How to choose yourself so deeply you don't need them to choose you

Aaron Doughty explains how choosing yourself through vulnerability and authenticity creates an inner energy that frees you from needing approval. He traces people-pleasing and over-giving back to childhood dynamics with parents, showing how those patterns attract partners with the same unresolved energy. When you detach from outcome and embody your authentic self, others can only choose you to the degree they've chosen themselves.
Chapters
When you begin to choose yourself, you will finally allow other people to choose you. But what does it actually mean to choose yourself? And why is it when you detach from other people choosing you at all, that many times other people will then begin to choose and love you? And why is it when you're attached to them choosing you and you want people to see you a certain way, it's like this burden or energy that's put on other people that then repels them away? Well, when you begin to choose and love yourself, you begin to get into an energy where you are not attached to outcome and where you then finally begin to love you. And what's interesting is the degree to which you choose yourself is the degree to which other people can finally choose you. And in this video, I'm going to show you step by step how to choose yourself. I'm gonna show you how to release the unresolved energy underneath the surface. I'm gonna show you how other people are different versions of themselves when they're around you. I'm gonna show you how you give yourself permission to be a different version of you when you're around certain people. And I'm gonna show you how you are the common denominator of this whole entire thing. So this is a masterclass on loving yourself, choosing yourself, breaking out of the unresolved patterns of the past. And I promise you that if you watch this video all the way through, You will be brought on a journey of unlocking different aspects of your shadow that will allow you to unlock a new level of love and appreciation inside of yourself. So this was an Instagram Live that I did that took on a whole life of its own, and I had to put it on YouTube because it was so powerful. Watch it all the way through and watch what happens as a result of the next 20, 30 days as you begin to apply what I tell you to do in this video. What does it actually mean to choose yourself, and how do you do it? And why is it that the degree to which you choose you and the degree to which you love yourself is the degree to which you actually allow yourself to be chosen and the degree to which you allow your other people to actually love you? So understand, first off, there is an intimate correlation between the version of you that you give yourself permission to be around certain people, and there's a different version of you, of who you give yourself permission to be when you're around other people. So think of it like a lot of times in relationship, what we do in friendships and stuff like that, we think that other people, it's other people are the common denominator to us feeling good. And what happens is, if you even think about it right now, there's certain people when you're around, you give yourself permission to be the most weird, authentic, and fun you. Like, do any of you have friends that when you're around, you're just a little bit more silly? You're just a little more silly, a little more like expressive in a certain way. And then you say, oh, I like that person. That person is, is fun and they allow me to be fun. But really, you have inside of yourself the same ability to feel that fun, playful energy when you're around even the most serious person. You do. But when you're around certain people, you feel a certain way because of the contagious energy. But then you give your— you give yourself permission to tap into Certain aspects of you when you're around different people. You could say that when you're around certain people, you choose you to be you. Okay, then think of someone that you're around where you might be on eggshells around them. They might represent a certain unresolved mother-father dynamic as a kid, and then it's like, well, I don't like that person. I can't be myself around them. You could be yourself around them, but you might— the stakes might be high. Think about this for a minute. When we talk about choosing yourself, understand that when you're choosing yourself, the stakes aren't high for you to be the most authentic, weird you, because the friends you're around have unconditional love and connection to you. So there's a direct correlation there between the version of you that you give yourself permission to be and how playful you can be, because the stakes aren't that high. But then you might be around certain people and the stakes become high. If they like you or not, it determines how you feel about you. Then you might get a little bit weird. subconsciously because there's importance. It's a whole other thread we could go on. There's an importance put on what they think, and