How to Increase Belief and Faith with the Law of Attraction

In this instructional video, Aaron Doughty explains how to strengthen faith and belief using the Law of Attraction. He introduces practical mindsets such as "holding the frame" and trusting the process, emphasizing that internal change must precede external results, illustrated with a mirror analogy. Doughty discusses the importance of believing in a higher power—whether God, the universe, or a higher self—and how this larger perspective supports trust in the unfolding of desires. Drawing on concepts from Think and Grow Rich, he stresses a value‑exchange principle: to receive what you want, you must be willing to give—through service, sacrifice, or adding value to others. He advises observing and stepping outside the ego‑driven reactive mind to consciously choose positive thoughts, thereby creating a self‑fulfilling prophecy of positive outcomes. The video concludes with a call to action for viewers to apply these tools, maintain a positive state of being, and trust that the process will bring desired manifestations.

This video will show you exactly how to increase your faith and your belief with the law of attraction. I'm going to share with you some practical tools and mindsets that I've used in order to really do that so that I can attract what I want. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you those understandings as to how we can apply faith in a very powerful way, and knowing that as we increase our belief in ourself, as we start to trust the process, things start to happen for us rather than to us. And now with this, it's important to also understand that there is a larger aspect and a larger perspective to the things that are happening that maybe our conscious physical mind can't see. Maybe what we call our ego doesn't understand Why is this happening and why is this happening? But the way to go about it is to really know that we are going to be tested. Now this doesn't mean that we're tested in a way like a negative way. It simply means that under the old paradigm, once we are having a desire to break outside of that, in order for us to do that, there will be circumstances that show us that we are moving outside of that. And the key to this and the power of this whole video is understanding that when we do what I call hold the frame, when we trust the process, that is the most powerful thing we can do in the direction of faith, is knowing that as we hold the frame, we will eventually get the reflection that we want, but we can't look to the mirror to get the reflection. We must first change. This is an old analogy that I've used before, but if you're looking at a mirror and you want the reflection to change, we must first change before we see the reflection change. But many times when we don't have faith, what we do is we say we're going to change, but we keep looking to the outside to see if it's changed already. When in reality, first we must trust the process. We must trust that as we change our facial expression, as we change our internal state of being, the mirror will then have that reflection come back to us. So this is about knowing the process of what we define as positive, as negative. This is also about having a belief in some type of higher energy. Now, some people can call this something religious. This could be God for some people. This could also be the universe. This could be a higher self. Whatever it is, we must believe and know that there's a larger aspect that we can trust in, that we can have faith in. And even if this means that we're having faith in ourselves at a deeper level, the idea is that we understand that we can trust the process and and that we can really allow things to happen. There's been so many people that have come to me that I have talked to, especially over the last like 5 years, maybe even before I made YouTube videos, and they would come to me worried about something happening or worried about like maybe they got out of a relationship and they were worried that things weren't happening the right way. And the thing I always tell them is to trust the process. Trust the process because if you remain in a positive state of being, you are much more likely to attract circumstances and attract situations that will mirror back something positive if you are in a positive state of being. Now at the same time, if we choose our own state of being, what happens is eventually things will turn out to be a self-fulfilling prophecy with that. So it's almost like the definitions in our mind. If things are happening in a positive way or negative way, Whatever it is, we can simply decide that we're going to be in a positive state of being and we're going to give a positive meaning as to what these circumstances or situations mean in our life. And because of that focus, we will find it. Think of it, whatever we focus on, we will find. If we're focused on the negatives, we will find negatives and that will be a self-fulfilling prophecy. On the other side, if we look for the positive, we will find that. So the key to this is knowing whatever we focus on, we will feel. And if we simply decide that we're going to focus on the positive stuff, we will begin to find that. So faith is about the awareness that we can trust the process. There is a larger aspect of ourselves that we can trust in. Our ego mind, our ego is only meant to do a certain amount. We aren't meant to figure out how everything will happen. We are meant to figure out what we want, why we want it, and what we're willing to give in return for it. This is another thing that is very important. Anytime you have a goal, anytime you have a mental purpose or a major purpose, this is something that I learned from the book called Think and Grow Rich. Anytime you have a goal, you must be willing to put it out there. You must be willing to put it out there. What are you willing to give in return for your desire? Now, this could be simply that I'm willing to give away service in exchange for the growth that I have. I'm willing to give away and add value to other people. I'm willing to sacrifice my weekends. I'm willing to give away this time and put this 100% focus into what I'm doing. You see, as we sacrifice and as we give something in return, we realize that then we will actually get what we want. That's why I always say that adding value to other people is one of the most powerful ways to grow as a person, because what you do when you add value is you come through with the awareness that what you put out is what you get back. So what I encourage you to do is to look at what are you willing to give in return. Maybe your intention is to attract something into your life and you keep putting it out there and keep thinking about it intellectually, but your why isn't strong enough. You aren't willing to determine what are you willing to give in return. Are you willing to put in all your time, all your energy? Are you willing to give value to other people? Are you willing to see it as that emotional point of view? The thing with that is you put out is what you get back. So the key is knowing that, having the awareness and thinking in terms of value. Think in terms of energy, even if it's an emotional state of being, even if you're making people feel a certain way, maybe you're in the entertainment industry and you're making people laugh. That is an emotional exchange. Look at it from that point of view because It's much more powerful to see how you will add value to people rather than just seeing what can I take. I want to attract a car. I want to attract a house. It gets much more deep to the core of who we are and with the awareness that what we put out is what we get back. So what I encourage you to do is to really get in touch with an observatory point of view. This is what I talk when we learn to observe our mind rather than react. And the key to this is knowing that we step outside of our ego. We step outside of our reactive mind and then we can really determine what thoughts do we prefer to have. We can really determine what are our real desires, how can we add value to other people, and as we can then tell ourselves, I will trust the process. I might not understand how things are going to happen, but I do understand that what I want and why I want it is important and I know that. And then I'm going to take action going forward knowing things will happen when they are meant to happen. You can start to believe in yourself and knowing that yourself is not just your ego. There is a larger aspect to who you are and when you trust the process, when you trust yourself, things will really begin to happen for you.
