3 Ways to be More Deliberate with the Law of Attraction

Aaron breaks down three practices for deliberate creation: mastering your inner state through meditation and focus, using metacognition to catch automatic thought patterns, and setting frequent intentions (macro, micro, and moment-to-moment) to reprogram what you notice and attract.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'll be sharing with you 3 ways to be more deliberate with attracting what you want in your life. So with this attraction, uh, understanding, It's about knowing, and I say this in almost all my videos, we don't attract that which we necessarily want, but we always attract a reflection of who we are being. We always get that reflection in our life. So when we start to tailor who we're being in the present moment to what we prefer to experience, that's when we'll begin to then see the reflection that we want in our life. Now with this process of deliberate creation, deliberateness, simply means that we're more aware of what we're creating and that we in a way have more control over the process. Now, the important part that I want to talk about here, and the first one that I think is the most important part, is understanding that more important than the control of what we desire is understanding that we must master our state of being. It is our state of being that aligns us with creating and experiencing what we want in our life. And when we start to make it more about our state of being, we start to flip the switch. We start to really then embody more of the feeling that will align us to what we want to create rather than trying to be attached to expectations and the mentalism part of it. Many times we'll be so focused on controlling the aspects that we get then too attached to the outcome. Then that hinders the whole process of what we are creating. So simply go within yourself. And start to know that you can generate your state from within. Even having that belief in the forefront and knowing that, you'll then begin to feel like you have more control over your state of being by realizing that you can change your focus. If you are focused on things that aren't serving you, that's making you feel a certain way, you can then shift your focus to something else. That's why a lot of times I recommend meditation, but you can figure out whatever that is By paying attention to how you feel when you focus on certain perspectives and when you then start to focus on what actually serves you, that will be then the degree to which you create what you want in your life. So you can become more aware of where you are. You can become more aware of your state of being, and as you begin to do that, you'll find that you then start to take your power back. You have the ability to have control over your state of being, and that's what will then align you to the feeling of embodying the— getting the reflection of what you want in your life. Now, the second key I have for you is to become hyper-aware of what you're thinking of and how you feel when you're thinking about whatever that is. When you become aware of your thoughts, that's a part of the process. It's through what we call metacognition. Metacognition— and I've talked about this in a prior video— is simply becoming aware of what you're thinking about. And as you become aware and you observe those thoughts, you start to then tailor your power back. You start to then become aware of what you're thinking about. Most of what we think of is on autopilot. It's a record of the past. It's something that's so habitual that we don't even know that we're talking about it. It's when our mind then becomes our body. It's like Things we do are on autopilot. It's like when you type in a phone number, you're not even aware of what you're typing in, but your body just remembers it. Now in the same way, when you become aware of your habits, when you become aware of what you're thinking about, you start to then become more deliberate because you are aware of the correlation that you're getting between what you're thinking and what you're experiencing. This is what we call awareness. Realize that there is always a reflection of who we are being, and when you get to the core of what that is, that's when you start to really embody the process. So it's really that simple. Become aware of what you're thinking of, and then you start to gain your power back. And from that point, you then begin to become and experience who you prefer to be. Now, the third part of this process is simply understanding that we can have an intention more often. Intend for more things that you want to experience. Intention is is kind of like a focus of what we want to create in our life. And many of us go around without having any intentions at all at what we want to experience, of not having any outcomes that we want to experience. And while we don't want to be attached to the outcome, it is good to have intentions. Now, an intention is something that you can set right when you get up in the morning. You can have a general intention to have a good day, to have maybe 5 or 6 things that you want to get done. And a little tip for that also that I found is to do that right before you go to bed at night, because when you wake up, you just kind of know that's something that you're going to accomplish. But when you have and you start to set more micro intentions and micro— macro and micro intentions throughout your day, you'll find that things start to happen easier and there's more likelihood that you create those in your experience. So become aware of what you're thinking, the correlation that you're getting, and then start to make what are called segment intendings. I think I've heard about it from this book right here, but in it talks about the idea. It's by Abraham Hicks. Talks about segment intending. Segment intending is where maybe when you get into your car, you have a simple intention that you're going to have a safe drive. You're going to have a flow, you know, smooth traffic. As you start to set those intentions, and if you do it every time you get into your car, you start to build momentum. To where it's more likely that you will experience those kinds of experiences or have those kinds of experiences because of where your focus is. Realize that whatever we focus on, our RAS, the reticular activating system in our brain, will be looking for evidence of that. So whatever we focus on grows, and as we see more and more evidence for that, we will start to create the experience of it over and over again. So have more intentions for throughout your day. Have intentions to have a safe drive. To have a good day at work, to smile when you see people, to have these little micro intentions and then macro intentions for how you want your day to go. And you will then be creating from a much more deliberate place. So remember, all you have to do is become aware of what you're thinking, have the control over your state of being by tailoring your focus, and have little intentions, have big intentions, and watch how that changes your life. With that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it, subscribe if you haven't already, and as always, I will see you guys on the next vid.
