3 Mastermind Secrets to Attract What You Want Faster (The Secret to FAST Results)

In this video Aaron Doughty explains how partnering with like‑minded individuals—using the classic "mastermind" principle from Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich—can dramatically speed up the manifestation of one’s goals. He first frames the idea that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with, linking it to concepts of vibration and frequency. He then outlines three concrete ways to apply a mastermind: (1) Accountability – setting weekly goals with a partner, publicly declaring intentions, and using self‑imposed consequences to overcome excuses; (2) Emotional Support – using a partner’s encouragement and shared passion to stay motivated and overcome blind spots; (3) Strategy – collaborating to generate new tactics, spot blind spots, and refine actions, leveraging the combined perspective of two minds. Aaron shares practical tips for finding such partners online (YouTube comments, Facebook groups, Skype) and cites his own experience with fellow creator Victor Odo. The video concludes with a call to action to like, subscribe, and check the description for recommended law‑of‑attraction books.

This video will show you 3 mastermind secrets in order for you to more easily attract what you want. I'm going to show you ways you can go about it, ways you can link up with someone else to really get the results that you want. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing something I really haven't shared much on this channel And it's understanding how when we team up with someone else that has similar vision as us, that has similar values as us, and we use that in a powerful way, we can actually attract what we want much, much faster. Now, one phrase that we've heard a lot in our life is that we are an average of the 5 people we are around the most, and that is something that is absolutely true. If you look at it from a point of vibration or you look at it from a point of frequency, which may to a lot of people be a kind of woo-woo type term, understand that with physics everything is vibration and that when we are resonating with other people, when we are around other people, we will constantly be thinking about similar things. Now that's just because we will be triggering the same type of conversations. We will be subconsciously thinking of the same things and triggering the same emotions in each other. Now a powerful thing to do is to link up with people who think similar to you or who link up with people that think the way that you want to think or have what you want in life. By doing that, you're automatically raising the bar and you're starting to find yourself raising the bar in the sense that you are going to demand more from yourself. You're going to like push yourself to grow. Think about this in the way of like, you know, you can either play basketball with someone that's not as good and you could feel really good about yourself because you're dominating and playing basketball, or you could play with people that challenge you to be better and then As you play with them more and more, you up your own skill and then you start to become a better basketball player. Now in the same way, we can apply those techniques to really attract what we want. Now to find people that resonate with you, we have the internet because a lot of people on my channel will tell me, how do I attract the right friends or how do I find myself doing that? Well, we do have the internet and there are ways of talking on Skype. There are ways of talking to people in similar values. And one powerful way to do that is through YouTube. For example, you know, we have a community below of people who comment on every video. We can constantly be connecting to each other. You know, maybe what I'll do is start a Facebook group or something like that, and we'll have ways of really reaching out to each other and holding us accountable and then connecting with certain people so that we have that one-on-one type connection. But let me get down to the mastermind principle. It's something that comes from the book called Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. It's one of the top-selling books of all time in the personal development niche. It's a book that a lot of millionaires have said is the reason that they became so successful from reading that book. And it's a lot of the fundamental core of like the movie The Secret was based on principles of that book. Now it's something that, that Napoleon Hill found from interviewing some of the most successful people in the world with Andrew Carnegie and other people that were also very, very wealthy. And what they came up with is understanding this power of the mastermind principle. Now the mastermind principle is when you link up with someone with similar values and it's not just your thoughts going towards the vision that you want, but it's you linking up with someone else and having both of your ideas going in the same direction. And if you were to have 3 people or a company do the same thing, all with the same vision in the same direction and with the same intentions, that is tremendously powerful. But us, me and you, the most practical thing we could do just to find one or two other people that really link up with the vision that we have. Maybe it's even your significant other. Maybe it's your husband or wife or, you know, however you think and the person you're around the most. If you can get them on board and have them have similar vision as you, maybe you don't even have to tell them, yo, there's this law of attraction stuff that's really cool. You could actually just say, yo, let's just have the same goals, the same intentions. Make it less of something, you know, woo woo that maybe they can't connect to. And if you say it like that, they can link up their thoughts, their intentions, their vision with you, and what will end up happening is you then have two minds, which is more powerful than one, as long as you guys are going in the same direction. Now in this video, I've composed three ways that we can very powerfully apply this so that we can really attract what we want. Now the first way is simply accountability. Now accountability is so important because it's so easy to make excuses, right? We want to attract something in our life, so we're focused on doing it, but anytime an excuse comes up, anytime a little blockage or a barrier comes up, we start to rationalize why we're not where we want to be. Now, the most powerful thing about having somebody else in order to really bounce these ideas back and forth is we can say we can meet weekly, right? You just talk to your accountability partner or your mastermind partner and you say, we're going to talk every week. We're going to talk about exactly what our goals are for the next week. What are our outcomes? What are we going to get accomplished? And what happens is if in a week from now we haven't done We haven't done any of that, then we find ways of punishing ourselves. What we do, not a physically way, but we find our ways of maybe saying, you know, if I don't do this, then I will do this. I will donate money to a charity I don't support, or I will do something that