How to Manifest Social Media Followers using the Law of Attraction

In this video Aaron Doughty explains how to attract more social‑media followers by combining the Law of Attraction with concrete, platform‑specific tactics. He argues that seeking followers solely for status or money creates resistance; instead, true growth comes from adding genuine value and sharing one’s passion. He illustrates this with examples (models, fitness influencers, Warren Buffett) and his own experience of growing a YouTube channel to ~170 K subscribers and an Instagram following of ~10 K. Key practical steps include posting daily to satisfy platform algorithms, crafting long, value‑filled captions, showing personality, and maintaining consistency. Doughty also stresses the energetic component: the feeling (state) you transmit through content influences viewers (state transfer). He advises focusing on positive feedback, ignoring haters, and reshaping self‑image through subconscious work, offering a free 21‑day MP3 to reinforce a value‑adding identity. The video concludes with typical YouTube calls‑to‑action.

On this video, I'm going to show you exactly how to manifest more social media followers using the law of attraction. I'm going to share with you some practical tools as well as some energetic things that if you could do will make a huge difference. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, we're going to be talking about the idea of social media followers with the law of attraction. I've had a couple of people ask this question on the channel. And I thought what I would do is kind of share with you my perspective about it and how I did it from a certain perspective. Now, there are certain tactical things that need to be brought into play, as well as energetic things that need to be brought into play. Now, let me first off say that the most common misconception is that people desire to create social media followers simply for the status. If that is what you're doing, that's the same thing as like just attracting money for the sake of of having money. Realize this: social media followers and money are both side effects of either adding value or of doing something that other people find credence in. Now, this is so important for understanding because people all the time make the intention about the money itself. Money has no inherent value other than what we give it. Even the idea of social media followers, It's only based upon the meaning that we give on having a big number on the follow section or having big subscribers on YouTube, whatever it is. So you'll notice that people that have a big social media following, most of them love what they do. Even if it's a model and it's someone that has maybe, you know, a million subscribers or a million followers on Instagram, even that model most likely loves the modeling process, loves getting her pictures taken, loves doing different, wearing different outfits or whatever it is. And people that are doing, maybe people that are in the gym and they're working out and they have a great physique and they have hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram, most likely it's the same thing. They love working out. It's their passion. And Instagram is a way that they can share that passion with the world. Even me growing my social media on YouTube, the way that it got big was I was so passionate about making videos. My primary intention was adding value to other people with the videos and the followers came because of that. And I had a deep understanding of that when I started. I knew that if I did it simply for the followers, it wouldn't happen and I wouldn't enjoy it along the way. You see, that's when it becomes the most resistance. When people want money just for the sake of money and they don't actually enjoy it, that's where the blocks come in and that's where they're not really able to experience it. Now look at even someone like Warren Buffett, for example. Warren Buffett loves investing. He loves trading. So he may have billions of dollars and he might always be focused on money, but that is his passion. Most people, their passion isn't to just focus on the idea of money. You see, the brain can logically understand money, but a lot of times the heart doesn't connect to it because the heart doesn't understand that abstract term. Now I'm using money as an example because you can also apply that towards social media followers. We might look at that and get a rush of dopamine in our mind because we see such a big amount of people following us, but the heart doesn't connect to it in the same way. That's why you must tag your passion into it. So the idea behind this is to create content on these social media platforms that are— you're passionate about, that add value to other people. That's what I'd say the biggest missing key for so many people on growing social media following is they're simply not adding value. Value to other people. That is, if that's the primary intention, you will grow. Now, how could you do this? Now I know it sounds like a funny idea, but even if you look at models, for example, the value that they add when they do it, it could be an artistic thing, could be just their passion, but a lot of people see value in that if they enjoy looking at those photos. So even though it might not seem like a direct correlation of value, that is adding value in itself. Now, the reason I say that is because you can look at this as giving value as kind of the leverage that you have, and by giving that value, people feel an inclination to subscribe to you. So I make videos on my YouTube channel that are geared at adding value. Every video has some type of value in it, has some type of practical tool in it that people can apply, and because of that, it grows at the rate it's been growing for since the beginning of the year. Now, same with social media and Instagram. I post videos on Instagram, I post pictures on Instagram with like long captions, and some people will be like, well, that's not the purpose of Instagram to have long captions. Well, if it adds value, people enjoy it. Now when I post an Instagram photo and I don't put a caption, people