If you can see this, you're about to become so magnetic you are unrecognizable

Aaron Doughty explains why trying to be magnetic backfires and how childhood survival patterns like people-pleasing and over-giving magnetize the wrong partners. True magnetism comes from owning your vulnerabilities and doing inner-child work, not from performing a better version of yourself.

Why is it the most magnetic people aren't trying to be magnetic? Why is it the harder you try to be magnetic, the less magnetic you are? Why is it the more you want people to like you, the more they can feel that resistance in your energy and the less likely they are to like you? And why is it when you don't care whether they like you or not, you're totally neutral, those are the people that like you? Well, Well, in this video, it's a masterclass that is showing you how to completely transform your energy from the inside out to become the most magnetic person you know, so that when you walk into a room, you are the one setting the frame, you are the one feeling calm and regulated inside your own body, and you are the one that is able to influence people in a positive way to also elevate their energy. I'm gonna show you how you are already magnetic and don't even know it. It's simply a little shift that will completely change your life from the inside out. I'm gonna show you to own what is called your dark side. I'm gonna show you how to start feeling present inside of yourself, how to let go in a very powerful way so that you stop searching for the thing on the outside that is actually on the inside, and how this will completely transform your identity from the inside out. This is a live video that goes deep on all of this, and my one ask of you this whole workshop is to watch it to the end because it is a complete process that will show you exactly what to do, how to show up to create a shift that I believe will completely transform your life from the inside out. The most magnetic person you know is the person who is the most congruent to who they really are. It's also the person that's the most unattached from what people think of them. It's the person that's the most present. A lot of times, people who are magnetic will also have more of a calm, regulated nervous system about them. Now understand this, when it comes to being magnetic, the more you try to be magnetic, The more resistance you'll create. The more you try to do anything, the more you're not that thing. Have any of you ever noticed that? It's like the more you try to get someone to like you, the more it actually repels. The more you don't care whether they like you or not is the more you're most in your own frame. And in today's video, what we're gonna be talking about is magnetic energy, how to be in your own frame of reality, how to stop projecting what is called importance outside of you, and how to actually embody that energy of you being the most authentic you. Now, somebody commented something kind of funny a moment ago. They said, Diddy is magnetic. Here's the thing, Diddy being magnetic. Let's understand this. Every one of us is magnetic to something. OK? You don't have to try to be magnetic. You may be magnetic to people that don't choose you. So, it's like you might be magnetic to controlling, People. You might be magnetic to scarcity. You are magnetic. You draw into you the energy that's normalized, and also you draw into you a reflection of the unresolved energy from the past that wants to be resolved. So when someone comments something silly like, Diddy is magnetic, In a way, he is. I think in some ways he's a very dark— a lot of trauma. There is a certain level of— there's certain types of people he tracks into his life that are probably reflective of certain— of a certain type of normalized energy underneath the surface. Unfortunately. So understand this, and first off, extremely dark. If you've seen the documentaries on that, it's a very dark thing. Um, lots of trauma, um, there. But the key to this, and the kind of the point of what I'm— can you guys hear me, by the way? Can you guys hear me? The key to this, that what I'm sharing though, is that you are already Magnetic. Okay, you just might be mad. He's— Diddy's magnetic to, uh, jail right now, you know. Um, for some reason he's able to get out of, I think, a lot of the things that he does. It's interesting how that works with people that are like narcissistic and very dark like that. It's almost like they have a belief about themselves that like they don't have to pay for what they do, or they get away with things. And it's like The things they experience in their reality are a reflection of that deep-rooted belief, and that belief is that at all costs they get away with things. Yeah, yeah. Anyways, let's get off of that tangent. That put me down a different tangent, kind of took me out of the flow. Um, but when we think of magnetic energy in general Realize you are already magnetic to something. You might be magnetic to controlling people. You might be magnetic to being single. These things are a reflection of a familiarized energy in the past, and a lot of it is that underneath the surface, there is a certain level of unresolved energy that wants to