Welcome to the video. Top 5 books that are going to raise your vibration and expand your consciousness to a totally new level. These are 5 of my favorite books, some of them newer, some of them old school, but, uh, the goal— these books definitely changed my life, changed my— and helped me raise my vibration to a whole new level. and in this video I'm going to share with you what those 5 books are and give you a little bit of a summary of what I learned in each book. So it's not just a list. It's not like, hey, you know, not like one of those where you're just going to read the comment that says like the name of the books and then go get it. It's like you could also get the summary of the top ideas that I got from each of these books. Okay, now first off, raising your vibration. What is that? Huh? What is raising your vibration? Well, raising vibration has to do with understanding that we exist and are of a high vibration naturally. That's who we really are. Now what happens is when we grow up and we go through experiences, we then develop belief systems and we then become attached to different things that keep us in lower vibrational energy. What happens is as we let go of those things, we get to a state to where we feel more love, joy, peace. We feel and we notice more synchronicity in our life. Our reality literally becomes more magical. And these are also gonna be books that are more rooted in practicality. When I talk about magic, when I talk about some of this stuff, it might seem a little bit woo-woo and esoteric. This stuff's not just woo-woo and esoteric, okay? The other part of this is that it's actually relatable. Now, first off, here's the number one book, okay, that's gonna explain a lot of this raising vibration stuff in a very practical way. That book is none other, you guys know that chart of consciousness that I share in a lot of videos? I go like this, boom. You can see that chart of consciousness, boom, right there. That chart of consciousness, you got shame, fear, guilt, anger, neutrality, willingness, reasoning, which is the intellect of the mind, and then love, and then joy, peace, enlightenment. Those are and come from the book that I read called "Power vs. Force." "Power vs. Force" by Dr. David Hawkins. This book right here really helped me understand in a practical way more about vibration without thinking it's about like hugging crystals and stuff like that. I still love crystals. If I show you guys around right now, okay, I'm making fun of crystals and stuff, right? Look at that, look at that, crystal, crystal. I love crystals, but in a relatable way, it's not about just that aspect. It's like what that book Power Versus Force does is it helps you understand that we are, that our behaviors, our values, and how we are being is calibrating at a certain level of consciousness. Really what I also got out of Power Versus Force too is I started reading Power Versus Force once I went through my spiritual awakening. And what it talks about is it talks a lot about muscle testing. So you use your muscles, it's like your body is your subconscious mind. And what happens is when you ask certain questions, you'll do these little exercises or you'll have somebody else that calibrates and you can get true or false questions and you get the answer to that using the body. And basically that's what calibrated this scale of consciousness right here. You guys see that scale? That scale of consciousness, um, you could muscle test different things. You could be like, what does classical music calibrate at? You're like, oh, it calibrates at 400. So then you're like, ooh, if I want to like dip more into the reasoning, the intellect of the mind, I'll listen to 400. And kind of think about it too, right? When you're thinking, when you're feeling intellectual, you might put on some classical music, and then you feel like super intellectual, and you might drink some tea or something like that, and then do something like with the hourglass. I don't know, that's kind of the idea. Um, but then other things calibrate at lower vibration. Even music-wise, if you're listening to like heavy metal music, there's like screaming, and there's like, if there's anger in that scream, stuff like that, it'll resonate much lower. And what you can do is you can find that if you want to calibrate at a higher vibration, it's about letting go of the things that are lower vibration so that you can then naturally raise up. You know, I remember thinking that, for example, like alcohol, I realized that that calibrates at like 275. It's funny, it resonates. There's the chart of consciousness. Alcohol resonates at like 275. 75, and that's like the level of courage. And what do they call alcohol? Liquid courage, right? But then you feel the alcohol for a while, but then eventually it wears off and you kind of like get the drawback of that. So by understanding that things calibrate at a different vibration, what I was then able to do is to look at my vibration and to look at my life. And I realized I was drinking a lot, I was smoking a lot, I was listening to music that was like dampening my vibe. And once I became aware of this, I started to focus more on on raising my vibration, which meant letting go. A lot of that, by the way, is letting go of the reasoning of the mind. You'll see at 400 is reasoning. That's the belief systems about who we are. Who do we believe we are? What do we believe we're capable of? And what I did is I realized that I believe I had ADHD, that I believed I wasn't worthy. I was attached to anger for my past with my ex-stepmom and all this stuff that