If you had more fun, you'd become dangerously attractive

In this 40‑minute live session Aaron Doughty explains that becoming "magnetically attractive" starts with "choosing yourself" – that is, consistently showing up as authentic, vulnerable, courageous and playful. He argues that most of our limiting patterns (people‑pleasing, hyper‑independence, over‑giving, perfectionism) are survival strategies formed in childhood to secure parental love. These unprocessed energies create subconscious projections that draw similar‑energy people into our lives, keeping us stuck in high‑stakes, constricting dynamics. By consciously bringing more fun and play into any situation – dating, relationships, work, or personal growth – we shift the energetic charge from heavy, outcome‑focused to light, present‑moment magnetism, which triggers breakthroughs and synchronicities. Aaron differentiates genuine kindness from "nice" behavior, describing the latter as a manipulative agenda to earn approval. He shares personal anecdotes, explains how idolizing others mirrors unresolved parental dynamics, and emphasizes that the real change comes from shifting internal identity, not merely changing external circumstances. The session culminates in an invitation to a free three‑day "Magnetic You" challenge that includes breathwork, energy‑release exercises, and practical steps to release core patterns and embody the playful, authentic self.
Chapters
You will become more attractive and magnetic when you begin to choose yourself. Choosing yourself is when you become authentic, vulnerable, courageous, and playful in the moment. And when you are having fun in the moment and choosing yourself, you will be more magnetic to opportunities and people in your life. Now think about it like this. There are certain people that when you're around, you choose yourself, you're having fun, and you're magnetic. Then there are certain people in your life where the stakes are higher. There's certain people in your life where you feel constricted, where you do not give yourself permission to choose you. You could say you begin to abandon you. And when you begin to abandon you, you stop being you and you get stuck in a pattern and a role. You abandon yourself and there's unresolved energy under the surface, and then you attract people and circumstances in your life that reflect back that unprocessed energy on the inside. Well, in this video, I'm gonna show you how to actually choose yourself. What does that really mean? How do you resolve this energy from childhood? How do you heal the mother-father-child dynamic that's being projected on the area— other areas of your life? And how you'd begin to actually have more fun. Because the truth is, the degree to which you have more fun and are in play is the degree to which you are in magnetic energy and you attract more amazing synchronicities into your life. So what I encourage you to do is to watch this live video all the way through. It was originally a live video. It took on a life of its own. It's extraordinarily powerful. And there's things I show you how to do that when you do will completely transform your life from the inside out. And you will see that in months from now, your whole entire life has changed. If you apply what I'm about to share with you in this video. I predict that if you were to have more fun, you would have a breakthrough. Any area of your life where you currently have resistance, realize that that resistance comes with a seriousness and a heavy energy. And if you were to bring more fun and more play into that area of your life, you would experience a breakthrough. Like right now, think of the heaviness that comes with attachment to result. So you might think like certain area of your life, maybe you are dating and you either this, either you're dating and you find there's resistance and you find there's blocks. And you find that when you go on dates, there's a really high pressure. There's an attachment to outcome. There's a stifling of energy. If you were to bring more play into that area of your life, you would be having more fun. You'd be less attached to outcome. The stakes wouldn't be so high, and you'd be in more magnetic energy. Even if you're in a relationship, if you were to bring more play and fun into that relationship, That would decrease the level of importance, stress, and pressure, the seriousness, and you would have more fun. Even when I'm making these videos right now, lately I've been— the way I make videos is I go live on Instagram. How many of you have noticed I go live? I've been off for 2 weeks because I was in a transformation of my own. But when I go live here on Instagram, one of the reasons I go live here is because I enjoy it. It's fun. I have more fun. This is where I get into more flow state than when I'm forcing videos in other ways. Ironically enough, these videos— I like— that doesn't make sense why these videos could get hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube. Literally 40-minute lives from Instagram go on YouTube and they can get quarter of a million views or more within a week or two. And they're just fun. You know, it's like, it's, it's fun. So I say that because in any area of your life, if you were to bring more play and more fun into it, you would begin to transform it. Now, let's also say this. You could say that having fun and being more in play is a way of choosing yourself. Okay, who remembers the last live that we did? Talked about choosing ourselves. What does that mean? And why is it the degree to which you choose yourself is the degree to which you actually allow yourself to be chosen by others? Choosing yourself is— means that you are Courageous, vulnerable, authentic, and present. Even if somebody else— there's high stakes around certain people and you're worried that they may not choose you or something. So if you can give