These 7 habits made me a millionaire within 2 years, and I want to share you step by step how you can apply them in your own life today so you begin to change your own financial situation, whatever that is. And when I went through the process of me going from my old reality, which was only 3 years ago, me working a 9 to 5 job, being told what to do, selling women's shoes to me living my current reality, it was a bridge. It was— there were 7 main key habits that were the reason I went from one reality to the other very quickly. And there are things also— for years I was studying successful people, successful mindset, looking at what do people do, what gives them that edge that allows people to get out of their current financial situation and to get into one that is more desirable. So in this video, I'm going to show you how you can apply these 7 habits that I believe will completely transform your life when you apply them. And I'm going to share with you also how you can apply them as well. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now, when it comes to becoming a millionaire, let's even look at that word. I know it's kind of thrown around a lot, but to be a millionaire, what is, what does that mean? It means that somebody has a net worth of over $1 million, and for that to happen, let's first off look at the mechanism as well when it comes to the vibration of being a millionaire. Now when we think about this, it's like an intellectual idea to be a millionaire, to have $1 million, but just to give it an easier understanding of this, there's an energy dynamic that is at play to be a millionaire. Now, a millionaire and that kind of money is a reflection of someone's vibrational output. So for me to become a millionaire, I had to focus on the value that I put out into the world, the value in the form of the videos that I'm making, informative videos, solving people's problems. And as I focus on adding value to others, a side effect of being able to reach millions of people all over the world with YouTube channel is that I can reach that many people to hopefully impact people to then have that energy come back in different ways. So realize first off that when it comes to being a millionaire, it's the degree to which you put out is going to be what you get back. So a lot of times people focus on the money. The money is a side effect. Once you guys type that down, type that below, go money equals a side effect of the value you put out into the world. That's what money is. And when we focus just on the money, we'll find that we're focusing on the wrong thing. It's like we're focusing on the symptom, but what is the cause? The cause of the money coming in is the energy being put out. Now, the reason this is an important thing to explain before I get even into the habits, it's because it's about understanding what is actually happening in reality for someone to become a millionaire. Now when you look at Shark Tank, and if you guys watch Shark Tank, the products that do well are the products that do, that solve a problem in the marketplace. You look at like Scrub Daddy, for example, this little sponge that when you, when you like scrub pans with it, it doesn't scratch them. And if it gets cold, it gets hot and hard. And if it's warm, it gets soft. So it's like it changes temperature. And that little thing was so marketable and it reached so many people. And also it's this cool little smiley face thing that it's done like $100 million of business, of money. So when you look at these, it's the question is, is it adding value? How does it add value? And when you look at them to see how can I add value, it makes it a little bit easier to understand how you can put out that to then get something back instead of just focusing on the symptoms or the money. Money is just an exchange mechanism that we use in our reality. It really has no internal, has no inherent value other than it's this thing that we've all agreed has value and we say that if you give me 10 of this, I will give you this and it's just agreed upon things. So first off, I wanted to explain that. Now, now let's go into some of the habits. That have changed everything for me. Now there's one book that I read that I highly recommend. It's called— it's called Think and Grow Rich, one of the most old school books that you can read. It's by Napoleon Hill and it talks a lot about how to have a definite purpose, how to give value in exchange for what you want to get. And it talks a lot about having the definite purpose, talks about subconscious beliefs, talks about many different things. There are many millionaires that have claimed It's one of the reasons I read it. So many millionaires claim that if you read the book Think and Grow Rich, that can powerfully change your mindset and your— the way that you relate to money, because then you realize that we have the ability to control, or in a way to align ourselves to who we prefer to be and how we prefer to be in reality, to then get a different result back versus thinking that this is just something like you either inherited it or something like that. One of the principles in this book was something called going the extra mile. Going the extra mile. When I used to work that sales commission job selling women's shoes, I would apply this little, this little tactic and it changes everything. Going the extra mile. If you want to set yourself apart from everybody else at your current job, one thing you could do is you could go the extra mile because many people are just doing the bare minimum. I used to sell women's shoes and what I would do is when I was helping people, I would go out of my way. I worked at Nordstrom's for years. Nordstrom's is known for having good customer