Profitable Personal Brand Challenge – Day 3 – VIP Session (8pm Bali)

William Brown coaches participants on building authority and selling high-ticket offers. Key tactics: one long-form video per week, short-form content favors volume, use a 15-25 minute VSL for cold traffic, and test roughly 30 YouTube videos before changing strategy. The session covers funnels, paid ads, retargeting, and sales objections.
Questions this video answers
November 5, 2025.
One great long-form video per week.
For long-form, quality is more important than volume; for short-form, volume is more important than quality.
About 15–25 minutes.
Batch ~10 videos per style; if ~30 videos yield no traction, change strategy.

What's going on, everybody?
You all good?
Hi, William, how you doing?
Yes, yes, I'm good, mate. How are you?
Doing well, brother, thank you.
Awesome, man, awesome.
You guys ready to cover some, some questions? I can see that there's a few in the chat already, which is good.
Wasting no time, you guys.
Wasting no time. You're hungry. Hungry lions.
That's what I like to see.
It's good.
Right, well, whilst everybody's, everybody's joining, we'll.
Get into, into this stuff. I'm excited for the session today. I can't wait. But anyway, we'll do the, do the questions.
So what have we got first?
Let's have a look.
So, Nitesh, Will, can you share your approach to building authority when we don't have social proof and getting our first.
Few high ticket clients through YouTube?
What kind of videos?
Authority and builds trust.
Okay, let's cover this one first. Well, the videos that build authority and trust and to be honest, Alex and Mozzie says this. Well, Alex and Mozzie says do something and then make a video about it. And I strongly agree with that. I strongly agree with that. Like two of my biggest videos are how I sold my business and how I made my first 16.4 million. And that is a good example of doing something and then making a video about it. So if you can make videos about the biggest things that you have done for yourself, for other people, that is going to build massive authority, number one. And number two, down from those things, the best thing that you can do is make content that genuinely solves people's problems. Because when you solve people's problems, they immediately like you and trust you and respect you.
Right?
And it, it just positions you as an authority straight away. So those are the two things that I'd say there. And second question, does volume of videos we post on YouTube correlate how fast we get clients? Actually, it's the opposite. So, and this, certain things that I've learned are completely illogical. And this is one thing that I've learned. More does not equal more. I've tested this, friends have tested this, clients have tested this. And more often gets you less actually. And less actually gets you more. As weird as that sounds, that is, that has been my, my finding in pretty much every case when it comes to organic makes no sense. But, but that's what we found and we track things pretty heavily. The best thing that you can do on YouTube is one great video a week. That's the sweet spot. Now if you're maybe like someone Like I've got a friend, this guy, Matt Gray, I think he does two a week to. But I don't know how he does such good videos twice a week. But one great video per week is fantastic. If you can do that, you're going to win long term. And it reminds me of the saying slow is steady, but steady is fast. And it's one of those instances where going slower is actually faster long term. Okay, so that's the answer there.
So I have been posting videos every day, right? So would you recommend me slowing it.
Down and posting like just two videos.
A week and make it as bring like ramp up the quality more? I would say that that's, that's the lesson. Yeah. So quality is more important than volume.
Okay.
On so for so so long. When it comes to long form, quality is more important than volume. When it comes to short form, volume is more important than quality.
So it's, it's, it's each of those two, they have very different, very different approaches and outcomes.
Okay, dude, so that's the answer to that.
Yeah, no worries man, no worries. Sebastian says got a few short questions regarding my new offer, targeting ICP properly. Next steps, thoughts on the offer?
No case studies.
So Sebastian, are you around? Can you meet yourself?
Can you hear me?
Yes, mate. Awesome. So tell me about this then. So targeting ICP properly, what do you mean?
Okay, so let me first give you some context on the offer. So the ICPs, agency owners, freelancers, closest setters, and a remote worker who is currently doubting their specific business models. And majority of the time they're like in between like 5 to 20k mark. That's what I saw myself doubting. That's what all my friends saw them doubting. And I want to essentially make them pivot into something I want to call AI info scaling, which essentially is, look, you can either monetize existing creators, audiences with info or you do it if you already have a skill and case studies yourself, you can do it with your own brand. That's what I essentially want to show people to live a better life through it as well. Because majority of these people are trapped, working every single day, but they want to live more free life, which obviously allows that. So that's the sdp. So my question here is I post content that essentially talks about the business model itself. Like for example, you made that video. This is how I would make 10k asap. Again we essentially break down, hey, this is the business model I would jump into. So I do those videos as well. But what I tend Also to do is for example, I analyze bigger creators in the info space and I track more like people in the info space on its own. But I have a little bit of a harder time attracting agency owners, freelancers, closest setters who are searching for this new business model with not going too broad that I get like people who are just starting out completely from scratch, if that makes sense.
Got it. So got it on the icp. Well, and sorry, what the problem is like your content is bringing you the wrong people.
I would say so. I mean as right now I've posted a bit of a short form content on Instagram where obviously I see who is the exact ICP and they're like majority of the people who are also in the info space, which I guess is good. But there I'm competing with guys who are making 100ks a month where I'm not yet. So I'm essentially having a little bit of an less of an advantage there. But if I create my own little space, I have the advantage here because I can dominate that. But for that I need to go out of the info space more so into my own little niche. If that makes sense.
