Complete Guide to Feeling 100% Whole and Complete NOW

Aaron Doughty argues we're born whole but conditioning creates the illusion of lack. By observing thoughts instead of identifying with them and adopting the belief that circumstances don't matter, only your state of being, you can shift from ego-driven thinking to broader consciousness and experience total completeness.

This video will show you exactly how to feel 100% whole and complete. I'm going to share with you ways of transcending the thinking mind so that you can feel like who you are meant to be and really embody presence. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you an understanding that can transcend the mind when it comes to thinking about ourselves and feeling 100% whole and complete. Now I've done videos on this idea before and I've done it when it comes to understanding trust in ourselves, like how can we trust ourselves more. Now in this video, what I'm going to be doing is showing a shift in awareness that you can have about yourself that transcends all of the thinking, that transcends all of the labels of all of the definitions that we have and will really allow us to be more present to the moment and to feel completely integrated into who we are. Now understand that not feeling whole and complete is always a matter of the mind. We are born whole and complete. We are and have that as a natural byproduct of who we are, and that's our natural state of being. Now the idea is that we become conditioned growing up because when we grow up, we may have certain reference experiences, certain memories that show us and prove to us that we're not whole and complete, and we may become attached to certain labels that say that we're not whole and complete, or we may see certain Disney movies or movies in general of somebody that's not happy that meets somebody that is happy or meets somebody and then they are happy together and they live happily ever after. And we kind of have that story, that narrative in our head, and unless it goes to that blueprint, we assume that we can't feel whole and complete already. That's all conditioning. That's all of the mind. Now let me propose this idea to you. We may think thoughts, but we are not our thoughts. Not feeling whole and complete is a product of our thoughts. It's a product of our thinking. When we learn how to observe our thoughts, we shift our level of awareness to a more expanded point of view, and when we do that, everything begins to change. Now, the power of this and the reasons we can do this is because the moment we do this is the moment we transcend Labels. It's the moment we transcend definitions. Our definitions create our reality, and when we are identified with our definitions, that will continue to perpetuate itself out. And the key is to transcend the labels, to expand the labels, to expand the definitions, and to get to the state of being that is more in observation. So if we train ourselves to be more in the state of being, of observing our thoughts rather than reacting to our thoughts, we then change the whole script. Now in general, we on the inside will feel a certain way depending on how we are relating our inside to the outside. So the inside to the outside, that barrier is the gap between how we normally feel, but there's a powerful understanding that can change the whole way that you relate your inner world to the outer world. That is this one mantra. It's a mantra that I live by. It's a mantra that I've talked about many times before. It is that circumstances don't matter. The only thing that really matters is your own state of being. So no matter what is happening on the outside, as long as you always bring it to the inside and you realize that you have the choice to choose how you respond, that's how everything will begin to change in your life. And now this is irrelevant to this video because many times something might happen and we might assume that our inner worth is dependent on the outer circumstances. You know, if we're single, then we don't have someone in our life and we're not whole and complete. So that meaning that we give, that gap that we're feeling is that lack of worthiness. Now we can feel worthy by bringing it back within, by bringing it back to our core, by having this level of awareness and understanding that you can be grateful for who you are. You can be grateful for the different characteristics you have. It's if we're not feeling whole and complete, it may be because the focus we're looking through, we're focused on aspects of ourselves that don't serve or focus on aspects of ourselves that are out of alignment with who we really are. You know how you feel about yourself and you can really tap into whether something is true about yourself with how it feels. If you look at yourself and you feel grateful for the way you are, that feels good because of that emotion you feel, what you're focused on is in alignment with who you really are. If you look at yourself and you're judging yourself, you'll feel negative emotion. That is because that perspective is not in alignment with who you really are. Pay attention to the perspectives you have with how you feel, and you'll see that when you bring it back to the core, when you bring it back to who you are, you start to feel completely different about yourself. So this is really a matter of self-discovery. This is really a matter of just becoming aware of what we think about ourselves and understanding that as you shift your perspective from the thinking mind