I was attached to. And when I let go and I forgave, That's what raised my vibration. That's why the book, not the book, but the process of Ho'oponopono is so powerful. It's about forgiveness. When you forgive, you raise your vibration. Forgiving is a letting go. It's a letting go of meaning, really. The meaning to certain past experiences, to what someone did or didn't do. And once we get there, we then realize our belief systems, then we can get into unconditional love or just present to the moment. And once I learned all of this stuff, it changed a lot. So "Power Versus Force," extraordinary powerful book, very practical, very relatable. Not so much about, uh, the esoteric stuff, but I think that's what makes it so special and unique. Let's go to the second video right now. The second book, it's one of my favorite books. It is, uh, the Toltec wisdom. It's called The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Now this has a connection to the Toltecs, which is like an ancient civilization that had to do with understanding that reality is but a dream. And it's very— but once again, this isn't about crystal hugging. This isn't like too esoteric. But the idea is that we're all creating our own dream of life, our own story about who we are. And what we're doing is we're interacting with other people that also have their interpretation of the way reality is. And there's 4 main agreements that if we live by, we're gonna live a more impactful, authentic life. And I'm gonna share with you what those 4 agreements are. But for the longest time, people were telling me to read this book, that you would love The Four Agreements. And it was such a short book, it was like a smaller book. And I was like, nah, I don't know about that. Everyone was always talking about it. Then I read it, and I've read almost all the Don Miguel Ruiz books now, and I feel a real deep connection to the Aztecs as well. I'm like, I don't know if it's past life or something, but I definitely feel a connection to them. Here's the Four Agreements though. The first one: be impeccable with your word. Now this can sound very small, like, but like, whatever you say you're gonna do, do it, because that has to do with your trust within yourself and also with whether other people can trust you or not. So be impeccable with your word. If you say you're gonna do something, do it. What that does is that increases your self-belief. And that also is about integrity. Because if you say you're gonna do something and you don't do it, you're breaking the agreement with yourself. If you tell someone else you're gonna do something, you don't do it, you're breaking your agreement with someone else. And then they don't feel like they can actually trust you. So this also, I found when I started really being impeccable with my word, I feel so congruent, I feel so in integrity. And it's just that there's a power to it that it's really hard to explain. Um, but I found it to be very powerful. The second agreement is don't take anything personally. Everyone's in their dream of life. So when we start taking things personally, we make it about us. We start to internalize things that don't need to be internalized. Other people are going through their stuff. And when you don't think, take things personally, you don't internalize things and it doesn't have a bearing on you. The third agreement is don't make assumptions. Uh, we have a tendency to make assumptions about everything. The problem is that we then believe that that is the truth. And the thing is, is in the Toltec, they talk a lot about there's the dream and then there's something called the second dream and, or the second awareness. And what do you do is you become aware of the first dream and that awareness is where you can then choose something. So that's extremely powerful. Um, all drama, a lot of the things in our life come from our assumptions. Now the, Let me go back to the fourth agreement is always do your best. This is something I've been doing recently. How you do one thing is how you do everything. So if you put 100% of everything you do into what you're doing, you're going to find that by doing that, it just, it translates into other areas of your life. Like I know that if I'm going to the gym, for example, and I'm just kind of half-assing it, I know that in a way how you do one thing is how you do everything. So I'm also doing that in other aspects of my life. So what I do is I just always do my best. I always— and it also has to do with being very present to the moment. So I find that this is just something that as I've been bringing into my life, and as you live by these Four Simple Agreements, your life begins to transform. And it's really the key to personal freedom, being who— free who you're meant to be. If you're being impeccable with your word, not taking things personally, you're gonna be more authentic, you're gonna be more bold. Anyways, that's the second book. Let's get into the third book. Write. Now the third book I wanted to share with you is called Waking the Tiger. Waking the Tiger. This is by Peter Levine. And recently I've been realizing that this has to do with trauma, releasing trauma in the body. And I was in a lot of times, I think I was, uh, for a long time I was in denial that I had any trauma in my body, even though I went through like a painful, uh, you know, growing up and all the abuse and stuff like that. I was like, no, I went through my spiritual awakening back in 2012. I already dealt with all that. But, uh, what I've realized recently is that I've been doing these TRE exercises, trauma release