YouTube video (monologue) in which Will tours a newly purchased Bali villa and explains its features and layout (six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three floors, cinema room, planned large gym, integrated tree, ~8,500 sq ft). He discusses purchase terms (listed at US$900,000 with optional US$100,000 for an additional 30-year lease; he accepted a roughly US$1,000,000 price and will take the 60-year lease), recent construction (finished ~5 months prior), his personal background (founder of Build, Grow and Exit; previously built and sold an e-learning company he grew to US$16.4M over five years), and his revenue claims (has made just above US$30M selling information/coaching over ~8 years). He plans to split time between Bali and Dubai and will convert one bedroom into an office (new YouTube background). The video is upbeat, personal, and aimed at both showing the property and explaining how he financed it and how viewers might follow a similar path.

Hey, guys, it's Will and it's time for a house tour. Come on in. Let me show you around the Bali villa.
So I can't believe that I'm saying this, but I've just bought this huge villa in Bali, which it's gone. It's really just a dream come true. Words cannot describe how I feel making this video for you guys right now. And in this video, firstly, I'm going to show you around. There's six bedrooms, there's six bathrooms, there's going to be a huge gym underneath, an office, a cinema room. So I can't wait to show you how incredible this place is. And along the way, I'll also share with you how I was able to afford this villa, how much I paid for the villa, and also how I made the money. What are my businesses, what do I do to even make the money to be able to spend seven figures cash on what is pretty much a mansion out here in Bali? So follow me, let me give you the tour and I'll share all of that with you. So here we are, we're in the, I guess the, the lounge, slash the kitchen. And maybe I can throw some footage in here. We did a really great mastermind here just a few days ago. You can probably count the eight chairs. We had eight people. And it was absolutely amazing to have us in here, have some of us out here, have dinner out here and cigars out here at the end of the day. So, so fun over here. I don't think we're going to spend a lot of time actually sitting here and, and maybe, I don't know, maybe doing some reading or something. But it just looks so beautiful in here. It's absolutely huge. You've got these amazing kind of lights on both sides, all the wood, the concrete, the. I'm not sure that's real. The, the plants, I don't think that they are, but I think the stairs just looks amazing. I'll show you where we're going to build the gym underneath this entire floor as well, which is just going to be, be insane. But for now, you've got this really, really nice swimming pool.
One thing that's really fun to do as well. If I just come over here.
Not only do you have the pool, you've also got this huge tree that they've actually built into the villa, which I'll show you in just a second. But for now, I want to show you this. Follow me. Let me show you downstairs. Come down these stairs just around the back of the pool. You've got this. Now, we took the bits and bobs off this earlier on, as you can see. But we've got a garden down here, a side entrance to the villa, which is really nice. And as you can see, this tree, I believe it's 57 years old. Don't. Don't quote me on that. I believe what they said, and they've actually built it into the villa, which is really cool. And if you follow me down here to the garden, down these really nice stairs, got to be a bit quiet because I'm told that the bugs are not that deadly in Bali, which I was very happy to hear. But I have been told that if there's going to be snakes anywhere, venomous snakes, it's going to be in the garden. So whenever I walk down here, I'm always being extra careful that I don't see a snake. And if I do see a snake, well, I won't be living in Bali anymore, that's for sure. I'll be moving back to Dubai nonetheless. Follow me.
And let me show you. This is the hole underneath of the first floor. So it's going to be an absolutely huge gym. Follow me and let's sneak in. So, as you can see, it's a bit of a. God, it's a bit of a mess down here right now. This is where the builders have been storing the rubbish, the concrete bags, all of that stuff. This was actually only finished about five months ago. So this villa is pretty much brand new. It's a new build, and I feel very lucky to have kind of bought it at this stage. But again, we've got a whole other. Whole other house down here. Come. Come in here. Be a little bit careful. Watch out for. God, there's a lot of cobwebs in here. There's a lot of random bits of wood. But just look at the size and the scope of this place. It really is.
