How to Increase Your Vibration and Raise to a Higher Consciousness (this changed my life)

Aaron Doughty uses David Hawkins' consciousness scale to map emotions from grief and fear to love and joy, then explains how meditation, diet, exercise, and your social circle shift your vibration upward. He claims collective consciousness is rising above the 200-point threshold.

Welcome back to another video. This one I'm going to be explaining to you guys some ideas that I've come to learn about this idea of vibration and then ultimately understanding how we can raise our vibration, raise our natural set point so that we feel good a majority of the time. Now, just a little bit of a backstory to this. Uh, years ago before I learned meditation, or actually right when I learned meditation, but right before that, I had a set point of feeling more anxious more of the time. I didn't feel as good all the time. I always kind of had, you know, not to completely discount this, but I've always had a little bit more of a positive outlook. But it was, you know, it's mainly because I've been through a lot growing up. So I kind of developed this way of looking at everything from a positive point of view. But I still would feel the emotions of not feeling so good or the emotion of feeling anxious. I know I felt like something was missing from my life and Because of that, my natural set point was feeling a certain way majority of the time. Now what happened was, is I began meditating and shortly after meditating for maybe 2 weeks, 10 minutes every day, uh, it was actually about 5 or 10 minutes in the morning right when I woke up and then 5, 10 minutes right before I go to bed every night. I just simply decided I was going to make it a habit and then I started doing it a lot and I just began enjoying it. I actually started to love the feeling of it and with that came certain realizations that I started to learn about myself. And from that, it allowed me to go from this place of feeling anxious and not so good about myself to then moving myself up to where I started to feel good a majority of the time. I almost thought it was too good to be true. I would walk around, I remember shortly after doing it, and my senses felt different. My senses felt like, um, more vivid. I felt like I was almost, uh, seeing things for the new, for the first time, or everything just felt sharper. If I felt my keys, it would feel sharper. It was just a more vividness to the experience that I was having. And what I eventually did was, as I realized, and you know, I was like, I hope this doesn't go away because I thought it could be temporary. I realized it wasn't. But what happened was that became my natural set point. So for the past 4 years, of course I still go through waves. I'm not saying I'm just always blissed out all the time feeling just like this amazing euphoria, but what I am saying is that I feel really good majority of the time, and a lot of that is because I've cultivated certain things towards allowing me to feel good majority of the time. So the idea is before, my set point was right around here, and then what happened was, is as I started to meditate and have these like awareness ideas about myself and started to kind of define myself differently, then it started to go up to where then I started to feel good a majority of the time, and I would still go through ups and downs, but the lowest I would go is almost still kind of the highest that I used to feel. So what I want to do is show you guys a process that you guys can use to help you raise your vibration. Now I read this book called The Power Versus Force. It's a book by David Hawkins. He was Dr. David Hawkins and he came and developed this understanding and really articulately showed this idea of understanding a scale from 0 to 1000. And on this scale are the different emotional states of being that we can exist in. And through the idea of kinesiology, this ability to understand muscle testing, and the reason and the way that they did this is through understanding that there's a correlation between the subconscious mind and the body. And if we can learn how to do a certain test, they can learn yes or nos to as what something is, and they can put things in the categories, which is what Dr. David Hawkins did. So I'm going to flash up a screen right now. I want to show you guys the chart that he uses, and I want to just explain a little bit of it to you so that you can also understand something about it. So I'm going to move over here now. I guess it's going to be right here that I put the, uh, the chart. And I kind of have the chart right here. I'm going to look at it, and then I'm eventually going to edit it and put that right there so you can understand it too. But you'll notice that on this chart, um, power versus force, the lower vibrational ideas of emotions are towards the bottom. And then after a certain point, once you get to 200, you then move into power. And then from 200 to 1,000, that's considered the higher vibrational or the power points of vibration. With this idea of this chart, you'll notice that the emotions that don't feel so good are at the bottom. Now the idea of grief, of apathy, of depression is towards the very bottom, and then you have fear, desire, anger, pride. Anybody that is having thoughts consistent to that and cultivating an environment that almost tailors those emotions might get caught up in feeling that way. Now what happens is, is once you get up to 200, you get up to courage. It becomes a little bit more powerful because then you start to kind of step into the unknown and knowing that you can really do whatever you're meaning to do. Then you get to a place of neutrality, which is being able to kind of observe and not necessarily let negative things weigh on you. Then you move up to