yourself permission to be the most authentic, vulnerable, expressive version of you, regardless whether other people resonate with it or not, And here's the kicker. When you're being that version of you, it feels good. Do you see that? Like when you're being that authentic version of you, you feel good in your body and people feel around you a contagious energy of how you feel in your body. So there's a correlation there. So it's a win-win because when you're around people, if you give yourself permission to be the most authentic, vulnerable, courageous, fun, playful version of you, you enjoy it. And then ironically enough, other people enjoy it more. And if they don't enjoy it, they're just being a little, little party pooper. And it's like, that's why the, the play piece, the energy around, um, being present, having fun— think about it, being fun is a present moment energy, being playful. So there's a direct correlation here. So choosing yourself is choosing to be an expression Versus impression. And choosing yourself means you giving yourself permission. Now, here's the thing. There's certain people and certain dynamics where you give yourself permission to be yourself, and then there's certain circumstances and situations where you don't give yourself permission to be yourself. And understand this, when you're in your patterns, whatever your core pattern is, the pattern is not you. The pattern is not you. So if you think of patterns like people pleasing, hyper-independence, self-reliance, whatever your pattern is, that is an adaptive strategy from childhood. Of who you believed you had to be as a kid to receive mom or dad's love and approval. Do you see that? And here's the crazy thing about it. I started talking about this in the last one. I think this one idea might really shift something for you. So often in our life, we're subconsciously afraid of rejection and abandonment. So then we reject and abandon ourselves. We might think. Certain people we attract into our life, we attract in, and if it doesn't work out or if there's a mismatch in energy, we assume there's something wrong with us. Understand, other people can only connect to you in the degree to which they've connected to themselves. So if you find yourself in a situationship or in an energy dynamic where someone else isn't able to meet you, There's a tendency to internalize that, to say, oh, there's something wrong with me. But realize that when you get close to someone else, that may bring up inside of them the unresolved energy from childhood. That may bring up inside of them intimacy blocks. And then if you think it's you, you internalize that. May have nothing to do with you. You may be choosing emotionally unavailable people or people who don't meet you in a certain way, and you may have normalized that from childhood. It may feel familiar, but you might keep them in because— keep them in your life because subconsciously you are looking for an emotional resolve from childhood. And they're, they're coming into your life as an alignment with your blueprint for how you relate to people. So realize, you know, and it's a pro— I'd say it's a mixture of 2 things too. There's certain people that you attract into your life where maybe they represent a certain archetypal mother-father energy from childhood. and that's unresolved. And who you believe you need to be around them is super uptight, perfect people pleaser, overgiver, hyper-independent, has no needs. These are all patterns, not you. And you might constrict when you're around them. Now, on one hand, you can take the notion of they're evil, they're the bad ones. I need to just go over here and find people that don't fit inside the trigger, inside the pattern. But there's a saying, wherever you go— what's the rest of the saying? You probably know it. Wherever you go, there you are. So that's one way to go about managing your triggers and managing your patterns. You might be a people pleaser, over-giver, hyper-independent person, and you're like, okay, this— I attract these meanie people. That take my energy and that have a lot of tension that I feel like I have to fix. On one hand, you could say, okay, no longer surround yourself with those people. No longer be around the overtakers that you attract because you overgive. No longer attract the energy around the people that have a lot of tension that you feel you have to manage their energy. Now, on one hand, there are moments and times to where that might actually be the answer if there's certain toxic dynamics. On the other hand, what if part of that is you giving yourself permission to be the real you despite someone else and their pattern? Because remember, the true degree of change is not whether the external reality shifts completely. It's whether that external reality can remain the same, but you have shifted. So you will not be controlled by the pattern when you can be around someone else and you can be present despite the fact that the pattern is there and despite the fact the trigger is there. Does this make sense? I'm going to be running a 3-day free Magnetic You Challenge to show you how to actually choose yourself, how to remove the core pattern from childhood that's subconscious under the surface How to release the energy under the surface, and how to wire in vulnerability, authenticity, and presence in a way that becomes your new normal. So if you want to join, it's completely free. I'll go ahead and link it below. You can check it out, grab your spot, completely free. We begin soon. I'll be sharing a lot of the things I've been learning over the last few months that have changed my life, and I'm going to show you how you can apply it in your life as well. So it's not that like me overcoming certain patterns with like hyper-independence, for example, or perfectionism or people pleasing. It's not so much that when I overcame those