3 Things I MUST do Everyday to Raise My Vibration

Aaron Doughty shares his morning routine: gratitude and visualization in bed, 10-15 minutes gazing at a candle flame, then a one-minute cold plunge. He wakes around 4:30 am, practices intermittent fasting, and moves his body throughout the day to raise his vibration and rewire his identity.

3 ways I raise my vibration every single morning right when I wake up. Now, one of the first ones is every time I wake up in the morning, one of the first things I do is I lay in bed and I feel the gratitude for what I already have in my life. And then what I do is as I put the awareness in my heart and I do that, I then focus on something I want to bring into my life because gratitude is what unifies you with the reality that you want. So if you can feel grateful for something before it's in your life, you'll find that then you find synchronicity and opportunity come in. So it's also one of the ways of reprogramming your subconscious mind because right when you wake up in the morning, what's happening is you're moving from a theta state of being asleep into a more of an alpha and a beta state, which means that as you wake up, you are moving out of the subconscious mind, which is where theta state is. And in that half an hour when you wake up, you can impress images, feelings, and emotions onto it. Emotions are the language of your subconscious mind. So what I do is I also view myself as the ideal version of me doing what I love, something I want to create in my life, the kind of person I want to become. I view myself as if I'm looking through that version of me's eyes and I feel grateful and I imagine how I think, feel, and act. And as I do that, I wake up in the morning and I act as that version of me and I move throughout my day, not really acting, it's being that version of me. Now the second thing I do every single, every single day is actually right over here. This right here is a little sacred spot. What I do is I simply light this candle. I stare at this candle flame for probably about 10 to 15 minutes, and all I do is I observe my thoughts. So what I do is I stare at it. I noticed that when my eyes are focused on one spot, my mind doesn't wander as much. I learned that actually in Bikram yoga. I was in a Bikram yoga class like years ago, and they said, eyes on the mirror, eyes that wanders, a mind that wanders. And it just, it clicked for me. I was like, that's why I do this. That's why I stare at a I can't hold flame, as boring as it sounds. But what I do is I allow my thoughts to be there. I don't try to control them. When you try to control your thoughts, it's the ego, but also that creates resistance. So that's something else that I do every single day. And, um, it's changed my life the most out of anything that I've ever done. And there's one other thing that I do every single day that I want to show you guys. And what it has to do with is a cold plunge. And I'll bring it right over here and show you exactly what it is. But every day I film a video right when I wake up in the morning. It's one of my favorite things to do. It's what I'm very passionate about. And when I do that, it's good for me to prime my body, to prime myself. So let me show you this right here. So this right here, see if you can see that. This is a little cold plunge. That's at 46 degrees. And what I do is I get in this thing for about a minute, a minute and a half. Let me show you the whole little setup thing we got here. We've got this all set up. So this, I come up here. It's normally also— here's another thing too that I think has really changed my life is every morning I've been getting up these last like 2 weeks at 5 o'clock in the morning. It has been one of the most transformative and powerful things that I've committed to. And I think it's because you also feel like you have like this mental edge in a way. But I've been getting up at like sometimes even 4:35 and I get almost like 5 hours of work done in the first 1 or 2 hours that I get up in the morning. It is insane how much work I'm able to get done right when I wake up. But also there's something about it to where when you go to bed early and you wake up early, also in the biorhythm of the sun, there's something about it. And what I do is I come out here. It's like the third thing I guess I do in the morning. Come out here. I'm in here for about a minute, minute and a half. I normally put on a little bit of a— there's this song by Enigma called Beyond the Invisible. It's kind of a corny song. It's like a spiritual song, but it primes me. I listen to that song because it primes me to know, okay, you're going to get into this cold plunge. And I've been doing it for about a year now. Even in Vegas, I have one like a freezer that's been kind of jerry-rigged to be a cold plunge. And if you can't do a cold plunge, by the way, don't think that you need to spend a whole bunch of money to do it. One thing you could do is you could simply take a cold shower. That's what I used to do is take a really cold shower. And what that does is it has some benefits when it comes to blood circulation. It also wakes you up. You'll find increased energy. I personally don't drink caffeine. I don't do— I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't— nothing wrong with any of that, but I just— I find that something like this is really good for energy and there's no crash. I don't even do green tea. So This is something I do. And then once I do this, what it does is it elevates my vibe and it gets me primed to where I know that whatever I wanna do, I'm gonna set my intention and do it. So a lot of times what that means is I'm filming a video. So that's the, like the third thing I do every day. However, I'm gonna show you guys some bonus stuff here as well. And this has been key in me creating my dream life, I guess the life that, I'm living, that I've been living for about a couple years now. I mean, those 3 things I've been doing for like 2, 3 years now. It's just that now there's like a nicer cold plunge, you know? It's not necessary to have that nice of one. I don't know if I've ever showed you guys also, this is the office room. This is where I do my podcast right here. I just had these beautiful plants put in. I love plants. And then also, yeah, just, like a little meditation space right here. Look at this, flower of life and then glass. Yeah, this is a rebounder right over here. This is something else I do to raise my vibe. So I come over here and what I do is I jump on this thing for probably throughout my day. Sometimes I bring this in the living room too. And what I do is I jump on that while watching something. Sometimes, you know, later on when I'm winding down for the day, I'll do that. But it's really good for the joints. It's good for also burning calories. I'm cutting right now, so that also helps as well. Something else that is very important to do is, for me at least, and this is what I recommend to all of you watching this, find one thing that you're passionate about and then decide that you are going to do that one thing every single day and know that this one thing's