3 steps to Creating your Reality: More Powerful than the Law of Attraction (part 2)

Aaron breaks down three steps to reshape your reality: see it by visualizing a parallel life that already exists, feel it by moving the emotion from your head to your body, and be it by deciding you're that person now and acting daily until the world reflects who you've become inside.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'll be sharing with you the complete process for creating your own reality and really elaborating on a video that I did a couple of days ago on the 3-step process to creating your own reality. I had people request that I do an elaboration on those, and what I thought I would do is explain it, just summarize that video, and then go straight into the practical ways that we can apply this process in our own life. Now, as I said in that video, I believe that this process is even more powerful than the traditional methods we would use for the law of attraction, and that's simply because with the law of attraction, we are focused on getting something, on attracting something. Something that is outside of ourselves into our life experience. Now under this understanding, it's about knowing that we can embody who we prefer to be and that as we make that internal change for how we view ourselves, meaning our self-image, the beliefs about who we are and the state of being that we're in, we then begin to change our life from the inside out and the external reality then can reflect the internal change that we have made. So the 3-step process I shared was involving seeing it as the first step, and then the second step was the feeling it, and then the third step was the being it. And this 3-step process is an easy methodology that we can use towards understanding how the process goes and how we can embody who we prefer to be. Now, first off, I'll elaborate on the first one. Which is the seeing it. Now what I want to say about this is this is simply having a vision for what you want to create. Now I say, and I use this example all the time, the analogy or the idea of parallel realities because it helps us really understand that the reality that we want to experience exists right now in this moment and we can in a way use that as a tool to connect us with the imagination for what that would be like. So right now you can do that. Imagine the best version of yourself in the ideal reality doing exactly what you want to be doing. Maybe it involves you doing your passion for a living, having the kind of family that you'd want to have, having the relationships that you would want. If you are able to imagine that, which through time and just focusing on it will allow it to grow more and more, just focus focus on that, and that is the vision. That is the parallel reality that you can use as a tool, as a signpost for the state of being that you prefer. Now, to do this, simply ask yourself the question, what is the best possible scenario I can imagine me doing? What would that look like? And as you begin to ask the question, your brain will start to look for the different answers, and that would be through our imagination. Now, the key to this is understanding that we must have it as a symbol of our excitement. What this means is when you think about it, it brings you excitement. When I think about my vision of traveling the world, of sharing these ideas, of having that kind of lifestyle, it brings through me a certain level of passion, and I use that as a tool, as a marker for that state of being that I prefer, and it gets me excited, which then leads to the second step. That as you do it more and more, it gets easier. Use your imagination as a bridge towards you being able to see into it, and the more you do it, the more you will begin to see the details of it. And as I recommend in a lot of my videos, before you go to bed every night, simply imagine the perfect version of yourself and what you would be doing. Start to bring the details into it more and more, and and eventually it will then lead to more clarity and then also to more feeling of it, which is the second step. So the second step, in order to elaborate on this, is the feeling. Now let's understand that the feeling aspect is very important because the feeling acts as a bridge from the scene. The feeling is the bridge that connects that parallel reality, what we are imagining, into the present moment right now. Now in order to feel into what you are imagining, know that there are two main ways we can do that. Now, the first way is through creating what we call a connection to a past memory that represents a similar emotion. So you can break that feeling and vision. You can break that vision down into an emotion for what that would feel like. Now, if I were to imagine me traveling the world, it would be a certain feeling of excitement, a certain feeling of freedom to do what I want to do, to go where I want to go. A curious type vibe of seeing new places. Now I can connect myself to the past of when I went through similar things, so I can imagine when I went to, uh, certain parts of Mexico or I went on certain trips where I've never been before. And as I start to imagine that memory, it brings through that feeling of that experience. And you can use that for just about any emotion that you can think of. So if you imagine yourself having a certain amount of abundance, and you can connect yourself to a past memory of when you felt freedom because many times money equals freedom. So as we begin to break the emotions down of our seeing it, of our vision into certain emotions, we can then take through certain parts of our past and then bring it into the present moment of just using that as a symbol for the emotions we want to create. Now let's also look at the idea of the second way that we can create the feeling, which is through what we call just being able to create a future memory, which is when we use our imagination and we were to imagine the details of that parallel reality. The idea is that as we're able to see into that parallel reality and we're able to see the details of it, it then becomes easier and easier for us to start to feel into it. Now, the most powerful way I've found to do this is to bring the awareness into the head, the visualization mental part of it, and bring it into your heart. Even if you need to put your hands over your heart like this and begin to feel into it. This helps bring the awareness out of the head and into the body, and then what we can do is imagine whatever that situation is, as if we're looking through our own eyes. So some people, when they visualize, they will look almost like they're looking at a stage and they have success doing that. Or what you can do, and what works for me, is visualizing it as if it were happening now. And as I go through different scenarios— so maybe you can imagine if your dream is to be a world-renowned painter, maybe you can imagine yourself going to an art exhibit and talking to other people and showing and displaying your art. And how your body language would look as you walk around, the kind of eye contact you would make with other people, the conversations that you would talk about, the daily habits that you would have in that reality. And as you begin to imagine those things and you bring the details into it, it becomes easier and easier to embody that state of being. So you can visualize through connecting to a past emotion, through the symbol of whatever that feeling would bring you, and then you could also imagine the details of a future moment and connect to it through your imagination. Now the third step is simply being it. Now this involves two main things. One is the decision that that vision that you have is who you are now. It is not in the future. It is who you prefer to be right in this moment, and as you simply decide that Then you can start to second step, take action and be that. Now the action is what solidifies that reality, that parallel reality, that vision that you have into the moment for who you are being now. Now every day what you can do is do at least 2 or 3 actions a day of something solidifying that that is who you are now. Maybe that means that you role play in your mind. That experience and you role play even physically acting it out, no matter how silly it looks, as you do the action, you are literally training your body consciousness for having that kind of experience. It's almost like you are allowing that pattern to be a part of who you are. So realize the more you take action, the more you are solidifying that into who you are. And if you simply decide that's who you are now, It'll make the process so much more easy. Now realize also you must do what I call hold the frame, which is where you realize that the reflection you get in your life right now is a reflection based upon who you have been. You may get a reflection of the echo of who you used to be for a period of time, but the idea is to not give up, to simply power through it, to keep on doing it regardless of what the external is reflecting back to you, but knowing that as you let go of the outcome, as you continue to act how you prefer to be, you will begin to change and then the external will begin to change. So the key to this is holding the frame, not needing the external to change, and as you begin to exist in that state of being, that's when you'll really start to see powerful differences in your life. So realize it's a 3-step easy process. All you have to do is see it, have a vision for what you want to experience, begin to tap more and more into the details of it. Then the second step, begin to feel into it by either connecting to a past memory through the emotion of what that is as a symbol, or to a future memory connecting to the imagination side of it. And then the third step, simply deciding that that is who you are now. Knowing that if you hold the frame for that, and that as you do that, eventually the external will reflect that internal change that you've made. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it, share it if you found it of value, and as always, I will see you guys on the next vid. Peace, much love, namaste. Alright, fuck.