that importance has you kind of clamor up a bit and constrict. You get a little bit tense, and then you don't give yourself permission to be you. You could even say you don't give yourself permission to choose you. Because choosing you is the degree to which you give yourself the ability to be courageous, vulnerable, playful, and authentic. Are you hearing this right now? Some of you say, how do you— what does it mean to choose yourself? When you choose you, you are playful, authentic, vulnerable, courageous. And what other people think or feel around you, that's not your job. It's not your job to get them on board to choose you. You see, if you make the prerequisite to you loving you be what other people think about you, what other people think about you, you're in a way passing them the baton and giving them a job that's not really their job. It's like if you were— it's like if you were, uh, you're giving your power away in the sense that like If there's an inner child part of you that in third grade, you subconsciously, like metaphorically, you had like a piece of paper that says, "Do you like me? Yes or no?" And then subconsciously, you slid it over to the girl you like or the guy that you like. You like me? And then if they look at you and they're like, "No," a belief may have been made. Oh, there's something wrong with me. There's something wrong with me. Someone else doesn't like me. Who do I need to be to get their approval or validation? This, by the way, is some of the deepest level work you can possibly do. You ready? The thing I've been talking about for years, the mother-father-child triad. Because as a 3rd grader, do you like me, yes or no? Who do I need to be to get you to like me? That's the subconscious story. Many people are subconsciously playing in some area of their life. Does this make sense? But it stems from an earlier inner child thing. But think of the unresolved energy from mom and dad is, do you like me? Yes or no? Yes. And then you pass it on to somebody else. And then if you go around and you don't choose you, meaning you aren't vulnerable, authentic, expressive, and playful, It's because there's a part of you that's unresolved from childhood that's still looking for resolve. It's looking for completion. Is this resonating with you? So now you might ask, like, the deepest level work you do is becoming aware of the mother-father-child dynamic. And when you begin to heal the energy with mom, and you begin to heal the energy with dad, you will heal the energy with other aspects of your life. And the thing is, how do you— the deepest level work here is when you're able to actually see, hear, soothe, and nurture that aspect of you. Because every time you go into the patterns, you guys remember the patterns, the caveman analogy of the patterns I've been Talking about some of the most common patterns are of who we believed we had to be as a kid to receive mommy and daddy's love. Yeah, mother, father, child makes so much sense. You want to talk about sense though? There's a level that you go deeper than just even understanding. How many of you are tired of just understanding All of this stuff. You're like, I've been doing this work for a while. I've been understanding it. I've been going into inner child stuff. I've been doing this work, bro. I've been on this path for a while. And you're like, dang, I'm kind of tired of learning. And what if a tricky part of the ego is that the ego believes if I learn more, if I do more, if I intellectually understand it all, Eventually I'll heal. You want to know the beautiful thing about this? There's the top-down approach where you understand your traumas, you understand your patterns and all this stuff. Many people— here's, okay, deeper layer here. Unresolved— we attract people into our life that reflect back the unresolved energy that's trapped on the inside of our bodies. So that means if there is unresolved energy, meaning an unlearned lesson or dynamic. So if there is unresolved energy from the past around a dynamic where mom, you felt like you're on eggshells around, or dad you were frustrated with, you will attract people into your life, maybe even women or men, masculine or feminine energies that reflect back those same pattern dynamics based upon the unresolved energy from childhood. So for example, if around women you feel on eggshells, or around men you feel like you can't trust them, you will attract people into your life that replay back those familiar dynamics. Part of it is subconsciously you get to stay in familiar energy, and familiar energy feels familial. And we subconsciously are trying to keep things familiar because familiar is what I know. And even if you don't like it, a part of you might be, even though I don't like it, it's what I know. And I get to complain to my girlfriends or my guy friends about it and be like, can you believe this? I am right, they are wrong. I right, they wrong. This make me feel right about reality. This justify childhood. We have these Okay, let's go into this thread. You guys