5 Confidence SECRETS that Make You Attractive AF

Aaron Doughty breaks down five ways to build magnetic confidence: stop seeking external validation, release judgment and shame, reframe your insecurities as strengths, stay grounded in your body using techniques like the candle-frame exercise, and validate yourself instead of chasing others' approval. The core idea is that confidence is the energy you emit, and changing how you feel about yourself changes what you attract.

People feel what you feel about you. The energy inside of our bodies are contagious, and based on how we feel about ourselves, that energy is being emanated out and other people are responding to us based on that energy. Now, confidence has to do with trust, trusting ourselves. Even the root of the word confidence means to trust. Now, the degree to which we can trust, one, ourselves, and two, the universe, is going to go into how our energy is on whether it is magnetic or repelling. Now, in this video, I'm gonna show you the 5 secrets to having confidence that makes you attractive, that gives off an energy to where it's like things come to you, and it's one that will help you to feel more centered inside of yourself so that you're not needing other people's validation, needing other people to respond to you in a certain way, and it will change everything. The first confidence secret that makes you magnetic and attractive more than anything else has to do with non-neediness. The degree to which you are not needy is the degree to which you are attractive. Now, not neediness means that we come to a conclusion within ourselves that we validate ourselves and that we don't really need anyone else's love, approval, or validation. Now, I can think of many times in my own life, in my own relationships when I'm dating someone, and when I start to need them or when I start to get needy, it's an ultimate, it kills the polarity, it kills the vibe. Now, non-neediness, what that does is that communicates value. If somebody doesn't need someone else, it's saying, I'm whole, I'm complete, I'm already good. Now, there's, in my own life, I've realized there was actually a relationship that I was in a while ago, in this relationship, I had this tendency of becoming somewhat needy where I would want their validation, want their approval. And what ended up happening is eventually I became aware of this. And actually what happened is, I'll just go ahead and say it. This is a little bit of a, I don't know if this is TMI or whatnot, but it was when Lior and I were in a relationship, this is back in 2019, Yeah, 2019. And what happened was her and I were in a relationship. We began to travel and we went to Tulum and then we were gonna go to Costa Rica and somewhere else. Now what happened is her and I were already starting to go through a process where we knew we might break up and might not be together, but we were still such close friends that it was like this kind of confusing thing. And even to this day, by the way, we're still friends. But at the time in 2019, what happened is her and I went to Tulum and within a week of being in Tulum, this is towards the end of the relationship, we decided to break up. We decided that things weren't jiving. There was a lot of resistance coming up, but we still had 3 months of like traveling to do. We still had all these places booked, all these Airbnb books, either in Tulum or in Costa Rica. So we said, okay, what we'll do is we'll travel as friends, but we'll keep this plan that we have going. But as of this time, we're no longer together. Now what happened is because we were no longer together, I stopped focusing just on her. I stopped trying to please her. I stopped trying to like, let's just go eat here, you know, 'cause she's vegan and I wasn't. And it was like, okay, let's go eat at this restaurant over here or do this. What happened was within a week, it's not that I didn't care and I was being like a narcissist or anything like that, but I started being in my own frame. I stopped being needy. I used to feel guilty about going to the gym. I would feel guilty. It was like a thing I had even just with ex-girlfriends in general. I'd always feel guilty for going to the gym because it was like time I wasn't spending with them, especially when I had girlfriends that were working 9 to 5 jobs they didn't like. It's like the 1 or 2 days off you get a week, I'd be like wanting to go to the gym and it would like take away time or whatever. So I always felt kind of guilty for that. But what happened was, is in Tulum, we break up and I start going to the gym. I start prioritizing my own needs. I no longer need her approval or validation. Instead of saying like, "Oh, let's go do this, this, and this," I say, "You know, I kind of wanna do this." I start being in my own frame. And what happened? It was very interesting what happened because as I was in this not needy energy, I could tell there was a completely different thing that happened where there was certain levels of attraction that came back. And it was because I was more in my own frame. I was more in my own center. And that's because also non-needy energy is attractive. That's just how it works. Even when I look back, even in a different relationship, and I can see that back in 20, or no, this is like one of my first girlfriends ever. I was like 18 or 19. Or less, maybe I was 17. I had a girlfriend that was, that once again, I was overly, I liked her more than she liked me. But then eventually what happened is I let her go. And when I let her go, what happened was she was, we were in high school at the time and she, I started actually liking a different girl. And when I started liking a different girl, she like immediately, started