Okay. Okay. Okay.
What's going on, Serena? Everything good?
Everything good?
Yes.
Nice, nice. Easter still in Dubai?
Yeah, of course. I'll be here until January. We're gonna have a golf Christmas with the family.
Oh, nice. That sounds really good.
Yes.
Hell, yeah. Hell yeah. Were you. Were you surprised when. When I told you that we were closing the business down?
Oh, well, actually, no. I thought around March. I was thinking that this isn't going to last for long because it's a. You're selling yourself too cheap.
If I may, that's very kind. Well, in that I'm going to. I'm going to increase your billing then from next month. See how you like that.
Well, I wouldn't. I would if I could afford it. Like, sure. But yeah, and I wanted to be like. I wanted to join this year because I figured maybe by next year is not going to be there and like, five years from now I'm going to go like. I was coached by William Brown.
I appreciate that. No, it's just I'm doing some private equity stuff and it's fucking bloody long, man. Is long, is deep. It's crazy. Awesome. It's different to this consulting stuff, man. Jesus Christ. People actually want to meet in person. It's mental.
Yes, of course they do. It's a lot of money at stake.
It is a lot of money at stake. Yeah, it is. To be fair, you can't argue. Anyway. Right, so what time is it? One minute past. Give people another few minutes, then we'll. Then we'll hop in.
What's Diego saying? Let's have a look. When does this challenge end with the daily calls? Tomorrow. Diego. Just. Just one more day tomorrow. So one more. One more training session tomorrow. One more hard pitch from me, then it's all over.
Bless you, guys. Right, let me get off this. Come back over here.
Okie dokie. Ryan.
Okay. Right, a couple more minutes. Let me get this sorted.
Let me check the Facebook group.
Where's the link for the call? Always someone. Let's have. Let's see.
Okay.
All right, sorted.
Cool.
All right, just give it one more minute, then we'll hop in.
Edward.
Yeah, we'll start with that after. After the teaching session. Brian. Good question.
Right, thank you, William.
Yeah, no problem. Map. No problem. Okie dokie. Right, let's. Let me pull up.
Today'S one.
Give it another 20 seconds and we'll hop in.
Yeah, we'll get to that as well. No worries.
Okay. All right, cool. Let's get into it.
All right. This should be a fun one. Today I've been really looking forward to this one. I think this is one of the best days apart from tomorrow. Right, let's get into it. So day four and today you're going to learn from me and you're going to be able to go away and actually copy me. So what we're going to cover today is the complete $10 million blueprint exposed. And this is my exact strategy numbers infrastructure so that you guys can just copy everything and, and go and get on with this and get started as soon as tomorrow. So as we always do, let's start with the principle first. So before anything. Welcome back. And today we're going to cover my exact raw authority method strategy, exact numbers infrastructure, so again, you can copy everything and start implementing the minute that this challenge is over. Tomorrow. Now, today I'm also going to cover a few optimizations with you just to make sure that your social media bios are written properly, your profile pics, your banners are made properly, and a few of the hacks and tricks to boost sales as well that most people either don't know or they overlook entirely. Now, most people fail at building profitable personal brands because they try to reinvent the wheel instead of just copying what works already. They waste years experimenting with different strategies and different platforms and different approaches when they could just be making money by simply modeling someone who's already proven that the system works in the first place. So the blueprint principle, it's not about being original, it's about being profitable. And when you find someone who's generated the results that you want using a method that you can replicate, your job isn't to improve their system or make it your own. Your job is to copy it exactly until you're making the money that they are making and then you can start innovating later. But here's what most people get wrong. So most people, they copy the surface level tactics without understanding the deeper strategy that makes those tactics work in the first place. They see someone posting daily videos, they think that's the secret. So they start posting daily videos and then wonder why they're not getting the same results and they're missing the underlying infrastructure. So the audience development strategy, the trust building sequence, the sales process, the offer structure, all the stuff that actually is under the surface. Right, let me get off this. So all the stuff under the surface that actually turns viewers into buyers.