That does make sense. So do it.
My question is here. What should be the exact content about in order not to get these wrong people in in terms of the icp?
Oh yeah, well, well, dude. I mean, dude, you always get the wrong people. Like no, no, no matter what, you know, you can't make content that only gets you the ideal customers. You're always going to get the drift of you're going to get the good customers, the amazing customers, the wrong customers. It's. But honestly, as long as you're making content, talking to the avatar about the avatar's pains and problems and desires, you will get mostly the right. You can never get always the right, but you get mostly the right.
Okay. Okay. Bet. As of right now, I've posted around like 15 to 20 videos, but I do not have a VSL. I guess I should get up the VSL and get people to that page where exactly solve their problem, right?
Oh dude, yeah.
100%.
That's so important. Like the VSL is the thing that really holds everything together in one of these businesses. Yeah, okay.
Okay, great. What are your thoughts on the offer overall? Anything you would tweak?
Well, just describe the promise to me again.
The promise is that you pivot out of the current business model into AI info scaling, which allows you to have more leverage and make more even the same amount that you did before, just with more Leverage and the better lifestyle attached to it.
Fucking great offer, man.
Great bloody offer.
Yeah. I mean, if I was one of those avatars and you gave me that offer and I believed you, I would be in.
Okay. I love it. Well, here's the thing. I have case studies in the info space, like scaling creators who have hundreds of thousands of followers and like other people in this space. So I can use my own case studies of like I built that for myself and I've done it for larger creators, but I haven't had yet a person who is like at that space, like an agency owner, freelance or whatever, haven't transformed them yet. Do you think it's a problem to not have a case study with that yet properly, or what are your thoughts on that?
Well, this is why I said a second ago, like, if I believed you, I would be in and if I didn't believe, I wouldn't be in. So honestly, like, what it's going to come down to is can you convince people in the VSL and on the sales call and if you can, you're going to win. And if you can't, you're going to struggle. If you don't have case studies, then you are the case study.
Really?
Yeah.
So. So let's just role play this. Imagine you're closing me and I'm one of your avatar and we're on a sales call right now and I'm like, dude, listen, this, this sounds great and I would love to buy this. I just, I'm not sure that it's really going to work for me. Like, like how do I possibly know it's going to work?
You want me to handle that? Objection. Yeah, so essentially the reason, first of all, why do you think it's not working for you?
Because it sounds so good, you know, and I, and I hope it works, but I just, it just sounds too good, you know?
I understand.
Well, I guess as of right now, the main thing that I can show you is for me, as an example, I used to be at the exact state where you at where you trust in this agency and you're doing this exact service and you're making money with it, but it maybe does not fully fulfill you. You're just sitting in your room, you're working, you're not traveling. And I know you told me that. So you want to live that life, but you're just doubting that specific model and it doesn't get you where you at. You're looking at all of these guys in the space doing all of these amazing Things with AI and with their personal brands, but you're just not on that train. And that's the exact state that I have been in. That's the reason why I pivot from just a normal agency owner who served E Commerce clients to that specific info space. And this is where I exactly got my client, where I just made $18,000 of that specific client in a single month of one client. I used to charge 2.5k. Now I have one client, and I have a couple hours work per week, and I still live that life. So if you see that, do you feel as though that you have the potential to go the same route? Like, if I can do it, can you do it, too?
I think I can.
But what happens if it doesn't work?
Well, you can always ask that. Like, the question you have to ask yourself is, what happens if it doesn't work out in your current business model? Like, worst case scenario.
That was good. All right, I'm in. I mean, I'm so.
I appreciate that.
That was a fucking great response, man. Yeah, that was great. What, dude? Yeah. I mean, look, it's. It sounds like you're a very good closer because you've just performed really well there.
Yeah, dude. On that basis, mate, I think you're ready to go.
I appreciate it. Thank you so much.
Brilliant, mate.
Really, really good. Really good.
Okay, Selena, let's. Let's cover your question here. So I've got a quotes page in the women's empowerment and business space with.
A huge audience where I post my own personal content.
What funnel you recommend to convert this.
Audience into coaching clients.
How would you use this page to actually get clients? What. What's the funnel right now, Selena?
Yes. So I have to say that that was a funnel that I told you already, which. With which we made 4 million, but it was a beginner offer, and then we switched to coaching beginners how to build a business, to coaching coaches how to scale a business. And that's my problem now, because I do have that 1 million followers, and I do believe that are definitely coaches in there. But the question is, how do I get that from that 1 million followers? And for sure, not everyone will see every single post. How do I get them into the funnel of actually having coaches at the end, if that makes sense. Or you say, you know what, use that page to just run another offer.
Well.
Let me just think about this. So you've got the audience some.
I agree. There's definitely people in there that are right for this, for damn sure.
And it's Just a case of reaching them.
So well. Well, number one, the first thing I would do is run retargeting ads. Like I said the other day, you might have to. Because the thing is, right, if you run retargeting ads, what the algorithm is going to do is slowly show that to every single follower over time.
Right?
So.
And that is why retargeting is good, but it's also why retargeting is bad, because eventually it runs out of people to show it to. So again, I would just write very, very direct retargeting ads. And you're probably going to book calls for a good cost, even with only a few people in that audience. That's the first thing I would do. And do you think it would up the account to pivot the content or is that just not worth it?
