5 Minute Guide to DELIBERATELY Creating Your Reality (EASY LAW OF ATTRACTION PROCESS)

Aaron Doughty breaks down a three-step law of attraction process: notice your 60,000 daily thoughts, use a physical trigger to interrupt negative loops, and pre-set desired outcomes before situations. He credits the method to How to Break the Habit of Being Yourself and Abraham Hicks.

This video will show you the 5-minute guide to becoming more conscious and deliberate of what you're creating. I'm going to show you practical ways to do this in 5 minutes, a video that you can always come back to if you need a reminder. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you a quick 5-minute video on understanding how we can be more deliberate with what we are getting with the law of attraction. I'm going to explain to you a simple understanding, a 3-step process that I use in my own life. Now with this process, realize we are always getting a reflection of who we are being, and part of who we are being comes with the consistent thoughts that we're having, the emotions we're having, and also the actions that we're taking. Now in order to be more deliberate with this whole process, what we must first off do, and this is the first step, is we must first off become aware of what we are thinking. The first step is simply awareness. Most of who we are being, most of the 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts a day or more are on autopilot and 90% of them are recycled from the day before, which means that who we are being is constantly being perpetuated the same over and over again. And in order to get a new reflection in our life, we must first change those habits of thought. We must change those actions we're taking and those feelings that we are having. So the first step is simply the awareness. Ask yourself the question, what am I continuously thinking? What momentum of thought do I always have going on, or most of the time have going on? As you become aware of your thoughts, you start to become much more familiar with the ways you're thinking. You become more familiar with the habits you have, and that's why the first step is awareness, because when you become aware of a habit you have, when you become aware of the repetitious thinking you have, what you do is you make it from autopilot and unconscious and you bring it into the conscious, you become aware of what that is, and you cannot change what you do not own or what you're not even aware of. So that's why the first step is simply becoming aware of what that is so that then you can decide, you can choose to change those parts of yourself that you no longer prefer. The second step has to do with knowing that we can set ourselves a trigger or a way for us to remember that that's not how we prefer to be. That we can remember that we're going into the momentum of those negative thoughts. And to do this, all you simply have to do is find some type of gesture. You could do the, the words change like this and use your physiology. This is something that change— I've showed in prior videos and also something that I learned from the book called How to Break the Habit of Being Yourself. So what you do is you just set yourself this trigger so that you wake up from that autopilot mind so that then you can decide how you prefer to be. Now the third step to this is actually being able to segment intend. Now segment intending is something I learned from, I think Abraham Hicks. It's something that I apply in many different areas of my life, but what you do is before you go into certain scenarios, you decide what are your outcomes? What do you prefer to get out of this situation? How do you prefer to feel? And what you do in a way is you pre-pave the kind of experience that you want, and then what you do is you go into it and you will start to get that experience. Now this is something also Tony Robbins does before he gets into any phone conversation. He'll ask himself the question, what are my outcomes of this? Before he does anything, he has those outcomes in mind and it's something that he talks about as well. So it's not just the law of attraction. This is good for everything because it goes down to personal development and understanding the way that our minds works and how we get a reflection of what we are thinking. So the 3-step process to this is to first off become aware of what you're thinking. Become familiar with those repetitive thoughts. Second step, set a trigger to remind yourself to wake up from that autopilot mind. You can set yourself a trigger of something that you do and you bring in your physiology. And then thirdly, segment intend your kind of experiences. Realize that setting an intention is one of the most powerful things that you can do. Most people don't do it. I promise you that if you set an intention, you will start to see and get better results in your life. With that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