exercises, where I pretty much stand in a certain position. Let me try to do this real quick. I stand like, um, so I go like this, put my hands right here, and I do this thing where I, I go like this, ah, and normally I just laugh like crazy. But what I do is by doing that, it's opening up the front side of my body where the trauma is stored, and I can feel it shake. I laugh. And what that means is that there's trauma that from a certain point in the past, something happened in our life and then that energy was stored. It was frozen in our body in a way. And what I'm realizing is a lot of the blocks that I feel in my life are because of this trauma that I wasn't aware was actually stored. Even though I've mentally and emotionally worked through all that, it's still held in the body. So Waking the Tiger talks about how in nature, animals that literally go through traumatic experiences, they shake off the trauma. If you see two ducks and they fight, what they do is after the fight they will do this thing where they release the excess energy from their wings and then they go about their day so they don't store the trauma. If a gazelle is being chased by a lion or a cheetah, it will— and it gets away— before it goes back into the herd, it will spaz out and let go of all that trauma and go back in so that it can release it. Us as humans though, we have this trauma stuff happen to us and we keep the energy in our body and then we feel blocked or another stuff in our life. That book has been very powerful for showing me how to like give me permission to like release that trauma. I do those exercises as often as I can. And yeah, Waiting for the Tiger has been something that's been very powerful for that. I wanted to share that with you because I think a lot of you— I've never really talked about this book before, and I think a lot of you may benefit from doing those exercises every single day. So something like that as well. So with that, let's go and get into the fourth book, right? Now, the fourth book is called Atomic Habits by James Clear. This book was really powerful for understanding that what we do on a daily basis, these little things that we do every day, when we do it repetitiously, it changes our sense of identity of the way we see ourselves. So really, if we wanna change our identity, we can change our habits. And by doing that consistently, anything we do consistently, it changes the way we see ourself. And I look at when I used to make daily video, when I started making daily videos on YouTube, that changed my sense of identity. I made a video every single day. And from doing that, even when I had a 9-to-5 job, I began to see myself differently. My thoughts, my emotions, my actions, changed and then my outer reality changed. So the reason this will help you raise your vibration is because when you become aware of that, you can then look at the best ideal version of you in your imagination, which is what I did to go full-time on YouTube. I saw that version of me that was making daily videos and I decided to be that version of me and realize that you do these tiny little habits, you do these things on a daily basis, and what it does is it will literally change your identity. And you may know on my channel a lot I talk about that shifting your identity is shifting your life because you are getting an equal reflection in your life life depending on who and how you're showing up in the moment. How do you see yourself? And when you change that, everything changes. So Atomic Habits will help you to learn how to do that, how to change your habits, how to do little things that change your sense of identity. And as you change your sense of identity, guess what? You're going to feel more emotionally free. You're going to feel better. You feel more like you're living life on your terms, and you are the star of your own movie. Now let's get into the fifth book. Right now. Now the fifth book I want to share with you is called The Way of the Superior Man. Now that men and women can read this book, it has to do with understanding feminine and masculine polarity. And the reason it has helped me raise my vibration, it's helped me understand more of how I can be in my masculine core, how I can integrate also in a way feminine and masculine wounds. But the main thing about it is understanding feminine-masculine dynamics. Giving yourself permission to more so be who you really are and understanding that some things, some childhood wounds may have caused this depolarization thing to happen. A lot of, I think, going through spiritual awakening for me has become aware of a lot of people that go through spiritual awakening, they go through a phase where they want to help a lot of people, which sometimes can bring about like a people pleaser mentality. And what happens is that kills polarity, that kills sexual polarity, that that kills sexual tension. And when you understand something of the way of being, of really integrating both your masculine and feminine energy, because we all have both, what that does is that results in us raising our sense of awareness and us being more bold when it comes to how we are showing up in our life. And a lot of this, I mean, for the masculine energy, is being on the purpose, being on the mission. And as you are doing that in your life, you allow the feminine to more so relax. And then the feminine is about really expression. It's about really, and we all have feminine, masculine energies inside of us, but what this book does is it shows us how to tap into those and how to lean in our authentic core of who and how we prefer to be.