Now the complete blueprint. It's not just about what to do, but it's about why it works, how the pieces connect, and also what metrics matter most as well. And when you understand the entire system, from content creation to cash collection, you can then replicate it in more or less any niche, with any audience selling any high ticket service. And what I want to cover today, this chapter is going to pull back the curtain on my entire $40 million infrastructure so that you can just copy every piece of it starting tomorrow. Now, let's kick off with this. What if I told you that in the next hour or even 30 minutes or so with me today and tomorrow, I am going to give you the exact step by step system that's generated almost 40 million for me now, with a team of just seven people, and as of last month, an 86.6% profit margin as well. And what if I told you that this system is so simple that you could implement the entire thing in less than 30 days, even if you've never built a personal brand before? Okay. Now, in 1995, a traveling salesman named Ray Kroc walked into a small burger restaurant in San Bernardino, California, and witness something that would change the entire food industry forever. So the restaurant was run by two brothers, Dick and Mac McDonald, who developed a revolutionary system for serving high quality food incredibly fast. But what impressed Krog was not the speed. It was the system itself. Every single aspect of the operation was documented, standardized, repeatable. The burgers were made the exact same way every time, with specific measurements for every ingredient. The fries were cooked for a precise amount of time at an exact temperature. Even the way employees greeted customers was literally scripted and practiced. And the McDonald brothers had created a blueprint that could actually be copied exactly to produce identical results every single time. Now, I just love this story. Most people who who visited the restaurant, they just saw a successful burger joint, right? Croc saw something much burger, I mean, bigger. I thought I'd put that joke in there that really amused me when I put that in there. A system that could be replicated anywhere in the world. So instead of trying to improve their system or make it his own, right. Kroc did something that most entrepreneurs are too proud to do. He just ripped it off. He just copied it exactly. No changes, no remaking the wheel. Every procedure, every measurement, every detail was replicated with obsessive precision. And he didn't try to innovate until he had first proven he could execute their existing system successfully. Right? The result, McDonald's became the largest fast food chain in the world, generating over 23 billion in annual revenue. But here is the key insight that I really want you to take away here. Kroc didn't succeed because he was more creative than the McDonald brothers. He succeeded because he just understood that a proven system is worth more than a thousand brilliant ideas. He knew that execution beats innovation every time, and perfect copying beats imperfect creativity. This is why most people fail. They think that they can figure it out on their own. They think that they can, you know, just look from the outside in and somehow figure it out. CROC didn't do that. He said, give me the system and I'm just going to copy it. There you go. And when you copy something that works, it works for you too. Because the McDonald brothers, they had invented the blueprint, the system, and CROC had the discipline to just follow it exactly. And that combination created one of the most successful business empires in history.
Now, to come back to my story for a second.
I learned this lesson through what I now call my expensive education in reinventing the wheel. So when I first started building my personal brand, I made the classic mistake of thinking that I needed to be original and to innovate and to do things myself. I just sold my company for millions of dollars, so I felt like I needed to create something completely new and revolutionary. And I spent months trying different. Sorry, studying different personal brands. But instead of just copying what worked, I tried to cherry pick the best elements from each one and combine them into my own unique approach. So I took the storytelling style from one person, the content format from another, the sales process from a third, and the pricing strategy from a fourth. And I convinced myself that this hybrid approach would be superior because it combined all the best practices into one system.
And what I created was a Frankenstein monster of strategies that looks good on paper but didn't actually work in reality. My content had no consistent voice because I was borrowing styles from different creators. My sales process was confusing because I was mixing methodologies that weren't designed to work together. My pricing was all over the place because I was just trying to implement different philosophies simultaneously. And after a while of this stupid approach, I'd uploaded my first few videos, yes, but I'd only generated about 9,000 in revenue from my channel, like I mentioned yesterday. And by the way, you can still see some of these first videos on my channel. There's still a few of them left. I've deleted a few, but there are still a few on there. And it's just obvious that I didn't know what I was doing right and I was failing spectacularly and I couldn't figure out why. And for all of that effort, I'd only made about Nine grand over the first four or five months. Then I had a conversation with my old business partner, Alex, who used to run the old company with me, and that changed everything. So he asked me a pretty simple question. Will, can you name one person who's built exactly the kind of business that you want to have? And I said, well, of course I can, right? There's this guy named a name that I can't say today in this, in this webinar. But I said, there's a guy named X. He's doing about 2 million a year with a simple YouTube channel and high ticket coaching. So Alex said, well, great, what's his system? So I said, you know, I started explaining the system and as I talked my partner just kept asking, well, are you doing that? And each time I would say, well, no, but over and over again. So for example, Alex asked about the guy's content strategy. So I said, he posts one long form video a week on YouTube, he cuts it into shorter clips for Instagram, but I'm doing three short videos per week across four different platforms. Because I think, right. And then Alex would stop me and say, well, are you doing exactly what he does? Then I'd say, well, no, but. And then Alex would ask me about the guy's sales process. So I said, well listen, this guy drives people from his content to a free strategy call where he sells his five thousand dollar coaching program. But I've created this elaborate email sequence and webinar funnel because I actually think. And again, Alex would stop me and say, well, are you doing what he's doing or not? And I say, well, no, right, but you know, and this went on for 20 or 30 minutes. And by the end I realized I wasn't following anyone's system completely. I was following my own made up system that existed nowhere except in my, in my head basically. And that's when my partner delivered the line that became my aha moment. So Alex said to me, will, you're trying to be smarter than people who are already making the money that you want to bloody make. How's that working out for you? And it wasn't working