are like, captions please. Like they almost expect that now because in the captions I always intend to add value, a story, or something I've been through. So that's the energetic side of it. Don't be focused on the followers. Don't be focused on creating money or abundance from it. Be more so focused on your passion and sharing that, and it comes from a much different place and people will be naturally drawn to it. Now let's move to the practical side of things of how I grew my YouTube channel from zero subscribers to about 100 and like almost at 170,000 right now. So 170,000 subscribers on YouTube and then Instagram has been slowly growing. It's almost, I think, 10K, which isn't anything crazy, but it's because I, if I were to apply what I know with YouTube to Instagram, there's no doubt in my mind that it would grow very quickly. And this is something I'm going to be focused on. It's just so much time in a day and I have so many other things going on. Maybe I'll hire someone for it. But the idea is that if you apply this towards any social media, it will work. This is what you do. First off, you must do it daily. You must be very involved in whatever social media platform it is. Now, the reason being is because with all the algorithms, whether that's the Instagram algorithm, whether that's the YouTube algorithm, it will reward you for your consistency. It will literally suggest your photos more, suggest your videos more, the more that you post on it. So that's something that's important to do. And if you do that, you'll find that things begin to happen very quickly. Now the other part of this is always have the intention of adding value underneath the photos or underneath the videos, even if it's just a subtle understanding. You don't have to stress about this, but in general people can feel how people feel while they're giving information, if that makes sense. So like right now as I give this video and as I'm doing this video, you can feel the words that I'm saying more so than just the words themselves. Like intellectually you may, kind of understand what I'm saying, but the law of state transfer, which means the feeling that you have is going to be translated to other people. Now normally this is easily done through videos because you can really tap into a video and feel it, but photos as well. You can look at someone's face and feel, know how they're feeling, and it's kind of like this intuitive thing that you get, but as you have, and if you're putting that into the words that you say, it's the same type of thing. You can feel what the person is saying. In the form of a caption. So have an intention of being consistent with it and of adding value in whatever way that is. It's not like if you're a model and you take pictures that you have to think, how am I going to add value? How am I going to add value in every photo? But you think of it more so in the long term of passion. What are you passionate about? How can you share your passion with the world? As you switch it from what can I get from other people, what kind of followers can I get to subscribe to me? To what can I give to other people, you will then be putting out that energy and people will feel inclined to follow you. This is the biggest game changer. If you apply this towards any part of your social media, whether that be Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, whatever it is, it will work, but you have to stay consistent. This is an important part of the process. Consistency is key because with consistency people start to notice you and you start to create the buzz around your account and you're just literally shooting it out to other people because the algorithms are working themselves out and they are, uh, you know, sharing your content for you. So that's the easiest way to do it. That's the easiest way to get people involved. Show your personality. Don't be afraid to be different. Don't listen to the people that are maybe negative or the people that are maybe the haters. Understand that's going to come anytime you put yourself out there. And people are noticing you more, you're going to attract a lot of people that agree with you and a lot of people that don't. Now I've learned that I just focus on the people that gain value. You know, there's— it's funny because when I first started, I'd get hundreds and hundreds of emails of people that say very positive things about the videos, love the videos, you know, blah, blah, blah, change this for me, whatever. And that makes me feel amazing. However, one comment, and out of all like hundreds of those, would say something mean or say something about like the way that I look or something. And the idea is to just focus on the positive ones because if you focus on the positive ones, it kind of bleeds out the negative ones, but they're going to be there. Anytime I get a video to pop on YouTube, which means like I get a video that maybe gets a couple hundred thousand views in like a week or two, what happens is, is a video that gets that many views will bring in a whole bunch of people and even people that don't resonate with the video, they just click on it and they'll watch it and then they just, they comment negative things. You know a video has popped when there's just as much equal as positive comments as negative comments, and that just happens with growth. So understand the bigger you get, the more that will come, but learn to be centered in who you are and know that as you have the intention of adding value, of being passionate about what you're doing, as you switch the perspective from going from having social media followers and making money, put it more of how can I share my passion? And add value to other people and you're consistent with it, you go daily and you have that intention, everything will begin to change. Now, another part of this is understanding your subconscious mind and how your subconscious mind is running your life and your self-image is also part of the process. So if you change your self-image and your subconscious mind, everything will change. And that's why I've created a free MP3 that you can download in the description box below.
