In this video Aaron Doughty presents a method for reconditioning the mind so that it can attract desired experiences by shifting focus from "what you want" to "who you are being" in the present moment. He explains that most people are trapped by past conditioning and neuro‑associations that cause them to repeat old patterns in relationships, work, and daily life. The technique involves consciously treating every person, situation, and moment as completely new—like experiencing it for the first time—thereby breaking the habitual link to past reference points. By doing so, you generate fresh creative energy, change the depth of relationships, open new possibilities at work, and align with the Law of Attraction’s principle that you attract who you are, not what you want. Aaron ties this to the body’s constant cellular renewal, emphasizing that each day offers a chance to be reborn. The video concludes with a call to practice this mindset daily, encouraging viewers to like, share, and subscribe.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you a powerful technique for being able to recondition our mind to attract what we want. Now as with most videos, I explained that it's not so much that we attract what we want, but we attract who we're being. And in yesterday's video, I gave I have a meditation about how we can drop the self-image we have because based upon who we are being, that is what is perpetuating the kind of experiences that we have. Now the power in this is understanding that we many times are conditioned to believe that we are a result of the past experiences we've had and the past reference experiences that have related us to our environment. So when we become aware of this, it then becomes the power of how can we we let go of the past to have a completely new experience. Now this also comes from understanding that we are not the result of our past. We are a result of who we are being in the present moment. That's where all the power is. So this technique I'm going to share with you today is an easy way to not associate what you're doing with things that have happened in the past. The way that our brain works, it is is that it is always looking for patterns, for neuroassociations, for the way and what things mean. And when we begin to look at it from this point of view, we have a powerful part in being able to release the past to then actually create what we want in our life. A lot of the blocks that we find, a lot of things that hold us back from being who we are, is because of past conditioning of thinking and tagging ourselves on the things that happen and thinking that that's who we are. We are The result of who we are being in the present moment, not of our past. So the power in this video is understanding that if we simply pretend like we are experiencing everything fresh and new for the first time, that we're then going to be having a new type of state within us. We're then going to inspire the creativity. We're going to inspire a new level of being that isn't attached to the prior like past habitual patterns of who we think we are. And you'll find that if you go about this and you start to respond to other people with this way, with not necessarily tagging on to prior experiences that maybe you've had with someone significant in your life, and you start to see them as a completely new person, you're going to start to change the depth of your relationships. You're going to start to change the way that you go about your job, because when you go to your job, rather than thinking it needs to be a complete reiteration of the day you can see that new things can start to happen. This comes from understanding that based upon who you're being in the moment and understanding that you are constantly recreating yourself. The thing is, is most people continue to create themselves as who they were yesterday because they think that who they are is very solid, very in place, and it's the result of who they were being yesterday. The power is in knowing that if we appear the same as we did yesterday, it is an illusion of continuity. Continuity and going forth with this. You watching this video, you'll know that if you recreate the person you were yesterday, it's by choice because now you know that you are always changing. Even a little change is a total change, and knowing that, you can start to look at the world in a completely new place. Now with relationships, for example, a lot of people get into relationships and even though they'll be in a new relationship with a new person, they find they create the same kind of patterns over and over again. And that comes from having an attachment to the past and who we are and needing like certain emotions to be triggered within us. So it's like those things just bubble up to the surface. Similar situations come up over and over again, but if we simply treat every person like it's new for the first time and we treat every situation like it's a completely new and unique situation, we'll find that we start to make more powerful connections and that new things really happen in our life. Things become much more flexible. Possible because who we're being and the way that we think about the world is now in a fresh creative space. So realize that all you have to do is detach from the past of who you think you are, that when you start to go around your day and look at things like you're seeing it for the first time, imagine that you are being born again every single day when you wake up and that based upon that you can have small, of course, reference experiences that help you know what you're doing, but realize that the more you treat everything as if it were new and fresh, the more that you will recreate it with an alive, vivid type passion. You know, they say that in relationships, if you're in a relationship and it seems stale, if you treat the person the way you treated them when you first were in the relationship, there'll never be an end to that relationship. That's something that you hear Tony Robbins say a lot. And the reason that is, is because when you create that kind of creative energy or that kind of new fresh energy, there's something about it that then makes it a totally different scenario where like there's new connections that can be made. There's a freshness and aliveness to it that comes forth. So treat every day in the same way as if it were completely new. Drop the context for which you see the world. We think so much in the form of our neuroassociations for the patterns that we think that will predict what happens based upon our prior experiences. But if we simply choose that we're going to not attach to those, uh, past reference experiences, we're not going to attach to the patterns that we think justify the way things are. We choose to see it as unique, as new, and as fresh. We'll find that things start to happen that didn't happen before. There's a new type of state of being that we create, and then from that there's new situations that come. Remember, you don't attract in your life that which you want. You attract who you are being. Choose to be this new fresh person. Choose to wake up every day knowing that you've been in a new situation. You're a completely new person. The cells in your body are breaking down, they're recreating themselves, and because of that, you can go about it in a completely new way. I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