to the observation mind, everything begins to change. Now, the other good part about this is as you do this, you will be shifting your consciousness. You will be shifting your awareness. You will be seeing yourself in a completely new way. You'll see other people in a new way because of this. This is a shift in awareness that brings with it a feeling of being 100% whole and complete. When I made this awareness shift years ago, it changed my whole entire life. And now I go back into it more and more because I'm more aware of it. That's why awareness is power and awareness is key. And the more that I do it, the better that I feel and the more conscious awareness I have over what I create in my life because it's coming from a very different place. I do things because it's not getting me somewhere that I'm not already. I do things because it's about conscious awareness. I'm aware of what I'm doing. I'm aware of the reflection I'm getting in my life. I'm aware that life is a reflection of what I believe to be true. That's where the power really is. So this is why I think that one of the most powerful things you can do to feel 100% whole and complete is to not identify with your mind. You know, Einstein said that you cannot solve a problem from the same level of thinking that it was created. And that's the same thing in this situation. We can't solve the problem or the challenge of not feeling whole and complete by thinking about ourselves in a new way. They may help. Perspectives may help shift the focus, but it might be momentary. Momentarily. And the key to this is to shift our awareness, to shift our awareness from thinking, to shift our awareness from the future, from the past, and bring it to the present moment. Bring it into this shift of awareness. Bring it into who you really are meant to be, and you'll find that everything begins to change. And this simply comes from the awareness that you are not your thoughts. The thought that says, that says you are not enough. The thought that says that I need somebody else in my life. The thought that says that I need this to be happy. That's not you. That is a thought that the mind is thinking based on identification. And when you become aware of it, when you learn to observe those thoughts, that is a different level of awareness because you can think thoughts, but when you observe the thinking of the thoughts, You've already expanded your level of consciousness. You see, the biggest con of life is that people have become bought into thinking that they are their egos when our egos are simply tools that allow us to relate and to focus our consciousness in a specific way. Now, the problem with this is that the ego creates separation. Because then I can look outside and I can look at other people and assume that they are separate than me. And an idea for a different video, we can go deeper on this if you guys want, is understanding that we are all one consciousness. We are all connected. The only thing that separates us is our own minds. It's our own definitions. It's our own labels. And that's something that the ego identifies with. But the moment we realize that we are consciousness, that we are a more expanded being, that we aren't just this limited person, we are immortal spiritual beings having temporary human experiences. And when we bring the awareness back to that, we feel more expanded. We feel whole and complete because reality becomes a dance. Reality becomes something that we're constantly flowing with because it's consciousness. It's who we are. Everything is an extension of ourselves at a deeper level. Now, not the part of the ego self. It's a deeper extension of ourselves at a deeper level. So with this, understand that it's a two-way street. It's a, it's a double-edged sword. It's, it's a, it's a really good thing because what happens is as you shift your consciousness, you are also feeling whole and complete. Get back to your core. Get back to the awareness that you are much more expanded than you think you are. When you become aware of that perspective of spirit, of the more expanded you versus the little ego you, which we all have— I have a little ego me that's hammering down on work ethic, that's, you know, becoming successful at what I do, all of this little ego stuff. Isn't really who I am. It's just a byproduct. It's just a part. It's a small fraction. And if you shift your perspective to that outer, that outer ring, that more expanded point of view, you'll find that you start to feel completely different about yourself. And that when you do that, everything will change. Now, another part of this is that our subconscious mind runs over 90% of our life experience. Now there's ways of influencing our subconscious mind in a powerful way, and what I've done is I've created a meditation that uses NLP, which is called neuro-linguistic programming, to disassociate from the old self-image of not feeling whole and complete. That is something that I want to offer to you for free that you can listen to. I recommend you listen to it for 21 days as you're going to bed or just throughout your day. Listen to it in meditation and you'll find that over that 21 days you begin to change the way you see yourself and everything begins to change because you actually start to penetrate the subconscious So that's something you can download below in the description box. I'll have it in the very top for you. Something I think can change your life and it's something that I really just want to offer to you guys to add value.