service. I would do things like not always the most honorable or the most exciting, but I would actually get down to help women put on the straps on their shoes if they couldn't do it themselves or just to make it easier for them. I would bring out more than what they asked and show them different options. I would do things like after they bought the shoes, they've already bought it, so I don't— I get commission, but they've already bought it. So it's like I'm not going to get anything extra for doing this. But what I would do is I would package their shoe in the bag with tissue paper in a specific way that made them feel just a little bit more special. And I noticed that when I was in the habit of doing this, I would not only get a better response from them where they would really appreciate it because it was like I was putting that much more into it. But it was like how you do one thing is how you do everything. Those days I would have that mentality of going above and beyond and going the extra mile were the days that I would do the best financially. So I would go into work and I would do that and I would then get and sell $4,000 or $5,000 worth of shoes that day, which means I'm getting paid 10% commission, make $400 to $500 worth of commission that day, which was very good. And It was a one-on-one reflection. The more I would put out, the more I would get back. Now I applied that even to me doing what I'm doing on YouTube. How much value can I give away? I'm not going to give away one habit, one habit to become a millionaire. No, I'm going to go 6 beyond. Okay, 6 beyond. Give you 7, go above and beyond. And those are— then think about it. Then when that person, when I'm selling shoes or whatever, comes back and somebody just throws their shoe. I saw this happen once. Some guy, like he came from Dillard's, which is like a much less, I guess, luxury place. And he just threw the shoes into a bag and like gave them to the customer. The customer was pissed because she's like, why is he treating my shoes like garbage? Like there's some sale rack shoes. These are, you know, not that. And it was interesting to see, but people remember how you make them feel. So the first habit that I share with you is go the extra mile. It'll make you stand apart from everybody else, and it's a habit that if you develop will set you apart in a way. Think about it. When you more than fill your present space, you can then allow in other things. When I would do that too, here's an interesting thing. When I would do that and I would go the extra mile for customers, they'd ask me things like, how long have you worked here? Do you want to continue to work here? Would you like to work for my company? Those are the times I would get more people that would give me job offers than anything else was when I was doing that. Because how you do one thing is how you do everything and they respect it. So go the extra mile. That's one of the first things that I say changes everything because then you're more than feeling your present space and it communicates to the universe that you have in a way outgrown where you vibrationally are. So the second habit that made me a millionaire within 2 years is questioning where I was and where the status quo is and realizing that that's not what I want. I was working selling at Barney's New York women's shoes for 4 years before I actually made the determination to go daily on YouTube. And one of the things that did it is I had to get uncomfortable where I was. I had to find reasons why I didn't want to be there anymore, and sometimes I was given those reasons. One time I got pulled down to the office from the managers and they made me, they wanted me to watch a 5-minute video of me on my phone on like from the surveillance camera and me scrolling through Instagram. They wanted me to watch it for 5 minutes to prove to me, to get me into this painful thing where I'm like, okay, I don't want to watch this anymore. I get the point. And, uh, the thing is, is Barney's New York was so slow, no customers. So we'd have somebody else go onto the floor and when somebody, the floor is being covered, there's no customers. I will— one of us would go in the back, go on our phone, and we'd take turns. And we weren't allowed to do that. We wanted 2 people on the floor and then they didn't want us to talk to each other. It was the weirdest fricking thing, but I worked for somebody else. Somebody else was telling me what to do and that's what I agreed to. And I had to be honest with myself. Is this really what I want? So when I got called to the office from the managers, I decided in a moment when I was getting talked down to and demeaned and devalued in a way and like feeling like shit. I was like, I don't want anybody to tell me what to do like this ever again. I got to get out of this situation. So from questioning the status quo and then saying, what is it that I really am passionate about? That is what helped me to make the decision to then go after me doing and making videos on YouTube every single day no matter what. That's what I committed to back in 2017 and that's when my life began to change in a very powerful way. but you have to question where you're at. I would always question authority. I would always question what I was being told. Uh, they would tell us to do these stupid little protocol things. I'd be like, why? Why do that? I was always a rebel. I've always been like that. And, um, I think that that mentality really helped me because most people like being told what to do. They say they don't, but they allow it to happen over and over again. But if you were just kind of mediocre on people telling you what to do, You know, to be a millionaire, most of you will have