If discipline works, why are most personal trainers who've spent years getting in peak physical shape broke? If discipline works, why are people who've been able to quit serious drug addictions or quit smoking or drinking after years doing it? One of the hardest things in the world to do, why are they still broke when these people have so much of this magical discipline thing that people say that you need? Well, it's because discipline has nothing at all to do with monetary success or making millions. Now, I shouldn't admit this, but I eat bad food. I smoke like five cigars a week. I drink alcohol fairly regularly. I go to the gym when I feel like it. I drink two, three coffees a day. I sleep until 11:12, even 1pm Some days, even on weekdays. Yet I still make all this money, millions a year in profit and in personal income. And it just pisses me off so much when people say you have to do all this fancy stuff, when you absolutely do not. You don't need discipline at all to make millions of dollars. You just need these five things. Point number one, stop working and start playing instead. So think back to when you were a kid, right? I used to go out at 8am on a Saturday, skateboard all day. And even at 9pm I didn't want to come home. I just wanted to keep going, stay out with my friends, keep skateboarding. It's the same with my work. Nowadays I can work all day and all night and I just never want to stop doing it because I've chosen a niche, I've chosen a business model that I just love. It just lights me up so it feels like play, not work. Which when you do something that makes money, man, it makes making money just so fun and so easy and so, so effortless. So let me ask you, what did you do when you were young that you could just do all day long where you, you just lose track of time, right? If you want to make millions and millions of dollars, you have to do something that you love to do and turn it into a business. This has been one of the secrets to my success. I've always built businesses around hobbies that I just love to do all day for fun. My last E Learning company that I grew from 0 to $16.4 million and exited to private equity last year. It was a trading education business. And man, I love trading so, so, so much. I really did. I loved doing it, I loved reading about it, I loved watching videos and documentaries about it. I love talking to people about it. And that meant I got so good. So Fast. Because back then, it was pretty much all I did every single day and every single night. So if what you're doing right now feels like a. Like a grind, it feels like work. It feels like it's a challenge, you are doing the wrong thing. If you don't love what you do, it will eat you up inside. You'll do worse work, you'll burn out, and it'll all eventually fall apart because you don't love it. And you've got to love it. And if you don't get out and do something else. Now, there is a way to turn what you hate into what you love. Okay, so let me show you how to do that in the next point that I want to share with you. Outsource your pain. Now, there are people out there who, it's weird, but they love the things that you hate. I hate bookkeeping. And if I had to do it, I would begin to resent my business and I would lose the love for it. So I just hire someone who loves bookkeeping, and it solves the problem for me, and it means that the task is done to an even better standard, and it keeps me loving my business as well. I also hate managing a sales team, for example, all the bloody meetings, the tracking, the call reviews, the making sure the teams submit their reports, on and on and on. I just. I just don't enjoy it. So what do I do? I hire someone who loves managing a sales team, who's amazing at it, and it solves my problem. And it means that task is done to an even better standard. And again, it keeps me loving my business. Okay, this is the secret to not only business longevity, but keeping it fun and staying in love with what you do. This is how you make sure you carry on loving what you do. And as a byproduct, right, this helps you build an amazing business filled with people who all love what they do. And it leads to money just flooding in so quickly and so easily as well. Just be sure to only ever hire dedicated people who love their craft and who are passionate about what they do. Trust me, they are out there. And when you hire these people, man, you'll see millions flooding over time with, this is the crazy thing, with way less effort as well, whilst you love what you do along the way. But what if right now you're feeling lost, unsure a bit like, what niche should I pick? Or I don't know how to hire, or I want to grow my business, but I just don't know where to start? Right. Well, if so, let Me help you to begin to solve that with point number three. Stop following everything online and only follow the successful, Okay? I want you to audit the YouTube channels that you watch, the Instagram accounts that you follow, all of that stuff. Only follow people who've done what you want to do and who have what you want to have, okay? And then just copy them. And here's the magic in this, because by doing what they've done, you will almost certainly get what they've got. Because when you are exposed to someone and their beliefs and what they do and how they think and so on and so forth, it's scientifically proven to result in what's called unconscious assimilation, which basically means you become who they are, right? And as a result, you often get what they've got. So please only listen to me and follow me if you want what I've got. You want to make millions of dollars and have a ton of freedom and wealth and peace and