In this video Aaron Doughty explains a practical framework for merging one’s beliefs with one’s desires so that the Law of Attraction can work effectively. He begins by describing a model where a person’s current reality is a reflection of who they are being, which is composed of three pillars: beliefs, self‑image, and actions. Desire is presented as a compass pointing toward an emotional state or outcome. To align beliefs with desire, Aaron advises first becoming consciously aware of limiting beliefs by asking, “What would I have to believe to have this result?” and tracing those beliefs to early reference experiences. He then emphasizes the often‑overlooked power of taking massive, consistent action, arguing that action reshapes self‑image, confidence, and emotions, thereby pulling beliefs toward the desired outcome. Next, he introduces the “allowing” aspect: releasing resistance, deliberately feeling the emotions associated with the desired state (e.g., freedom, abundance) in the present, and using gratitude, environment, and supportive people to amplify those feelings. Aaron ties these elements together, showing how action generates emotion, which reinforces belief, creating a feedback loop that raises the probability of manifesting the desired reality. The video concludes with a call to consistently apply these steps—awareness, massive action, and emotional allowing—to transform one’s self‑image and attract the life one wants.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you how to align your beliefs and your desires into one so that you can then attract and create what you want in your life. Now, the main power of this video is going to be in understanding the mechanics of both of these and how they integrate into the process itself. Now, as I say in almost all my videos, we don't necessarily get in life that which we want, but we always get a reflection of who we are being. Now, who we are being is composed of the beliefs that we have about who we are, the self-image that we have, and the actions that we are taking. Now, this is So this is the model in the context for this video, and when we talk about desire, think of desire as the compass, as the end outcome that we are intending on having, or the emotional state of being that we are looking to have. Now, as we have that vision, what we then do is we move in the direction of that desire that we have, and what we must learn to do is to allow that by then moving our beliefs in the same direction. So sometimes we might have a desire that says, I want to make this much amount of money, or I want to do my passion for a living. And by having that desire, we must then align our beliefs to it. And if we have a belief that says that, well, this doesn't fit into the norm of how it's supposed to happen, you know, I grew up with the belief that you must go to school and do this and climb the corporate ladder. Having those beliefs won't serve in then stepping into the unknown and doing your passion for a living or the other income stream that you may be looking to create. The idea behind this is knowing that we must become aware of what definitions that we have about the way the world works and about the self-fulfilling prophecies that we have about who we are. And as we become aware of those, we can then consciously decide to put them in a new direction, to then put them in the direction of what we want to create. Now, in order to do this— and I have many videos about this, so I'll just kind of keep it short in this process, in this idea is we become aware of the beliefs we have by asking ourselves the question, what would I have to believe is true to believe this or to have this result in my life? As we ask those questions, our brain will look for the answers and then we become aware of the patterns we have. We become aware of what the answer is. Then we become aware and we bring the subconscious into the conscious. We can then see that many of those beliefs come from reference experiences from when we were young and we can simply decide that it was something that was on autopilot, but now we simply decide we are going to let it go. Now, the other part of this video I want to talk about, and it's something that is so often the missing link for people, and it's really underemphasized because a lot of people might not want to hear it, but a very powerful way to change your belief, to change your self-image, is to simply start taking massive action. This is what worked for me. This is the reason this channel has grown so much is simply because I very much applied taking massive action. I've created a video a day for about the last 4 or 5 months now, and it was something that I had to learn to do. I had to will myself to do it, but once you initially get into the pattern of doing something, it becomes easier as you go because it becomes a part of who you are. It becomes a part of your identity, and when it comes to action, realize that action changes so much. Action is a part of the being aspect of who we are being. Like I said, we don't always get in life that which we want, but a reflection of who we are being is what we always get. Who we are being, a part of that, and one of the most strong pillars is the action that we are taking. Now, as I create a video a day, that action puts me into the being state of who I prefer to be, and that's why now there is a new reflection that I'm starting to get in my life of being able to do my passion for a living. Now, this is so often the missing link for people, and I want to share it with you because it's just so powerful. Take massive action, and as you begin to do and take actions maybe you wouldn't normally take, it changes your self-image about who you are, and it starts to align yourself to those desires. My work ethic has changed dramatically over the last 6 months, and that has changed my self-image. That has changed how I feel about myself, the level of self-confidence I have, the kind of emotions that I feel, and that has aligned me towards more of that desire. So the being aspect is so important, and realize that when you begin to embody the action, that is a very strong determinant for the direction that you're going, and what you can then learn to do is to become aware of when it feels uncomfortable to take certain actions, and you can then align yourself by sometimes leaning into the action when it feels uncomfortable and knowing that that helps you redefine what you really prefer to believe, and that helps really define your self-image in a completely new way. Now, another part that I want to share is this allowing aspect. When it comes to allowing, sometimes it's not about implanting belief and really forcing it. Sometimes it's about just simply allowing it by releasing the resistance that you have, by getting and having more fun with the process, but not thinking of it so serious. Sometimes when it comes to the whole idea of beliefs, we can go through and analyze it so much and make it all about the mental aspects of it. It is more about the beingness with the emotion and the taking action, because the taking action will generate the emotion, and realize that whatever end goal you have, and this is a video that I recently released on a process more powerful than the law of attraction, is understanding how whatever outcome we have, whatever desire we can have, we can simply realize that that desire can be broken down into an emotion. The emotion from having an amount of abundance in your life could be freedom, it could be security, and you can start to understand that you can give yourself permission to feel more of those emotions right now in the present moment. By doing things that elevate that emotion, that as you do that, that increases the belief that you have about who you are and also the resonance for who you are being in the present moment, which then increases the probabilities of you experiencing more of that reality. So the idea behind this is that if you feel freedom, uh, you know, with the money that you want to create in your life, look for reasons and excuses that you can give yourself more of that freedom in your daily life. Could be simply being grateful more often for the abilities that you do have, such as a car that will drive you anywhere that you want to go. Therefore, you could go where you want and realize and feel abundance for that and feel gratitude for that. You could be around people that have more of that positive energy. You could tailor your environment to the kind of books you read. There's so many ways that you can align yourself to that, and the more you give yourself the ability to feel that emotion and the more action you take, the more increased probabilities you have of experiencing that desired outcome. So this is the process that I've used. This is something that's really allowed me to embody who I prefer to be. Action is something that's very underestimated by people and really underemphasized. I encourage you to simply decide to take action, to do it consistently, and to see how it changes the self-image that you have and how it changes your life in a profound way. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoy this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it. Subscribe if you haven't already. And as always, I will see you guys in the next vid. Peace, much love, namaste. All right, bye.