ready? You guys ready for a little bit of new content? A little sprinkle of some new content that's coming through? You ready? So you've heard me talk about, you've got to talk about choosing yourself. Let's talk about for a minute about the dark side, the shadow side of you, the side of yourself that if you were to own would completely transform your life. The dark side, the part you're afraid to become. of who you are afraid people will think you are if you embrace the parts of yourself that as a kid were bad. So if you think of some of the core patterns, let's look at some of the core patterns for a moment. You get hyper-independence. Hyper-independence. It is bad to need anything. It is bad to ask for help. It is bad to ask people, to have needs. It is bad to be vulnerable. So hyper-independent. I don't need no man. I don't need no woman. I just, in my own reality, I do myself. Good is me be self-reliant, right? Then you block out authenticity, connection, et cetera. Good equal— as a kid, it was good to be in your room doing everything you're alone. It was bad to rely on people, right? That will keep you trapped because there's unresolved energy there. It is bad to lean into vulnerability and authenticity, but that's also the breakthrough. Talk about people pleasers. People pleaser pattern. You guys ready? Good. People pleasing. Me ease your tension is good. If I ease your tension, you like me. You no feel tension. Your tension feels like my tension because unresolved energy from childhood meant I expand my energy field to include you. And if my energy field include you and I make you happy, I feel good about myself. We're kind of doing the caveman personality thing here for a moment to explain these patterns. Okay, but so people please it good this bad express yourself have your own needs bad let people sit with tension bad. So when we talk about transforming patterns, you embrace your dark side. You got to embrace being bad, baby. Embrace being bad. It will feel wrong and bad when you start to let people sit with tension. When you set a boundary, it feel bad. Hyper-independent. You be vulnerable. It's scary. Vulnerable, scary. But really, vulnerable, unfamiliar. Because scary mean unknown. Unknown mean who know what happen? I could get rejected, right? So if any of you really want to choose yourself, it's going to involve you embracing being bad. And when I say being bad, I mean You're being good, but in a different way. Let's also, as kids, we think good, bad. This good, this bad. Is it really good if someone is a people pleaser, pleasing other people? Is that really good? People might see you as a good person, but sometimes to be nice ain't so nice. I'm nice because I don't feel tension, but nice is inauthentic. Kind is a different thing. Does that make sense? Kind is when you have no attachment to outcome. It's because it's who you are. Nice is I will be nice to you. If I'm nice to you, you like me. If I'm nice and I ease tension, you like me. The challenge is in that polarity relationships. Guess what? Polarity is created through tension. So, when you see someone that's not comfortable with tension, It's someone that's not comfortable with their own polarity. They're not comfortable with their masculine or feminine core. And part of the reason you might not be comfortable with tension is because as a kid, household tension, no comfortable. You felt your job to manage. You felt tension not okay. Tension okay. Tension good. Tension mean authentic. You be authentic. You be expressive. Them feeling, them feeling something when you're expressive and authentic, not your thing to manage. So as we're talking here about breaking these different patterns to choose yourself, okay, what are we learning so far? What you think of as good, what you think of as bad as a kid is still on lock. It's still on lock. Okay. It's still unlocked, and therefore you like, I be good boy, but good boy don't express himself. I be good girl, but good girl have no needs. Good girl, good girl stays in situationship too long. I be good girl, I wait for this guy to heal, because if this guy heal, he love me way dad never loved me. So good girls will sometimes attract Emotionally unavailable men or unavailable partners, partially because this feels familiar to childhood. If I can turn this person, I complete childhood unresolved energy and I prove I am worthy. The challenge is that that's a big burden, isn't it? Part of it's the selection process, baby, but not the selection process you think. It's not just who you choose. It's what version of yourself do you give yourself to be around certain people you're around? Do you see that? And when you're around an emotionally unavailable person and you're trapped in a situationship, you are saying it's okay to be abandoning yourself. Is that landing? Yeah. Like, people sometimes in relationship will not choose themselves. They'll abandon themselves to even be in a dynamic and then wonder, why is it I'm afraid of abandonment and why do people abandon me? me. People abandon you because