going kind of, she called me and she was crying. And before that, she was treating me literally like shit. She was not treating me well. Actually, she was gonna go to homecoming with an ex-boyfriend of hers when her and I were at the time together. And it became this thing where people were thinking bad about her because that was messed up what she was doing to me. But I didn't have the balls or like the self-worth to like call her out on it because I was afraid of tension because of the whole ex-stepmom thing. If you know my story, but just in general, once my energy shifted and I started realizing that I had options, because in high school, when I first started dating, when my dad divorced my ex-stepmom when I was 15, all of a sudden my brother and I are allowed to date, we were allowed to have friends, and we started, we didn't realize that like, oh, you know, these girls at school, they actually like us, we're attractive. And I started realizing that I had options, and then I just wanted to be single. I was having fun just like talking and flirting and stuff like that. And when that happened and she found out about it, and she also, my, this ex-girlfriend in high school, heard other girls talking about my brother and I saying how like cute we were and stuff like that. All of a sudden she was interested because I had options. But I also, I just wasn't needy. That was the only, that was one of the main differences. There are so many people that I noticed that when they get rid of that needy energy, all of a sudden they have much more options. So one of the biggest things you can do for your confidence and one of the biggest secrets is that the degree to which you are not needy is the degree to which you are attractive. So one of the things you can do to become less needy is to get to the core of where that neediness actually comes from. What I found is the way that we treat the people we're dating or people in our lives are similar to energy dynamics that were around when we were kids. If you feel like you needed your mom or your dad's approval growing up, you might find that in partners, you look for their approval. So it's about getting to the core of where that comes from. And you could simply become aware that maybe there were childhood dynamics that were there that felt familiar. It felt familiar and comfortable for you to be in an energy dynamic where you crave someone's validation, where you crave someone's approval. This for me was a game changer, becoming aware of this energy dynamic. Now, one thing I actually had to do is I had to also become aware of the shame. I talk about this sometimes and not everyone likes to hear the word shame, but shame means I'm broken, there's something wrong with me. Now, the way our reality works is whatever we believe to be true about ourselves is being reflected back to us. And if we have a core belief that says, "I'm broken, there's something wrong with me," what happens is we attract partners or people into our life or people we're dating that can't actually choose us. How can they choose us when we believe we're flawed and we believe there's something wrong with us and we believe that we don't deserve the love? So this is about becoming aware of your own internal belief system and your core belief around worthiness. If you feel shame, that means there's something broken or something wrong with me. No one can ever love me. And the thing with shame is shame grows in the dark. Shame does not wanna become aware of itself. So one of the best things you can do is you could start to be vulnerable with yourself. You could even share this with someone in your life, maybe a friend or a family member. And as you share it, as you open up, what you'll find is you start to free yourself. You start to release the shame. There were times in my life when I looked, when I like admitted and went deep into a vulnerable part of my past, and as I did, I just felt so emotionally free. And as I shared it, it was like this freedom just happened. So this is something that has completely transformed my life. And also that was this too, the shame that I felt. I felt like I was broken because maybe having like emotionally unavailable parent growing up, it's like I realized that their emotional unavailability was not because I was unworthy. It wasn't my fault. It wasn't my fault my parents divorced. It wasn't my fault that I had an abusive ex-stepmom in my life from 7 to 15 years old. It wasn't my fault that my dad didn't protect my brother and I and draw the line with my ex-stepmom. It wasn't because I wasn't worthy. And that for me was a huge game changer because As I started changing that energy, everything began to change within myself. I stopped needing so much. Now, the second secret to confidence that I think will completely transform your life, this was one of the biggest things that changed my own energy, that allowed me, like literally within a week of doing what I'm about to share with you, I had options that I never knew were around that I literally was blocking out because of that energy that I had within myself that I wasn't aware of. So this is a confidence secret that changes everything, that will make it so that you have options coming to you, and it really does work like magic. Now, back in '20, just at the beginning of this year, I was detaching from a prior relationship, and that was something that I, for like 2 or 3 years, I was going through of like really detaching and letting go. From somebody that I felt a very deep connection to and still do as a friendship, but I had to let go of the romantic side of it. And this was at the beginning of the year. And I realized that one of the things that I was doing is I was, for