God, this is bigger than my apartment in Dubai. This is about three times as big as my apartment in Dubai. And this is just for the gym. And you know what's crazy as well. So I was told that to fix this place and make it inhabitable is going to cost about $2,000. I don't know whether that's true or not, but $2,000 to make this completely clean, put mirrors up, put flooring down, and clean the entire Place for $2,000. I think that's pretty damn amazing. If that is true, then we've got to spend a few thousand. It's probably going to be out $10 or $15,000 on, on gym equipment. But when this thing is ready, it is really going to be an incredible gym. And then we can just get up in the morning, walk through the garden, come in here and we're going to have, geez, I mean it's one of the biggest gyms that I think you could ever have in a, in a home. So can't wait to have this finished. It's going to be a great place to, to start the day, every single day when I share the price with you. It might surprise you looking at all of this stuff down here. I think I just heard a bat as well. So let's get the hell out of here in a second. But I said that I'd share with you the price of this villa. Now it was on the market for US$900,000 and there was also an optional 100,000 add on to purchase an extra 30 years of the lease. Because the lease on this is actually 30 years now with an option to buy another 30 years which I'm going to be taking. So on the market for, including that dead on US$1 million, which for a place of this size, of this scope, three levels, a huge gym, six bedroom, six bathroom, on and on, I think is immensely, immensely cheap. And that's part of the reason why I jumped at it and said listen, I'll give you a million dollars, no problem for 60 years lease on this villa. So technically I don't own it outright and I'm not going to lie to you about that, but I think it comes out at about a thousand a month. If you divide the purchase price into 60 years in I think in my currency pounds, British pounds, but there you have it. So I think for a million dollars for 60 years, wow. I think this is an absolute bargain. But now let's get the hell out of here before any bats come and bloody see us. So let's come back up into the living room and let's start looking around the six bedrooms, the six bathrooms, the cinema room and everything else. Follow me.
And just before we head inside, I can't tell you how nice it is just to wake up in the morning, come down here, take a seat, have a coffee, have a cigar and just, just relax for a second and just feel grateful, feel thankful. This is just a place that I never imagined that I would ever live. And as we carry on the tour, I'm actually going to share with you how I even made the money for this house. What is my business or businesses and where did the capital come from to buy this thing with cash. So follow me. Let's look at bedroom number one. So whilst we're heading over here, this island, I just love the makeup of this room. It's just perfectly designed. There's so much space. You can fit so many people in here. It's really amazing. And over here, let's check out the first of six bedrooms. Okay, so come on in.
So bedroom number one. It's going to be so nice to have guests stay here. Have my mum and dad over, my little brother and his wife over, my girlfriend's family over, maybe even mastermind guests to. To stay here in the future as well. And one cool thing about this villa, I know that I've said the word cool a lot. Okay. But in every room you've also got a sitting area as well, which I don't think I've ever seen a sitting area in every single one of six bedrooms. But there you go. So she's following me around here. Every bedroom also has an ensuite and you've got these massive windows as well. This one looks out onto the walkway that leads you into the villa. And it's just so nice to see this stuff throughout and kind of look outside whilst you're inside.
In here we've got the first of six bathrooms. It's not the biggest bathroom in the world, but it's pretty nice. I love this concrete. I love the makeup of concrete and the wood throughout this place. I think to have three floors, to have this many bedrooms with sitting areas with ensuites, it's. It's really just amazing. Okay, so that's bedroom one. And one thing that I really love about most of these bedrooms, not all, but, but most of them is not only the space, but that they've all got balconies and they've all got these wraparound, massive floor to ceiling glass windows where you can look out across the rice fields, the trees, the palm trees. It's just awesome. I love it. So bedroom number one. Now follow me out here and we will walk back across the lounge and I'll show you, I'll show you bedroom number two first.
Because I think down from the master bedroom, I actually think this is my, my favorite bedroom of them all.
So let me show you inside here. So this one is a bit bigger. It's got this really nice work area, all this wood and the Bali artifacts, those kinds of things looks really nice. And if I just open this curtain, if I can, giant curtain. Again, you've got a bit of a sitting area. In here, which is in every bedroom. This really nice chair. And you can see the pool from this bedroom as well. So you can wake up if you're in this bedroom, step out of your door, you can open those windows all the way. So it just feels like you're inside. And you're also about to jump into a pool and maybe go looking around the rice fields as well. Absolutely beautiful bedroom. And once again, another bathroom in here. This bathroom. Wait till you see the palm tree when I open this door.