patterns, which part of it was there was a certain level of leaning into tension and letting other people be with tension, knowing that their tension was not my thing to manage. Part of it was that, The other part of it is that when those come up, they don't run me, and I don't beat myself up if I get caught up in it. It's the way in which— it's if I attract somebody that maybe is a reflection of that old pattern, I'm not beating myself and like there's something wrong. There's a presence there, there's an acceptance there, but not a passivity. It's, it's a different way of relating. It's also a recognition that a lot of times these patterns from childhood are unresolved energies. And so, and, and you're learning how to be you despite the pattern, despite the person. So when you think about this, it's like you will attract certain people into your life that the person you are when you're around them is more constricted. You will attract certain people into your life that the person you're around them is free. And you may then see, oh, these people I like, I want to be around these people. And that's great. Those are the people you call your friends. Now, sometimes you'll attract people over here that are more controlling. The stakes are higher. They may be emotionally unavailable. They may remind you of energy from childhood that's unresolved. And what can happen is then you constrict your energy. You may even put them on a pedestal. And by the way, anytime you put someone else on a pedestal, there's a projection of authority that's there. There's a projection of power outside of you. It becomes very important what they think because you give it more power. You give it more credence, more authority. That also is unresolved energy from childhood. I've talked about this many times in my own life as I've become more well-known on YouTube and as my audience has grown. When I was first growing and I would meet certain YouTubers and people that I used to watch on YouTube, certain people I really look up to in some ways or inspired by, when I would meet them, there was a point at which some of these people I would meet and there'd be a, like, a projection of authority. A projection of like, oh, they're super cool. They do really cool things. They've accomplished a lot. They're worth a lot of money, whatever. Projection of authority. And then, by the way, in those states of consciousness, in those energies, it's extremely hard to connect. When there's no projection there, which normally in these dynamics with people that I would meet, eventually it would even out to where I'm like, oh, these people are just human, just like me. Actually, they're just, they're just humans. Like, it's, there's no projection of authority. Then the stakes weren't high. That's when I would connect to these people. And that's when it was like, then they would, they would in a way like find more connection with me. It's when I was just myself. So you say, oh, maybe you sabotage yourself when you're around people that you like. What you may be learning is familiarizing yourself with knowing that you're worthy to be around whoever, and that on one hand, like, a projection of authority onto someone else of qualities you like is almost the same as projection onto somebody of triggers you don't like. Let that settle in for a minute. Positive projection is still negative projection. Does this make sense? Sometimes you idolize and look up to people where there are qualities that you wish you had inside of yourself. You want to know the joke though, the secret? The things you like the most in other people, you already have in yourself. The reason you like them is because you really value those things. They're already in you. Some of you might watch my videos and you might like my videos because of a certain energy I get in. You might like my videos 'cause of the knowledge or whatever, I don't know. But the things you might look up to or think are cool about me are also in you. And also the things I trigger you with are also things that are inside of you. All of our triggers, all of our positive projections, and all of our negative projections are all inside of us. We are the common denominator. And people we attract into our life, we attract into our life to help us resolve these subconscious energies. And the key is recognizing that a lot of these are patterns from mom and dad. Isn't that a crazy realization? The things you trigger the most about other people are things that are unresolved from mom and dad. The things you project onto people with authority are also things you might idolize about mom or dad, or you might pass the baton over that creates resistance. Now, also something I'm going to be doing very soon next week is a 3-day Magnetic You Challenge. I'm going to be sharing a lot of the things I've been learning the last couple months. And I'm gonna show you how you can resolve, let go of the patterns underneath the surface, how you could stop abandoning yourself, how you can start choosing yourself, how to release the unresolved energy under the surface, and how to embody that present magnetic fun energy we're talking about. And I'm gonna be doing it for free next week. So if you wanna join, you can comment the word shift, S-H-I-F-T. We're gonna be going live for 3 days. We'll be doing a mini breathwork on day 2 for releasing the stored energy under the surface, and we'll begin to actually choose ourselves in a very powerful way. Nice. Some of you already signed up. Cool. It's free. You can just comment the word shift. So realize that the people you surround yourself with the most are people that you give yourself normally the most permission to be you. And then you say, I like this person. But really, what do you like about them? You like the version of you You give yourself permission to be when you're around them. The people you don't like, you