Fastest Way to Turn Dreams into Reality (Just Do This)

In this self‑help video Aaron Doughty outlines a practical framework for turning a personal vision into tangible results. He begins by stressing the necessity of a clear, specific vision as the starting point for any creation. He then argues that the speed of implementation—starting immediately, even imperfectly, and learning through action—is the primary accelerator of progress. Doughty introduces a pain‑pleasure reframing technique: consciously associate intense pleasure with actions that move toward the vision and intense pain with stagnation, procrastination, or habits that pull you away. He illustrates how this mindset shift can be applied to health, fitness, creative work, and social environments. Finally, he emphasizes continual revision, editing, and maintaining laser‑like focus, urging viewers to go “all‑in” on themselves by committing to massive, consistent action and constantly recalibrating toward the desired outcome. The video ends with a call to like, subscribe, and apply the steps.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you the fastest way to turn your dreams into reality. Now I believe this video can give you a game plan for understanding that there are certain things that if you do, you can expedite the results that you're getting from from something that you are visualizing, something that you want to create, to then making it something that's very real and something that is realistic. Now this has to do with understanding, first off, the vision that we have for what we want to experience. Many times people just simply don't have a vision, and it was me for years. I had and knew that there were certain things I wanted to do. You know, I want to share these ideas with people. I want to put out content. But what I didn't understand was that the having the vision is the first start of the process and the vision itself gives you something to move towards. So first off, the first thing I encourage you to do is to simply have a vision for what you want to experience. Maybe that's a vision to be a certain weight or it's a vision to do what you want for a living or it's a vision of having a certain lifestyle or maybe being in a certain type of relationship. Now instead of just generally knowing that maybe is what you want, simply decide that this is what you're going to begin to move towards. You need something to move towards, and that's why the first step has to do with our speed of implementation. The idea is how quickly are we taking action towards it? Now me, for years, sometimes I think, because I knew for about a year, maybe a year and a half, that I wanted to create videos online. But there was something that stopped me from doing it and it has to do with having the theoretical ideas. It has to do with thinking that I can wait till it is exactly perfect, but what I want to encourage you in understanding that the best thing you can do is to simply start now, that you learn as you go, but by starting now you are beginning to get the reference experiences towards taking action towards your goals and that from that point you can begin to revise it and edit it. but you must first off begin and simply start. Sometimes I wonder that if I was to start a year before of where I did, where I would be today, I would most likely be much further along because I would have so much more momentum. I would have so much more learning experience, and this is also something that many successful people that have had a lot of success or that have acquired and done amazing things in their life, one common trait they have is their ability to implement at a very fast rate. So what we must do is first off realize that how quickly are we able to start, how much action can we put behind what we are doing, and the more action that we put behind it, the more likely we are to get the results that we want faster. Now the second part of this has to do with our pain and pleasure mechanisms. Now every single one of us are wired in the same way when it comes to our motivation mechanism. Now what this means is that we will always do everything that we can to move towards pleasure and we will do everything we can to move away from pain. Now what we associate pain and pleasure with will depend on person to person. Now the best part about this is that we can decide what we associate pleasure with and we can decide what we associate pain with. If there's a certain vision that you have of what you want to create, What you can begin to do is to associate massive pleasure with moving towards that vision, massive pleasure with any action that will get you closer and closer to attaining that vision, and begin to associate massive pain with remaining stagnant, with procrastination, and doing any activities that move you away from whatever that vision is. Now I had to switch a lot of these around. I realized that the more action I took with creating creating videos, the more pleasure I associated with creating videos, the more benefit and the more I started to enjoy the process. Now of course, creating the videos is a part of my passion to begin with, but in the beginning it wasn't natural for me and in a certain way I had an associated pain with doing it because of the frustration of not getting the results I want or whatever it was in that aspect. But what you can learn to do is to associate pleasure with the actions of getting closer to doing what you want to do. Maybe it's painting every