So, so nice. So not the biggest bathroom in the world. I love this outside bathroom. I'm not sure whether you're going to catch me in that or not. I won't lie to you. But it just feels amazing to see these palm trees. This is what makes Bali for me. You just feel so relaxed in this environment. All the green, the rice fields, the palm trees. And again, coming back in here, these really beautiful marble sinks. It's just fantastic. I absolutely love it. So that's bedroom number two. And before we go any further, let me just share with you. How did I end up here? How did I end up buying what is pretty much a mansion in Bali with cash? And I'm actually going to be moving here permanently from Dubai in a few months time. What is my business? Well, the company is called Build, Grow and Exit.com. and surprisingly, I help people to either build or online coaching businesses, grow them if they already have one, or even exit them when they're ready like I have myself. So I used to own another elearning company and I actually grew that to $16.4 million over five years and then sold that company last year to a private equity firm in America for a few million more. And some of that money actually went towards buying the place that we are stood in right now. So the new business has grown. Wow. It's grown so, so fast. Largely due to the YouTube channel actually that you're watching right now. And part of the reason that I've moved out here to Bali is really just one thing, and that's the energy of Bali. So I've lived in Dubai for the last three and a half years and it is an amazing place. I love Dubai. I own real estate in Dubai. A lot of my friends are in Dubai, but there's something about the energy. It's just a very intense, heavy work, work, work, don't stop, grind, grind, grind kind of place. And the first time I came to Bali, it was the complete opposite. This place is just calm. The greenery, the natural element, the people Here in Bali are some of the best in the world. They are down to earth. They're always smiling, laughing, having fun. I just love the energy in Bali. I love the people in Bali and also some of the real estate. Like the place that we're studying right now is honestly, it's some of the best that I've ever seen in the world. And Bali, honestly, I think even including the real estate, it really is just one of the best places on earth in my opinion. So that's why I bought this place. I'm only going to be spending about six months a year here, so I'm going to be spending six months Bali, six months Dubai. It's going to be really nice just to break up the energy a little bit. And it's just so peaceful here. But anyway, so that's what my business is. That's a bit about my background and exiting the last company. That kind of brings us up to where we are today. So now let's carry on with the, the house tour. Let me show you the third bedroom and the cinema room, which is again, it might just be one of my, my favorite rooms in the house. And when we've covered that, we'll head up to the third floor, I'll show you the rest of the house, the other bedrooms, bathrooms and the office as well. And I can't wait to show you the view from the office, which is going to be the new YouTube background, the new YouTube view when I'm in there in a couple of weeks. And I'll also share with you just, just a few of the people that I've helped within my current company, how I've helped them, the kind of money that they've made so that maybe you can learn from some of these people and maybe even do this yourself. And who knows, maybe you'll be living in one of these giant Bali mansions in the future as well. So let's carry on the tour. So before we head up the stairs in just a second and we peer over into this, I don't think it's real.
This semi indoor garden that we have here, but God, it just looks beautiful, doesn't it? It's huge. This is almost bigger than the studio apartment that I started my first ever business in in the Manchester city centre. Honestly, that studio was a box. It wasn't a lot bigger than the indoor garden that I've now got here in, in this place. So follow me. Let me show you bedroom number three. That's actually been turned into a cinema room. So let me show You. So another little bathroom in there. Who's this? Who's this? What are you doing in here? Sat on your own, eh? Get out. I'm showing people around right now. This is meant to be a professional tour, okay? So aside from Lauren being here, I'm just gonna. Let's just pretend that she's not here. Oh, right. Just. Just pretend that she's not here. Okay. So this is the, the cinema room in here. It's such a relaxing place. Honestly, just to come in here at the end of the day, turn on the tv, look at the size of this bloody thing. It's. It's absolutely huge. And it's so nice to just come in.
