Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you 5 things that you must give up in order to attract what you want in your life. Now I believe that this video can allow you to really let go of what's not serving you and understanding how when you do that, that may be the missing block to you experiencing what you want in your life. Now with this process, understand that one of the most important components of it has to do with our focus, has to do with what we perceive, has to do with our beliefs, and when we get to the core of what those are, that's when everything begins to change. Now many times what will happen is we'll have certain distractions, we'll have certain things that we're not even aware of that might be holding us back from experiencing what we want. Now the first thing that you must get give up has to do with understanding we must give up of watching the news. We must give up on watching things that aren't serving us. Now, whatever we are focused on, we are literally tuning to the neurons in our brain are entraining us. They are linking up in a similar way that is causing us to think similar to whatever we are perceiving. So when we are looking at violence that's happening on the news, when we are looking at these things, what's happening is we're developing a model for the way we see the world. We're starting to focus on the things that are more negative. That means is we're going to keep thinking that that's the way the world is and it's going to cement that into the way we see the world. So the idea behind this is that one powerful thing to do is to just simply decide you aren't going to watch television as much. You're going to decide that news doesn't serve you and that you're going to hear about it if it's something important through friends and family, but the more that you decide to say no to the news, the more you are saying yes to things that actually serve you. Now this could also be television shows. Understand that if we watch a television show like, uh, you know, the repo shows where they repo people's cars and then people get into altercations and stuff, the idea is that by doing that we're triggering similar emotions inside of us. We are entraining ourselves with that drama and that is becoming something of once again of the way we simply see the world. So letting go of the news, letting go of watching things that don't serve you is something very powerful to do towards then being able to attract what you want. Now the second thing to give up has to do with understanding that when we give up the attachment to the outcome, that's when everything can then begin to change. Now the reason this is important is because while it might be important to have a vision for what you want to create, Many times we get hung up on the how things must happen, and what we do when we do this is we actually limit the expressions and the way these opportunities can come into our life. So the idea behind this is to become much more flexible, have an intention for what we want to create, have an intention for the outcome, but at the same time, leave flexibility, leave room for everything to happen in the right way. Now, at the same time, This means to loosen up those definitions around why certain things are happening. So sometimes if something comes into our life, we might assume that that's a roadblock. We might assume that that's not a part of the process, but if we simply drop that definition, if we simply decided that that could be integrated into the process and that there was something to learn from it, then we actually get the beneficial part out of it. Realize that everything in life is fundamentally neutral. So every situation that happens, if we simply label it as a part of the process, then we begin to get the positive benefit out of it. So doing this is something that can really be the game changer for most people, is to loosen up the outcome. A lot of times what I'll do as well is I'll simply have fun with it. I'll have more of a curiosity around it than I will of it has to happen in this avenue and this avenue. And if it doesn't happen in this blueprint, I'm going to feel resistance. So let go of the resistance. Trust the process. Know that certain things that happen, you can integrate, you can give them positive meaning, and as you give them the positive meaning, you will then get the positive effect out of it. Now, the third thing to give up has to do with giving up labels that no longer serve us. So many times we'll be in the tension of attracting maybe a relationship. But underneath that and wanting to attract it will have a definition that says that this always happens to me. I always attract this specific kind of person. I never attract the good this or the bad this. The idea is to drop those labels and understand that much of the labels are on autopilot, and when we have those labels, they continue to run themselves out even at subconscious levels. So become aware of what you believe to be true about yourself. Become aware of the self-image that you have. Are you worthy of being in a good relationship? Are you worthy of making the amount of money you want to make per year? And if you're not aware of what those labels are, simply ask the question, become conscious of that self-image, and decide to let go of what doesn't serve. It really is that simple. Once we become aware of what was on autopilot, then it's no longer on autopilot. It is a choice and we can decide to let it go. And we can insert the way that we prefer to be. We can insert and be— prefer to be somebody that is worthy of being in the right relationship, someone that is worthy of making a certain amount of money, that is worthy of having deep relationships with people. All these things you have the ability to decide for yourself, and all you have to do is simply decide that that is who you are. Now, the fourth thing to give up has to do with eating toxic food. Foods. Now by toxic, I just simply mean acidic foods. The more that we're eating foods that weigh our body down, the more that we eat foods that cause our body a lot of energy to digest, what we're doing is we're putting ourselves and we're holding our own energy back. An important part of attracting what we want has to do with passion. It has to do with energy, with momentum, and it's hard to feel that momentum if we're eating foods that no longer serve us. So eating deep fried foods, eating foods that are more on the acidic side, and you can of course go online and find out what are the alkaline foods, what are the water-based foods that give energy, and what are the foods that don't, that you should avoid. But the idea behind this is that this for me was a game changer. When I started to eat healthier foods, when I went to a more plant-based diet, what happened is I started to have more energy. I started to realize that as I put higher quality food into my body, My brain then was much more clear. It was much more able to think in a positive way. It was much more able to think and be more creative, and it all has to do with understanding how our diet affects our brain. Now there's a book on this called The Ultramind Solution by Mark Hyman, and it all has to do with how eating healthy affects our brain and how then that'll also affect our energy, which will allow us to then attract what we want into our life. Now, the fifth thing that we must give up has to do with understanding, letting go of words that don't serve us. So many times in our own vocabulary, we'll realize that there are certain words that we say repetitively. There are certain labels that we say repetitively, and many times those labels are blocking us from experiencing what is happening to us. We may say that things don't work out for us. We may use phrases that hold us back from experiencing what we want, and the key to this is just being aware of what you're saying. Be aware and question the definitions that you have. I hear this all the time when I'm talking to people. You can hear their beliefs inside their definition. They'll be asking them about something. They might say, well yeah, but I can't do that because of this. That's on autopilot. That belief of saying I can't do that because of X, Y, or Z, that's on autopilot. And if you simply question it and say, well, why is that true? Is that true for everybody? Has that always been the case, and then they'll think about it and they're like, you're right, that doesn't have to be something that I continue to perpetuate. It's just something that was on autopilot. So this means dropping certain words that might be charged. Sometimes when you ask people how their day is going, they'll say, you know, I'm trying to make a dollar out of 15 cents, or they'll use phrases like that. Understand that that is affecting what we experience in our life. That is giving a mental image that is being inserted into our brain as we say it, and that is causing us to then have similar experiences. So begin to drop the labels that no longer serve. Understand that as you do that, you are then taking back your full power and you can use powerful words that actually help transform your experience. You can use words that help supercharge how you feel about yourself, that change the physiology for the way you carry yourself. And as you begin to do that, you begin to insert positive images into your brain and going forward that will affect you in a very powerful way. So the idea behind this is all you have to do is drop the labels that you tell yourself, drop how you identify yourself to be, decide that you're no longer going to watch the news, that watching the news is putting your energy into something that you don't prefer, that it's shaping the way that you see the world, and that as you drop that, you allow yourself to gain your power back to think the way that you prefer to think, that as you let go of the definitions that no longer serve you, you let go of the way that things are, you start to experience more opportunities. Things will just start to happen in your life. You'll start to find that things happen in a much easier way when we let go of the grip around those definitions, that the more we decide to eat healthy, the easier it is for us to think in a clear way. The more creative we are, the more we feel better about ourselves, and then the more energy we have, and then simply decide that as we let go of having certain words that we use in our daily life, we are then gaining our power back to insert positive mental images into our brain, which will allow us to become who we prefer to be.
