Attract Using PURE Intention with the Law of Attraction (Powerful Way to Do it)

Aaron Doughty explains how pure intention differs from ordinary desire: holding an unshakable decision while staying neutral about the outcome, rather than chasing goals with desperate energy. He draws on Reality Transurfing to show how observing what you want without excessive attachment lets it flow naturally, and argues that aligning passion with purpose makes money a side effect, not the aim.

This video will show you how to have pure intention, how to be able to attract what you want easily by having an intention that is very strong, that cuts through everything else so that you really get what you want. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you the difference between just having an intention and having a pure intention. How when you apply pure intention into your life, how when you apply it, everything can begin to change because then the energy comes from a very different place. Now, first off, let's understand what the word intention really means. It means a resolution to act in a certain way, and this is the thing with a lot of people's intentions is they have a small intention. They have an intention that they don't do what I call is called hold the frame. Hold the frame means that we are holding that intention. We are holding the decision. It's a deep decision that we've decided on and there's literally no other opportunity. So what happens a lot of times is someone might have the intention to like lose a little bit of weight, but then the moment that they go into their friend's house and that person is eating some type of food, they may look at it and they may drop that intention because they feel influenced by the outside. So the key to this is being aware that when you decide to do something, you just do it. When you decide on something— and the word decision, as I've spoken about many times, means to cut off from— the idea is you cut off from any other option. If you have a pure intention for something, you will attain what you want as long as you quote unquote hold the frame. This means that even if doubters come in your way, even if people say things to you that kind of would put you off course, you don't listen to them because you have a deep follow-through and a deep decision to do so. Now, what do I mean more specifically about the idea of pure intention? Well, this means that you have a very strong vision for what you want to experience. You have a picture in your mind of what that is. You see, most people just simply don't even have goals. So think of this in the way that you can have a goal, but unless you have an intention to accomplish that goal, unless you have attention for the process, that goal may never come to pass because there's no energy being flowed in that direction. Now I've actually recently changed a little bit of my perception of the idea of desire, how desire fits into this whole process and how we can actually have a much more powerful way of going about it if we have a more neutral point of view, a more subtle type feeling underneath what we do rather than thinking that it has to be some like blissful type, you know, high energy zap that we put in that direction because I'm just being practical about it and I believe that it's about that practicality of that subtleness. So for example, we may believe that when we attain a certain amount of money in our life that it's like this blissful feeling. You know, once I'm making you know, this much per year, it's this blissful feeling. But the thing is, is when we take steps in that direction, by the time that goal comes here, it feels very natural. You want to get to a place to where your goals and your outcomes feel natural, because if that goal is too far away, you lose energy because you don't actually believe that it's something you can accomplish. If the goal is underneath where you can actually attain, you won't even feel inspired to begin with. Find that sweet spot of wherever that goal is and set an intention for you to accomplish it. And then what you do is you take action every day towards it. You take action, you put energy into it, and you start to move in that direction. So normally I would say that desire is a very good thing and you want to have as much desire as you possibly can. Now the thing with this is that desire is not the thing that actually gets you what you want. If I were to put and say I have a desire to put my arm up right now, I can have all the desire in the world, but that means nothing until I make the intention to do so. Because once I make the intention to do so, my arm can then go up because I'm actually implying that pure intention. Now I have a pure intention when I put my arm up. Right? It's just a pure intention. That's all it is. If I want to go get the newspaper, I have a pure intention to go get the newspaper. I don't have to think about it too hard, but the thing is, is when we start to do something that's less believable for us, something that we give what I call excess importance, too much importance, what we end up doing is a lot of times there's a lot of beliefs and there's a lot of doubt that comes with that. So the key to this then becomes, how can I neutralize the things of my goals? Or how can I not make them more important than they actually are? Because the moment we make it too important is the moment we start to distance ourselves from it. It becomes much harder for us to connect to it because we're giving it excess meaning. Now