Put your feet up and just watch some YouTube, watch some Netflix. It's the best, the absolute best. So this is the, the cinema room. I've got ocd, so I'm going to put that back nice and. Nice and tidily again. Huge windows in here, which I think just bring the whole place to life. It's. It's so great to have the natural light coming in. We've got some barley artifacts. Don't touch. That is very expensive. This is almost 300 years old. Okay? So. Jesus, stay away from that thing. Okay?
And now that you've seen the cinema room, come with me to the third floor. Let me show you around.
So the third floor here, one of the best parts of this villa in my opinion is this huge ceiling in here. I don't know how many feet high this is, but it just feels amazing too be stood up here and to have these huge windows, this huge walkway, it's. It's just amazing. How many, how many times have I said the word amazing whilst we've, we've been filming? Because it just, it just feels that way. It really does. Now, before I show you the fourth bedroom, that what's going to be the office and also the master bedroom as well. I just want to share a little bit more about what the hell do I do here at Build, Grow and Exit.com. now, we've worked with some people that you might recognize. Jordan Welch, Mike Thurston, Charlie Morgan, Jack Hopkins. So some, some pretty big players have worked with me over the last few years and equally brand new people as well who are new to taking a skill, a talent specialist, knowledge, packaging it up into an online course, into a coaching program and really selling their knowledge, selling their information. That's why these businesses are called information product businesses. Often I've worked with absolutely everyone now in pretty much every niche that you could Name or imagine. From alcohol addiction to fitness to sports to videography to real estate to trading e comm. I've worked with so many people in so many niches now over the last. Coming up on 10 years. Might not look it with this baby face, but I promise you I've been doing this for almost 10 years now. So that's a little bit more about some of the people I've worked with. And pretty much what I do, I help people just take a skill, a talent, specialist, knowledge and share it with other people to add more value to the world, essentially. And with that said, let me show you the master bedroom. This is by far my favorite bedroom. Come with me here we've got the master bedroom. So now we don't just have a sitting area, we've got a lying area. Not just the bed, but also this really beautiful sofa as well. And the reason that this is in here is just in case you have a bad night's sleep and you wake up a little bit tired, you can get out of bed and take a seat straight away, sit yourself down and do some more relaxing if you haven't slept too well. My sense of humour is terrible, isn't it? We've also got another table sitting area. I don't really know what this is, but it looks very cool. And probably my favorite part about this bedroom, you wake up in the morning, you open the curtains and you've just got as far as you can see, it's just rice fields and palm trees. It looks absolutely amazing. And the views from this place pretty much everywhere. You look out of this window, out of this window, you can actually see, you can't quite see it today, but you can actually see the volcano out of that window on a clear day as well. I love how you can see into the bathroom from here. I think that just looks, looks really great. We've got these strange wooden, I'm just going to call them artifacts. I don't know what the hell they are, but they really look amazing. And I've got to open this window for you before we leave the room.
So let me try and do this. Geez. And I'm gonna open this the entire way just to show you as well.
And if I push this over here.
There we go. So again, you've got this amazing inside, outside vibe going on in here. And as if there wasn't enough sitting rooms in this bloody place, we've got another sitting room out here as well. I've actually never sat on this chair. I'm going to test it out right now.
My God, it's huge. It's absolutely huge.
There we go. So you can wake up in the morning, you can have a coffee and you can just see rice fields, palm trees, greenery. It's just so peaceful. The vibe in Bali is just so peaceful.
Crikey, that chair was difficult to get off. And if you follow me over here again, we've got this tree that's built into the villa. It just looks just incredible. Look at that. It's amazing.
And if we peer over here again, the view of the villa from here is absolutely. You've got all the windows, the lights, you can see down into the living room, the pool, the sitting area down there, you can see down into the garden to my left as well. And you can really get a feel for just the size and the scale of this place. It's actually, it's eight and a half thousand square feet. Again, three floors. Incredible. Absolutely incredible. So that's the master bedroom. Next, let me show you the. I think this is the. I've lost count. I think this is bedroom number four. What have we got? We've got another sitting area. I think this is the, the sixth or the seventh seating area that we've seen so far. Nonetheless, follow me.