I mean, I do that already. I mean, I do. What, what I do basically is I post on my personal brand four times a day on Instagram specifically, and then I share every single post with that page.
And.
And then on the page itself, I just post two times a day. Very specific to female entrepreneurs, I would say. So I do that already. And yes, my reach went down for sure. I mean, you know, going from 30 million views a month, I'm on 5 million views or something a month still. Yeah, for sure. The question is, you know, at the end, I do think that I want to make money from that page. Right. As much as I can. So the question is, like, for me, if the reach goes down, it's not a problem if I still, you know, hit 100, 200, 300k month with that page. So I do think that's just a waste of. Because they know me from day one. Like, from day one, I show myself on that page too. So therefore people know me since five years I'm running this patience, five years. I do think that people trust me, but I think the problem I have is that I didn't nail down the messaging for that new offer. And then, you know, we're, we're thinking every time, like, should we go back to the old offer? But then there's so many things we say no to. What. I mean, what's the reason why we cut that offer? Because beginner is just a pain in the ass, right? For we cut that offer. And that's why I was like, okay, but then we would make more money. So that this my, my problem, right, or our problem that we have right now.
Yeah. Well, I'll just tell you what I would do. So if I was You. I would write three or four different retargeting ads with different angles. Right. Speaking to the same avatar about the different products. Run them at low budget to that audience and run them to a vsl, but also run them to a calendar. See what books you the most. C of those two, because one of them will book more than the other. And so that's number one. Number two, I'd pivot the content, which I've already done. And number three, I would just start messaging all the people with a, with a selfie video about. Exactly. About who they should be to buy the offer. And that is going to be very annoying and very long, very tiring. But it is going to work over time.
Okay. Yeah, makes sense.
Get to work for sure. Get it done.
Thank you.
Awesome.
No worries.
No worries.
Thank you.
Okay, let's see what side is saying.
I ran paid ads today with the goal of booking appointments. Could you please review my ads and one page funnel? Yeah, sure. Send me, send me the ads in the funnel. Dude.
Yeah, Can I share my screen?
Yeah, yeah, go for it, man.
Okay, thank you.
So.
So these sessions have been very valuable for me. Like yesterday you mentioned like to set one goal for a day and then you get it done. So for today I basically set myself a goal to run ads. So I wanted to know your feedback. So this is a simple one page. A finalize is followed a little bit from yours. And I don't have a vsl, so I have few testimonials. So I have it in here. And this is the booking page. And on the ad I basically wrote.
Three images, one videos and the same ad copy. And I just submitted the ad.
Okay.
Okay. Can you.
Yeah, show me what is it? Images with. With copy.
Yeah.
So same copy with the three different image and one video. Sending them to that via that page.
Okay.
And so, so let's go step by step. Now firstly, who are you retargeting?
Targeting entrepreneurs.
No, no, no, no, no. So wait, are these cold ads or retargeting ads?
No, retargeting, not retargeting ads. Like cold ads.
Oh, fucking hell, dude. They're never going to convert. Go into that page there. Yeah, yeah. Like that page is, is. Is never going to convert. It looks terrible, right? I'm not here to hurt your feelings, but I've got to keep it real so that you can get results that is never going to go. So. Yeah, for sure. So number one, you need to write a good VSL to convert cold traffic. It has got to be written by a world Class copywriter or it's never going to convert. Right. So either learn to write copy or hire a very good copywriter and get them to write a VSL around 15 to 25 minutes long is, is a sweet spot. Right. And then, and then get that produced and get it well produced. So that's number one. Number two, you need at least a headline here that sells, that sells them on watching the vsl that sells the promise. Right.
Okay, that's number two.
Number three. So it's fine to have the calendar on the page. I would just adjust that copy there. Book your call now. I would make it sound more valuable. Right. So booking your, I don't know, your blah blah, blah call, but booking your demonstration call now or something like that, just frame it as more valuable and it will take the pressure off people booking it.
Right.
And just scroll down the rest of the page.
Calendar is fine.
Scroll down to the bottom.
That's fine. Yeah, that's completely fine.
Yeah.
The rest of it is, is good to go. So headline number one, VSL number two, book your cold copy number three. And you're going to be good to go on this page. Right. Also make sure that you optimize it for mobile as well. So make sure that you not only build the desktop version to look good, but the mobile version to look good on mobile as well because otherwise it's not native.
Yeah.
Okay, that makes sense.
Right, that's that. Now let's go back to the ads for a second. Show me the, the ad copy.
Okay. Yeah, here it is.
Right.
You're an entrepreneur, move to Bali to achieve your dream. But you're struggling with getting things done. There's an easy game changing solution. It's so simple that you probably overlooked it. Remember, simple things work best. I moved to Bali, I can tell for myself. Distractions and shiny objects can throw you off course if you're not set. Settling one main thing for a day.
And getting that done like clockwork every day.
If you're not moving the needle, the solution is accountability. You hold yourself accountable for your actions, you take better action and you achieve your dream. As simple as that. I want to help entrepreneurs who've moved to Bali struggling with procrastination.
Not getting things, just scroll down.