out at all. So I made a decision that felt like swallowing my pride, but ended up saving my business and saving my ass. I wasn't going to copy other people's systems here and there, and kind of mostly right, I was going to copy it exactly. So I studied this guy's content not to get inspired, but to reverse engineer the exact approach. So I documented his posting schedule, his video formats, his sales process, his pricing, even the way that he structured his call to actions. And then I implemented this system piece by piece, fighting every other instinct that I had to improve it, personalize it, put my stamp on it, nothing like that. And within 90 days of copying that blueprint, I generated more revenue than in the previous five or six months of innovation. And within three months I was already doing about 70k a month. And that was December 2023, if I remember correctly. Within 12 months I'd exceeded the guy's income and was doing over 400 per month. And only then did I start making very small tweaks and improvements to the system. But by that point I understood why each piece works and how changing one element would affect the other elements. And the aha moment was humbling, but it was liberating. Innovation is a luxury that you can afford after you're already successful. It's not a requirement for getting started. When you're getting started, find someone who's got what you want, copy what they bloody do, because it works for a reason, you know. Now next, let's talk about the complete $10 million blueprint. So here is my exact system broken down into the four core components that have for me generated millions of dollars. Now, so component number one is the content factory. So I create one 10 to 40 minute long form video per week using right now my imac built in camera and a microphone. And these videos follow a pretty simple formula. So my calling card of hey guys, it's will, followed by 20% introduction, 40% personal story, 40% educational content. If I had to break it down into a system, that's the system right there. I then post the full video on YouTube every Monday at 6pm Bali time. And then I usually cut that video into six to eight shorter clips, around 60 to 90 seconds each, and post them throughout the week on Instagram. And that's it. So one piece of content becomes seven to nine pieces of content across two platforms and also an email as well. So actually three platforms including email, and the total time per week is on my part, it's about one to three hours. Generally. Component number two is the trust bridge. So every piece of content features the same soft call to action. It's just usually something like this. But by the way, guys, if you need any help with this stuff, there's a link in the description you can click. Feel free to check that out. Just something like that, really soft, really nonchalant. And then they can go and book a sales call if they want to. No pressure on those calls. We spend about 45 minutes just understanding their business, their biggest challenge and then we present the coaching program as the solution. And if they want it, they come in and if they don't want it, they don't come in. So there's no webinars, there's no fancy email sequences, there's no complicated funnels, anything like that. Just content to sales, call to close and we on average, if you averaged out the data, we close about 27% right now of of taking calls.
Offer three is the offer stack. Sorry, component three is the offer stack and we sell exactly one single thing. It's an online video training program and coaching, that's it. And it's split into three tiers. Group one to one done for you. And the only difference is proximity and speed. So they all get the training program, they all get coaching from me and my team. It's just different levels of proximity and different levels of speed. They get to choose how fast or slow they go. It's paid monthly on a cancel anytime basis. So very, very, very, very simple offer, really simple monthly pricing and fairly simple delivery. It's just the training program, group calls anytime, one to one and a done for you elements as well for people that want us to just do it all for them. Now, the average client lifetime value as of today is 23 and a half thousand US dollars. And that's made up of people buying for the first time and also renewing and buying things like tickets to this five day challenge, the one day workshops, three day masterminds and vice versa. And many clients renew month on month or quarter on quarter and again they can upgrade to the events on the back end, which some do, some don't.
The next component, component number four is the profit engine.
So my entire team at the moment consists of just seven people. Three sales reps that take the sales calls, paid on commission only. One setter that books appointments, paid on commission only, a operations director manager that manages the team and he's paid a profit share, a percentage of net profit. One VA called Jamie that helps me that actually writes the email copy, that uploads my YouTube videos, checks my inbox, all that stuff that's just paid a flat monthly fee. And me, that's it. Now the total monthly overhead is roughly US$80,000. That's not exact, but it's generally pretty close to that. Depending on the month, average monthly cash collected is between about 450 and about 600amonth at the moment. And taking last month's profit margin, it was 86.6% net.
Now, here's the numbers that matter, and here are the exact metrics that actually drive this roughly 6 million P net profit business.
So, 82,000 YouTube subscribers, 42,000 Instagram followers, roughly 19 booked calls per day, 27% close rate, roughly 580K per month, give or take. And these numbers prove that you do not need millions of followers to make millions of dollars. You need the right followers who have the right problems that you can solve for the right price. That is the key right there. The right followers is not about views, right? It's not about likes. It's not not even about follow account. It's about the right followers that have the right problems, right? The problems that you can solve for the right price.
Now, to share an analogy with you, think about following a recipe when you're learning to cook, right? Because this will. This will just completely change how you think about business systems.
So you've got the innovator on the left and the copycat on the right. Now, here's the truth about cooking. When you're learning to make a dish that you've never made before, the recipe is not a suggestion. It's a blueprint for success to be copied exactly. Now, professional chefs don't look at a recipe for beef Wellington and think, right, I'll substitute the beef with chicken. I'll add some pineapple, because that's more creative. I forget the salt. I'm not in the mood for salt today, right? They follow the recipe exactly until they can make the perfect beef Wellington consistently. And like we said earlier, only after they've mastered the original recipe do they start experimenting with variations. Because they understand that you need to know why each ingredient and technique works before you can successfully modify them later on. And the same principle applies to business systems as well. So when you find someone who's achieving the result that you want, their recipe isn't a starting point for your creativity. It is a blueprint for your success. That should be copied exactly. Because if it works for them, it's highly, highly, highly likely to work for you as well.