to work for yourselves. Just the way it is. Most of you have to work for yourself, um, unless you're a doctor, unless you're a lawyer, unless you work for some big company where it pays a million dollar salary, or I guess you save it up over time. Um, the path of least resistance for many of you will be working for yourself, but you have to realize that you want to tell yourself what to do. Take your own initiative so that you don't have to take the initiative and to build someone else's vision. If you lack vision, then you will build someone else's vision. And when I got my vision of doing Going Daily on YouTube, that's when my life began to change because I began to commit to it. So that's the second, is going beyond that of the status quo and challenging it and making a choice and really committing to more. Now the third thing is the commitment to a daily action. Now who you are every single day begins to compound over time. So one thing you could do is just master your 24 hours in a day. And what I did is I made a video every single day, no matter what, even when I had a 9 to 5 job selling women's shoes. And what happened is first 2 or 3 weeks, nothing crazy happened, but I committed to those daily videos. And after 2 or 3 weeks, a video went viral. That's when things really began to momentously change because I started to get good at something. Anything you do with repetition, you get better at, you get more comfortable at, you become more familiar with. And as I began to do that with a daily action, everything began to change. So if I were you and maybe your passion is art, or maybe your passion is reading certain things and doing report or doing articles about it, I would commit to a certain amount and do that as often as you can because then you're immersing yourself in that vibration consistently. Consistently, and whatever you are most consistently doing, that's going to be your dominant reality. For me to get rid of my dominant reality of selling women's shoes, what I had to do is I had to make my reality of being a full-time YouTuber the dominant one, meaning I put more energy into it, I put more passion into it, and I did both. It's not like I had to quit and just like do this one thing. I did both. And that allowed me to then have one that became more my dominant, and then I let go of the 9 to 5 job of selling women's shoes. So you want to make that your dominant reality by committing to one action. What is one action you could do every day? Is it creating art? Is it reading a book and doing research on it and writing a blog post article on about it? What is it? Because to become a millionaire, you need to have the mentality of you doing what you are passionate about. You do want it to be connected to your passion. That's the thing too. A lot of people just talk about the money because the money is this like emotionless thing. You want to think of what you're passionate about because that passion goes out into the world and it's contagious. And when I'm talking about certain things in my videos, you could probably feel my energy. And the more I'm passionate about it, the more you feel it. So if I was just talking about like, I don't know, something to do with computers and shit, that's something I'm not passionate about, then you'd be like, ah, yes, there's nothing, you know, even if it does add a little bit of value, like 7 reasons not to use Windows and to use Mac. You know, no, you don't care because you don't— you're not going to feel that from me. But can you feel it right now? You could probably feel it. So that's the next one, committing to the daily action. Now the next one that I had to learn was something called pattern recognition. So if you want to reverse engineer other people that are already— let's say they're there, you can look and study other millionaires. That's what I did. I studied Tony Robbins. I studied all these people that did what I wanted to do. In my own way, and I would study them and see what do they do? How do they get to where they are? And part of this was I studied and I noticed, oh, certain YouTubers that have a million followers, what do they do? And what I noticed is some of them, they made daily videos. So that's one thing I did. The next thing that I did is I realized I had to learn marketing, marketing. To be a millionaire, by the way, any— all of you are going to have to either learn marketing or sales or you're going to have to outsource it. Marketing and sales. That's all really business is. Marketing is getting your ideas out there. It's getting your artwork out there. It's making people aware of you. And then sales is converting that into some type of customer, whether it's a course, whether it's a book, whether it's a meditation, whatever it is. That's sales and marketing. Now I had to learn marketing. I became known for having these bright thumbnails with bright yellow. I did black and yellow thumbnails that were very poppy, kind of in your face, kind of triggering to some people. But my views and my videos would get viewed and I had this bright style and it was like my style for a while and then it started working and other people started copying it and doing the same exact style and I had to keep like changing it. But even now I kind of got back to my original, back to the original of how I started and it just ain't broke, don't fix it is what I've learned. But basically I had to start seeing myself as more than just a content creator. I started to see myself as a marketer and as I changed my identity, I started studying what works and that started getting more and more views, more and more eyeballs on my stuff and realizing that there may be certain parts to become a millionaire. It's not like maybe you