be resolved. You guys following? Yeah, you could, exactly. You could be energetic to energy suckers, right? And then, so I'm not very magnetic. One of the ways in which you're magnetic to certain things in your life is depending on what energy you tolerate, right? You might say, I wanna be magnetic to love and deep connection, but if what's familiar is situationships and people that don't choose you, You may have normalized that energy in your life, and as a result, it's like there's not energetic space for that. Does this make sense? Yes. So you're already magnetic. Now here's the difference, okay? Here's the difference between the two of what's magnetic, what's not magnetic. You ready? So there is you And then not you. So remember, we're talking about congruent energy here. We're talking about magnetic energy here. And when you are congruent to the real you, which is the you that does not abandon yourself, it's the you that is vulnerable, it is the you that's authentic, it's very easy for you to be that you. It's actually fun. You could also say the degree to which you have more fun and the degree to which you are in more play is the degree to which you will have a great day and other people will feel that magnetic energy off of you. Now imagine a version of you that just gives yourself permission to be the real you. That version of you is magnetic because you are also in self-acceptance of yourself. Like, it can be magnetic to be sad or even angry if it's authentic. When you can see that someone is generally in acceptance of themselves and allowing of their emotion. Like the other day, I was watching this, uh, like YouTube video of this Hawaiian guy that that was on like American Idol or one of those shows. And he was singing this song, this like James Blunt song about his dad passed away and he was singing this song and this guy literally could hardly hold it together to like sing this song. It's got like 17 million views on YouTube or something. But this gentleman, his ability to channel sadness was inspiring. You could feel it through the screen. Yeah. And some people say, oh, to be sad is not— to be sad is not magnetic. To be magnetic means I'm always happy. To be magnetic means I'm always feeling good. No. Remember, the most magnetic person in the room is the person that's the most congruent. It's the person that's the most authentic. It's the person that's most in acceptance of the emotion they feel. There's something magnetic about that because it's authentic. Now, here's the thing. Do you want to be magnetic to authenticity, or do you want to be magnetic to a game of getting people's approval and validation? Because a lot of people are looking up content online of like, how do I become magnetic? Okay, I have to stop doing this and I have to start doing that. The fact that we're even looking at like how to be magnetic means that there's a certain pattern at play that keeps you Abandoning you for who you believe you need to be when you're around people. Can you see the difference there? It means there's a pattern at play. Remember, are you your patterns? Are you your pattern? No. I know caveman style teaching, right? I know pattern. When I born, I me. I play in sandbox. I have fun. I feel sad. I allow myself to feel sad. I feel happy. I feel happy. I feel anger. It's okay. Then what we learn is we're playing in the sandbox. Something happens in the household, and it's like, "Ooh, anger! No okay to feel." Instead, I suppress in body. Ooh, sadness! No okay to feel. I no able have emotion of sadness. I repress inside body. Now I go round with pattern. The pattern might be people please. The pattern might be overgive. The pattern might be hyper-independent. I need no man. I need no woman. I'm in my own energy. The pattern might be invisible. You no see me. To see me equal bad. I you no see me. If I shine too bright. Siblings feel bad. I no want people feel bad. I decide other people emotion, my emotion to manage. I take on now a pattern. Perfectionism. Everything is perfect. Everything is perfect and super sharp and super knit, and everything looks good on surface. Then that pattern you take with you thinking you are your pattern. You're not. You say, how do I become magnetic? How do I do it? I want to become magnetic. So what happens is the way to become— you're already magnetic. If you're— let's look at it like this, right? So there's you and not you. Let's look at some of these patterns. If we have people pleasing. So in this video, this is going to be a deep video that's going to show you a lot about— we're going to talk about the dark side. Dark side. You ever see that meme with Darth Vader? It's like, no, I don't know why I thought of that right now, but I did. Okay, but it's your dark side. You want to own your dark side. Okay, well, we're going to talk about that in a minute. We're not going to get ahead of ourselves here. Let's look at people pleasing. Let's look at overgiving. You ready? Let's look at Self-reliance, which is like hyper-independence. Okay? I know you can't read some of this if you're on Instagram 'cause it's kind of backwards. Okay, if you are, remember, you are not a people pleaser. If you have the pattern of people pleasing