When you're being authentic to who you are, when you are expressing yourself vulnerably, it's an attractive quality. And even if it is also a negative quality to some people, those might not be the people that you want to connect to. Isn't it interesting that sometimes it's like we're trying to get people, you know, people's approval or validation, not even realizing that maybe those aren't the right people? There's like this filter that we naturally have where we put ourselves out there and we will repel certain people. And what if it's not a problem that that's the case? What if that's actually a solution? Because you can only have so many people in your life. You can only have so many friends. And if we are trying to control that dynamic, that creates resistance. But if we just trust that I'm going to be authentic, I'm going to be vulnerable, I'm going to be present, what we then do is we have a natural filter.