Not getting things done. Want to improve productivity? Feel a lack of accountability? Improve focus. This week taught the multimillionaire entrepreneur who moved to Bali from Dubai to uk how does your day look like? He says set one main thing every day and get that done.
Yep. Scroll down a bit.
If you're not doing the same.
You're not going anywhere.
He also said he hired someone to hold him accountable. Now, no priorities, accountability. They know they're relying on himself. Won't bring down accountability. I have a millionaire clients.
Yeah, you know what? So this copy, the idea is good, but the copy is not well written enough to convey the idea in a, in a valuable, exciting way. Right. So I can, I can see what you're trying to say, but this copy is like three and a half out of ten, right? The idea is good, the copy is not. So I can tell you. So again, I mean, really the same as the vsl. You either need to get better at writing copy and learn copywriting more or just hire a great copywriter to write this for you.
Okay, dude.
Okay, thanks. And to get better at copywriting, like what you advise how to get better at copywriting?
Yeah.
What I would do is go to people who, you know, are making a lot of money, right, with, with their offer and go and watch their vsl, download the transcript of the VSL and just look at how it's written. The hook, the body, the points, the length, the words, you know, and just like look at what is clearly working within the, the market.
And how else.
How did I learn copy?
So I learned copy from.
From watching good VSLs and webinars, watching good ads, downloading and reading the transcripts. Also, dude, if you haven't already already read this, get the book by Kyle Milligan called Take Their Money, okay? That's the best copywriting book that I've ever read. And it's just no bullshit. It's just super tactical and it shows you how to structure the copy, what to put in with really good examples. And if you do those two things, read the book and go and find really good VSLs that you know are making money, good ads that you know are making money. Download the transcripts and look at the wording and the hooks and the bodies and the layouts. You're already going to be a lot better than you are now. And it will really help you with where you're at.
Okay, man.
Okay, got it. Thanks.
No problem, mate. No problem. But let me just say this. Well done for taking action so fast. Like within a day, you've got ads done, funnel, done launched. That is what I'm talking about, man. That is, that's like me. I, I was the same. I just got done, even if it wasn't the best. And that's the best way to learn. So well done, man. Really good.
Yeah, thanks. That all comes down to joining this. This call, basically. That's helped a lot.
Brilliant, mate, brilliant. Much respect. And you'll get better over time. You're. You're already going faster than most, so well done, man. Really Good.
Okay.
Okay.
Oas. So I'm leaning towards setting up an AI consultation business where I'll help business.
Owners and CEOs deep dive into their.
Processes and workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend.
Where AI would be most efficient in their businesses. How would you create this as an offer?
Have you made a start on this yet?
Always.
Or is this just an idea right now?
It's an idea, but I have made.
A bit of a start in my own personal business.
Yeah. Okay.
Okay, well, so usually the first thing you do is get your idea, which you've got here. I say, oh, yeah, I kind of want to help these people with this thing. The next thing that I usually do is I go looking for competitors who are. Who are already doing this in some way. And I look at their social media, I look at their funnels, I look at their VSLs, I look at their ads. I try and get an understanding of maybe how much money they're making. If I can. And I might even if I could, I'd buy like a consulting call with them just for, like, just pay for their time for 30 minutes, just to understand what they're doing and how they're doing it. So the next step is really research, right? Then I would go on YouTube and I would go on Reddit and I would start looking at who is asking about this, what are they saying? What are the questions? What are the problems? Have they bought anything? Anyone that I found selling it, I would look at all their reviews and testimonials and be like, who. Who are they selling to? Who's buying this? What price are they paying? What are their offers? Are they getting good results or not? What's the, like, consensus on Google of how good this person is or not? That is your next step, and I think it's safe to say so. AI consultation, dude. I was speaking to someone yesterday who's doing AI agency consultation. So it's already being done by some pretty big people. But. And that's a good thing because it shows that it's a verified market that.
You can sell into.
It's a big thing right now. So that's your next step, is research. The step after that is going to market and just testing right now. If I was going to do this, I would write some dummy ads, I'd make a dummy funnel with a mini VSL. And I would just invest, you know, 500, a thousand dollars or something and just see, are people clicking the ads, are people watching the vsl, are people booking in calls? And I would take those sales calls, even without an offer. And I would just, just talk to the market and be like, I would just pretend that I couldn't help them and turn them away and just actually lie and just pretend that I had an offer that I didn't have just to speak to them and just see, why did they book? What are their pains, what are their problems, what are their desires, what's their budget? And I guess that is also research, really. It's just testing the market to see if you can gain any reception from them. And if I was booking calls for an acceptable cost and I thought that I could close the people, then I would be like, right, let's make an offer, a test offer, and start actually trying to sell it and deliver it. That's what I would do step by step. Thank you so much. No worries, man. Any other thoughts or questions? Or is that, is it helpful enough for now? No, that's really helpful. Thank you. Insightful. Brilliant, mate.
Brilliant. Brilliant. Good stuff.
Really good. Okay, Tillman, back in the house. So today's question revolves around how to.
Form a realistic way forward. How to balance defining the ICP on the one hand and reachability of potential clients on the other. Or how about mass contacting prospects on LinkedIn. Do you have any tips for cold outreach?