a year or two, I had this gray area thing with my ex to where it's like I couldn't really move on. And one thing that I would do to keep me like for moving on subconsciously without even being aware of it is I had, my friend Matt would always make fun of me for this, but anytime I would have these options for these women that I could date, what I would do is I'd have like 5 reasons why each one of them wasn't right for me. I would compare it to my past relationships. I would compare it to different energy dynamics. And I would justify that this person I can't date because 1, 2, 3, and it's not like this. And I was comparing it to ex-partnerships and stuff. And here's what it was. I wasn't opening my heart. I had a heart wall around me because I was afraid of being hurt, but at the same time, I was afraid of moving on and I was afraid of all of these things. But here's what I found out. When I started opening my heart to options and I stopped judging other people and the woman I was dating, guess what? I had options come into my life like that. So basically the way that looked is I would start talking to someone and I'd be like, no, it's not this. I'd have all these reasons why not to. And I was judging them. And then I would ask my friends, I'd be like, why do I have so much blocks in this love sector of my life? And I couldn't figure it out. Like on paper, not to be cocky here or anything, but like on paper, it's like I have this great big, you know, business that I love. I do what I love for a living. I'm very passionate. I've got all this clout with the followers and stuff, which I've never leveraged or anything in that way. I've always been like very in high integrity with all of this. However, I could definitely see that I was blocking myself out. It was like, they couldn't, I had all these rules. Like if somebody knew who I was, I would not date them. Like if they knew me before, like even if they weren't like big fans of my channel, if they at any level like knew who I was, I would automatically mark it as weird. And what I was realizing is like in the spiritual niche, in the spiritual community, there are people that may know who I am, but it was like this block that I had and I had that block and then I would justify everything. And then I would start to think that maybe people were only after me because of my money or like all of these different things. And I was immensely judging other women, but also I was judging myself. And that's what I realized my biggest block was when it came to love, is I had all of these rules, I had this big list. And let me ask you, do you have like a big checklist? They need to be 6'2", they need to have this, they need to have that, they need to do this, blah, blah, blah, blah, all these different things. What if that list that you have is just a mechanism that's blocking and like keeping your heart within a little bubble so that you don't actually get intimate or you don't actually meet people? And not only that, what if, if you let that go, you actually opened up so many more options coming in because your energy was more fluid instead of having these blocks? So within a week of realizing that I was blocking people from coming into my life because I was judging them, I was having these like the super high standard, what I did is I started opening my heart. When you open your heart, you will not only be more attractive, but you will feel more confident because you aren't putting on the brakes and you aren't blocking love from coming into your life. If you were to open your heart and just simply smile more, smile more, you would be more attractive. It's a confidence secret that sounds simple. I used to do this as well when I used to have that 9-to-5 job selling women's shoes. What I would do is when I was going to work every day, I would go to work and I would practice. I would use, it's a commission-based job. So I was able to see one day what would work. The next day I would change up my energy. You wanna know one of the things that changed so much is coming out, even just standing with an open heart, standing with your heart out instead of your heart closed. You ever noticed that people with like their heart kind of closed like this, maybe kind of hutch over, it's like they're closing their heart. But if when you met people, you had like good posture and you simply had your heart pointed at them when you're talking to them. So depending on who I'm talking to, it's like I'm looking at them with my heart like this. It's like there's more energy, there's more fluid energy going back and forth. And it's also, it shows confidence. Eye contact also shows confidence. Too much eye contact though might be a little bit weird. It's like if you're just like this the whole time. It's like, "Hey, so how are you?" And it's like, I never blink. Kind of like Osho never blinked. Osho never blinked though, because he's just so enlightened. Oh my God. Have you ever noticed that? Have you ever seen a video of Osho? He's just like staring into the camera and his eyes are very, he has huge eyes and he just never blinks. He'll go minutes without blinking. They say, I've heard that confidence is linked to, like the more that people blink, the more insecure they are. I don't know if that's true, but if you imagine if I'm like, hey. So the second degree of confidence is that of, you have to, it's almost like every time you blink as well, your thoughts are restructuring. It's like you have to reset, reset, reset. And imagine if you reset, reset, reset, reset, reset, reset, reset, it's like you, it's hard to get like one train of thought going through, you know? So the second confidence secret though is that Having attractive energy, if you