this is all coming from a book called Reality Transurfing and it's written by a quantum physicist in Russia. It was recently transcribed into English and a whole bunch of other languages. Kind of, it's a little bit more esoteric, a little bit harder to understand, but I've been applying it in my own life. And using this idea of what I'm telling you right now is something that's really changed a lot of things for me. It's allowed me to see it from a more holistic point of view rather than thinking that I have to get from here to there and I have to jolt myself with like this crazy amount of, um, determination and almost like I'm not where I want to be already. But what I'm learning is how to put in this observation point of view, how to become more neutral in the standpoint, how to become more aware of that. And the thing that's really helping me is understanding this part of intention and almost making it the goal, something that's right in that sweet spot, something I can take action with every day and make it more about the process than anything else. So when I say the process, what I mean is a lot of times we have a goal. We might have a goal to make a certain amount per year, but the thing is, is the amount of money that we make per year isn't really a goal. Because money is a side effect of energy. Money is a side effect of the value we provide to other people. When we start to reorganize this in our mind a little bit, then we can see the real goal is something completely different. My real goal is to travel, is to speak to people, to do seminars, is to share content, is to create videos, is to create content, is to do all of these things that's kind of under the same blanket. but that's my real goal. And maybe there's certain milestones in that goal. Maybe it's to get and to be at a certain level, but nonetheless, that's more of the goal than just the money that comes from it. Start to see money as more of an energetic thing. When you are aligned to your passion, when you are excited about what you're doing, money comes from that anyways. That's a natural side effect of what you are putting out into the world. And when you do that, intention will be much easier. And it will be much more pure because it's coming from a much more powerful place. So realize that with intention, many times there's some certain emotions that might come up. You might feel certain beliefs kind of pop up. To make it pure, neutralize it, observe it, realize that you are already whole and complete. Realize that just as you might have the intention to put your arm up right now, It's a pure intention. There's no, there's no beliefs really. Can I put my arm up? Can I put my arm up? Well, what if I do this? Should I feel guilty about it? What will this person think? It's just pure. Put my arm up. In the same way, you can apply that towards just about anything and think about it more in that way. Lessen the degree of importance of a lot of the things in your life and realize you are already whole and complete. Realize this moment is already whole and complete. That when you desire to get somewhere you aren't already are, what happens is you create resistance because you're saying where I'm at right now isn't as good as right over there where I'm making that much per year. Make it more about the process of getting there. I love what I do because I get to create content every day. I get to wake up and do it just like I did today, and that's part of the process. That's part of what I love to do. So what I encourage you to do is to find out what you love to do. And understand that as you find out what that is, you're going to start to have more of a pure intention, a pure intention void of importance, void of excess desire, excess meaning. Put it more as just a part of who you are. Link it to your excitement. Still feel excited, still feel peaceful. I'm just being practical about it because we aren't going to attain a level of just like ecstatic blissfulness. Towards our goals all of the time. And when our goals get here, we'll realize that we're more set ourselves up for the way that it's really meant to be. And as we do that, it gets easier and easier. Now, if you want to know how you can change your self-image, which is a very important part of this process, what I've done is I've created an MP3, a free guided meditation that you can listen to every single day. It will help you reformat the way you see yourself. Understand that our self-image is being projected out to other people, is linking up with opportunities in our life, and when we change our self-image, everything in our life will begin to change. Now also understand that our subconscious mind is running most of our life experience, but that we can influence it by using certain techniques. We can influence it by listening to it certain times of the day, like right before we go to bed, and that's something that I've created in a free MP3 for you to download. It's in the description box below. You can download it. You can allow yourself to change your subconscious mind. You can change the way you view yourself, and as you do that, everything in your life will begin to change. I recommend you listen to it for 21 days, and then after that you should be able to see yourself in a completely new way, find new experiences in your life. So you can go and download that in the description box below. And other than that, as always, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Feel free to like this video if you guys liked it.