For cold outreach? Well, it's a volume game, that's for damn sure. When it comes to cold outreach, it's the hardest thing that you can do. But it does work really well if you can do the volume. What I would do is I would write a few different outreach messages, maybe two or three, and I would send the first one to, say, 100 people, the second one to 100 people, the third one to 100 people, and then look at those three batches and be like, which one got me the most responses and which one got me any sales calls for me to take as well? So I kind of scientifically test that.
On the outreach side, defining the ICP and reaching.
And yet when it comes to defining the icp, honestly, you've got to guess. When you start, you're just guessing and taking the most informed guess that you possibly can, which is where you're at now.
And. And what's the best way to find.
Out the pains and problems?
The icp?
Best way is to ask them. Literally just go and ask them there's no other way. And just kind of look around online on YouTube and Reddit and X and just kind of investigate what they're saying, what they're asking.
Just asking probably won't result in you in the truth.
Well, it's down to the quality of the questions that you ask as well, to be honest. That's, that's a very important part. Then where do I find the recordings of these? You mean these sessions, these zoom sessions, Tillman?
Yes, indeed.
Yeah. These are in the Facebook group. Are you in the Facebook group?
Ah yes, but I'm not on. I, I joined but I've looked, looked into it. So that's verified them. Okay. Yes.
Yeah.
So those are in there for you. Also inspired by the axiom of taking.
Action and making a mess, here's my second video. Would you mind having a look, giving feedback? Yeah, sure.
Yeah. Let me check this out.
Now let's have a look.
Let's have a look.
Imagine a verb where business is a force or peace.
Does that sound far fetched? Believe me, it's not. And in this video I'm going to tell you why.
To start.
This journey into a completely new understanding of the meaning and role of business in society, we need to analyze the two words we're talking about in detail. Business piece with some business. What is this thing called business?
Is this scripted or off the head?
This is entirely off the head. The video is 28 minutes long and I spent exactly 28 minutes on it. I did not prepare at all beforehand.
Wow, that's impressive mate, because it comes across as if it's scripted and I mean that in a good way. There's no filler words, there's no like.
None of that. It's really, really clean and organized and that's usually a reflection of a clean, organized mind, you know, so, so that's.
What I thought for 10 years during the PhD.
Well yeah, dude, it comes across. I'm not surprised at all. So that I really love. One thing that is not ideal is like you're out of frame on the camera. So the camera just needs to be adjusted a bit so that there's less body and a bit more headspace. Kind of like I am now. This is like the perfect framing here and the camera is a bit grainy. You can usually get, get a, you can get past that when it's very high quality and then the quality makes up for the, the quality of the value makes up for the lack of quality of the camera. So that's okay. But it's something that comes to mind. And I wish that your background wasn't blurred. And I wish that these little bits on the bottom weren't there with the. Your name and the time tags.
Yeah, that was an idea to use zoom. I just literally created a zoom call just for myself and started recording.
But.
All the. Yeah, those details may sound like, oh, good idea, but at the moment I have no idea how to achieve that.
But yeah, I have to figure it out.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, no drama. I mean, otherwise, dude, that's a lot better than yesterday. That's a lot better. And you remember one thing that I talked about in yesterday's presentation? I said something. I can't remember the exact wording, but I said like, you can use low quality, like cameras and stuff, but you've still got a. Like, don't be sloppy.
Oh, did I, did I cut out for a second. Now I'm back.
No, no, I, I hear you.
Oh, nice. Yeah, so you can use low quality stuff, but don't be scrappy. And that video is scrappy with the, the zoom. So at least use like your phone or an imac or something like that.
Okay.
But otherwise, mate, good job.
Thank you.
Yeah, no worries, man.
No worries.
And then there was one more question.
Okay.
Yep.
Do you read or should I say that?
Go on, say it out loud.
Yeah, sorry, my scrolling.
Yeah. What's the number of videos or the amount of time after which I should kind of recognize that, okay, something is clearly not working and I should change my strategy on YouTube.
That's a really good question. That's a really good question.
Yeah.
When?
How much volume before you know that something's wrong? I would say. So if you do things right, you're going to batch, test styles. So, for example, 10, whiteboard, 10 talking head, 10 in a podcast studio, Right. You're going to batch the. The styles to see what resonates with your market. If you did 30 videos with absolutely no traction, no co bookings, no leads, no sales, something is pretty damn wrong.
Well, the number is 30.
I'd say about 30. I'd say two to three tests, two to three batches.
Wait, wait, hold on. Did you say 10 videos per batch or 30 videos per batch?
I would do 10. I would do 10 per batch.
Okay, awesome. That answers my questions. Thank you so much, William.
Yeah, no worries, man. My pleasure.
Okay, Tim, let's see what Tim's saying.
Wonder if I should expect a ratio of about one call per 500 to a thousand views. Tim, just remind me, dude, how many views are you getting a month on YouTube right now.
It just changed. I got a big uptick because of this viral for me video. But usually I would say like around.
15, 20,000. Some of those are from shorts, but it went way up. It was like 100,000 this past month. I just noticed when I do a new video, and I've heard other YouTube gurus, whatever that means, say it as well that it does seem like between 500 to 1000 views is where on average is per discovery call that I've seen. Just curious your thoughts if you've noticed that or if it's a different number for you or anything.