don't give yourself permission to be yourself around them. The stakes feel higher. The authority may be projected. The importance might be projected. So what happens is that energy creates that projection, creates that energy, and what ends up happening is you end up feeling constricted. Now, on one hand, when you're around these people, part of the lesson— so what I was saying earlier is part of the lesson could be that it's not like I just don't wanna be around these people and I just always wanna be around these people. And for some of you, that could be a breakthrough because you might tolerate being around these people for a very long period of time because as a kid, it was familiar to have toxic or chaotic energy in childhood. And you feel subconsciously that if you were to resolve that their energy somehow you would then feel complete. So part of it is that like to say no to that could be a breakthrough. To say no to fixing that energy, to say no to the version of you that you feel you have to be around them can be a huge breakthrough. So that could be it. The other thing though is you can still give yourself permission to be that authentic you around them regardless. Do you guys see? Because often what happens when you've been through a certain level of trauma or chaos as a childhood is there is a projection of the perpetrator-rescuer-victim dynamic onto others. So this is where often you'll see empaths or people that are sensitive to other people's emotions and energies, and they say they're the energy vampires, they're the perpetrators, and it becomes us versus them. And a lot of times there can also be unresolved resentment and anger towards them, which is actually— here's the crazy thing— it's actually a projection of energy towards the abandonment of self for who you believe you have to be around them. Do you guys see this? Wow. Powerful realization, isn't it? And what I'm saying here is like, I'm not saying certain people maybe you don't surround yourself with. I'm just saying that so often people stay in the victim dynamic of us versus them, which is really us versus mom, them, us versus dad. It's the unresolved energy from childhood. So it's like they were parasitic, they were narcissistic, they were this. Then they, they, mom and dad or parent or family member, whatever, they then become they in reality. And by they in reality, what I mean is that other people, the definition of other people is that other people are like that. They're parasitic, narcissistic, controlling, chaotic. Do you see the difference there? It's unresolved from childhood. It gets projected onto outer reality. Yeah, so it says, I'm empath, had a good family, but some narcissistic energy. Often, if think of empathy, if you are empathic or sensitive to other people's emotions or energies as a kid, you turned up your ability to feel as a survival mechanism to surviving. You also probably turned up your responsibility for others. Carries burden. Now, how hard is it? As an empath or as somebody that's sensitive to other people's emotions, why might you have subconscious blocks in relationships where on one hand you want relationships, on other hands, relationships to you subconsciously mean burden? They subconsciously mean someone else's emotions and energies to manage. Do you see this? Yeah. I talked about this yesterday where you get people that want to make more money. But if you believe making more money comes with more headache, it comes with more other people to manage, it becomes more chaos, you subconsciously might— you might consciously want it, but subconsciously resist it because of what you believe you have to do to get there. So you might be an empath, overgiver, people pleaser who's like, I have relationship blocks. You might have relationship blocks because Let me ask you this. On one hand, you want love and connection. On the other hand, how would you like someone else's nervous system to manage? Here, you can have love and connection, but also here is someone else's nervous system to manage. And because as a survival mechanism, as a kid, you expanded your energy field to include mom and dad or the family dynamic, you now Expand your energy field to include other people. So relationships might mean burden, and relationship dynamics might come with pressure. Why? Because as a kid, that was familiar. That's the role in which you believe you are. I got news for you though. That's not you, boo. That's not you, boo-boo. That's a role. You're not your patterns. You're not your roles. You get that? You are not the role. You are not the people pleaser, hyper-independent perfectionist. Those labels are not you. They were survival mechanism patterns as a kid to get your needs met. Okay, intellectually, we understand that. But also, how can you release that stored energy under the surface around those? Yeah. How can you give yourself permission to be more expressive, present? So we talk about like when you express energy out of the body, you become more free. So how do you have breakthroughs to choose yourself in different aspects of your life around this? Let's think about that for a minute. We talk about choosing yourself a lot. Like, the more you choose you— here's the thing, choosing you, the only way you can really choose other people is by choosing yourself first. You choose you when you are vulnerable, courageous, authentic, expressive, and playful. That's how you choose yourself. Okay. When you choose you, And which means you sometimes might need to be expressive with setting boundaries, checking in with your body, et cetera. When you are that authentic you, you finally give other people the opportunity to actually choose you. If you aren't choosing you and being that real authentic, expressive, vulnerable you, you are only giving people the opportunity to connect to the pattern or the role. And remember, you are not