open up your heart, you stop judging and you start opening yourself up to opportunities, you will see opportunities come into your life. Going around and even just like, especially, like, are you making yourself available when you're in public? That's something else I wanna ask you because if you were to, instead of, this is a funny story actually of my friend Rebecca. My friend Rebecca, she's like a dating coach. And when she would go out on dates earlier, she didn't know she was doing this. But she would be single at a coffee shop or something. And one time this guy that she thought was hot was looking at her. And what she did is she saw he was looking at her and she got kind of nervous. And she would do this frown thing with her eyes. And she would just like look like really, almost like she's probably constipated or something like that. And she would just completely block herself out. And she would wonder why then some men don't come up to her to approach her. But what she ended up doing is she became aware that she was putting out that energy and instead, she would laugh and smile and be the bright light that she is. And guess what? Men come up to her. And I know that 'cause she's one of my best friends. And when we go out, like, so many people approach her 'cause she has such a joyful, like, fun energy. And it's like, it just draws people in. So having magnetic, and even myself, like, I was at the beach with my girlfriend just a week ago, and it was my birthday. I went to go get a tattoo. And we went to Santa Monica Beach. And I just noticed that a lot of time, and this is just like, I'm not trying to, I'm obviously with my girlfriend, but I noticed that like her energy is so open and people come up to her so often. And even when we were like, we were like rollerblading, she was rollerblading, I was riding a bike. And just even going down like Santa Monica Pier, men just like yell at her. They literally just go, "Damn!" Or like, they're like, "Wow!" Like Flavor Flav or something like that. And she's just like, and it's like this interesting thing. Like her energy's just so open. She's so free. She's rollerblading, you know? And when we're at the beach, we were sitting, I went to go take a piss under the pier. So I go take a pee and then I come back and she's got like these two dudes like standing around her. And they were two dudes that were there. They weren't hitting on her or anything. They were two gay dudes. But what happened is they were talking to her and her energy was, she needed a lighter. That's it. She just needed a lighter. They come up to her, they're like smoking and stuff. And I come back and I kind of have a wall up because I'm like, why is she, like, I just wanted to chill with her. You know, I wasn't threatened or anything. I just was like, I wanna just chill with my girlfriend. But I just noticed that like her energy is so open and my energy sometimes is more closed, especially when I'm like, I don't know, I have a certain thing I wanna do. I just wanna chill on the beach, look at the waves, you know what I mean, before we leave or whatever. but I could just tell some people have an open energy and some people close themselves off. But if I wanted to open myself up, all I would have to do is I would have to open up my heart. I would smile more and loosen up and have more fun. So that's something else that really helps with this process is understanding that opening and the closing. And sometimes the things we do, like the list that we have and stuff like that, is a way of closing our heart. And if you let go of the list, you'll find that you then have many, many more options. Now, the third confidence secret that will make you magnetic AF and changes everything is something that I learned like a year or two ago that allowed me to really get more centered inside of myself because what people are really attracted to is somebody that is centered inside of themselves. Now, one of the things that you can do is look at your quote insecurities. Confident people are able to look at their insecurities and reframe them. And this is one of the confident secrets that will change your life. Whatever you think of as an insecurity within yourself, if you would simply reframe it, it could be actually something you feature. So feature your flaws. If you feel like, here's the thing, if somebody doesn't feel good about a lisp, let's say they have a lisp. My dad has kind of a lisp a little bit sometimes. I can hear it sometimes when on the phone. It's funny, in person, I don't really hear the lisp that much, but in person I can hear it. I, growing up, by the way, I had to go to speech classes until I was in 3rd grade because I could not say the letter R. When I was saying, I wouldn't get in the car, I wanna drive with my family, I kind of talked like, I don't know, was that Bugs Bunny or something like that? That's how I sounded. And then eventually I went through speech classes so they could show me how to properly speak. And I did that. And now I can say car very clearly. Now for my dad though, my dad has a problem with his, they used to call him names at the fire department. What was it? Like Thuckatash, like Thucker and Thuckatash or something because he had a lisp and he still kind of has a lisp, but here's the thing. The lisp is only a flaw if you think it's a flaw. If you own that shit, that energy is being emanated out and other people will think it's cool. You can literally reframe anything. You can reframe your height. I know people, by the way, I know people on both sides of the spectrums. I know people that are maybe men that are shorter, maybe they're like 5'5", 5'6" or something like that. The thing is with that is if they don't, one of the