gonna wire in a new identity. So that's exactly what I did when I wanted to become a full-time YouTuber. I noticed that the full-time YouTuber version of me in my mind, that imagination, was making a video a day, and I decided to link up my actions with that version of me, which also meant my feelings, my thoughts. I started to believe it too. And as I started to be that version of me, guess what eventually happened? After about a month of doing that, my— everything exploded in my life because I was connected to my heart, connected to my passion. So even to this day, even though now things have grown a lot and it's like, well, I don't need to make videos so often, I don't need to make content so often, I love doing it and it wires in that identity. But one thing I do is then what I do is I come into this room and normally I get 2 or 3 hours of work done every day, but a lot of it also has to do with having this little easel, this whiteboard. And let me show you some other hacks and stuff that I do. These are going to be some kind of higher level things that make a big difference. That when it comes to your vibe, I think really changes a lot. Now, then I film. That's what I do is I film and kind of close that loop. So one thing I do every night before I go to bed as well is this. Clothes. I pick out the clothes that I'm going to wear the next day. What I do is I bring them over here, which is, this is like, I put them right here on this little desk. I've got my shirt, my pants. I gotta blow out that candle before I forget. I'm doing it all in one take. That's how you know this is all one take. So I put it all right here. And the reason being is that when you wake up in the morning, you only have a certain amount of, it's called decision fatigue. If you have to make a whole bunch of choices right when you wake up in the morning, you're fatiguing your own willpower to then make choices about other things that actually really matter. So one thing that I do is before I go to bed, I grab the clothes I'm going to wear. I put it over there. I even have the swim trunks laid out that I'm going to wear when I go into the cold plunge. And if you're taking a shower, then you don't have to worry about that. But what I do is what that does is that helps me so that then I'm not worried about, you know, figuring out and using that willpower for something like that. That's another hack that I use. Another hack that I use that's been very powerful for me is I do something called intermittent fasting. I don't eat until 5 or 6 hours into my day, and I find that it's like that little mini fast. It's very— doing fasting is very spiritual, I find, for myself. Now, consult your doctor. I'm not telling you what to do, but what I do is I don't eat until about 11 or 12 every day, and what that does is that allows me to be in this fasted, clear state. I find if I eat carbs right in the morning or something like that, it makes me very foggy, then my work's not as good, or I feel kind of like cloudy throughout the day. So one thing that I highly recommend for anybody watching this is if you can, and if you consult, you know, to do it in a safe way, but intermittent fasting is where you eat all of your food within like an 8-hour window in the day, which some people already automatically do. I was telling my dad about it and he was like, a long time ago, he's like, oh, that sounds weird. I don't know if I want to do that. I was like, when do you normally start eating? He's like, I normally eat at 11 and I stop at 7. I normally eat dinner by 5 or 6 or 7. I was like, well, you're already doing it. You're just skipping breakfast. You know what I mean? Or you're pushing breakfast a couple hours, but you'll find You have more of a spiritual vibe. It just feels totally different. So throughout my day, something else, what else do I do every day? I'm trying to think of something unique that maybe you guys haven't seen before. I mean, I work out every single day. I do some type, no, I don't actually. I work out 3 or 4 times a week, but I do some type of physical exercise every day. Sometimes it's running, sometimes it's biking, sometimes it's just going for a hike. I find that moving my body, and then also another thing that I like to do is go out there and walk barefoot on grass. I do that every day as well. That's very good for grounding. And also I use something called a sauna every single day. I know that not everyone has access to a sauna, but I found that to be very powerful for my vibe as well because you're releasing toxins. But even that, like if you wanted to, you could take a really hot bath. You're going to release toxins in a hot bath. You could do that every few days. The one of the most important things that I think that I could share with you about my vibration, my life, is a daily habit. It's committing. Let this be the video that you watched that commits you to a completely new reality where you allow yourself to then realize that this is who you choose to be. And one thing that you can also do is understand that you, the identity that you are now, who you've chosen to be, is on autopilot. And once you wake up and make a new choice about who you are, everything changes. I used to literally think that I was a lazy person. I was like thinking, thinking and imagining what I wanted, but I wasn't actually doing anything about it. I wasn't being that version of me. And the thing that I encourage you to do is to imagine in your mind the future version of you, the perfect version of you doing, acting, and feeling in the reality you want. And then tap into that version of you every single day with that simple exercise where when you wake up in the morning, you're thinking as that version of you and then get up every day and in the morning I recommend you do the most highest leverage things that are going to change your life. So for me, it's making a video every single day. And what happens is as I do that, I wire in a new identity. I become that version of me. I meditate and I release resistance, any blocks, any doubts that come up and realize those doubts and blocks are only there to keep me safe. The ego just wants to keep you safe. The problem is that it's keeping you in the same reality over and over again, and all you got to do is make a new choice about who you are. Commit to one thing you do every single day that's tied to that identity, that passion of that version of you you prefer to be. And what you're gonna find is that very quickly your life begins to change as you commit to it. You gotta commit, commit to that version of you and realize, burn the bridges, realize there's no going back. And as you do, your life will change in a very powerful way. So with that being said, if this video resonated with you, can you do me a favor and share it with other people? I think the more we raise our vibe, the more it transforms our life. I also have a meditation for raising your vibrational set point that will help you wire in all this information. I'll link that below, and I'm super excited to share with you. So with that being said, as always, I'll see you next vid. Peace, love, namaste.