create things and products and businesses that actually help others, because that's my life. So if you do not want those things, stop watching, unsubscribe, never watch me again, and go elsewhere and find someone that does have what you want and does what you want. But if you do want those things that I've got, then you should be buying my book and reading it, watching all of my free YouTube videos, following me on Instagram and copying what I do. Because eventually, through doing that, you will get what I've got through osmosis over time. So, again, only follow people who have what you want. The life that you want, the things that you want, the business that you want. And seriously, guys, unfollow everybody else. This prevents distraction. It keeps you focused, and it helps you progress much faster towards your goals as well. So now you know how to move 10 times faster than others, but by only following and only listening to people, and only learning from people who have the life and the business and everything that you want. And that's going to result in way more focus, way less distraction, and faster progress as well. But maybe you're someone who right now you're feeling either lost or stuck, or maybe you're suffering from procrastination or something like that. Maybe you're good at learning, but you suck at taking action, right? Well, if so, here's a strategy that I use to overcome procrastination every single time. Stop doing everything and only do one thing. Look, it's impossible to do everything at once, right? And success is not about doing more. It's pretty much always about Doing less. It's about only doing what moves the needle the most. So right now, get a pen, get a piece of paper, and write down everything that you think that you need to do to succeed and to reach success, okay? It might be making YouTube videos, it might be taking sales calls, probably is. It might be writing emails to your list. It might be creating a product or a funnel or an offer, or making an offer, whatever it is, right? Write it all down after you've watched this video. Next, rank them in order of most important to least important. So what's the number one needle mover for you right now that's going to push you forward? What item, when done, will push you forwards the most? Fucking forget everything else, man, and go and do that one bloody thing and that one thing only. And if you have other stuff that, like, needs to be done, well, it can wait because you have to keep the main thing, the main thing. And this will result in massive focus. You'll do that one thing way better as well. And when done repeatedly, this will just propel you forwards so much faster. One thing at once, okay? Get it done, get it done properly and then go to the next thing on the list. Get it done, get it properly and go to the next thing on the list. And just keep repeating that over time and you'll really, you'll progress way faster. Turn off your goddamn phone. Mute all notifications. Yes, even your bloody grandma, all right? And especially your freaking girlfriend. And get this stuff done, all right? Your success will benefit these people later so they can. They can wait X out of all of your 30 or 40 tabs that you no longer need, and just focus. And if hearing me say that makes you feel uneasy and you get a bit jittery and your anxiety is rising and your brain is looking for quick hits of dopamine, well, I'll give you a hack to solve all of that for good. In the next point that I want to share with you, make sure that your office is heaven on earth. Now, if you want your work to feel effortless, if you want to command unlimited focus, you've got to create an environment that you love to be in. Now, my office that you see, here it is. Maybe I shouldn't admit this, but it's my number one favorite place on earth. Okay, maybe second to the beach, right? But I can't have an office at the beach, so I'm kind of stuck here in the office. But seriously, if you make your office your heaven, get a super comfortable chair that you love, right? Get a desk that you love. Put, like, pictures on the wall, put awards on the wall, put things that inspire you on the wall. Print out your vision board, laminate it, and blue tack Blu, tack it to your desk like I have so that you see your vision board every day. Have a bookshelf full of books that you love. Get a beautiful view behind you. Whatever you can do to make your office your heaven, please, please, please do it. This is one of, if not the biggest hacks in the world. If you don't love being in your office, you're not going to want to work. Your office should be your number one favorite place in the world, because then you'll want to be there, which will mean you do work as a byproduct of that. And success will just happen by accident. I promise you that. I literally get up, I get a coffee, I sit down at my desk here. I just work all day. And I don't want to stop. I just love it. I absolutely love what I do. And again, I only work on the one thing that's most important. And when I've ticked it off, I move to the next thing, rinse and repeat. And from there, success just. It just happens by accident, without any discipline at all. Because you love what you do. You only do what you love, and you. You outsource the rest, right? Like we talked about earlier. And you love where you work. So it's just win, win, win. It's perfect. But maybe you want an example. Maybe you want to see what this all looks like in practice, in real life, right? If so, let me give you a free recording from my last in person mastermind that I did in Bali last month, where I break all this stuff down live and in person. So go and watch this next.
