have any skills or talents or specialist knowledge. Well.

You can just learn something and then share it with other people. I've even got a client that teaches people how to market their books, how to write books, how to.

Get their books out there.

Like you can, you can do this in so many ways, industries, niches, broad. I've got an interior design client right now as well.

So most people I find do have something that, that they're very good at, a talent, a skill, specialist knowledge that they can share with the people. Or maybe you've achieved something in your life that other people would love to also achieve. And if so, they will pay you to learn that. You just got to package it up in the right way and do the marketing and sales correctly to basically go out there when you, when you. So the first step is to build a course or a coaching program or again, just do one to one consulting. Then you go out there and you tell people about it by making either content or running ads, right? And I'll give you a real life example right here. I make these YouTube videos. This allows people to find me and find out about me and what I do and how I do it. And 1 in 100, 1 in 200 will want to work with me and want my help in building a course, building a coaching program, doing the one to one consulting, productizing their knowledge or their skill or their talent. A lot of the people I work, well, about half of the people I work with, they are doing it already and they want to do it bigger and better and scale up. Other people are brand new, it's about 50, 50, to be honest. The people, people that work with me, some are brand new, some are already doing this. They want to do it at a very high level, like I have myself. For those that don't know this, I used to own an online education company. I scaled it to $16.4 million and then sold it recently to a private equity firm in America for multi seven figures. So I've been there, I've done this at a very, very, very high level. And this, this is why I suggest it, because this is how I have made all my money, more or less. Some I've made from real estate that I bought with the money from doing this, but it's a small portion compared to the money that I've made from selling my knowledge. So the number one side hustle that you can start and grow is just selling your knowledge, selling one of your skills, one of your talents, something that you know and it can be almost anything as well. You'd really be surprised. I know people that sell. How to get your dream partner. One of my personal friends helps people that are on the brink of divorce not get divorced and save their marriage. He's doing again, I shouldn't really share the numbers, but just say millions per year. Millions per year doing that. Maybe you have been through a divorce and you've then found your dream partner. Maybe you saved your marriage. You can teach that. Maybe you're really good at design, graphic design, interior design, music composition, fitness trading, dropshipping, E com.

Building, organic content. I've got a client that is, to be honest, he's one of the smaller clients that I've got, but he teaches people to find successful YouTubers and make their TikTok content, their YouTube shorts. And he's making about 27,000amonth teaching that. So I know that I'm really laboring this part here, but you can teach almost anything and make at least five figures a month, at least 10, 20, 30k a month doing it. So number one, take a skill, take a talent, take some knowledge that you have, productise it. Either make an online course, an online training, run a group coaching program or consult one to one with people, right? And you can kind of do any of those based on what you want to do. And here's the thing, these businesses are really fun to run. They're simple, they're lean. You don't need a big team, you don't need loads of softwares, you don't even need a website. A lot of people are very surprised when I Say that, that you don't even need a website. And if you're thinking, well.

How do you do it without a website? All that you would do is what I do myself. So if you go to the description of this video, there's a little bit of text that says, if you want my help, click here, watch this video. And the video just describes who I can, who I can't help and how. No website, just a very simple page. And then if people want my help, they can book in a call. I get on the call, I tell them how I can help them, and if they want the help, they send me some money and I help them. And if they don't want the help, they don't send me money and they go away, right?

So you don't even need a website, you need a webpage, you need a video. You need the sales call. And don't be scared by that term sales call either. People really get scared of sales calls, but it's just a cult. You just have a conversation with someone that wants your help that you can help or that you can't help. And if you can, you tell them how. And if you can't, you say, unfortunately, I can't help you, but best of luck, goodbye. Right? It's so easy. It's really so easy. So that's path number one. Now path number two is just one to one consulting.

That's it right now this works better for some and not as well for others. And I'll give you another tangible example. So I'm helping to build an offer right now, which is a parental consulting offer for people whose children won't sleep through the night, or they have.

So many things you need to hire a nanny. How do you do it? How do you train them.