Sorry mate, just say that one more time about the views per call.
Yeah, it's like usually per 500 to 1000 views. Somewhere in the 500 to 1000 range. Closer to 5, 600, 700. Usually for me I get a discovery call on average now some videos is different, I get more, some I get less. It depends how dialed in I am with my avatar on the video. If it's more general, da da da. But I'm just curious if you have thoughts on that, if that's accurate in your experiences or not accurate.
I'm just going to look at our numbers now. Let me have a look.
Views per call.
Yeah. 3605-404002-80290, 520. 400. Yeah. So ours seems to be about 400 per call.
Ish.
So 400 views per call. Yes, that makes sense. Yeah, totally. Yes. I think, yeah, I'm usually in the 500 to 600 range. Yeah, that's okay. I just feel that's for me, that's just reassuring to hear because it's like, you know, a video gets a thousand views, I can expect two calls, you know, something like that. It's a nice metric. So I was just curious if that was your experiences too. Good to know.
Great. Nice mate, nice. Nice. Good stuff. That's good. Awesome.
So right, who's next?
Brian. So I'm going to split my brand into this. An account related to forex, trading, Instagram, YouTube, long form. An account related to life identity, mindset.
Instagram and YouTube and an account on LinkedIn only on scaling brands.
Brian, that's too many things man. You need to pick one.
Yeah, yeah, because I think I will start with I think trading and mindset. But like if you read the. The what I wrote after because I'm really afraid of attracting like stupid people that will never buy from me because a lot of people are really dreamers. So I really want to understand how to structure my content in order to really get rid of those people. You know, because a lot of people in, in Italy, even if I, I create like a lifestyle based on my personal account content, a lot of people will repost, follow me and never take action. So I don't want that people. I want to really only have people that I know that already have the mindset to proceed to buy something from me 100%.
We were talking about this earlier. Like, you know, when you make content or you run ads, you get everybody. You know, you get really good people, quite good people, bad people, terrible people. You get everybody, you know. And that's why a VSL is a filter. A survey before they book a call is a filter. And the call itself is a filter.
Yeah.
As well. So that, that's the whole reason it exists is to get rid of the wrong people.
Yeah.
You know, but for the sake of focus.
Let me just read the rest. So for number two, I'll go with.
Mindset lifestyle while not how content send your book. Do you think I can use my personal account for this? Only bad thing is 50 or 60 of my followers are girls that I think they'll never buy anything from me. Through this account I will sell community and mentorship. The ones that will buy have the right mindset to continue into the funnel and buy. My trading first part of the funnel is just a qualification process in which I can also get paid for getting to know the right people to continue into the funnel and build trust. Also should I go for content in Italian or English? Oh, that's a tough question because on the one hand Italian is way less competition.
I would, you know what? Yeah, my gut says it do Italian first when it's working, pick up what's working and put it down in the English market.
Yeah, 100.
That's what I would do. And dude, honestly you, you can do all this stuff over time but honestly I would just pick one and go.
All in on one because really even here in Italy, like you know, personal brands like the one you have or like my other mentors, like my trading mentors, like that type of E learning really does not exist. Like there's only scammers and shitty people that, you know, you know, people now have really the belief that everything you see on social that try to sell you something. So I really want to make something really you, you know, nonchalant that I'm not going to sell. And also use the overscribe over subscribed method ditched taught by Daniel Priestley. So like Having a community with maybe like 1000 people but only 5 people per month can, you know, go into the funnel that I'm really interested in. So, you know, you create that friction from supply and demand. But I think it can really works well to even higher.
Increase lifetime value of the clients.
Definitely.
Oh, am I back?
Yeah, we lost you, brother. Yeah, back.
Yeah, yeah, dude, I think you've got it nailed, mate. Get to work. Make it happen.
Yeah.
100. Yeah, I'm just ending this mentorship when I will start because even, you know, you say that is a lot of work to do but like I'm you know, four or five hours a day in front of my computer so really doing raw content for me, really with maybe loom or doing something. But I'm just trading so I just, you know, multitask that thing. I'm a swing trader so I don't have to be right, really focused and all this thing. So I can really make. Make content through what I already I'm doing. So because every day I have to trade every day I have to maybe manage clients and all these things so I can just make content through what I'm doing with the clients, you know, so I think it's possible to, to do that. And when I'm really into like, I don't know if you know, sell your service. Mike Killen. Yeah, you know, he mentored me so I am really into that whiteboard like doing really the whiteboard thing. I think you can really pass the right visionary images into the clients to really, you know, nurture them. But thank you so much for. Thank you so much brother.
For.
Yeah, I've got you man. I've got you. My pleasure. No way.
Thank you so much.
No worries. Okay. Diego. Right. So good evening. Will I help six and seven figure.
Crypto investors master my higher time frame trading system? How big money, smart money trade so they can grow and protect their wealth. Timer top and bottom, some round training points and reach their dream number without being glued to the charts.
Yep.
Nice. Sounds like a good offer.
I've shared my calls on the market.
In a private group for two years to about 100 members. Starting off in this mentorship offer back in May to my email list of members selling first for 3k now for 5k for 1 month. 2 months 10. 3 months 10. Best option for me and for customer.
Also I started to share my whole.