you've abandoned you. You've already left you to be in a situationship. You've already left you to be in certain dynamics. And when you leave you, other people might leave you. But here's the beautiful thing. You guys want to hear the beautiful thing? When you choose you by being vulnerable, authentic, expressive, and playful, You enjoy the process. You have fun with the process. And when you have fun with the process, you're not attached to outcome. If they choose you or not, it's good, baby. It's good. You could choose me or not. It's okay. I choose me. I'm not being vulnerable, authentic, expressive, and playful because it gets me a certain result. I'm doing it because it feels good in my body. And guess what? When it feels good in my body, other people feel good in their body when they're around me because it's contagious. Is this clocking? We might bring in this. I was at this transformation place like a week ago, and there was this lady there. Her name was Regina. She was awesome. She did this thing. She's like, "Mm-hmm." Clock it. She would do this thing like this. And I'm like, man, I want to bring that into videos. It's so fun and playful. Mm-hmm. Anytime there's a point made, I want you all to do that. Okay? We're going to let that lady live through us. I'm going to start doing that. That's funny. So what was the point though? I had so much fun with that thing that I forgot what my point was. What was my point? I had a point I was going to go with that was going to like just pop. Pop you guys like pop. It's gonna pop us all like popcorn. What was I talking about right before I right before I did that? Hmm. Hmm. So, okay. Yeah. So the people. Okay. So we were talking about choosing yourself. Okay. So that was the thing. When you choose yourself by being vulnerable, playful, authentic, and That's magnetic, right? Play. Exactly. You clock it, right? It feels good in your body to do that. So when you choose yourself, you don't care if other people choose you because the act of choosing yourself is not some intellectual thing that you do. Choosing yourself is something that you are. It's something— it's a way of being. And when you choose yourself, guess what happens? You feel good in your body and you're not as attached. As to if they choose you or not. Because you also realize that other people choosing— people can only choose you to the degree to which they choose themselves. Let that clock for a minute, okay? Let that clock for a minute. People can only choose you to the degree to which they choose and love themselves. Some of you think this person's not choosing me And you think it's about you. Some people might not be choosing you because they are not emotionally available within themselves. They don't choose themselves. And if you think about it, like, some people might have blocks around intimacy. They have rocks around intimacy, and you think they have a block around you. It's not you. They have blocks around intimacy. They have blocks because of earlier childhood dynamics of the mother-father-child dynamic where it did not feel safe as a kid to be emotionally available and expressive. They have blocks, but you have internalized their blocks. Does this make sense? Is this clocking? If any of my Hoffman people see this, they'll be like, oh yeah, they'll know where that's from. Um, so the degree to which you choose you is the degree to which other people can choose you. That's one thing. You might be internalizing other people choosing you if they don't choose you, thinking it has something to do with you. It doesn't have anything to do with you. It has something to do with intimacy and emotional availability. And that's part of the challenge here, that you can take this a step further that can completely transform your life if you absorb it. Because as a kid, you thought that mom or dad not choosing you meant there was something wrong with you. When in fact, mom and dad not choosing you as a kid was that their capacity to choose you was also their capacity to be available to their emotions. Truth is, our parents had a lot of stuff going on in their life. But as kids, we're also little narcissists that internalize everything. You guys know that, like, at a certain point, we were all little narcissists, right? We were all 2 years old and toddler stage where we said, yes, no, me, mine. Narcissistic stage of development. Healthy. Learning self versus other. As a baby, you're one with your mom. We internalize everything. As a kid, no, yes, me, mine. But as a kid, we still absorb what things mean. Mom and dad divorced, my problem. Mom or dad not emotionally available, something wrong with me. Then there's a certain level of shame, and then what happens is that shame is carried into relationship, and then unresolved shame blocks love and connection from coming into your life because subconsciously people are reflecting that energy back. And that processed, that processed shame wants to be felt, released. And let go of. So the degree to which you can choose you— so it's funny because