requires a little bit of pain, you know, because we are wired for pain and pleasure. The idea is that if we do that, we're much more likely to follow through and it's something that becomes much easier for us to actually do. So this is something that is very powerful. You can even do this even if you say, well, I don't have somebody right now. You could do this through social media and I know a lot of people that do that. Maybe they'll declare, you know, my goals are in the next week to do this and they'll declare that maybe on their Facebook wall. And what they do is then what they do is they follow up in a week and they say whether they've done it or not. And there's a lot of pain that goes from the social economic, like the way people think about us. So because we have such a desire to please other people by doing that, many times we will also follow through. So these are all little hacks that you can apply into your life to really accomplish your goals and to understand that when you link up with someone else, there is so much power in that. So accountability. I have my buddy Victor Odo, which I think some of you, many of you guys know. Um, we talk every month and when we do, a lot of times we'll talk about our goals, we'll talk about what we're learning with what we're doing, and that's something that really keeps us in the same direction. And we're very similar in the sense that, you know, we are, we have a similar type YouTube channel, similar type business. So therefore there's a lot we can relate to. And that's in a way a mastermind principle. And those other YouTubers I've been connecting with that also have big audiences and we're learning from each other. That's the mastermind principle. And realize that from me associating with these people and me sharing what I know and us going back and forth, I'm actually beginning to really start to take on— it's starting to take on a life of its own because I'm immersing myself more and more in the growth of what I'm doing. So this is something I encourage you to do just simply for the accountability. It's like, oh, I'm going to do this this week. I'm going to, you know, post this amount of videos. I'm going to add this much value. I'm going to push myself to do something I haven't done before with this. And then in a week from now, there's no excuses. And if there is, we can always implement some form of pain in the sense that we have to do something that we don't necessarily want to do. Now, the second reason that masterminds are so powerful, and second thing we can apply, is the emotional support that comes with masterminding. Say for example, we're feeling a little bit less motivated than normal. What you could do is you could talk to your mastermind partner, your accountability partner, and they can help you work through it to see that maybe there's a blind spot that you have. Maybe you're just focused on the negative side of things and this person can help turn you back onto what the vision is. And this is something very powerful in the sense that many times when we are taking a lot of action, there will be little road bumps that come up. There will be little things that happen that really, you know, make us question, are we on the right path? And having that emotional support of someone else really allows us to go in the direction that we want. Now, emotional support could also mean that when we are talking about certain things and the direction is going in a certain way, so the conversation's going in a certain direction, it may generate a certain emotion within us. You know, when I talk to other YouTubers, like there's 2 or 3 other YouTubers I talked to that have fairly big audiences, you know, it's cool because I get so passionate when I talk about YouTube because I really believe in it. I really believe in the community. Of YouTube and what YouTube represents. And when I say that and I talk to other people, I get so passionate about it. It really generates a certain emotion within me. You know, I was on a call yesterday for 2 and a half hours with another YouTuber, and from that it was like, it was, there's so much energy and passion there and it was just something very easy for me to talk about. So it generates certain emotion when you talk about what you're passionate about and when you have the same values as someone else. So I encourage you to also look to that aspect. How can you talk to your accountability partner, your mastermind partner, and how can you guys come up with similar ideas? How can you use each other for emotional support to really have that encouragement to move forward with what you want? Now, the third thing that you can use with the mastermind principles is a very simple concept, and it's one that's also very powerful. It's simply using strategy. Strategy. Now, this is something that, you know, they might also have a blind spot and say, yo, you're doing this this way and you're getting this result. That is great, but I've done it this way and gotten this result. So then you bounce ideas back and forth and you're able to come up with powerful strategies. Now in general, think of this. Anything that you want to accomplish, you have the vision, you have the goal for what you have. What you didn't do is you align your thoughts, your actions, and your emotions in that direction. Now, as long as you hold the frame, I always say that as long as you hold that vision and you don't waver, you don't change it, you don't say, you know what, I'm going to give up, and you keep going and you modify your action, you modify your emotion, you modify your strategy, you keep learning from the action you are taking, you will eventually get that goal. Now, having an accountability partner or a mastermind partner, you guys can then come up with new strategies that work because two minds is more powerful than one. We all think a little bit different, and when you have somebody else that also thinks in a similar way, they may have a little bit different tweak to a way of looking at it, and then that can get us the results that we want. So that's an important part of the process is understanding the strategy action of it and how that can actually get us there quicker because two minds more powerful than one. We can see around angles and corners that the other person may not see, and that can help us get what we want much faster. So remember, Having the mastermind principle means you have somebody else that you can tailor your thoughts and values in the same direction, that we are the average of the 5 people that we are around the most, and that what we can begin to do is to link ourselves up with the way that we prefer to be, that as we have somebody else we can make weekly goals with, we can have somebody that we have accountability with, and every week we follow through with those goals, with those outcomes, and we take action and there are no excuses. The second thing is with emotions, emotional support with other people, being passionate about what we're doing and having that level of encouragement. And then thirdly, giving each other powerful strategies for going about it, having us hold the frame towards that vision and modifying how we think, feel, and act and how that'll get us what we want faster.