System two months on YouTube.
Questions in regards to my offer and funnel. Do I have to share my net worth? Do I need to have millions or.
Is there Other ways to show credibility, authority. Like past correct calls I made, calling top zero route best.
Yeah, yeah. So, so just think about this from the customer perspective, Diego. Right? What would you, what, what would you want to see? You know, if you were a customer of yours? For me, if I was going to buy a trading offer, I would want to see proof of not. I wouldn't be interested in your capital, I'd be interested in the trades themselves because I would want to apply how much I'm trading with to the trades. Right. This is why traders often talk in terms of r, you know, 2r, 7r, 4r, whatever. Because then you can apply it to your level of risk. Right. So I would share past calls. If you can share live trades and how they played out, that'd be great. If you could share back tests, right. That they can verify when they're in that that used to crush for us because we would show people the back tests and be like, listen, when you're in, you can see that this is real and if this is real, you can see it's going to make you.
A lot of money.
Right.
Things like that along with testimonials and case studies will work very well for you as well.
Okay, very good. What about the. My ICP, usually from experience is 40, 50 year old guy with half a million and they have no idea about crypto that invested maybe a year ago, two years ago, doubled their money, don't know when to take profits.
They're busy, they have a family, they work. So they don't day trade obviously, but they trade maybe two or three times a month.
So how high ticket would you go there? Would you, would you do broad content but go really high ticket? How I do it now, 5k a month. Usually I sell the 10k or.
Maybe go even lower ticket and, and target a broader market. Or just like Nero, you have the broad video style but only go for your high earning icp.
Yeah, for an offer like this and an avatar like this, I would probably do, I mean number one, I would not do low ticket, no bloody way. I would probably do, I would probably do like.
Something like 8k for 3 months just training and group. Really, really low delivery on your end. 28k. I would do 8, 28, 48 for this all in 3 month chunks and it would be like course and group for eight course and group and one to one for 28 course and grouping one to one and done for you for 48. And just see where people go within that ecosystem and see what sells best. See how the customers are. See what the reception is, sell it in quarterly chunks. Because I think a quarter is. It's short enough, but it's long enough. You know, a month is just not enough in, in, in that. In a trading environment. No, you know, but equally, six months is a bit too long. One month is a bit too short. I think per quarter is nice.
Yeah.
And this is clearly priced for that top avatar. This is more like we do where it's high price, low volume.
Yeah, that's what I would do. That's where I would start.
Also on appearance. I don't want to use my last name. Is that fine? Can I use just Diego Advisory, for example? Because usually I see people with like, you, William Brown and so on using their last name.
It definitely builds more trust to use your real full name. Yeah, it does. It definitely gives you an edge. Do you know who.
God, what's his bloody name?
Oh, I can't remember.
So there was this guy that used to say, like, when you use your real full name because you're taking much more risk, it gives you more trust and, and credibility because people are like, well, if he's using his real name, he can't, he can't scam me because.
He'D be like, no, no. Yeah.
You know, so.
And big brands like Trump, they're all using the last name.
So yeah, if, if you can use your full name, I would. If you can't, that's okay. It will just cost you a little bit of trust.
Okay. Okay. Yeah, makes sense. And just on YouTube, keep sharing my, my whole system and typical questions that my ICP has, I guess just, just keep it going like that.
More or less. Yeah. Just keep the content while not how.
Yeah. Something I realized yesterday. You said that for binge watching, you want to have the same environment. The thing is, I travel a lot, so my background changes all the time. How would you handle that? Don't care at all or just keep it going like that?
It is better when you keep the same because. Right. Basically, like, it's almost like, you know how you get into a movie, like, say, friends. Right. Well, friends. It's always the same people dressed in the same way, speaking in the same way in the same setting, you know, and that. That's what builds the continuity. So if you can keep all variables the same, that's going to help. If you can't, just keep as many variables as possible the same.
Okay.
You know, makes sense.
Okay, perfect.
Yeah.
Thank you very much, Will.
Nice man. Yeah, my pleasure.
No worries. Okay. Who's now, Ian.
Right.
Niche property.
I have a land finding course almost ready.
It seemed across two niches.
Should I do two different brands and campaigns? Ian, tell me more about this man.
Yes, I will. How are you doing?
I'm good, mate. How are you?
Yes, I'm good.
Good.
Too much driving me mad. Are you from Burnley or Blackburn?
I'm from Clitheroe.
Clitheroe. Critero.
My God. Hello, Legend. I'm from Leeds, that's all. You won't be getting too many northerners on here.
Hey, I miss Leeds. One of my girlfriends used Living Leeds.
It was awesome.
Great place.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, brilliant. Okay, yeah, thanks. Well, just. Yeah, a couple of. So I'm a property developer. Developer. So 15, 20 years, I've developed about 15 million quids worth of new build property of an age where I'm looking for an education business. Really a bit of a lifestyle change obviously running building sites and contractors is. Has its moments, should we say politely and. Yeah. So looking for a bit of a. Looking to move into the education space. Originally I started as a self builder. Yeah. So this would be. You'll know the show, Grand Designs. Yeah. And it's aimed. My course is aimed at the Grand Designs sort of crowd, as it were. So within the groups and on Facebook there's about 250,000 people in these groups in new build the consistent issue is trying to find land. Yeah. Because it's just obviously not a planning system in the UK is in the dire straits. So.