willingness, acceptance, accepting the moment to be. That's why a lot of times in meditation it'll very quickly move you up to that place because you learn how to observe the thoughts and accept everything as it is. 3, you'll see that that exists at a 350. Uh, then you have reason, then you have love at 500. That's more of a higher consciousness point of view. Uh, then you have joy, which is another expression of love, a little bit more further up. 600 is peace. Then you have what is considered enlightenment, right at about 7, 750 going on up. People like Buddha, like Jesus, uh, in the book, David, Dr. David Hawkins talks about this. We're at that point of consciousness. We're existing in that frame. Now, just to kind of explain this, wherever we are on this range, We can move up through doing certain things and having a certain understanding or a level of awareness of how we can move up that scale. Now I want to point a couple of things out to you, even if this is just understanding the bottom levels of emotion of grief or apathy or shame or guilt. The idea is that fear or desire, maybe a desire to feel better, or the idea of anger— anger can actually be a better emotion and actually feels better to some people than people that feel apathetic. Now the reason this is, is because When you feel depressed or apathetic, it means you just don't care. Now, at least when you get to the idea and the feeling of anger, you learn how to take your power back because if you are angry, it means that you at least acknowledge your power to feel a certain way and your resistance. The anger is coming from that powerlessness, but there's a desire there to feel better. So the idea is that you'll see that there's certain characteristics or nodes between these levels of emotion that allows us to understand how we can move up this scale towards feeling better. Now, when I told you earlier in the past I felt a certain way majority of the time, I would say I probably felt more— there's a little bit of anxiety, so there's probably a certain level of fear there that was mixed in how I felt. So I was at more of the bottom of this, uh, this scale going with my ups and downs. But then I started to meditate and through meditation, You know, I learned neutrality, how to observe my thoughts. I learned willingness as I had a willingness to expand my consciousness. Then I had more acceptance of the moment to be. And then you have reason, which is understanding deeper meaning in things. That was one of the strongest points I had from the idea of meditation is learning this level of awareness. And they say that in this book, he explains that Einstein was at a 499. He was right below love because he was a genius. But because it was kind of wrapped up in the intellectual ideas, he was right at the verge of being on that level of consciousness of love. Now, one other thing I want to point out is that as time goes on, what he's proven in this book— and he died recently, but there's other people that have come to show the same idea of this muscle testing, which is, you know, using the subconscious mind to understand these ideas— is that the general sense of where our collective consciousness is, because they can measure this at a collective level, is showing that we're, as we used to be, uh, below 200, we are now moving ourselves towards having a higher level societal set point. So the idea is consciousness is continuing to raise now at a certain level. That's our collective energy. But as an individual level, we have a certain level of power over understanding how we can move ourselves up this vibrational scale or this idea of this key. Use this as a barometer to know how we can move our vibration up towards feeling better and better and better. Now ultimately, this is just the first video that I'm doing on this. I plan on making a series of showing us how we can use each of these emotions and move ourselves through meditation or through levels of awareness of understanding how we could feel better and move ourselves up the scale. And ultimately it's going to have us ascending our vibration or raising our frequency frequency towards feeling better and better. I believe that we can generate that state from within, from the idea of awareness or understanding these concepts. Now with that being said, how can we move up the vibrational scale? Well, uh, let me use this key again, this analogy of this scale that has been used. And what I want to say is that you can group some of these together and understand that there's a certain consistency to the the kinds of thoughts that are thought, and that as those are thought, there's a certain level of also type of not just emotions but patterns, habits that are formed from it. So it starts at thought form, and then what happens is the outer reflection tends to be something to where people then have certain habits that keep them entrained into those mindsets. You'll even notice that certain people will find themselves attracted to other people that are in similar mind frames or similar mind states. And the idea is that then it becomes harder and harder for them to break through that bubble because it's almost like, uh, they feel like they might be leaving their friends behind or, you know, something like that. But the idea is that one or two of the main fundamental ways we can raise our vibration is first off, understanding the effects of diet and exercise. I think that the whole bottom section can normally be transcended through understanding the effects that diet has on our body. So the idea of putting nutrient-rich foods into our body or putting in, having an output of energy to where we then feel and we're exercising, which naturally raises the hormones in the body, which has more serotonin and dopamine levels continue to spike. There's cortisol levels that