Every element in their system exists for a reason. And those reasons aren't always obvious until you've implemented the entire system successfully. This is why so many trading education people want to work with me, because they know I've got the bloody system. I made almost 20 million, sold the company to private equity. So it's just like the beef Wellington recipe. Get the recipe, copy the recipe, make, make the bloody food, you know, and when I tried to improve, what other Guys, system. Sorry, the other guy's system that I. Before I understood it, I was like a novice chef trying to reinvent that beef Wellington recipe. And the result was predictably, pretty disastrous. But when I followed that blueprint exactly, I literally, exactly got the results that he was getting. So the recipe worked because it had been tested and refined through thousands of iterations over time. So if you want my results, well, learn from me and just copy my system. Just copy my. Just everything, really. And it's highly likely. It's not guaranteed, of course, but it's very, very, very, very, very likely that you're going to get very similar results because it's a system.
Success leaves clues, but only those humble enough to follow them exactly will find the treasure. Now, here's what happened when I started sharing my blueprint openly. Hundreds of my coaching clients have implemented this exact system and generated millions in revenue combined. Now, some of them make more money than. Than I do using the system that I gave them without naming names. And I. I couldn't be happier about that because their success proves what I've been teaching all along. Copying what works beats creating what's new every single, every single time. That's for damn sure. But here's what's interesting. Even though I've shared this blueprint publicly, most people still will not copy exactly. They'll watch this presentation that I'm giving you all today and immediately start thinking about how they can improve it or how they can make it their own. They'll want to post daily instead of weekly because more content equals more results, right? They want to create multiple offers because more options equals more sales, right? They want to use expensive equipment because higher quality equals higher prices, right? And these people will struggle for months or years trying to outsmart a system that's already been proven to work. And meanwhile, just the small percentage of people who have the discipline to copy exactly what I lay out, they'll be making money within 90 days or so, and a lot of it. So the choice is yours, right? You can spend the next year trying to be original, or you can spend the next 90 days following my exact system and making money and making sales. Because my blueprint isn't just a business model. It's a philosophy that successful people have used throughout history, whether it's building businesses, whether it's cooking, I don't know, beef Wellington or whatever you like. So here's my advice. Find someone who has what you want. Study their exact methods, their exact approach, everything, and just copy it completely and only innovate after you're successful. Okay, now it's not glamorous and honestly it can feel a bit, it can feel a bit weird to do just copying somebody else, but it works, right? A system is the system at the end of the day and in the end, results are the only thing that matters. Right? Everything that I've shared today, you can implement today and tomorrow you don't need to wait for inspiration or motivation or the, the perfect moment. You just need to follow the recipe exactly as it's written. And believe me, your bank account will thank you for, for your lack of creativity, that's for damn sure. Mine, mine certainly has for, for copying my mentors.
So that's it for today. A bit shorter and a bit more tactical. Now tomorrow I'm actually going to end by giving you a step by step plan of action. And tomorrow is by far the most important session, which is why I've saved it for last, because it glues together everything that we've covered over the last four days into a, into a blueprint essentially. And after tomorrow's session, you're going to know what to do, you're going to know when to do it, you're going to know how to do it. And then after tomorrow's session, you can go out there and, and start hitting the road and, and actually taking action on everything that we've covered. So that's it for today. As always, guys, let us end with any questions that you have until the top of the hour. So pop them in the, the zoom chat and we'll get into this and we'll cover some, some questions together. And I can see that a few of you have literally just joined as well, which is a bit strange. But never mind. Let's, let's get into some questions right at the end of two hours. Almost never mind. Right, so let's start with your question, Brian. I'm just going to make sure.
Make sure everyone's muted for the minute. Give me a sec. Yeah, Cool. Right, let's get into it. So Brian, question today, when you had your trading business, how did you manage content at the beginning and what was your offer ecosystem back then? I don't have years of experience so I don't know how much to charge. Not being an expert, but I am profitable. I do ads for engagement on meta. Oh, do ads for engagement on matter increase organic growth? No. And last question, if you were me right now, how would you start content? 2, 3 tips because you course can't say everything but not being a client, what would you focus on. Are you. Where are you, Brian?
I'm here and here.
William.
Ah, there you are. Right, awesome. Let me just full screen you for a sec so I can concentrate. Right. So when. It's a really strange story, right? When I was trading.