things you gotta also do is accept. Accept wherever you are and accept what you have. And people will feel that you accept it and then they won't make fun of it. They won't feel that energy, that insecurity off of you. Now I know people that are 5'6" that are like embarrassed that they're 5'6" and I know people that are 6'6" that are embarrassed they're 6'6" because then they think they're too tall. You always want what you can't have. Not that the 6'5" wants to be 5'6", but there are people that I know that are very tall that wishes they were shorter. I was hearing Kobe Bryant was, I was watching a Kobe Bryant interview recently from the past, obviously, 'cause he passed away, RIP. But he was talking about how Shaq was so different than other like 7-footers because most 7-footers are embarrassed and ashamed of being 7-foot tall. But Shaq, he was just in your face pushing people. He was like super aggressive. And that's what made him super unique. And it's interesting, you wouldn't think, but people, and it's like in the room, all the attention goes to them and tall people may not want that attention. So they may think it's their flaw, but if they own it like Shaq did, guess what? It's a magnetic, attractive energy. And same thing on the other side of it. If someone who's shorter simply owns it, they're not putting out the energy of that, guess what? It doesn't matter. I know my friend, talking about my friend Rebecca again, She dated a guy that was like 5'6" and she's like 5'10". She dated a guy that was 5'6", but this guy, she said, had such crazy confident energy. He was so sure of himself and that is what attracted her. So it's like energy, attraction is an energy-based thing and it depends on how you carry yourself. If you own it, then guess what? It doesn't matter. I'm not tall. I mean, I guess I'm average height. I'm like 5'9", but people tell me that I carry myself as if I'm taller because of my energy. And I also just don't, back in the day, I was insecure about my height. And I was like feeling really insecure about it. Even, it's just funny how things have changed because now I just don't think it. I don't even really think about it. My friend Victor, he's like 2 inches taller than me. He's like 5'11". I was like, "Oh, I wish I was Victor's height." I don't really care. I'm confident in who I am. I feel safe within that. And whoever I'm around, they feel that I'm confident and have that around myself. 'Cause remember, people feel what you feel. And if you simply take your insecurity and you reframe it, it can then be a big, it could be something that makes you unique. Some people might be afraid of like some type of, they might be afraid of some type of, whatchamacallit, freckle or mole or something. Guess what? Just feature that shit. You talk about someone that's bald like Joe Rogan, he owns being bald. He doesn't give a shit. And guess what? There are many women that look at him like, oh, he's an attractive guy. He's in his passion, he's doing his flow, he's doing what he loves. All that matters is how you feel about you and you can reframe it to change it. Feature your flaws. If you're trying to hide, like shame is when you believe there's something broken with you, something wrong with you. If you're ashamed of how short you are or how tall you are, and instead you go into that and you feature it, you're putting it into awareness. And guess what? Shame can only grow in the dark. So if you're bringing awareness onto it and you're featuring it and you're allowing it to get attention, then guess what? You're transforming that shame. And then it will have much more magnetic energy. So that's the next thing that really changes everything. Now, the fourth thing has to do with being in, this is the fourth secret to confidence that changes everything, and it is such a simple one. I've talked about it quite a bit on my channel, quite a bit recently, but it's called being in your own frame, being in your own body, feeling the separation between your own body and others. Now realize this, when you are around someone else and you are projecting your energy at them, they feel that leaky container. And this is a confidence secret because it's so damn simple. Bring the awareness, right? Even right now, whatever you're doing, if you're in your car, if you're driving, if you're at work, if you're working out, bring the awareness into your hands, bring the awareness into your feet. Now feel the separation between you and the steering wheel, you and the weights you're around, you and the ground, you and the people that you're around. Feel the separation and feel the safety in your own body. Now, as I started doing this exercise every single day, it completely transformed my life. And you do it normally with a candle. It's called the frame technique. You do it with a candle and you stare at a candle. And what you do is you feel the separation between you and the candle. And as you do, you start feeling safe in your own body. Now, people that are empaths, What they do is they have a pattern of projecting their energy out at other people. And when they do that, because they're trying to get their needs met, they're trying to feel safe, and they're trying to like ease tension so that other people can like them and stuff. That's a lot of times what happens with empaths is they only feel safe in environment if they're tuning to other people and they know what's going on. But what happens is when you start to bring the awareness back in your body, your energy will be way, way, way more magnetic. I learned this when I was in Sedona and I'd go on hikes and stuff and I would just oscillate into my body and I would walk by people not even needing to say hi. Sometimes the