3 ways to Attract someone OUT of your life (and STOP attracting unwanted people)

In this self‑help video Aaron Doughty explains how to stop attracting unwanted people or recurring relationship patterns. He frames the problem as a magnetic pull created by the viewer’s own internal charge, self‑image, and focus of attention. He then outlines three practical methods to dissolve that pull: (1) neutralize the emotional “charge” (positive or negative) you hold toward a person or trait, allowing it to exist without resistance; (2) change your present self‑image, habits and limiting beliefs so that you begin to reflect a new version of yourself, which in turn attracts different people; and (3) consciously redirect your attention toward gratitude and positive aspects, rather than obsessing over the unwanted person, thereby reducing the probability of their re‑appearance. Throughout, Aaron uses personal anecdotes (e.g., increasing his video‑production rate) to illustrate how habit change reshapes self‑perception and social reflections. The video concludes with a call to action to apply these steps, like, share, and subscribe.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you how to attract someone out of your life. Now, a lot of the videos I've done have been to how to attract someone into your life, but I get the question sometimes of How can I shift myself to where I don't have certain, either a specific person in their life, or a lot of times it could be just a certain trait that you continue to find. Like maybe you, when you date people, for example, find that even though it might be a completely different person, that those completely different people sometimes bring out the same type of character traits. And a lot of times that could be because of some way that we identify ourselves to be, or because of some quirk that we have about how that's not supposed to be there. So in this video, I'm going to show you how to let go of certain things that aren't serving you, how to let go of your attachment to how you define yourself to be, and how that, as you begin to do that, and how as you begin to do that, you start to actually allow yourself to be who you prefer to be. Now the first one to this is understanding that if we have something that is what we call a pet peeve, because we have that pet peeve and we are even focused on it, a lot of times we will gravitate that into our life. So you might find that you get irritated when people say a certain phrase or they do certain things when they're around you and realize that if you even have a charge to it, and by charge I mean a positive desire for it or a negative desire for it, meaning you are resisting it, anytime you have a charge positively or negatively, even anytime there's a charge there to begin with, you are then attracting that or pulling that out of the other person. So this really begins with you letting go of that charge and allowing whatever it is to be there. Now it becomes kind of a paradox. It's like if you allow it to be there and you don't care one way or the other, you're more likely to let it transform than if you were to say that you see it there, you don't want it there, or you even see it there and you want it there. Realize that if you want to let go of someone in your life, they may be there. And one of the things that may be holding them into your life is because you have a charge one way or the other to that emotional state of being. So maybe they, uh, continuously are always asking you for favors and it's your pet peeve that they ask you for favors and they never return that favor to you, or then when you need something, they're never there for you. Well, realize that the more powerfully you have that charge one way or the other, that is gravitating that kind of experience into your life. And the way that you can change that is by not caring one way or the other. You can start to realize and view yourself as somebody that doesn't need anyone else to do favors for you. It can be something that's nice, but you can start to view yourself as somebody that can take care of things by yourself. You can start to view yourself as somebody that can give to someone else and not needing something to come back to you. And if you start to change and let go of the charge one way or the other, you'll find that that person has more likelihood of either getting out of your experience of life or, you know, maybe just those things aren't resonating as much anymore and you find yourself running into that person less and less. Or that person is still in your life, but that trait doesn't come out more and more because there's no charge to pull that out of the other person. Now, the second way to attract someone out of your life is to realize that if you change who you're being in the present moment, you will then start to experience a new reflection in your life. So how do you change who you're being in the present moment? Well, it can involve changing the self-image that you have about who you are. It can involve changing the limiting beliefs that you have that say you're only worthy for a certain thing in your life, or changing how you define yourself to be in the present moment. You can change the habitual things that you do. Changing any of these things will allow you to change who you're being in the present moment. So me, for example, I went from somebody, um, that had a certain— I changed my work ethic. I went from somebody that was creating a video a week to creating a video a day, and I've done that for probably about 2 months now, and it's really changed the way that I am because it's changed my focus. It's changed my self-image about the kind of work ethic I have and the kind of person I am, and because it's changed that, it's almost like I find myself resonating at a completely new level, not a better level, but just simply a new level, and I find myself more of having conversations with people in like daily life that are also very busy doing what they love to do or just having a certain image of themselves. I find myself attracting a new type of person and it's simply because I've changed the way that I view myself and I've changed the habits that I have that accumulate who I am. So you could simply change the way you view yourself and start to take action and be the person that you prefer. Maybe there's certain thing that you're doing. Maybe you're doing a 9 to 5 job that you don't really prefer. Will realize that if you start to act on your passion, maybe you love drawing or you love writing. As you start to act on that passion, you're going to start to change the way that you view yourself. And as you do that, you will then experience a new reflection in your life and things that don't longer serve anymore will start to drift away because you are focused on things that do actually serve you. So the third way that you can attract someone out of your life is simply by where your attention is. A lot of times, and this is kind of related to the first one with the charge, but anytime that we are focused on that one person and maybe you're going to work every day and you're like, oh, I hope I don't run into this person, or you're just dreading this person calling you and asking you for this or for that. What you do is by putting your attention on it, you are then allowing it more likelihood, more probability that you will experience it in your life. Focus is something that's very powerful, so pay attention to where you put your focus. Instead of putting your focus on that specific person, on that specific trait, simply decide you're going to put the focus on things that you're grateful for, on things that you like about that person. As you do that, you will find that either that person changes or you almost pull those positive traits out of that person Or that person may just be something that doesn't— someone that doesn't resonate with you anymore. So either way, any of these 3 things are very powerful ways to attract someone out of your life. Realize that you must get rid of the charge you have about it being positive or negative. As you begin to observe it from that neutral place, you will then allow it to drift away naturally. You can start to pay attention to where your attention is. You can start to become aware of that. Let go of what doesn't serve you anymore and simply choose to focus on things that actually do serve you. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it, share it if you found it of value, and as always, I will see you guys on the next video. Peace, much love, namaste.