I didn't know about courses, I didn't know about coaching, I didn't know about E learning and stuff like that. I just had a Twitter account and I would follow traders, some traders would follow me. I had like 300 followers and I would just share my trades every day. And when I was getting in, I'd post screenshots. When I was getting out, I'd post screenshots, I'd share my trade tracker, talk to other traders, traders would talk to me. And I actually had no intention. I wanted to be a professional trader for the rest of my life. And then someone messaged me one day, this guy called Wissam, and random message, he was like, will, I can see you doing very well. Please could I pay for some help? And he offered me $50 to come to my house because he was local. And he paid me $50, came to my house for three hours, sat next to me, made notes through it, through the morning session, took the notes away with him. I kept a copy of that document and started selling it to my other followers for. For $50. And that was how my first E Learning company started. Right now when that happened, I thought, hold on a minute, these random people find me, they follow me, they look at my stuff for a while, they seem to find it valuable, and then eventually they ask for my help. I started just learning and I was like, that's interesting. Well, what if I get more followers? Maybe more people will ask for help. So I made more content, networked more, got more followers, got more sales, and I was like, oh, this, this is actually working. Then I thought, well, what would happen if I like, did YouTube? And then maybe I sent all the YouTube people to my Twitter to nurture them and close them. And that worked really well as well. So back for that first year, year and a half, I didn't make a lot of money. Made about 50k, 70k, something like that. And it was just Twitter. And I would just tweet all day on Twitter and make one YouTube video a week on YouTube. And that was all that I did for about a year and a half, right? Yeah. Then YouTube started growing. I went to two YouTube videos a week and dude, that was working so well. And then back then, at that stage in the second year, I had a bronze, silver, gold and Platinum programs. So it was the, it was an ebook for like £250. An ebook with a coaching call for like £495. An ebook and a Dropbox folder of videos and a coaching call for like £750. And all of that and a few coaching calls for a thousand pounds. That's what I had. And in that second year I did about $270,000 just, just, just selling that YouTube, Twitter and those four tiers. So it was working pretty well. I got up to about 20k a month with that. Pure organic, just me, no team, no ads, no nothing. Not even a funnel, just a one page website with copy. Yeah, that is actually in my training program to this day. The old, the old page. But anyway, then I found out about paid ads. I. So I bought this mastermind from a guy called Alex Becker. That mastermind taught me about funnels, it taught me about writing copy, it taught me about ads, proper pricing and stuff. And then that third year just with ads, we did about 1.3 million. So we more than almost 5x the business because of paid ads. But yeah, that, that was it organic wise. It was just Twitter and YouTube, man.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. 100 because like if you want to. Because my mentor is Roy Anwar. I don't know if you know him. Hello, it's Roy on Instagram. It's not really a social man but you know he, he works a lot on the, on the scarcity thing and the FOMO because he only, you know, it's not effectively real but he says that he only manage mentor five students per month. He has a community, he has all these things and like you know, you pay 1k for the first part when it's like a qualification and after that this chooses the best and you pay like 5k. So you know, lifetime value is 6k. But in my opinion, you know, he can do it better because he also have a Halberry algorithm that he can you really create maybe monthly recurrent revenue from them and all these things. So you know, but I see that you know, his content is not doing a lot of views but you know, a lot of people really, you know, he's a God because he's really teaching the, the real stuff about trading, like the, the data driven trading, know the, like that strategy will increase your win rate by type shit because you know we know that the trading industry is really, yeah, you know, it's really full of scammers. But thank you so much for your time, William.
Yeah, no, no problem man. And just thank you so Much. Just one more thing that I want to add. If I was going to start again in that niche now, I would do Twitter consistently. I would do one YouTube video, maybe two per week.
Yeah.
And I would sell something like probably something like a thousand dollar course one time for a year and maybe 5k for a course and group coaching for six months.
Yeah.
And a one to one for something closer to 10k for six months. And just keep it simple. Those three course group one to one.
Yeah.
Those prices simply like even.
Do you like even on these like high ticket services? Because like how I said I'm not, you know, 100% an expert, but I'm doing real good and you know, I have my mentors behind so you know, I'm really doing good. But would you like split like the payments or you just go for like all payments in, in a shot, you know?
Yeah.
What like in my mind I say because I watch by myself at the beginning I, I didn't have the money like for you know, high ticket services and all these things. So if I watch people that I will attract that 100% would be like myself. And of course not only. But you know, I'm saying like will they, will they be able to afford like my service? And if, you know, I attract, you know, elder people that maybe, you know, they have jobs and all these things, they have savings. Will they see me like as an authority? You know, I'm just asking these questions because, you know, I. You never know. I'm 21 years old, so it's a little bit hard to.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Dude, I completely get where you're coming from. Well, your price has to match the value that, that you can provide, right?
Yeah. The value. Yeah. Is 100. Yeah. The value. I know that if you give me like one person, I can 100 in six months. If he listen to me, he will be profitable 100%.
