When someone says that letting go is hard, the question you want to ask yourself is, is letting go really hard? Here's the interesting thing. They've done exercises with this before where if you were to hold extremely tight to a pen for a few minutes, imagine clenching your fist with the pen inside of it for like 3 minutes, and then I tell you to let go. You want to know what would happen? It would take you a minute to let go because your hand would be so clenched because you've been holding on so long that what would happen is that pen would stay in your hand and then you would have to like let go. You'd have to maybe stretch your fingers and then you could let go. But it wouldn't be as easy as it would be if you just put a pen in your hand and told you to let go. Now, the lesson in this is understanding that these attachments you may have been holding on for a very long period of time. That meaning and that pattern of holding on for so long makes it challenging to let go. But even though you've been holding on for a long time, you can still begin the process of letting go.

If you can see this, you're about to become so magnetic you are unrecognizable