people pleaser in me would have to feel obligated to say hi to people because I would want their validation back. Instead, just be in my body. Guess what would happen? People would like go out of their way to talk to me, to say hi to me. It like creates a very magnetic energy because someone that is solid in their frame, is somebody that is attractive. And this is why I also say be the star of your own damn movie. This is a confidence secret that changes everything. Instead of like, is this guy gonna text me back? Is this gonna happen? Like, be in your own movie. When you go out, go out with friends, have fun. Also loosen up and have fun. That's a huge one. When I used to work that 9-to-5 job selling women's shoes, If I went into work like, I'm gonna make this much money, I'm gonna help this number of customers, I wanna do this, I would get a certain result. When I went in and I was like, I'm gonna have fun, I'm gonna enjoy myself, I'm gonna help people, I'm gonna add value, then guess what? That would come back to me. I'd be way more abundant. I'd feel way more confident. And that's where confidence is built. It's built from trust. And if you don't feel trust and safety in your own body, then you're gonna continue to look to other people to fill up that cup for you. So this is like one of the biggest things and the biggest changes that has completely transformed my life is understanding frame. And that also works with abundance, by the way, too. Money and opportunities come to you when you're in your own frame, when you're the star of your own movie, when you're having fun, when you're in a different energy state. Now, something that I'm doing as well, if you haven't heard, is starting on January 1st, 2022, I'm doing a 21-day Magnetic Abundance Challenge. I've done an Abundance, a Magnetic Love Challenge. So anyways, that's something else that you can check out by going to aarondoughty.com/money. And with that, the fifth and one of the most important things that you can do to build your confidence and to have magnetic energy has to do strictly with validation, understanding validation and whether it's similar to neediness because if you need someone's validation, then you'll find yourself like, wanting their approval. But when it comes to validation, there is a shadow there of not validating the self that then literally repels people from coming into your life. And this has to do with value systems. This has to do with what do you value? If you value getting other people's approval and other people's validation over that of being vulnerable and authentic, then guess what? You'll find yourself also attracting people that maybe lack that vulnerability, or maybe you attract people that also are with you for maybe some form of validation, or it's not as special or something like that. Now, one of the keys to this that has changed everything for me is when you're looking, when I was looking for validation in my partners, what I was doing is I was looking for their approval. I was afraid of rejection. And I was afraid of being vulnerable. Vulnerability is the key to not only releasing shame, but vulnerability is the key to attractiveness. When you can go out there and put yourself out in front of someone else and actually show them what you feel in your emotions, that is attractive to them. That communicates value. Now, the nice guy, the people pleaser, they're afraid of sharing their emotions because if they share their emotions, they're gonna get rejected. And a lot of times this stems from childhood wounding. When they were kids, if they shared how they felt, they were shamed, led to believe that it doesn't, it's not like, they're not worthy of actually sharing, you know, how they feel with other people. Their needs were neglected. So one of the best things you can do is realize that the more vulnerable you are, the more attractive you are. And vulnerability in the sense that like, when I was starting to date again, after, I closed the cycle with an ex-girlfriend. I was like opening up myself up to dating. I made a rule that I wasn't gonna be nice. I'm not gonna like, you know, just like, I'm gonna make my intentions very clear when I'm dating someone, that I'm attracted to them in a specific way, even if that means I get rejected. And as I did that, it was like the attraction was so strong because I'm putting myself out there. I'm asking someone out. I'm telling them that I'm attracted to them. It's like I'm more so flirting. A lot of times nice guys and people pleasers are afraid to flirt because they're afraid of rejection. So one of the things that will make you way more attractive is actually doing what you authentically want to do. And what I mean by that is actually put yourself out there, actually express how you feel. With my girlfriend, I remember when I first met her, I was very clear with her my attraction for her. I wasn't like, let's just talk about spiritual, 'cause she's a spiritual, makes YouTube content and stuff as well. It's like, let's just talk about spiritual content. No, I was, from the very beginning, I was also kind of like touchy-feely with her in a way where I was like showing that touch is one of like the love languages, but it's also a way of connecting. And it was like very clear my intentions and my desire to connect with her at a romantic level and not just at a friend level. I knew it's a possibility to get rejected, but guess what? By having that mentality of that vulnerability, it was just way more attractive to women I was dating and to my girlfriend. So that's something that changes everything, but you have to have the courage to go into that. And you have to let go of the beliefs that are keeping you from being in that state.