Yeah, yeah. And you've also got a price based on like you how new you are. So if I was like six months in, 12 months in, I would do that same thing with a lot lower prices. You know, almost like when I started out is 250, 500, 750, a thousand.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
But it kind of where I was at, you know.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's what I would say.
Yeah.
Thank you so much, William, for you. Thank you so much for your time, brother.
No problem, man. Thomas, are you still around, dude?
Yeah, yeah. What's up?
Nice. I'm just looking at your question here. So is the copy okay? Here or need overhaul. So do you or your business accept crypto payments? I'm currently taking five business owners who want to integrate crypto payments with full support on accepting, converting and withdrawing to fiat. You could be missing 5 to 10 of revenue by not accepting crypto. So you can spend more time and money doing what insights you. I've up to five individuals and businesses with their crypto payments team me. You'll see. Yeah, that's pretty damn good. Yeah, short and sharp, straight to the point, straight in there with the problem with the outcome. Good to go.
Okay, cheers. What's that? I'm just wondering like I. I was thinking like which I kind of did the same thing for multi platforms, but maybe it. It might need to be like edited a little bit depending on which platform.
Yeah, it could use a tweak based on the platform, but other than that, ready to go.
Okay, that's good. I don't know if you already.
I was kind. I kind of had like another copy as well for the like the straight trading offer that I do as well, like private group and one on one consulting.
I'm kind of running like these two different programs basically at the moment. Like.
But yeah, like I didn't want to confuse people but like they're both. They're both like quite well integrated.
Yeah, I had a little bit struggling with that I guess what to do with it.
Well, dude, I'll help you with that when you come into the coaching program.
Yeah, for sure.
No, I got. I'm going to Dan Henry. I'm going to Dan Henry's event here in Dubai in like a few days.
Nice.
I'll crack that out and then. Yeah, definitely considering it for sure.
Good. Well, you. You should be. It's. It's the best and you need it. It's perfect for where you are.
Bless him.
At least you accept crypto payments, so at least you got something going on.
True that. True that. Dude. Crypto is the best. I wish that everyone paid in crypto. I love how fast and easy it is. The best thing ever.
Yeah, but we need a. It's about mindset. Mindset shifting. Belief shifting.
Yeah.
It is, mate. It is. We got some work to do. Okay. Okay, cool. Selena, let's have a look at this. So how to use Black Friday and the end of the year as a coach. Any special offers? Scarcity to get calls booked. How to create a re offer for no clothes? Oh yeah, dude. Loads of. Loads of things to do. So one thing that we're doing for Black Friday is we're Just giving everyone a free month, you know, so anyone that buys this month, if they buy one, they get two, two, they get four instead of three, and vice versa. So that's what we're doing for Black Friday. It's just whatever people buy, we're just adding on a free month as a gesture. As long as they're in the end of the month, that's the cutoff. What I used to do in my old company was we used to sell the 5K program for 997 for one day with 24 hours, man, we used to bloody crush. Like, my God. We would do 150 grand cash on the day. It was just bloody awesome. Absolutely awesome. So if. If you can. Because often you build up leads that know your price, and maybe they've said no to it. They couldn't afford it. They're not right for it. It's not the right time. So with an offer that's that good gets so many of them off the fence because they're like me. It was 5K two months ago. Now it's 997. I'm in.
Okay, nice. Like, we. I do have a list of those people.
Right.
So, for example, last four weeks, we're having, like, around 30 sales calls. No closes. So those are the people that will actually, you know, want to reach out. How would you reach out? Like, would you just send a dm? Like, shoot them a DM video voice, like, what is the best way to reach out to them?
And they were taken by sales reps or you.
No, it was me, actually, when we. When we did the new offer, like when we were running the new offer, I was taking the sales calls myself just to see what we need to do better and, you know, just to. Just to see what kind of people we were getting in. Yeah, and those are the people that I didn't close because I'm just not good at sales, honestly.
Yeah, no worries. You got to learn. It's okay. So I would. I would personally WhatsApp voice note them, right. If they didn't have WhatsApp, I would iMessage voice note them so they get it because it's more personal. And I would just say to them, listen, hey, Selena, I was just thinking back to our call three weeks ago. Really great call. You know, I love the conversation, and I know that you didn't come on board because of insert reason, but I know that what we do could really help you. And we're actually running a Black Friday offer next week for the last month of this Month where you get the program that I told you about for 5k, it's actually just 2k instead and you get this special bonus of a special bonus thing that we're giving you as well. Now it's only for next week and the cutoff is the 30th of November. But just thought that might help you let me know any thoughts and I'd love to answer any questions.
Nice. Okay. And would you run that just for the just for re offer, like just for no closes or would you just run that? Because the thing is that we don't like, we don't put prices or something on, on our accounts. Right. It's just like if people are in a sales calls, then we offer them. So would you also use that this month as in the sales calls for someone that just booked, for example, yesterday?
To be honest, for simplicity. Oh, let me just use this. Let me just mute that guy. There we go. For simplicity, I would create one offer and send it to every single lead. Like you must have an email list, right? Yes. How many do you have on it?