So this is bedroom number five. And again, if you come in, we've got an office space, I guess another bedroom. Really beautiful views out of these windows. And if we head into the bathroom here, just to your left, this is much bigger, much bigger bathroom. And just look at the views. When you come in here, you're just faced with the sunset, the top of the village, the greenery, the palm trees.
What a place to have a shower. This is probably the best room to shower in the entire, entire place. So there you have it, another bedroom, another bathroom. I'm losing count of bedrooms and bathrooms in this place. Now we've got one last room to see up here, which is at the moment it's a. Another bedroom. But in about two, three weeks, this is going to be my office. And from now on, my YouTube background. Well, let me show you the background for yourself. So follow me. Across the the patio we've got these huge again, floor to ceiling windows.
I think they're about. Looks like it's about 10ft high, maybe 1112ft high. So finally, bedroom number six. Come on in.
Now this is actually going to be the office. When we've officially moved in, I'm going to be taking away yet another sitting area that we've got here. I'm actually going to be Taking the bed out of this place as well. And I'm going to put my desk, I think, somewhere like here. And then the view. I'm going to try and capture this wraparound view that we've got here, which on a sunny day at sunset, I think this is just going to look absolutely amazing. Again, you can just see rice fields, you can see palm trees. And you actually get the sunset right there in the corner as well, which I think is. Again, it's just going to look absolutely amazing. We've got another huge balcony out here and I'm not going to do this, but you can actually. It's funny, the first day that I was here, I was downstairs on the patio and I saw one of our staff walking along this glass bit that you see over here, which, well, it shocked me. I was a little bit concerned until I realized that you kind of can walk on, on that glass, but. But there you go. I don't advise it, but it can be done. So this is going to be the office space. And if you follow me over here, we've got the sixth bathroom again, another view downstairs. Look at this. When you get a second in a. In a minute, you've got to see this. You can actually see the whole structure of the building here. If you take a look at the, the concrete layers, the greenery down there, and you can actually start to see the scale, how tall this place is. When you look up from the very bottom to the very top, you can see layer one, layer two, layer three, then the roof. And finally we've got another bathroom, concrete.
Wood. This is actually not marble. Should have made this marble, but there you go. And again, beautiful floor to ceiling window where you can soak up the view. And there you have it. So that is bedroom six, bathroom six, which is going to be actually the office soon. And that almost wraps up the tour. So let me take you downstairs and I just want to share one final thing with you, which I'll save that for when we're downstairs. So follow me.
Oh, it's so bloody, so cute. I can't do it.
Are you rolling right now?
You're starting to rain. We're still in rainy season right now. I'm told that rainy season ends at the end of this month. So we're filming this midway through March and I'm told that from next month it's into the dry season, into the sunny season, which is why we're moving at this time of year in a few weeks time. And just before we wrap up the video. So You've seen the size of this place. I've showed you around the many, many, many sitting areas. I don't know why there's so many sitting areas. And I just want to wrap up this video by sharing maybe how you can move towards building one of these info businesses, these coaching businesses, and maybe even exiting one one day, if that's one of your ambitions. And also maybe you can use the capital to buy a place like this one day as well. So how can you do this for yourself? Well, if you're watching this video, you're watching my YouTube channel, so I'd encourage you to like this video, subscribe to the channel and after this start going through my other YouTube videos as well. Because I've spent the last year and a half making strategic videos, tactical videos, breaking down pretty much everything that I've ever learned on this topic of making the millions of dollars that I have now. I've made just above $30 million selling information, selling coaching over the last just above eight years now. And I've broken down how you can do this for yourself, where to start, what to teach, how to price things, how to take things out to the market, how to exit your business. I've shared like I have myself as well, and on and on. So, so check out the other videos, maybe get a copy of my book as well. It's called how to 10 million sell your knowledge and make millions. And that book, it's everything that I've ever learned about how to do this. So check all of that out and I really hope that you've enjoyed the tour with me today. So for now I'm gonna have to ask you to leave and I am gonna quite honestly go and do a bit of work after this, check in with a couple of my one to one clients and settle into the evening. So I hope that you've loved it, I hope that you've enjoyed it. Pop a comment down below with any thoughts or questions for me and I'll lend a hand. And for now, I'll speak to you soon. Take care.