as a survival mechanism from a kid for who you believed you had to be to receive mom and dad's love, that's a mouthful. Do you guys see? If that's who you had to be, If you're a people pleaser, what are you a magnet to? Put it in the chat. You're already magnetic. You're not the people pleaser, but if you have a pattern of people pleaser because of who you believe you had to be as a kid to receive mom and dad's love, right? Who would you be magnetic to? People pleasers are extraordinarily magnetic. You're so magnetic if you're a people pleaser. You are magnetic to situations that make you feel frustrated but not angry. You're not allowed to feel anger. People pleasers, you— if you feel anger, other people will feel that tension, and then you'll have to regulate their nervous systems. By the way, why do subconsciously people pleasers have trouble attracting love? And they're like, I want it, but at the same time I've sabotaged it. If you believe it is your job to regulate someone else's nervous system, and then you say, okay, you're like, do you want love? You're like, yes, I want love, I want love, I want love. I'm just like, okay, do you want love and to regulate someone's nervous system 24/7? I don't want that. I don't want that. You see? And you'll be like, no, why am I subconsciously sabotaging love? You subconsciously sabotage love when— you subconsciously sabotage love when you have a pattern of people pleasing. Remember, you're not a people pleaser. It's a pattern that you learned in childhood as a survival mechanism to get your needs met. Say that 10 times fast. I probably could. So who— put it in the chat right now. As a people pleaser, what are you magnetic to? You're magnetic to people that are hard to please. You are magnetic to people that you feel you need to manage their tension. You're attracted— you, you're a magnet to people because you need to please those people. It just might be people that put that burden on you. It's a protective mechanism. All these are protective mechanisms. These are all protecting you from an emotion you're afraid to feel. Being invisible. I'm invisible. Yay! Invisible. No one sees me. I'm invisible. You remember as a kid, it's like, remember those glasses? You'd get these glasses and I forget what movie it was, but it's like, you wear these glasses, no one can see you. And you walk around all confident 'cause you're like, no one can see me. What if you could just walk around like that all the time? Kind of, and it's funny 'cause invisible, it's almost like if you're invisible, then you give yourself permission to be the real you. Do you guys see that? Can you imagine if you put on invisible glasses like when you were a kid? It's like, don't worry, no one will see if you wear these glasses. They make you invisible. Have you guys ever seen that on, I think, on these different prank shows? They'll do this one where like they'll get this little kid to believe that he's invisible and his mom and dad and everyone will be around and be like, where'd he go? And they're like, they start to freak out. They put like a blanket over like a hypnotist does it. It's this prank thing on YouTube. It's kind of funny. Kids start freaking out when they actually, when their parents don't see them and they're like, they show a photo or something of them. It's a whole thing, but it's, That's when the trauma really comes up, right? But imagine if nobody saw you, you— how much permission would you give yourself to just walk kind of like a weirdo? You could just really give yourself permission to express the real you. You would then be in a complete acceptance of you because then you don't care what people think of you. Do you guys see the difference in energy there? Yeah. So let's come back to this a minute, okay? Let's come back to this a minute. So yeah, these are ways of earning love as a child. What emotion is it? People pleasing. People pleasers love to mitigate anger and tension in other people. They— anger equal bad. I no let you feel anger because your nervous system becomes my thing to manage. That's Does that make sense? So then that anger gets, gets, uh, internalized. And then what do you think happens then? Then it becomes resentful towards the self for every time you said yes when you really meant no. Does it make sense? So if you're a people pleaser, what are you magnetic to? People that are hard to please. If you're an overgiver, If you're an overgiver, who are you magnetic to? Who are you magnetic to if you're an overgiver? So people pleasing, um, hard to please people, hard to please because you're trying to, you're trying to true, you're trying to prove yourself. Deeper inner child energy here, by the way, is you're trying to attract people that remind you of mom and dad, and you're hoping, you're hoping that if you can turn someone That's hard to please and get them to turn to see your worth. Then you'll be complete. Does that make sense? Yeah, overgivers. If you're an overgiver, you're already magnetic. You don't gotta try to be magnetic. You're magnetic to takers. Everyone's typing in takers. Correct. Some of you say narcs. If you overgive, you put out the bait of overgive. I give, give, give of myself because also