All about weaning? You'll know what that is if you have a baby or you know anything about babies, that kind of thing. And it's not quite right to have an online training because parents are busy, they've got jobs, they've got careers. But one to one consulting is ideal because you can either travel to the parents or you can do it online. You can, you can do it via Zoom, you can do it by phone, and you can charge an hourly fee. $250 an hour, $550 an hour.

It changes based on who you target, where you are in the world. Right? That kind of thing. And here's another bit of value that I want to share with you. So.

When you choose what you want to do, you can either aim for These people or these people or these people or these people. What I mean by that is.

To give you.

So I'll give you it. I'm giving you so many examples in this bloody video. It's basically an example video, isn't it?

If you help people with addiction. Well, there's broke people with it, with an addiction, and there's actually rich people with an addiction. So a lot of entrepreneurs are addicted to alcohol, addicted to cocaine, addicted to sex.

Now who would you rather sell to? A normal everyday person, and I mean no offense by this, but a normal everyday person who is addicted to cocaine and who's broke and who has almost no money and the little money they have, the way based on cocaine, or a CEO, an executive who's addicted to cocaine, who's ruining their life, their fitness, their health, their marriage, their relationship with their kids and who's got tons and tons of money because they're so high up in their career. Well, if you're smart, you'll choose the rich people because then you can charge 5k for a program, 7k for a program, 10k for a program. Right?

So there's different people within a market, at the bottom, in the middle, at the top. And you'd be wise to sell to the people at the top. Right. So when it comes to one to one consulting, what can you help with? Well, you can work one to one with coders who want to find a great role. You can consult with parents, you can consult with traders.

Fitness is a very big one to one kind of industry.

One of my clients who is a Netflix composer, I think I mentioned them earlier in this video.

When they came to me, they didn't want to do a training program. They said, look Will, I'm going to help people the most If I just get on zoom with them and say, look, what do you need help with? Is it composition? Is it mastering? Is it strings? Is it this? Is it that? And focus on that and help them with it. So he's doing one to one consulting. I actually do a few different things myself. So again, for those that don't know who I am or what the hell I do, I specialize in online education consulting and basically selling your knowledge. In fact, I've written a book on this. I've got a book coming out in about four weeks from now. It's called how to 10 million how to sell your knowledge and make millions of dollars. That's what the book is all about, what I'm talking to you about now. So I've literally written the book on how to do this at a very, very, very high level. I've made just above $22 million selling my knowledge across the last seven years, just above seven years now.

And I've worked in so many niches with so many people from courses, training programs, group coaching, one to one coaching. I do a mix of that myself. I have a group coaching program, I have a one to one coaching program. I've got a done for you coaching program where I just do everything for the person and help them to just fully build business from scratch.

And I walk the walk, I talk the talk, I teach what I do myself. I literally, my clients learn what works from me as I do it myself.

I'm actually still working whilst I'm out here. I say working, I'm taking like two, three, four calls per day via Zoo from the, from the resort. If that's work, then.

It'S great work, that's for sure. And it's very well paid work and I want that for you as well. This, this is why I make these videos like I've got enough money. I make these videos for fun, for fulfillment and just because I want to share this with the world and help other people achieve what I've achieved myself.

So those are the two vehicles and that is how I would start a successful side hustle and make minimum 10, 15k per month, minimum. Again, some of my clients, I mean my clients make anywhere from on the low side, about 15, 20, 25k a month area, right up to half a million a month. And again, I know that that may sound unbelievable when you're not in this industry and you don't understand how easy it is, how scalable it is, how anybody can do this and how much money you can charge for you, your value. But it is true. It is true. And you'll find that to be true yourself as you come into this industry and do what I've shared with you. So I really hope that this video helps. I hope that it has inspired you. I just couldn't have more belief and love for this industry, not just because of the tens of millions of dollars that it's made me, the freedom that has given me, the life that it's allowed me to live, but the people that I've been able to help as well. One final thing. So go and get some inspiration. Google these guys, look at their businesses, look at their prices, look at how they help people, and take that as inspiration, because this is being done. And whether you believe it or not, whether you go out there and do it or not, whether you take this advice and take action or not, this industry, this model, is making people into millionaires. This is more than a site or something, for God's sakes. So I really hope for your sake that you listen to this, you take action on this, and you go out there and make it happen.