don't just create art. Maybe you create art because you're an artist, but also you learn something to do with marketing. You learn something with Instagram marketing or social media marketing or something. There are certain aspects of the business. Of whatever you do that you might have to learn, but you're going to have to take initiative. I had to take initiative and when I did, it changed everything. So that was something that I did as well. I had to learn pattern recognition and what you could do is Tony Robbins talks a lot about this. Success leaves clues. Model somebody who's already had the success that you want, that's already doing what's connected to your passion, and what you'll find is that by doing that, you get a similar result. And it changes absolutely everything when you begin to apply that. Now, by the way, some of you may resonate with like going full time doing what you love using the power of the internet. Uh, maybe you're a coach or a healer or a psychic or something. If that's you and you want to learn how to go full time doing what you love, click the link below. We have a 3-day challenge with my buddy Victor and I. We're going to be showing people how to go full time doing what you love and there's a challenge where you apply and you actually do things to get the ball rolling. For you to go full time doing what you love. It's pretty much reverse engineering the version of you that is full time, becoming that version of you so that you can make that vibrational switch. So if you want to learn how to do that, click the link below. There's an FTP challenge that starts the 27th, 28th, 29th this month of August, and we're super excited about that. But anyways, that's one of the main habits right there is that, uh, modeling what works and that pattern recognition. Now the next thing habit that I'd say very, very important is meditation. And I know it's overdone or talk about it a lot, but meditation was a game changer for me to become a millionaire because what meditation allows you to do is to observe your thoughts and not react to them. And if you're always in reaction to everybody, then you're going to be consumed by that energy. It's going to be very difficult for you to put your energy into things that are actually going to grow your vision. So when you learn how to observe your thoughts for 5 or 10 minutes in the morning and 5 or 10 minutes at night, when you do that, you are neutralizing negative energy. You're not letting your mind control you and you're much more responsive instead of reactive. That was a game changer for me. That changed my life in so many ways, but it's something that I highly recommend you look at for yourself is, uh, is meditation just in your own life in general, but the cleaner you can keep your vibration, the cleaner you can keep that, the more you are then going to be able to move and then build the vision that you have. So that's something else that I think is just so powerful and I didn't, I didn't want to not mention it because it is something that really changed my life in a powerful way. Um, the next habit that changed for me was when I learned how to— basically what I did is I started to expand my circle and get around other people that are also doing what I was doing by being on YouTube. I started talking to other content creators. I met my friend Victor Odo and we started sharing ideas and he shared with me what he learned about coaching clients because I was starting to like go full time with me, not just building the audience but also having clients like coaching clients. And that helped me go full time very quickly. So he was sharing with me what he was learning and I was sharing with him how to like explode the YouTube algorithm. And how to like get his channel bigger. So we were— that's how we became best friends. And, um, by me getting around other people, I saw what was possible. I never forget it. I had a call or I ended up talking to a YouTuber friend of mine and we were both on the journey and I found out that he was making like $25,000 a month and he had like 20,000 subscribers and I had like 50 to 75,000 subscribers and or something like that. And he was making way more than I was. And I remember in that moment I realized that there's something he knows that I don't know. And that's when we got on the phone call and he told me, he gave me a book to read and I read it and that's when everything began to change. So when you start to surround yourself by other people that have already got certain results, you start to like pick up on that vibration. And what happened is very quickly when I started learning internet marketing, I learned how to grow an email list. I learned how to, get clients. I learned how to build courses. As I learned these things, my income went from like $3,000 to $5,000 a month to $30,000, $40,000, $50,000 a month, uh, from that moment on. And that was like 3, 4 years ago. And it changed absolutely everything when I learned internet marketing and I started getting around other people. So one of the habits is for you to get around other people that are doing what you want. Like for some of you that could mean going to an art gallery studio and talking to someone that is, uh, an art gallery, doing some type of art gallery thing or something like that. And as you talk to that person, you are going to be like in a way exchanging energy back and forth. But also one of the quickest ways for you to really honestly become a millionaire is to be around other millionaires because then you start thinking like them. You start having similar thought patterns as them and you start, It's just a different way of being. And I know it's like this vain status thing, but you, the people you're