20. Around 20k. Yes.
I would create one offer with a sales page for around 1 to 2k and just, just do a big email promo and WhatsApp, all the past leads. Email, all the bloody leads. Could even run some retargeting to the email addresses as well. Because you can run ads to email addresses and that would do very well.
Okay.
Okay. So to. To all email addresses but not clients actually.
Right.
Because then we would have the conflict of saying like, oh, what, I just paid last week. Well, yeah, so just. Okay.
Don't forget to take customers off the retargeting list.
Yeah, Okay. I was just thinking a lot.
Okay.
All right. Perfect. Yes. Love it. Amazing. There was more question.
Good stuff, good stuff. You're going to make a lot of money off that. If you've got 20k bloody email subs. That's really good.
Hopefully we need that. Yeah, hopefully.
Yeah. Yeah. Cool. Okay, cool. So, James, thoughts on sharing a free mini course on YouTube? Would warming up the audience be worth the payoff of them thinking, I don't need coaching because I've got this? And not joining a paid program.
You've kind of got two options. Hold back the secrets. Are you still there, by the way, James?
I am, yeah. Yeah. Nice, dude, I'm here. Yeah, nice. So you've got two options. You can either give away the mini course and then sell implementation. Right. And, and hope that they need help with it, or you can hold back the secrets so that they kind of have to buy to unlock everything. I would suggest.
I personally would suggest the latter. Right. Because when it comes to the course and coaching space.
Like, what's the best way to say this? So you, you can give people a course, but people really need coaching. You know, I, I think it's almost not fair. Like, people really need coaching to get the best results. They need to talk to you and, and communicate with you and ask questions. So.
God, I'm 50, 50 on that. I'm really 50, 50 on that. To be honest. I, I wouldn't do it myself.
Okay.
If I were to do it, though, I would give away.
Like 40 of the value that I could share on. On calls and like a real course. Would you say do it that way? Just to be honest, Your videos and your YouTube, to me, it's felt like a course in itself, to be honest, like a free mini course on content creation.
So, yeah, well, well, that is what it's kind of supposed to be. It's kind of meant to be 30%. 40%. You know.
Actually, in my old company, we used to. Anybody that didn't buy, we would give them a free trial and we would unlock 30% of the program. But they could see the full thing, right? And that converted so high because they would love the first 30. They would look at all the locked videos and all the titles and be like, oh, I need to, I need to watch that. But I can't. It's locked. And then they, they would convert and buy, you know, so it's kind of like, like just adding some value, baiting them with the rest of the content. That, that works really well. That I would do and I have done.
Okay, so maybe towards the end of the video of the free course, because I, I think I'll, I will do it just because I can only give away about 40%. I can say what's in the. The paid program. Or would you direct them to a webinar where I can present to a group of people who have watched the video?
I would send them to a VSL and a call. Yeah. So I would link out to the VSL from the. Let's say you did a free trial of the course, right. And you gave them half of the course and locked the other half. Then at the end of the half, you could have a link saying, you know, if you've enjoyed this, go and watch this video that explains the rest. Or something like that. That's one method you could do. And then push them to a sales call. Or you could test Doing you could do. We are going to test this actually like a one webinar per month only for leads that have had a sales call but haven't bought where they can come and ask me questions for an hour about. About what we do and then we'll give them some kind of bonus or something if they buy within 48 hours as a gesture. I think that's going to work well when we test that.
That makes sense. That really helps. Thanks. Just quick part two of the question. He's mentioned about short form content earlier about how you turn your long form into short form. Does that short form organic have a cta and if so, where does it go? Because I. I'm pretty good at short form and is what I mostly do at the moment I'm directing a CTA to the webinar and my free guide. But I'm just curious, where do you usually use your short form?
Yeah, yeah. So short form just goes on Instagram. We do two short form reels a day and it has a call to action like comment the word this and we'll send you a free training. Right. Then it many chats them a YouTube video that is on the topic of whatever the wheel is on about. And then my setter will go in and have a conversation with them.
That's.
That's kind of what I was thinking about doing the free guide and then the free guide is the YouTube video and then the CTA on the YouTube video is to book a call because I'm kind of trying to attract people who have budget but just can't be asked to implement the actual course because those are the kind of people who don't have time, but they do have money, to be honest. So.
Yeah. Nice, mate, nice. Sounds like you're solid.
Okay. All right, well, thanks very much for your time, Will. Thank you.