it makes me good. You will never leave me. You will be around forever. I get to fix your emotions and then I don't have to focus on my own emotions. I don't have to focus on myself. I just make this all about you. And subconsciously, it's like there's an inner child part of yourself that wants to be— that wants to receive, but it's like, nope, I need to be in the role. Can you guys see? Also, once again, anger, resentment, sadness. There can be grief from this. The inner child. Okay, let's look at self-reliance. I am the strong one in the family. I don't need no man, no woman. I in my own energy. I work very hard. I believe the more I work, the more success I create. And then I create safety and I don't need nobody. I don't need vulnerability. I don't need connection. Does this make sense? So who do you— as the strong, self-reliant, hyper-independent, don't need no man, don't need no woman type person who creates a lot of success for themselves, what do they become magnets to? Huh? Put it in. Each of these patterns is magnetic to something. Now what we're really going for is something different. We'll talk in a minute. Avoidant. Some people say avoidant. Yeah, sometimes even the self-reliant pattern can be avoidant. If you're hyper-independent and very strong, you'll probably attract people that rely on you. Yeah, victims, needy people. People you maybe can't trust, maybe emotionally unavailable people. And by the way, neediness is a version of emotional unavailability. So often people that are anxious attachment style that are like, like strong on the neediness side, they're like, I'm emotionally available. I don't know why, oh why do I attract avoidance? Why do I attract avoidance? I'm so emotionally available, but I attract avoidance. You attract the reciprocal of the energy that's unresolved inside of you. If you are attracted to emotional unavailability, you have normalized emotional unavailability. And many people who are attracted to people that are hard to get have and had options of being around someone that's emotionally available, but what do they say? What do they say? You meet someone that's like there for you, like, I choose you, I'm there. You're like, I'm just not attracted to you. I like a challenge. I like someone who doesn't completely choose me because remember, I'm playing the game of trying to prove my worth to somebody That's not choosing me because that reminds me of the mother-father-child triad as I was a kid. We're going deep here today. We attract— yeah, you friend zone them. Exactly. Uh-huh. You're like, I want the polarity of the high highs and the lows lows. If your temperament as a kid in the childhood was that high highs, low lows, If this is your temperament as a kid in the household, then you will look for this in other people. So if you see someone that it's like more— it's not as high highs and lows lows, there's more of just like a flow, you'll be like, this is boring. I want more. I want more. I want more high highs, low lows. And even though it really sucks when it doesn't work out, it's exciting. Woo! You see a difference there? So you attract people and situations into your life that reflect back the temperament from childhood. And high highs and low lows and high highs and low lows is like, ooh, what if I attract a controlling or narcissistic, a person that's in their own frame? But then it's like, then when it's gone, the power's outside of me, and then it's really down. It's up, down, up, down, up, down. And then you see someone with a calm, regulated nervous system that's choosing you. You're like, this doesn't fit my internal blueprint for relationship. This is kind of boring. I want excitement. And then you go for this. Can you guys see the difference there? So remember, you are already magnetic. You don't gotta try to be magnetic. You already are. You're just magnetic to something based upon your pattern. Now, in a moment, we're going to talk about the thing that changes everything. But let's take this one step further. If you've got the invisible pattern, so self-reliance patterns, needy people, let's say, right? You attract needy people. It's invisible. You're afraid to be seen. Invisibility pattern, right? So remember, you are not your patterns. But if you have a pattern of you're afraid to be seen, The pattern, it becomes magnetic to what? People who are afraid to shine, who are they very magnetic to? Now I know for me in the past, I would feel afraid to outshine siblings growing up, other people growing up. So I would downplay my success. I would downplay because I don't want them to feel small. Because once again, as a kid, it is my responsibility as the eldest, most responsible son to take care of everybody else in the family. So if you're invisible, yeah, charismatic people. A lot of times people who have a certain level of repressed energy inside of themselves, they, or like their own magnetism is stifled, they will be attracted to people that have a lot of charismatic extroverted energy because it represents the unprocessed energy inside of themselves. Does this make sense? So invisible. If you're afraid to be seen, whoo! Don't look at me. Attention equal bad. You're probably going to attract people