drop, you know, from a mind point of view, neuroscience point of view. Those simple things alone will continue to raise the vibration. You'll notice that if people are feeling apathy, fear, anger, a lot of times that'll come from a shitty diet. The idea is that if we can come to be aware that maybe that's how we're feeling, we can look at our diet and say, is our diet reflecting this? Are we eating processed foods? Who do we see ourselves around? Not just our internal environment but our external environment. Who are we associating with? Are they people that generally feel more negative? Are we around people that bring us down almost down into those states of feeling like that, what we can then begin to notice is that we can tailor first our internal environment by putting nutrient-rich, dense foods into our bodies. This could be the idea of drinking green drinks more often, maybe cutting meat out of the diet, or at least cutting back on it. The idea is that if we can learn how to put more nutrient-rich foods into our body— and there's a book called The Ultramind Solution if you want to learn more about this— but the nutrients we put into our body directly affects the processing, the way that our brain works and the different parts of our brain and how they function. So if we can learn how to first off tailor what we consume and then tailor our external environment by hanging out with people that uplift us, or at least cutting out the people that bring us down or spending less and less time with them, we can then learn how to automatically move ourselves up to the next stage. Now the next stage I want to talk about is understanding maybe from courage to acceptance and reason. This can come from the idea of meditation. Now the reason I say meditation is because when we begin to go inwards, we begin to learn more about who we are and knowing more about who we are. We're then able to see and ask ourselves the question, are, am I living passionately? Am I doing what am I excited about? Am I seeing things from a new neutral point of view? Am I observing my thoughts instead of reacting to my thoughts? You can kind of gauge as to where where you are on this list and you can then see, am I cultivating and staying stagnant with my habits and my patterns of thought and certain emotions that are keeping me from moving to the next stage? So for example, maybe we have a little bit of anger about a certain issue and because of that we're not really able to get into the point of either neutrality or acceptance because we haven't accepted what has happened. We haven't neutralized it by seeing it from both points of view. So this could mean seeing something that appears to be negative, but seeing it from a positive point of view of how can I get positive out of this, even if the positive is a lesson. But the idea is that as we come to understand where we're thinking, we understand that our thought patterns, the habits that we have are forming our vibration of how we feel. We can then begin to almost redirect the energy of what we're doing, of what we're focused on. And as we begin to do that, we begin to notice that we literally begin to feel better. Each one of these categories is directly correlated to an emotion, and that emotion is something that we can feel at every moment if we get in the momentum. Now understand this: if we have a momentum of feeling fear or anger, we can't necessarily jump from anger to love immediately. The idea is that we can work through these emotions, we can move up. So if we feel maybe apathetic, we can understand that maybe feeling angry is an okay thing because then we begin to raise and take our power back, but then we don't want to stay there, but then we learn how to move up to then seeing it more as a neutral point of view. We see it more as something that we could grow from or something that has a positive in it, even if we don't see it or feel it right now. But the idea is that nonetheless, we then begin to move up the scale to where we feel better and better and better. Now they say that the higher up you go, the more the more people you affect. And the reason that is, is because we're all connected. And the idea is that as we raise our vibration, we're then able to affect more people in a powerful way. So really this is about understanding how we can move up this scale so that we feel better, but also understanding that as we do it, we will be more of service to people even at subconscious levels that we might not really even understand. And that's why somebody like Jesus or Buddha who's up above 700 has had an effect on millions and millions of people for decades, years, and millennia to come. So the idea behind this is understanding that we can raise our vibrational set point by having certain levels of awareness, by claiming and taking our power back, by choosing what we put into our body. We can choose not to eat certain foods that are processed, that give us certain level of acidity in the body. And I've done a video on alkaline water or having an alkaline body that you can check out if you want more information on that. But the idea is that as we begin to claim our power back, we then literally begin to raise our vibrational set point to where we begin to feel better and better. I will do more videos on this. I want people to understand that the power is within you to feel how you want to feel, to understand that we can move up this together, and that the more we do it and we make these changes on the inside, the more we begin to see circumstances molding that interior change we've made within our body. So I hope you guys enjoyed this video. There will be more to come on this idea. Feel free to like this video if you liked it, share it if you found it of value, and I'll see you guys on the next one. Alright, peace, much love.