Yeah, yeah, my pleasure, mate. No worries. Okay, who's next? Laszlo, let's check this question out. When are you coming back to DJ again? Hell, dude, I didn't DJ there since like 2011 or something. It's been like 15 years or something crazy. But maybe again soon. I have a couple of questions. What are your best tips for increasing conversions on a VSL page so we can get more booked calls? Right, let's answer this first. So Laszlo, the best answer I can give you for VSL conversion. So the strongest element of the page is the copy, the VSL written copy. Right. That is like testing. That is going to be the most impactful thing that you can test by far. Secondly is the VSL production. Right? Testing slides, testing in person, testing a mix of both. Testing like more of a loom format where you're teaching but with your camera as well. And testing the production to see what converts higher. Thirdly is testing a button that goes to a calendar page or the calendar on the page without the button. Sometimes either of those can convert higher and you don't know which until you test them both. It depends on the niche and the avatar. What else? The the obvious stuff like adding testimonials to the page, adding your story and background to the page, adding case studies to the page. And also one thing that I've seen convert the highest is literally just a logo and a video and a button with nothing else like at all. Often simple. Generally converts the highest. The more that's on the page it can actually damage conversion sometimes. So those are a few things to test. Have you been testing those things?
Yeah, yeah, a few. Few I have tested through Amalur.
Nice mate, nice. Good to hear. But yeah, the most impactful thing is is the copy. And number two, could you share more of your thoughts on skipping leads and instead going straight for the booked calls? You mentioned yesterday that in your test direct call bookings were actually cheaper than than generating leads first. Yeah, yeah. So what I meant is, so I've tested going ad, opt in, VSL and then the rest of the funnel and I've tested ad straight to VSL and in almost every case like 90 out of 100 going straight to the VSL with no opt in will get you about, usually about 30ish percent more calls, which is quite a lot, especially when you're doing volume as well. Right. Now you've got to test both because sometimes it's better to have the lead.
And the lead flow and other times it's not depending on the niche and the avatar. So you've got to test both. Right. But sometimes what I find is opt ins will convert at say 10% and 90% of people don't even get to the VSL for God's sakes. That's just terrible. You know. So it also depends what the opt in is converting at as well. Yeah.
Cool.
Yeah, thank you. So yeah, I will test that as well.
Nice mate, nice. Get it done. Awesome man.
Right, let's take a look. Should I target crypto investors only or also traditional investors? No, you've got to. You've got to go either. You've got to go one or the other. Like you couldn't mix crypto and traditional because they're two Completely different avatars with. With very different beliefs, essentially. So you're gonna have to pick one. You could do two funnels, though, and test the two funnels, Diego, to. To see. See what happens there.
So would you create two channels, maybe with time?
Oh, definitely, man. Yeah, Definitely. Got to separate that.
Okay, perfect.
Yeah, no worries. I'm just looking at your question here as well. How do you get testimonials? Do you give them something like a bonus? No, we just asked for them. Really? Yes. So whenever someone gets a. A good result, we just. We just ask them. Yeah. Hey. Oh, that's great. Would you mind doing a testimonial?
Okay, nice. Perfect.
No worries, man. No worries. Okay, Julius. So my question for today is around high ticket guitar coaching. I've got a limiting belief around selling high ticket on guitar because I don't know what angle or transformation because the outcome's not actually real monetary. Would be helpful to know some of your guitar students will. Yeah. So my most successful guitar student, he used to operate a launch model where basically he had a massive YouTube channel. Right? Sick YouTube channel. And he had a school group, and it was a free school group, and he. He had like, I don't know, 300k subs or something, loads of views. And he would fill up his school group, and then every quarter for 48 hours, he would let people in to his coaching program. I think it was 4K, if I remember correctly. It was about 4K. And dude, every time, every end of the quarter, when he opened the. The 48 hour window, he would do like 250k, 350k, like so consistently. It was awesome. And he just did that kind of whole.
Constraint thing, and he would add value on YouTube, add value in the school, and then just once every three months, 48 hours, let them all in. 250, 350K, close it down. Go back to adding value. Open it up, close it down. And he was doing 250, $350,000 every time that he did that. It's crazy. So good. So that's one idea for you, Julius.
Thank you. Yeah, no worries, man. Any. Any thoughts or questions around that?
Is that Todd Pritchard in any. It's another person. No, someone else. A guy from Canada. Okay, that's all good. That's all for me. Thank you. Cool. Yeah, no worries, man. No worries. All right, well, guys, I'm actually gonna have to leave it there today because I've got a consulting call literally right after this on the hour. But what I'm gonna do tomorrow for Friday. I'm gonna run an extra 15 minutes, 30 minutes, maybe an extra hour, and just cover as many questions as possible. So good to have you guys here today, and I hope that you enjoyed that. And tomorrow's gonna be gonna be the last day, so bring your questions, all right, so that I can cover as many of them as possible. Have them ready, get them straight in the zoom chat so that you're. You're top of the. Top of the list. And appreciate your time today, guys, and I'll see you tomorrow. Okay, Take care for now. Good to see you.
Well, thank you. Take care. Really quick, before you live, like, one minute, can you name your three best sales books?
Three best sales books?
Yeah.
Ask me tomorrow, okay? Okay, mate. See you tomorrow. Take care, guys. Bye for now.