single day. Maybe you already are passionate about it, but maybe you associate pain with doing the minute things you might have to do. Maybe you have to create a webpage. Maybe you have to start to take pictures more. Maybe you have to market yourself in a certain way and that seems painful because you don't know how to do it because it's uncertain. What I would encourage you to do is to write and find people that are already doing what you want. Maybe they already have an art studio. Maybe you see that they had to build. Their Instagram account a certain way, or they had to certain level market themselves in a certain way. Find out what they did and decide to associate massive pleasure with taking action in that way because you know that by doing that, it will bring you closer to that vision that you have. And at the same time, what we can do is associate pain with what doesn't serve us. Maybe there's certain people that you hang out with that are holding you back from accomplishing what you want. Maybe there's certain activities that you're doing that aren't getting you closer to what you want. What you can do is associate pain with that. This is something that you can apply towards anything at all. It could be foods. Maybe you realize that there's a certain type of way you want to look. There's a certain vision for the body image of who you prefer to be. What you can do is if right now it is very hard for you to eat healthy, start to associate pleasure with eating healthy. Start to associate pleasure with the vision of that body weight. And what you'll find is that that begins to pull you in a very fast way. You start to feel very motivated to eat in that way because you've associated a massive amount of pleasure with it. In the same way, associate pain with eating deep fried foods, with eating very heavy foods. As you start to associate pain to that, because you start to place the mental image of being at the same weight that you are now, or the mental image of not having the kind of energy that is necessary You will then start to move away from those bad foods and you'll start to move towards the healthier foods that will get you closer to that vision. You can literally apply this towards everything. I've applied it towards eating healthy. I've applied it towards an understanding that I enjoy and get pleasure from going to the gym because I associate that much pleasure towards it. I do it towards my work ethic. My work ethic over the last 6 months has been insane. Insane with how much I take action. However, I associate with it with pleasure simply because I know that that is getting me closer to my vision. It is something I've learned to love the process with, and therefore things are happening much quicker because I've created that motivation from within. You have the ability to simply decide that you're going to become who you prefer to be by associating massive pleasure in the direction of being and doing the things that are necessary to get the results that you want. Now, the final part that I want to talk about this is your ability to revise, your ability to edit, and to recalibrate yourself towards where you want. There are going to be roadblocks that happen. There are going to be things that happen that hold us back and that causes us to feel resistance. The idea behind this is the more that you simply decide that you are going to do what I call hold the frame, the more likely you are to get the results that you want. Don't let your focus waver. Don't let people talk you out of your own dreams. Understand that you must continue to have that laser-like focus in the direction of what you want, and that as you have that laser-like focus, amazing things can happen. For me, that was creating a video a day. That was taking massive action towards doing what I love. And when I decided I was going to treat my passion as if it were my full-time gig, that's when I started to get the results that I wanted. You have to go all in on yourself. And the easiest way to do that is to decide first off your speed of implementation. You're going to take massive action. You're going to start now, not when all everything is perfect, not when everything aligns up for you. Realize it's not about perfection. It's about taking action. And revising as you go. That secondly, what you can do is decide you're going to associate massive pleasure with all the actions that are necessary to get you closer to your goals. You're going to associate massive pleasure with the vision you have of what you want to experience. That is going to pull you towards it in a very powerful way. And at the same time, you're going to associate massive pain with all the things that are holding you back. With all the foods that don't give you the energy to do what you want to do. You're going to associate massive pain with being around people that bring you down. And as you start to do this, you will start to link up and align yourself with who you prefer to be. This has been the major game changer for me. This has been something that has expedited the results that I've gotten, and I encourage you to apply it and understanding that you can become the kind of person that you prefer to be by simply deciding you are worthy, you deserve it, and all you have to do are these steps that I've given you today. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it, subscribe if you haven't already, and as always, I will see you guys on the next vid. Peace, much love, and namaste.