on one hand, it's like other people not being able to choose you may have nothing to do with you once you realize that it's also their relationship and emotional capacity to connect with themselves. But as a kid, mother-father-child stuff, you may have thought that mom or dad not choosing you was because there was something wrong with you. And letting yourself feel anger about that is part of the process of healing. Someone said narcissists carry a lot of shame too. Absolutely. Narcissism— narcissistic personality disorder, NPD— is a shame-based pattern. And the way the shame is covered up is the shame is covered up with superiority and grandiosity. I am better. You see, and here's the thing too, people may attract narcissists in their life and they may be empathic people that can feel other people's emotions and energies. A lot of times the narcissist has shame-based pattern. They become grandiosity and better than everybody else and needs to control environment to feel safe. They've turned down their ability to feel as a coping mechanism as a kid. But then on the other side of that, you may attract, if you're an empath, you feel other people's emotions and energies, but you are what is called one down instead of one up. One down is I am less than, and this person over here who's worthy, who I can maybe fix, is like, through being around them, it's like trying to complete that energy from the past. So bringing your energy back. So when— let's complete the thread for a moment though, okay? For a moment, let's complete the thread that mom and dad not choosing you. does not mean you're not good enough or there's something wrong with you. Now, intellectually, we understand that, right? You're like, okay, well, that's an intellectual thing. Here's the problem though. Your intellect wasn't really created till you were like freaking puberty. So before that, there's just emotion. There's just emotion that wants to be felt. There's emotion underneath the surface and there's these subconscious beliefs about who you are. So, what happens is feeling, healing, expression, it's— I mean, this is such a, like a— this is turning into like I gotta have a masterclass on it because there's so many layers here. This is why one of the powerful parts and something that I did a week ago when I was in that transformation place in California, For a week, I had no phone, no computer, nothing for an entire week. One of the biggest things I got from that is there was so many sessions on expression. Expression in expressing energy towards basically the mother-father dynamic and letting it leave the body. And what I recognized about myself is there was a lot of anger that was under the surface, even though I intellectually understood a lot. There was a certain level of anger towards not being able to have the childhood that I wanted. And I thought for a long time, I mean, this is a deeper YouTube video I'll probably make on a lot of my insights from this experience. But part of it was that as a kid, you've heard me on my YouTube channel, if you've been watching me for a while, I've made over 2,500 YouTube videos in the past. I've been doing this for 9 years. I've been making videos. So a lot of you know my story and you know, like the childhood stuff, right? A lot of the anger I had, I thought, was primarily towards a stepparent energy. And because at 9 to 15 years old, I had like basically no freedom, wasn't allowed to have friends, not allowed to eat a lot of food, had to earn going to school activities, all of these things. So there was a lot of anger towards not having that period of my life. One of the insights, though, that I got from this experience is one of the teachers Uh, my teacher at this, at this place that I went said basically like, if your parents didn't divorce, that thing would have never happened. And one of the things I realized was there was a lot of anger and grief towards the initial divorce at 5, 6 years old and my parents not being able to make it work. So because of that, I then had a controlling stepparent in my life. Getting deeper into that was very powerful. And releasing the energy, expressing it, not needing to intellectually just understand it, but express it. And expression is a way of releasing the energy underneath the surface. And what's interesting is once you express, you will feel more connected to yourself and you will feel more connected to others. So what's interesting is choosing yourself, you could say, is the degree to which you choose yourself is in direct correlation to the degree to which you can express the unresolved energy out of your body. And as you do so, you start to feel more present. You start to feel more in the moment. You don't have to intellectually understand to connect. Which is why another huge epiphany or a thing for me was play, tapping more into play, having more play, having more fun, playing games. You know, it's funny with friends and stuff. I'm like, I don't wanna play games, card games. I just want to work and be successful, hyper-independent person, lone