that can't see you. It's interesting how those patterns work. I was at a like a. transformation retreat recently, and there was a woman there that didn't feel seen growing up. One of the reasons she didn't feel seen growing up is because her dad was blind. Can you imagine? It's like, that's not just a metaphor, it's like literal. I want to be seen, but it's hard to be seen when it's unfamiliar. And also, you know, that's obviously a more extreme version of it, but invisible, you'll, you'll probably attract people who are very bold And then you feel that unresolved energy on the inside is you feel like, I'm not expressing my true self. I feel somehow like I'm not living my potential. I feel stifled. So you might feel stifled. So remember, when we talk about having magnetic energy, these patterns are not you. These patterns are not you, okay? These patterns are not you. These are survival mechanisms from childhood that were put so that you could like survive, and who you believed you had to be for mom and dad—that's what we project out to other areas of our life. And the key to this is recognizing that these aren't you. Okay? Everyone type in I not pattern. I not pattern. You have to say it like a caveman, okay? I no pattern. All right, so you are already magnetic. Now, we are magnetic to the things and the energy that we're embodying. And if you imagine, at a certain point in your past, you may have taken on the— you may have taken on the role. Remember, the role— you think of it like a costume— the role of people pleaser. I and people pleaser. I am self-reliant. I am invisible. I do this so that I could feel unfamiliar energy. Yeah, I'm not patterned. Yeah, you don't have to earn love. You— so you being the most magnetic version of you, remember, is the version of you that's the most congruent to who you really are. This is not who you really are. This is your role. But remember, you're the soul. I soul no role. Type that in now. I soul no role. You see the difference there? I equals soul. I no role. Okay. Yes, exactly. So this is— these are the different patterns. These are not you. You are the soul. Now you At point— like, one of the bridges here is vulnerability, courage. So vulnerable, courage, and then owning that dark side, baby. There's a dark side to every people pleaser. There's a dark side to every overgiver. There's a dark side to every invisible person. There's a dark side to every self-reliant person. There's a dark side to every perfectionist. Owning that dark side is a very important part of your own polarity, of you owning the lost parts of yourself. Does it make sense? Yeah. So the dark side, now it's gonna feel bad. When I say dark side, I mean like bad. It reminds me of this episode Um, I've shared it before. It's on Seinfeld. It's called like The Opposite Day or something. And it's where George, one of the characters in Seinfeld, nothing's working in his life. So he does the opposite of what he would normally do, because if every decision he makes is the wrong decision, if he makes the opposite, it'll be the right decision. So what he does is he goes on a date, and instead of pretending like he's a successful guy when he's kind of not, he just tells the truth. He goes on a date with an attractive chick and he goes, guess what? I live with my mom. And he like just like blunts it all out. And guess what happens? Instead of him getting rejected, chick is attracted to him. He then goes in for a job interview and tells the, like, the boss and the owner of the Yankees like what he really thinks. And the guy says, you're hired. He's authentic. He embraces authenticity. He embraces him being authentic and present. And now, in the same way, the dark side— there's a dark side to people pleasers. A lot of times they're not comfortable with anger, and they're afraid to tap into that because they don't want to be bad. But guess what? When you start expressing that part of yourself, you will start to feel good because then it's no longer repressed inside of your body. So behind every people pleaser is someone that if they tapped into their true anger and power and gave themselves permission to feel it and to actually express it, other people might not be as much just approving them on the surface and be like, thank you for being a good boy. A little pat on the head. Thank you for being a good girl. You can go sit onto the side now. That's kind of the energy. Oh, good job. Good job. You did good. Go over there. Go over there. You're validated. Because there's a projection of the mother-father-child dynamic. And then you end up resenting yourself because it's not authentic. It's not expressive. So when you begin to tap into this energy and express yourself authentically, you will then, instead of getting validation and approval from people, you will start respecting your— you'll start getting respect. From yourself and others because you're in acceptance of an emotion that's been repressed. Does this make sense? So on the other side of this, an overgiver, what is bad? The overgivers, what would be bad? To receive and have needs. To let people sit with tension, to let people not need to fix them. That'd be— I'm being bad. No, you might also stop