the pattern, you are not the role. That's a survival strategy. Anytime someone says, I'm just a nice person. No, you're not. No, you're not. That's a pattern. Nice is not nice. Nice is inauthentic and manipulative. Oh, that person's really nice. Anytime someone says they're nice, they go— how do people say it? They go, oh, they're nice. Oh, that person's nice. Do you like that guy? Oh, oh, he's nice. Nice. No, you don't respect it. You don't really connect to it. You don't really know who that person is because nice comes with an agenda. I be nice to you, you like me. I ease your tension, you like me. No, that's not really you connecting with a person. That's you connecting to a pattern. So if you call yourself a nice person, don't ever call yourself nice again if you think of yourself as a nice person. Because nice is not nice. Nice is— nice comes with an agenda. You can be kind, by the way. Kind is good. Kind, good. Nice, not good. Nice, bad. Nice, manipulative. Nice means I'm gonna do this for you and regulate your nervous system or be good, and you're gonna like me. You're gonna give me what I want. That's manipulative. Yeah. People are commenting, nice guys are the worst. So the reason I say— the reason why this might sting to some people that listen to this, whether you're a people pleaser or a nice guy or whatever, is because that strategy you think works, it doesn't work. People don't respect you if you're nice. People don't respect you if you're just a people pleaser. You want to know why? Because they don't know the real you. The real you has an incredible— if you're a nice guy, people pleaser, nice girl, Say yes, whatever. There's a certain level of dark side rage under the surface and anger that you think of as bad. Ooh, it's bad. I can't be mean. People can't feel tension when they're around me. That's bad. No, that's good. It is good for you to express yourself, to be authentic. The challenge is that you may have built it up for years. So it's just like, it's like a pressure cooker that wants to come out. Which is why I'm not saying you have to project that onto people by any means. I'm just saying that the more you give yourself permission to express the authentic you, the more you won't store that energy inside of your body and create suppressed energy. Does this make sense? Yeah. So choosing yourself means not choosing the pattern of the role and saying things like, I'm just a nice person. I'm an overgiver. I'm a hyper-independent. No, you're not. That's a pattern. Anything you put at the end of I am is like becomes a part of your identity, but that's not really you. You are authentic, playful, courageous, vulnerable. That's the real you. So these survival strategies, you can begin to break by stop telling yourself that that's who you are. And by giving yourself more permission to be the real you, to lead with authenticity, to lead with vulnerability, to lead with expression, knowing that if they don't like it, they don't— someone else feels tension when you're expressing the real you, it's not your job to manage it. It's not your job to fix it. Now, here's another tricky thing. What do you get out of fixing, people pleasing, being hyper-independent strong one? What do you get out of that? You get to be the good boy, the good girl. You get to feel safe because you're in familiar energy. I thought about this recently. I called my dad because I went through my own transformational experience over a week ago. And I was really looking at my patterns. And I called my dad to talk to him about my childhood a little bit because I had some questions. I was like, Dad, I gotta talk to you. Let's get on the phone right now. It wasn't that serious, actually. I was like, Dad, when I was a kid, what was my energy? Because when I was a kid, I was the only child for 3 years, and then my brother was born. And when my brother was born, he had asthma, and he was in and out of the hospital a lot. And my dad said, oh, you were very helpful. Like, you had to be helpful as a kid because you were the oldest and you had all these brothers and sisters. So you were always the helpful one. So you can imagine a little version of me, 2 or 3 years old, only child. I am the eye of mom and dad's eye. Like the, what do you call it? Twinkle? No, I'm the, I'm like the glimmer in the— I don't know. There's a saying for it. But like, I— am the center of everyone's world. And then a 3-year-old version of me that has a brother that's born that has health issues, and all the attention shifts to him. Apple of my eye. Exactly. So then that energy shifts, right? And as that energy shifts, it's like I then became— who do I need to be if I want attention or energy? I need to be helpful. I need to be responsible. I need to not have my own needs. I need to be out of the way. I need to manage for all the younger brothers and sisters. And then burden. And then that role becomes the powerful thing. And that was something that talking to my dad, I was able to kind of connect to a little bit and be like, oh, that was a role. That's not really me. Which was interesting because at this transformation place that I was at for a week, a huge challenge— you want to know what a big challenge of mine was? During the breaks, because we weren't allowed to have phones and stuff like that, I'm around 40 other people, all great people. but also have their own stuff that they're there to like shift. And as I'm listening to people's stuff and as I'm talking to people, do you want to know how strong the desire was for me to like ask questions to help people come to their own realizations? Do you want to know how hard it was for me not to like try to fix or help people? Like, that's not my role. My job is here to be here. And here's the insight. Always helping other people and trying to fix other people Is a very powerful way of avoiding your own process. Think about