In this solo self‑help video Aaron expands on his earlier discussion of manifesting with parallel realities, focusing specifically on how to reshape one’s self‑image. He explains that we constantly shift between parallel realities and that our sense of continuity is maintained only by memory. To move into a preferred reality, we must act as the ideal version of ourselves—feeling the emotions and thoughts of that version—thereby creating new momentum that pulls us toward that reality. Aaron emphasizes that many people cling to past identities, which perpetuate limiting beliefs through neural memory networks. By reframing past experiences as merely one probability and consciously letting go of those identifications, we can change our self‑image in the present moment. He illustrates the method with two examples: quitting smoking by recognizing that the smoker identity is no longer true, and a personal teenage anecdote about feeling unworthy after a rejection, which he later released by seeing it as a past probability. Aaron outlines practical steps: feel the associated emotion, become aware of the limiting story, release it, and then act as the desired version of yourself—visualizing habits, behaviors, and opportunities of that version—to shift into the new parallel reality. The video concludes with a typical YouTube sign‑off.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be talking about the idea of understanding parallel realities from a point of view of how can we change our self-image. Now this is kind of like an elaboration of the video that I did a week ago on manifesting using parallel realities. And what I'm going to do real quick is just kind of summarize the idea of that video so that I can then apply it and give you a general basis if you haven't watched it. The idea is that we're constantly shifting between different parallel realities, that what we think of as movement is actually us shifting through different parallel realities. And the only thing that really connects it through us seeing continuity is the idea of our memory. From this point, we're able to see that if we want to manifest the parallel reality we prefer, what we must do is actually be the perfect version of ourselves, of the parallel reality we want to shift to, in order to then begin to shift to that parallel reality, to feel the same emotions, to think about the same things that person, that version of us, would think about. And as we begin to do that more and more, we begin to shift ourselves to that parallel reality. Kind of a general basis for that video. But in this video, we're going to learn how we can really just let go of our past and the way that we identify ourselves to be, to change the self-image about who we are in the present moment. Now, this is from an understanding of the realization that we're constantly shifting and that a lot of what we experience depends upon the momentum that we have and also the way we identify ourselves as now. Now unfortunately, a lot of people identify themselves based upon what happened in the past. So maybe a certain experience happened that like drew down our energy of how we feel worthy, and because of that, we carry that around until we become aware of it and then choose to let it go. Well, this video is going to help us really let it go by not seeing it as the definite like past that we had, but letting it go and seeing it as just one probability. Now let me give you a very general answer or like example for this. Now imagine your intention is to quit smoking cigarettes, to let cigarettes go from the self-image that you define yourself to be. Well, a good way to use parallel realities, the idea of it to let go of the cigarette, is to first off realize that in the present moment right now, if you were to take the action and, you know, I guess it's kind of an action or an inaction, but the idea of not smoking cigarettes anymore, of throwing them away. That's not who you are, but then understand that the past of who you were, that reality, the timeline that you think of as your past is no longer who you are anymore. If you were to look at that and realize that you really never were smoking, the idea is it's much easier to let go of the idea of smoking cigarettes because there's not a story that's constantly being burdened down of I smoked for 15 years, or it's just hard to quit. Everyone tells me it's hard to quit. Oh, I'm feeling it. You realize that when you have a sensation that craves a cigarette, it's not something you relate to in the same way anymore because you realize that that's not who you are. You're not the type of person that smokes cigarettes. Now that's one example I want to give, and I've used this in my life in many different ways through getting rid of like beliefs that I had about how I identify myself to be. Really believes also about like the idea of worthiness. You know, like for example, when I was about 13 or 14 years old, I went to this like summer camp thing and I like one of the parks here in Las Vegas. And I remember that I, it was one of my first times asking a girl out and I was like 13 years old or something like that. And we were going to this dance thing and I went up to the teacher who was like this I guess what I would call hotter, uh, you know, she was like 19 years old probably at the time. I was like 13 and I asked her if she would dance with me and she kind of laughed and was like, uh, no, here's someone else for you though. And she grabbed like this girl that I didn't want to dance with that was like my age. Totally get it. But from my point of view, I realized that that was a story that for years up until just a couple of years ago, I was really able to let that go because when I would be in certain situations, well, you know, where I was, you know, intending to feel worthy around other people, I realized that that would kind of always get brought up to my memory. So what I chose to do is to see that as one probability, but it wasn't my, like, something I identified with anymore. It's not the real past that I think of in the same way. And because of that, I'm now actually able to be free of those ideas, because once I became aware of it, I realized it's not who I prefer to be. I don't prefer to continue to perpetuate that identity for how I relate to the world like that anymore. And because of it, it doesn't actually affect me now in the present moment. So realize that anytime we have a way that we define ourselves to be, it is going to project a certain momentum to the parallel realities that we are going to shift through, that when we change how we identify ourselves right now That's when we begin to have a new momentum. The key to this is understanding that as we change as people, as we change the way we identify ourselves, we are constantly shifting and having a new idea of past, the past parallel realities we were, what we think of as the past. Now understand that a lot of times the only way we relate to the world of the idea of our past is through neurological networks in our brain. It's like our brain. Is going to similar experiences in our, in our mind and tagging certain ways that we identify ourselves to be. And as it begins to do that, it continues to perpetuate the same effects over and over again. And those patterns continue to happen. So the key to it is just seeing yourself as having a new past, a past that maybe you prefer. If your intention is to quit smoking cigarettes, realize that in the moment right now, when you let go of the cigarettes and you throw them away, You no longer have to identify with the same past as a smoker. You are no longer a smoker. You've now shifted the past that you had to something else. You can then change it in the way that you identify yourself to be. And as you begin to do that and think of yourself in a new way, you begin to then have a new quote unquote future. So the power in this is realizing that the past of who we think we are is only being perpetuated through the idea of the neurochemicals network of our brain, the memories we continue to grab from those experiences. And when we become aware of this, we really start to give ourselves the ability to change how we identify ourselves and then to change any of the negative emotions that we may have felt that burdens us down. Now, this doesn't mean telling ourselves necessarily that like a new story and trying to cover up what happened. It means feeling the emotion, becoming aware of it, and then really letting it go. A lot of what we experience in our life has to do with the story we continue to tell ourselves, and that story is normally entangled with the idea of those things that happened to us and the way we identify and relate to those things that happen. So really realize that in this moment right now, use the idea of parallel realities as a tool to let go of the past of how you identify yourself. Put in a new way that you prefer to identify yourself as, and then in this moment right now, take action. As if the parallel reality you prefer were part of your reality. Imagine yourself. What would you be doing in the best possible version of yourself? Like, how would that person act? What kind of things would that person be doing? What habits would that person have? As you begin to do that, you then begin to shift yourself to having a similar type experience and draw in the opportunities that will help you grow and that will help you get there. And from that point of view, you really began to shift yourself. So that's it for today. Hope you guys enjoyed this video.