Yeah.
So just really trying to, you know, going on. But my niche is targeted at the grand designs crowd, but also the property developer who wants to move into construction. Perhaps something over and above a buy to let scenario. Now from what you've said the other day, I think it's sensible to sell the same product but maybe have two brands on it. Really just want clarification that, dude.
100%. We. So we are actually doing this right now. We've got two completely different funnels. One is for professionals that want to start a consulting business. One is for people in the E learning space that want to scale their business. Exact same offer, exact same training, but two completely different angles for different avatars. So it sounds like you're going to do the same thing. It's one offer in one program, two different avatars, two different funnels.
Based on what you said over the last few days. Yeah, it seems to be the better way to go. Yeah.
Agreed. And then you'll see which one works better for us. This second one works way better. So we're going to turn the other off and you'll find the same. You'll find that one works better. You'll turn one off and leave one on and scale one up.
Yeah, brilliant. Fantastic. Then a couple of admin based questions. Yeah. Customers.
Cost price points. Could it be about £5,000? Ish. 4,995 for a 12 month course with a weekly surgery. Does that pricing feel okay?
That's. Yeah.
So people come along with the pieces of land and say oh that you know, I'm thinking of bidding on this. What do you think? Almost like a sort of similar version to what you are doing now. Like a surgery scenario.
Yeah. And when you say that, so is it going to be like. So it's £5,000, it's 12 months access. Is it like one group call like this per week?
Yes, it is, yeah. Yeah. That's what. Well that's my thoughts were. I'm open to advice obviously.
Yeah.
That's like the standard model that works the best. Like the standard model is usually a course and one group call a week for usually six months. That's like the standard model 12 is a little bit long. I'd be tempted to go closer to 8k pounds for that for, for a year especially.
Okay.
Because the, the avatar usually will have that capital and it's such a big problem like for you to sold this product.
Yeah, you know. Absolutely.
So much bloody money. So you could start at five and get a few customers there then go to eight. Or you could just start bloody eight to be honest. Yeah.
You think so?
Yeah, I do absolutely. For the size of the problem in the avatar. Definitely.
Yeah, you'd be absolutely right. I mean, you know, overvalued land and issues with land and it's just a horrendous problem. And I've got eight strategies to, you know, unblock that as it were. Which, which makes life, you know, a lot interesting.
Yeah.
I've got a feeling I'll be punchy because I'm conscious of time. I've got a feeling that consulting clients will drop out of this as well. I have had some other consulting clients, people who say, you know, I've seen this piece of land, kind of develop it, etc.
How do you price your consulting clients? Your sort of one to one type stuff? Is it just a conversation to see where they're at with it all?
So I offer two things when it.
Comes to one to one consulting.
So I offer one off calls on their own for £2,000 for an hour.
Right.
And that's just one hour, no course access, no nothing. Just one hour with me over Zoom 2K or our one to one program is 8K per month and for that you get as many calls with me as you want. One to one via Zoom. You get as many calls, one to one with my entire team as you like via Zoom as well. And you get the training program and you get a WhatsApp with me and my entire team in it as well. So it's like very, very, very, very high touch.
Yes, yes. Yeah. Okay, so just again, that's a conversation. I suppose I'll drop out of the, the course. I'm hoping really, but. So I'll get an angle for that.
Yeah, nice man.
Now out of this, out of this course, obviously what the current, the biggest problem on the market is finding land to do the, to do anything with. But beyond that there's going to be other courses, there's natural spin off courses. So for instance, add in a second floor to a bungalow is a course.
How to run a building site and you know how to manage your own site. So you've got Kevin McLeod calling you a dick or something like that, you know, you know, that's another cost again, obviously subsequent to this. But how do you add these on?
Do you normally put a package on or do you go straight in with the 5k again or 8k? How would you play that?
I'm a big fan of just having one great training program with, with everything, you know.
Okay.
So that is what I'd recommend. And also that gives people more of a reason to stay and keep renewing.
Okay.
Because as they learn and develop, they can keep going back to the different parts of the training program. So it makes it a bit more sticky as well.
Okay, okay. So perhaps bring that in and maybe do just a planning element of it at five, but the full machines at eight, maybe.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay. And then platforms, I've been recommended Kajabi. Any suggestions on the platform to keep it on?
Yeah, to be honest, Kajabi is probably the best.
All in one.
Yeah, I mean we use, we use Podia but then we have different softwares for email, different softwares for this, different softwares for that. Honestly, Podia's a good. Sorry. Kajabi is a good place to start, mate. You can't go wrong with it.
Okay, brilliant. And that's it, mate. Easy final comment is I used to work, I used to work at the cement works in Clothes Row.
No.
Yes, dude.
I used to, I used to graffiti the trains.
When I was young. It was dope. I used to love it.
Don't tell anyone I told you that, by the way. That's secret.
Secret.
No problem. See you later.
Awesome, man. No worries. No worries. Right, well, guys, I'm gonna hop off here. We just got a few minutes left. I'll go for a way, get some water and I'll see you over in the. The teaching call in about five minutes. I'll see you over there.
Let's go.
Let's hop in.