enabling other people to stay in their own patterns. You think you're being good by overgiving. You're enabling people to be dependent on you, though. Now, it's actually bad to continue abandoning yourself, and it's bad for them, but you think you're being good. You see the difference there? Self-reliance, hyper-independent. I don't need no man, I need no woman. What is the bad side of that, the dark side? When you're in a work mode and you're like getting stuff done, the last thing you want to do is play. The last thing you want to do is ask for help and be vulnerable. But that dark side, there's an inner child part of you that just wants to freaking play, dude. Just wants to freaking play, dude. Just wanna have fun. Invisible, the dark side invisible person is like bold, expressive. Look at me, look at me, here I am. That'd be very bad. But what I'm saying is you embrace, if you could embrace and let it be okay either way with these energies, you would begin to become more authentically you. Because remember, the key to you being the most authentic you is the degree to which you can be congruent to who you really are and non-attached to outcome. Because deep down, you end up, you end up meeting that inner child part of you that's looking for resolve on the external. That inner child part of you, if you weren't allowed to feel safe Love, approval, and validation as a kid. These unresolved energies get projected onto a pedestal and get projected onto other people. So you will then try to get completion by putting other people on a pedestal and saying, "Please give me this," which is very draining. Let's be honest here, right? It's draining. It's so draining. So it says, Aaron, when I'm in a relationship and someone give me attention, I take that for granted, but when they left, I felt more anxious. Yeah, you think you're attracted to somebody that's not choosing you. You're not attracted to that person, you're attracted to the pattern. That pattern feels familiar. The high highs and the low lows somehow feels exciting, and you're secretly hoping, if I can turn them into seeing my worth, If I could turn them into seeing my worth, then I would be enough. But the moment they stop embodying that energy of actually they start choosing you, you're like, "Ew, this is boring. I don't want this." You're not attracted to them; you're attracted to the pattern. It's a familiar pattern. This is why when you begin to soothe, hear. see, hear, soothe, nurture that inner child part of you, you might find that you begin to complete the pattern and then you don't really need it in them. You don't really need it in them because it's inside of you. So, okay, so we tend— ah man, it's probably a whole other video I'm gonna do 'cause we've already been doing this for a minute, but anything we make really important, we put on a pedestal. We create resistance around. That's what's called importance. Importance is resistance. We tend to make things really important, by the way, that were things and values that we didn't receive as a kid. So, if we didn't get validation and approval from mom and dad as a kid, we will project it, put it on a pedestal, and give it to other people and say, please, please validate and approve of me. It becomes important because it wasn't received as a kid. If somebody felt significant as a kid and got validation and approval, they will feel more safe and calm and regulated inside of themselves. So importance— projecting importance happens when we believe someone else has something that's actually inside of ourselves. So the key to this is bring that energy back to you and doing that inner child work that you hear me talk a lot about, the mother-father-child triad. So when you begin to do this, this kind of work changes everything in your life because then you start to feel more seen, heard, soothed, and nurtured on the inside. You start to validate yourself and you start to give yourself permission to embrace this dark side and be the more vulnerable, courageous, authentic you. And when you're in that energy, you're not needing things from other people in the same way. Yes, we find things important that were not available to us as children. Exactly. We've made that— why is those so important? Why are these important? Because these have become the survival mechanism. You are hyper-tuned to whether people like you or not because it's become a survival mechanism as a kid. Does mom and dad like me, approve of me, etc.? Because if not, Who do I need to be? Do I need to people-please, overgive, self-reliant, invisible perfectionism? Yes. There's another question up here. If you guys have questions, go and put it in as well. I noticed I stopped people-pleasing and some friends became distant. So, is the friendship over? Here's the thing with people-pleasing and if people leave your life, after you stop people pleasing, they were never really connected to the real you. People who leave your life when you stop people pleasing are people that never really connected and accepted the real you. They're people that were able to benefit from you pleasing them. They're people that got used to you being there to overgive and please them. So as you begin to shift and integrate