3 Ways to Develop ABSOLUTE Trust in Your Manifestation Ability

Aaron Doughty shares three ways to trust your ability to manifest: hold a clear, vivid vision without doubt, stay flexible about how results arrive, and recall past wins while shifting your physical state to access empowering memories. He frames doubt as a switchable mental picture you can choose to change.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'll be sharing with you 3 ways to develop absolute trust in yourself and what you intend to create in your life. Now this video is going to give you some practical tools to think about this process in a little bit of a different way. That can really allow you to optimize the way you go about the process and to embody who you prefer to be 100%. Now, the first way that we can develop absolute trust in our ability to create what we want has to do with understanding vision. Now, when we come to understanding vision, when we understand having a clear picture of the outcome, let's understand why this is so important. So a lot of times what happens, and the analogy The analogy we're going to use for this has to do with understanding and thinking about thoughts in the form of electromagnetic energy, which means you can in a way think of your thoughts as something that starts to form itself. The more that you think about it, it starts to become more and more solid as you think about it. Now we're using this analogy to understand this at a deeper level. When we have a vision for something we want to create, the more that we know and trust the process, the more that vision will begin to create itself. Create itself and the more that will come into our life experience. Now the idea is anytime we introduce doubt or we introduce thinking that things are off course and all the definitions that can go along with that, what we do is we weaken that vision, we weaken the energy that's building it, and we start to divert it to another picture in our mind. Think of our mind as only giving positive pictures in the positive in the sense that it's only giving power to what we think about. If we are giving our energy to our vision for what we want to create, we are adding energy to that reality. If we are adding resistance and doubt, we are negating it and we are moving it to a different type of picture. Now I've explained doubt before and this is the way that I explain it. Having doubt is really having a belief and a trust in a picture that doesn't serve us and a belief that doesn't serve us or some type of outcome that doesn't serve us. Really, this is just simply a matter of shifting the focus from a picture in our mind of us failing to a picture in our mind of us succeeding. So most people don't have a vision for what they want to create. They aren't consciously putting energy in a certain direction and taking action, and therefore it is weakening what could be, and it is putting it on the autopilot mind, which is only focused on maintaining the status quo. Now, the second way I have for you has to do with understanding being flexible with this process. So like I just explained with the vision, if we have a vision for what we want to create, but what we do is the moment something happens that doesn't fit the blueprint in our mind for the way we think it should happen, the moment that happens, if we attain and we contribute a label onto it, what that does is is it converts and reverts the process into going down a different line of momentum. It takes it out of that vision and puts it somewhere else. So the idea is to remain flexible and not be too attached to how we think it should happen. It's more about remaining present to the moment and trusting that things are happening the way they're supposed to. We might have something happen and assume that it means things are off course, but if we treat that situation as if it is part of the process, it will align us back to the synchronicity, align us back to the vision that we originally had. So the idea is to let go of the expectations and the blueprint of exactly how things should happen and to be open to the different opportunities that could happen and know that that is simply a part of the process. Now the third way I have for you has to do with really believing in yourself by looking at past experiences of things you've succeeded at. Now the reason this is important is because if we feel resistance in the present moment, neurologically what happens is we are connecting to our past and we are looking for more of those situations that relate to that current state of being. It's the way our emotions work. The idea is that in order to change the way we relate to the past, What we can do is first off change our state, which means that we could simply move around more and allow ourselves to breathe deeper. That changes our state, which means that the memories we connect to will be different than if we were in a different state. But the other thing we can do is develop self-trust in ourselves by looking at things that we have succeeded in the past with. So there may have been something that's not directly relevant with the exact vision you want to create, but there may be things that you've done before, whether that be something that you did in school, whether it be something that you achieved that you knew was hard, whether that be that you lost a whole bunch of weight and you did it by having that determination. It could be that you put yourself out there and met the right person. Whatever it is, start to look at those experiences and be grateful for them. As you start to reaffirm to yourself that you have done things before and you have a track record of being able to do something like that, that will also influence you in a powerful way in the present moment and strengthening you knowing that you can create in your life that which you want. So understand that having and developing absolute trust in yourself is about really emphasizing and holding the frame for the vision of what you want to create. The idea of doubt is is nothing but a switch over that frame and a switch into something that you don't prefer. Looking at failure, procrastination, or whatever it is. Simply remove that vision, remove that frame, knowing that it is a choice and that you don't have to choose it. Reestablish who you prefer to be. Realize that anything that happens is a part of the process, that you can trust the process. And deeper than that, know that all you have to do is change the way you relate to the past and the way that you relate to yourself in the present moment. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoy this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it. Subscribe if you haven't already. And as always, I will see you guys on the next vid.