wolf who makes lots and lots of abundance and travels and does all this stuff. But it's not so much fun. It's cool. It's addictive dopamine-wise when you can like be successful. But ultimately, the people that probably make like the most successful hyper-independent people would benefit the most from bringing more play into their life. Doing the thing that you think is just so annoying because like somebody might want to like— certain people might bring— you might be like, uh, Doesn't get me closer to my goals. I want to—I don't want to play and have fun. I want results and serious outcome that makes me feel more worthy and enough that covers up the childhood shame, right? Once again, unresolved energy under the surface. So choosing yourself. is directly connected to your ability to express the unresolved energy in your body. Choosing yourself is directly correlated to the awareness that other people in your life are not allowing you to feel certain emotions and to be yourself. You are allowing you to be yourself when you're around certain people, and you're the common denominator, baby. And when there's certain people around where the stakes are really high and you're on eggshells and you don't give yourself permission to be the real you, guess what? You're also the one that's being the filter. You could at any moment decide, I'm going to be weird and playful and fun and vulnerable. And if they don't like it, guess what? That's on them, not me. That's their tension, not my thing to manage. So remember, as a kid though, if it felt normal for other people's tension to be your thing to manage, no wonder you carry a burden everywhere you go. If you as a kid felt like it was your responsibility to manage the tension in the household and you felt it was your responsibility, you will assume that all relationships are also your responsibility. So subconscious— here's the thing. Subconsciously, some of you people, some of you, you people, some of you people with people-pleasing patterns or overgiving patterns might wonder why you subconsciously block relationships in your life. You ready? You may be blocking relationships in your life because as a kid, relationships meant burden. Relationships meant someone else's nervous system that I have to manage. And then you're like, why am I blocking relationships in my life or only attracting very draining people? Well, you literally believe it's your role. And subconsciously, do you want someone else's nervous system that becomes your responsibility? No. Probably not. You ever hear people that talk about like, oh, you ever hear like people like, oh, I have a subconscious limit and I want to make more money, but I have a ceiling? Why am I subconsciously rejecting more abundance? You subconsciously may reject more abundance if you believe that to be more abundant will require more work. So like You know, you might have a certain dynamic within your business or your job. And if you believe that to get to the next level, it means more headaches, more people to manage, more this, more that, you will subconsciously sabotage more success because there's a belief that if you were to have more of that success, it would come with more drama and maybe you wouldn't be able to manage it. But some of you are also doing that. Some of you are also doing that with the relationships. So if you could subconsciously sabotage certain relationships in your life because you believe that if you were to— so if in business or your job, it's like to get to the next level, if I want to get up here, it's going to require me to be more authentic and vulnerable, put myself out there more, become more comfortable with tension, and also have more headaches. You're subconsciously going to reject that and sabotage it. Same with relationships. If as a kid, it was your responsibility to ease the tension in the household and other people's nervous systems were your responsibility, then what happens is if that's unresolved energy from the past, you will subconsciously sabotage and block love and connection in your life because that love and connection comes with a burden. Other people's nervous systems is your thing to manage. Are you guys seeing? Do you guys see how subconsciously it's like then you're not really choosing yourself because in a way there's this sabotaging energy underneath the surface that's trying to keep you in familiar dynamics? So you might be choosing the small self, but you're not choosing the big self. Does this make sense? Yeah. And by the way, how many of you would want to be a part if I do another 3-day challenge and share a lot of the things I've been learning recently? If I do a free 3-day challenge, would you guys want to join? I think if you comment magnetic or you see the link in my bio or something, I don't know if it's set up right now, but I'll be doing one soon. I don't know if I'm going to do it next week or the week after. A 3-day challenge on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of when this goes out. But you'll see maybe on that link