around the most, you really do become even so in subconscious ways. So, uh, you know, when I was working that 9 to 5 job, I would sometimes just go into like nice art gallery stores just to like, sometimes that was my way of like also envisioning art I'd want in my house or something like that. But, um, if I was an artist, I'd go and talk to the owner. Or the artists there and get to know them and see how they think or, you know, what kind of art do they make or what is their daily routine like? You know, the more you bring yourself around these people, the more you are going to find that that feeds you, that like in a way vibrationally has you feeling more nourished and it just elevates you in a way that's very hard to explain. So the 7th habit that will change your life more than anything is understanding your daily morning routine and doing the most passionate thing for you right when you wake up. That's one of the things that has changed my life more than anything else. One of the first things I do every day is I get up and I film and record a video. There's always one or two actions that if you do will completely give you momentum in the direction of whatever you want and for what you want to create. And me making videos every single morning right when I wake up has changed everything. Another hack is before I go to bed, I kind of write down what I'm going to be talking about. And that's what I do right here. You can see I've got like the 7 Habits and everything. And then as I go to bed, my subconscious mind is like patterning myself to then get up in the morning and to have this like ready to go. With this process, what I really recommend you do is you get a clear vision for the version of you that is doing what you love and don't focus necessarily on being the millionaire. The— I'll always say this and it's— I found it to be true and it's true for so many other people that have had to have over a million dollar net worth as well, is that it's not about the million dollars. The biggest change you will ever make in your life is when you're working for somebody else and then you start to work for yourself. That could be $70,000. Maybe you made $50,000 a year before and then you work for yourself and you also make $50,000 a year. Guess what? That is a bigger jump than you going from working for, you know, getting, getting to them, getting like a million dollars a year or something like that. It's a bigger jump for you to buy your time back. Time is the most valuable asset, and when you instead focus on reverse engineering the version of you that is doing what you love, that is living in alignment with your heart, That will be the quickest way for you to then buy your time back and then you can put that into systems that create that abundance for you. I had to create systems to be a millionaire as well. Well, that's probably a whole nother point in and of itself. The hat, the create. Anytime I'm doing something that's taking up my time and energy, I think, how can I systemize this? How can I create a system? I do have employees now. This isn't just me editing my own videos and doing all this stuff. I have a team of like 5 to 8 people. That I consistently talk to that are helping me with this. And that's the luxury of being able to grow and create a system is that then you buy even more of your own time back. So commit to your vision. Understand that when you go the extra mile, how you do one thing is how you do everything. That will begin to change your energy field. When you focus on what you're putting out, that's the key to then getting back more is put out more and put out more value and really be the most authentic you. Um, Question where you are. Realize you might have to get some leverage and get a little bit uncomfortable for you to get into a more abundant space to where you're going after your dreams. I was lukewarm in my 9 to 5 job for years until I made the choice and I had the pain of being like miserably ridiculed in front of like other managers and stuff. And then I made the choice and that changed everything. Commit to a daily action, an action that you take every single day that helps you to create your dream life. What you do repetitiously changes, uh, and changes the momentum over time. Meditation is huge. Focus on meditation for 5 minutes in the morning, 5 minutes at night, at least neutralize negative thinking and you'll allow yourself more creative energy and space as well. Uh, next is pattern recognition. Become aware of the patterns that you have in your life and, um, and also like Finding what works, learning marketing. I had to learn thumbnails. That was something that began to change my own identity and changed everything for me. And once you find what works, you can model it and model and find people that have already done what you've done. And if you model and do similar things, you will get similar results. The next thing is expanding your circle of friends and understand that as you expand your circle of friends, you are going to become more like whoever you're around. Go out and actually find— go to these people, find people that have done what you've done and question them, ask them questions, grab them coffee, get to do something to get yourself around these people. And as you do, you can then focus on what you do right when you wake up in the morning. That's the most creative thing, high leverage thing to do. And as you make no excuses and you really commit to that vision and you create systems for yourself to be successful, you'll find that your life begins to change in a very powerful way. So with that, If you enjoyed this video, can you like this video below? Can you subscribe if you haven't already as well? Turn on notifications.