that energy, those people may fall out of your life. But recognize it's not that they don't like you, or it's okay. Honestly, it's okay if people don't like you, first off. But understand that they may have resonated with that pattern, not the real you. Because as you do this inner work, people will Things will shift. Some people— and you don't know the complete trajectory of what's going to happen with that— for a while they may not like that you shifted, but eventually they might come around. Like overgivers, for example, say, I stopped overgiving and then people left my life. Well, good. They didn't really accept you and connect to you. They were connecting with the pattern inside of you that was benefiting them. So by you not overgiving, you are no longer enabling them. So if they leave, that's okay. But also, you don't know the whole trajectory of what might happen there. You not overgiving them may then have them go through a breakthrough of actually taking care of their own stuff. And then if they come back to you, you will then be connecting to them in a more authentic way. Yeah. Do you guys see? These are good things. If people leave your life when you start being more authentic, it's not something you need to manage. It's not something you need to get them on board and say, guys, you don't understand, I'm doing this inner work, and like, that was a pattern, and let me over-explain myself so you understand. You don't got to do none of that. The divine, the universe, God— this naturally happens. Yeah, I know on Instagram you can't really see this. This will eventually be a YouTube video. My way of creating content in a way that I'm passionate about is I go live with you on Instagram and then it goes on YouTube. Because when I— you guys put me in a flow state, baby. So thank you. Nice. Let's see. How to deal with guilt sense when I stop these patterns? Guilt, the emotion of guilt means it's an emotion where you feel responsible. You feel responsible for other people. Sitting with the guilt, letting yourself feel the guilt, letting yourself feel the separation between you and someone else, which is called the frame technique. It's one of the most powerful techniques I've ever found for magnetic energy. Yes, well, exactly. I'm thinking of maybe doing a like a, I don't know if it's a 21-day challenge. I don't know if any of you joined my Raise Your Vibration or Magnetic Love Challenge in the past. I've had like 30,000+ people go through my challenges over the last 8 years I've been doing them. I'm thinking of running a new one and maybe it's on some of what we're talking about here. It's becoming magnetic energy by owning your dark side. Is that something you guys would like to join? Yeah. It's like a magnetic, I don't know if it's 7 days, 14 days, or 21 days, but it'd be like a paid challenge. I know I've been doing a lot of free challenges. This one would be like a deeper experience for like 21 days. Would you guys like that? Nice. So you guys let me know. Let me see why— let me see, what was the question? Awesome. How many of you guys had fun today? So some things that I have going on right now, I'm running a live event in Sedona on October 28th, 29th, and 30th. It's a 3-day transformational experience where we will be doing this in person. It is in Sedona. It's less than a month away. You can grab your ticket by clicking the link in my bio. I also have the Shift Academy, which is my monthly container where we go through this process live. It comes with a step-by-step shift framework for shifting these patterns, and you can check that out. I'll go and put that link in my bio. I don't know if it's in there right now. I'll put that there though. Other than that, thank you guys all for being here. If you guys had fun, let me know. Um, and yeah, maybe we'll do this again soon. Anyways, I'll talk to you guys later. As always, peace. How many, how many of you guys like the whiteboard today, by the way? I normally don't go— I'm thinking like if I go live more often, I know it's like more fun for me to go live when I'm outside. It's a different vibe. But in here I can kind of get into my flow a little bit more, and having the whiteboard I think is kind of cool. Nice. Yeah, this is meant to be a pedestal, so it's kind of like a trampoline, I guess. I guess. Anyways, awesome. Happy to hear that. Anyways, on that, I will see you guys. Yeah, I know it's backwards, but that's why I try to do like more simple stuff as well. But on YouTube, it won't be backwards. Anyways, I'll talk to you guys later. As always, peace, much love, and namaste. And if you wanna learn more about your core pattern and how to shift it, I have a free quiz that you can take that will show you more about your vibration, give you a meditation for raising to the next level, and show you the core patterns underneath the surface that will completely transform your life. It's completely free. It's whatsmyvibration.com. I'll go ahead and link it below. Other than that, this next video right here is on the frame technique. It'll show you a lot of what we're talking about when it comes to the dark side and embracing letting people sit with tension, I'll go ahead and post that video right here.