because this video eventually got on YouTube as well. So I'll have the correct link up. I have to decide today whether I want to do a challenge next week or the week after on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I just got back from that week-long place in San Francisco. So I'm still kind of gaining my footing. And I don't— I'm trying to get out of the pattern of always being busy doing things because I've ran 3 3-day challenges in the last like 9 weeks or something, 10 weeks. So I've been a busy bee and I'm trying to, I'm trying to overcome my overdoing pattern, overwhelming pattern. Um, but anyways, I think it's— yeah. And then soon— yeah, anyways. Oh, I'm leaving. So, so choosing yourself. What questions do you guys have? Any questions about choosing yourself? Choosing yourself, how to choose yourself so deeply that you don't, you don't even need other people to choose you because you choose you, boo-boo. And remember, choosing yourself is when you are playful, vulnerable, authentic, courageous, and expressive. When you're that version of you, of who you believed you weren't allowed to be, you like, if you were, that there'll be pain, There'll be rejection, etc. When you're being that version of you, you feel good in that moment. You enjoy it. And then if other people choose you or not, you're like, don't matter. I choose me. I choose me, boo boo. So how to stop overgiving? Overgiving is a pattern where as a kid, it good to overgive. It good to fix. It good to overgive and it's bad to have your own needs and it's bad to receive. Once again, let's question that though. You might get some dirty little payoffs for giving. Some of the payoffs might be, I get to feel good about myself. They then need me. Identify the payoff. And then once you identify the payoff, is it really good to overgive and enable someone else? No. With people pleasing, it good to please people, ease their tension. Really? Because when other people see the word— like, what you're actually doing, by the way, when you overgive or you people please is you're enabling a certain pattern in them, and also you're robbing people from knowing the actual authentic version of you. You are robbing people from authenticity, even if you think that authenticity comes with a little tension. You're robbing people from knowing the real you for this little character of who you think you need to be to receive mom or dad's love or approval that now are projected onto people. Break the pattern, baby. Choose authenticity, vulnerability, tension. Lean into that. Embrace your dark side. It's dark. My dark side is me not fixing and overgiving. No, boo-boo. It's not your dark side. Well, maybe it is your dark side, but you can integrate that dark side by doing it. And at first it'll feel weird. And at first they might feel tension or something, but it's not your thing to manage. But with repetition, it becomes easier. It's not bad. It's just unfamiliar. So, yeah, you— how do you break overgiving? That's what we're mentioning. You gotta embrace being bad. And it's bad to choose you. Like, if you were to— the other aspect of this is a deeper level conversation, but it's healing. It's seeing, hearing, soothing, nurturing the inner child part of you that only feels worthy if they're giving. And normally there'll be unprocessed rage or anger or some form of emotion that's unprocessed on the inside that keeps that pattern in lock. And when you tap into that energy, you begin to release it, and then you become more free to be the bad part of you. Yeah, feeling bad. Bad is not an emotion. Feel bad. It's just unfamiliar. You guys have fun on this, on this live? We went live for 37 minutes. We went live for 37 minutes, baby. Flow state. First one since I've been back. I haven't made content in 2 weeks. I've got this like overflow of energy. I just want to go freaking live with you guys. We're going to do more of this. We're going to do more of this over the next like week. We going live more. So, I'm going to be doing a 3-day challenge soon if you guys want to join. I think you just type in magnetic or shift. Actually shift. I think it's shift. Shift, shift, shift. If you DM me shift, you'll get signed up for one, but I might change the date on that till the week after. But it's free, so I can do that. And yeah, other than that, thank you guys for being here. I will see you guys on the next one. And I think that's it for now. I'm gonna go eat and do some stuff, get settled in, 'cause I've only been back for one day. Anyways, I'll talk to you guys later. Peace, much love, namaste. Bye-bye. See you guys. Love you. Love you. Go choose yourself. Just choose yourself. Learn. And if you wanna learn more specifically how to choose yourself within the individual patterns I was mentioning, I have a whole video that will show you how to choose yourself despite whatever subconscious pattern is unresolved underneath the surface. It's one of my most powerful videos that came out recently. It went kind of viral on YouTube. And you can check it out right here.