that for a minute. So I had to become aware of oh, I'm at this place for a week, but also it's not my role or job to try to help these people, and instead focus on my own journey. So could it be that some people with the overgiving or fix-it mentality? Could it be that those people? Fix other people and help other people because it avoids you having to feel underneath the surface and deal with your own stuff. You get payoffs, baby. Give it to me. I am worthy. I am enough. I am helpful like I was in childhood. And if I could be helpful like I was in childhood, you will give me attention via views on YouTube, via views on Instagram. You will follow me. You will like me. You will be with me forever. See these subconscious— see these subconscious energies? Mm-hmm. So that's— there's payoffs, baby. You get payoffs for your patterns, and that's what keeps you stuck. Payoffs are like dirty highs you get from it. You get to be the good one. You get to be the right one. Let's look at nice guys, people pleasers. What are the payoffs for that? Go and put it in the comments. What are the payoffs for that? What are the payoffs? I get to be good. I get to ease your tension. You will like me. And if I give to you, you will give to me. If I make you feel good, you'll make me feel good because you feel good, make me feel good because I feel your emotions because I've expanded my energy field to include you because it's a pattern from childhood. Exactly. You say you're liked. What's the difference between nice and kind? Someone is asking. Kind is because it's who you are. And if you're kind and someone else doesn't like it or they're not seeing you, it's okay because this is who you are. It's not your job to manage their emotions or energies. Nice is I will be nice because if I'm nice, you will like me. If I'm nice, you will give to me. If I'm nice, you will see me as good. Nice comes with an agenda. And it's a form of manipulation to get your needs met. Now, the tricky thing is that if you're triggered by that right now, there's a part of you that has identified so much with being good that it's like, I don't wanna think of myself as bad. But guess what? It's not bad to be authentic. It's not bad to express the real you. It's not bad if someone else feels tension. In fact, tension is a good sign that you are Someone else feeling tension a lot of times can come with respect. Would you rather be superficially liked by people or authentically respected by people because you're being the real you? Years ago when I got rid, or I like integrated that pattern inside of myself in a very powerful way, the whole people pleasing thing, what I noticed is that instead of getting like people superficially liking me for being good. I started getting authentic respect because I was being me, because I wasn't attached and trying to fix other people, trying to get them on board. So begin to ask yourself that question. Begin to ask yourself that question and realize You can be authentic. And being authentic, having fun, being playful— these are ways of choosing you. Authentically respected. You choosing you is the key to other people being allowed to choose you. But you are not choosing you when you're in your role and pattern. And that is exactly why, by the way, we are doing a 3-day challenge Soon. So if you want to join, go ahead and click the link, or no, it's Shift, comment Shift. I'll send it to you. And we will be doing that soon. 3-day challenge for choosing yourself, removing the core pattern, the role underneath the surface, releasing the energy underneath the surface, resolving that childhood pattern, and to really begin shifting into the authentic, magnetic, present you. So that's what we're going to be doing next week. Show up live. That's where the magic happens. Other than that, you guys have fun today? These are how I like making content now. I like going live with all of you, and then this goes all over everywhere. Nice. So yeah, we'll do more of these. Yeah, that's true. It's also important to let go of the idea of being seen as a good person. We cannot control if someone else sees us as bad and also forgive others if we've been bad to someone ourselves. Yeah, forgive ourselves and others, but also, um, you being good to other people and being seen as good to other people is also that role pattern label that we're talking about. It's because you might believe that that's who you need to be to get mom and dad's love. So as an adult now, we project that onto different areas of our life. But that good, you can program good to be authentic and vulnerable and courageous instead of good being the pattern and being liked and the payoffs you get from that. And that's what we're gonna be talking about next week. So anyways, thank you guys all for being here. We had a lot of people on here. We had like 200-ish people on most of the time. So thank you guys all for showing up. If you guys want, comment. on this post and let me know other topics you'd want me to share because I'll be doing more of these here and there. And then turn on notifications if you haven't already on Instagram, if you wanna be notified of when I go live so that you can show up live for these. 'Cause the live's where the magic happens. That's where the fun is. Anyways, thank you guys for being here. As always, I'll see you guys on the next one. Peace, much love. Namaste. Namaste. See you guys later. And if you wanna learn how to choose yourself and to break these patterns that I've been mentioning throughout this live, I have a whole video that's on how to choose yourself so deeply You become dangerously attractive, and it has to do with clearing out and integrating this core pattern. So go ahead and watch this video next. It's one of my most viral recent videos that's gone out. Watch it and watch how you begin to choose yourself as a response. So check it out right here.
