Hey guys, it's Will. And imagine your business right now with an extra 189 sales calls. Well, last month that's how many sales calls my business generated. And off the back of that, we generated $466,000 cash collected with $417,000 in net profit. Look, more sales calls never made anyone poorer. Right? And in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how to generate as many as 189 plus sales calls a month without having to go viral online or work your ass off or spend any money on paid ads either. We'll cover how to relay sales so that you can just focus on making cash even if you're busy, how you can get calls as soon as today, tomorrow, and how to make sure that the calls are quality, they close at high rates and, and at top dollar prices as well. Let's get into it with point number one. It's not about views, it's about value. See, in my old business, I used to spend over $200,000 a month on ads. We'd get 3,4 million impressions at our height. And we were doing some big numbers. We were doing multi six figures a month. But I now make more net profit on just 49,000 monthly views on YouTube alone. Yep, not a penny of paid ad spend. And not a single viral video insight either. Video a week. Most of my videos only get like 5k 8k or so views. One thing that I've learned is it's not about the views, it's about the value. And one thing most people overlook is the compound effect. All my old videos, they still get views today. Some get 200 views a day, some get 150 views a day, some get 300 views a day, some get 50 views a day. But altogether my channel gets about 2000 views a day simply because I've been providing value for over a year now here on the platform. Nice. It's not about the views that any one video gets. It's about the value provided over time. And it doesn't have to be YouTube either. If you look at my Instagram, I post one reel every day and they get somewhere around like 800 to about 3,000 views a video over time. Can you guess how many sales calls this books me per day? Well, I'll, I'll tell you. On average, about six calls a day, sometimes more. So again, it's not about the views, it's about the value, consistency and time. But earlier I said how to relay sales so you can just focus on making cash, right? I don't do a single thing to make those reels. I pay someone $7 an hour to cut up my podcasts, cut up my YouTube videos and my Mastermind recordings, and even post them for me. It doesn't take me a single second more work to book those extra six sales calls a day. Just a few hundred dollars a month. That's it. So no, you don't have to go viral, you don't have to work your ass off to do any of this. YouTube videos take me about an hour each to make and the Instagram reels take absolutely zero time to make. So now you know, it's not about the views, but how do you know who to target and how to attract your ideal customers? Right? Well that brings me onto point number two. Speak to your ideal customer. Only one area that I messed up on back when I was spending over $200,000 a month on paid ads was that I didn't know who I was targeting with what solution, for what problem. I wasn't speaking clearly enough to my ideal customer only. But now in my new consulting business, I know exactly who I'm targeting and I can talk extremely clearly to them. I target both new and and existing entrepreneurs, typically below about 50,000amonth, who want to build or grow their online course and coaching business up to the 6 and even the multi 6 figure per month mark like I've done twice now. Once in my last business which was an eight figure company, and again now in my current business which is my second eight figure company. Speaking clearly to these people and making titles and videos specifically for them means that every video that I make or you make or ad that I run or ad that you run sucks in the right people like a Dyson Hoover and spits out the wrong people like a Texas cowboy. See, messaging and saying the right things to help people understand if they should listen to you or not. That's the difference between high converting ads and videos or ones that don't work at all. To do this for yourself, just think in your head of your dream customer. Do they own a business or not? Are they making money or not? And if so, how much? What are their problems? Their desires? What keeps them up at night? What's their background? How old are they? Get crystal clear on who it is that you want to attract and then put this stuff in your videos. Next. Only talk about stuff that they care about. For example, my ideal customers want more leads and more sales calls, hence why I'm making this video for them to help them. And I know that by providing value free, some of them will like me, trust me, respect me, and thus are likely to buy from me in the future. So what do your ideal customers care about? What don't they care about? What do they want? What don't they want? What title on YouTube would grab them and almost force them to click? Or what hook on an Instagram reel would do the same? When you know this, you'll be able to make great content that attracts your ideal customers, nurtures them, and turns them into paying clients like clockwork. So now we know it's about value, not views, and we know who to target and how to speak to them, and only them. But how do we get them to buy? Right? Well, one huge unlock to do this is making it easy for them to buy, as simple as that sounds. And that brings me on to point number three. Remove friction. Man, I used to make my sales funnels so bloody complex. All these pages and emails and buttons and surveys and, oh, my God, so, so much confusion. Don't do that. Remove friction and make things simple. As the saying goes, complex fails, simple scales. And right now, my sales funnel is so bloody simple. All you need to do are four things. Number one, I don't know what I'm doing with my hand. Get some views. And you already know from this video you don't need many. Just 500 views or a thousand views can land you a bucket of sales calls. Number two, put a link in your bio or the description of your videos that leads to a basic page with an explainer video like mine. And this page that you're seeing on screen has maybe over $4 million in cash. Number three, put a button so that they can book a call. And for God's sakes, make sure the button is easy to see. Don't hide it down the page. And four, voila. You're now booking calls as easy as pie. And I, I love pieces, but just chill for a second. Don't go and do any of these things yet until you know this. Which one of these should you go and get on with first? Well, that depends on what stage of scaling your business that you're at right now. And I've actually made a video explaining the nine stages of scaling one of these businesses and what to do at each and every stage. So if you haven't watched that yet, I'll pop it on screen so you can go and watch that next. Go and watch that and that video will show you what to do. And at each stage, to get more leads, get more sales calls, sales calls. Sales calls. Close more sales and when to action. The steps that I've given you in this video today. See you.
