As you raise your frequency and expand your consciousness, you naturally release people and situations that no longer serve you. This isn't something you control or judge. It's evolution making space for higher-vibration experiences to arrive.
As you shift your frequency, as you shift your energy, it's important to remember that certain things that were bringing you down or certain energies that weren't good for you may begin to fall away, may begin to kind of drift off in their own path, and that's okay. There is no need to control this process and to think there's something wrong. It's about recognition that as you evolve your own level of consciousness, As you expand your consciousness, you will attract new people and new experiences that result from the letting go of what no longer resonates.
