If you don’t feel worthy of what you want WATCH this

In this self‑help video, the speaker argues that a person’s sense of worthiness determines the love, abundance, and opportunities they attract. He explains that feelings of unworthiness stem from early childhood experiences and inherited trauma, and he shares three transformative practices that helped him heal these blocks. First, he describes the Still‑Face experiment to illustrate how a caregiver’s emotional attunement (or lack thereof) shapes the inner child’s belief that something is wrong with them, and he suggests nurturing that inner child to restore worthiness. Second, he recounts a session with Mark Woolam, author of It Didn’t Start With You, highlighting how trauma can be passed down through generations and how examining the mother’s emotional state during pregnancy and the first five years of life reveals the root patterns that still affect us. Third, he details his experience with family‑constellation therapy in Sedona, where volunteers embodied his family members, exposing hidden dynamics and allowing him to physically feel nurtured by a “mother” figure. Throughout, he ties these insights to a broader spiritual framework of the Divine Mother and offers a guided meditation (available in his High Vibe Tribe community) that integrates inner‑child work, heart‑opening, and mother‑energy healing. The video ends with a call to join his free High Vibe 101 program to access the meditation and further resources.

You only attract in your life that which you believe and feel worthy of. The love you attract into your life, the abundance you attract into your life, the opportunities you attract into your life all come as a direct reflection of what you feel worthy of. Now, this is one of the biggest blocks for people when it comes to attracting more abundance, to attracting love, towards attracting opportunities. It's that if there is a feeling there that says, "I'm not worthy, there is something wrong with me," it's like the lens through which you see reality, it's always reflecting that back. You'll attract people into your life that don't choose you because how can they choose you if you feel unworthy? You'll attract people into your life where it's hard to set boundaries with them because you don't feel even worthy of setting boundaries. You may attract jobs that are just going through the motions, but you don't really actually feel fulfilled. You may want to go after your business or start your own business, but you keep coming up with imposter syndrome or blocks because deep down there's an emotion and a feeling there that says there's something wrong with me. Well, in this video, I'm gonna show you the most powerful insight I have ever had around this whole entire teaching. It is something that has allowed me to open up my heart more, to feel more worthy, whole, and complete, to attract more love, more abundance, more money, more friends, fulfillment in my life, more opportunities, higher caliber people that I enjoy being around. It changes everything when I show you exactly how you can heal this energy from the inside out so that you finally start to feel worthy of love, abundance, and the opportunities that you want to attract in your life. Now, to first off describe this and explain this, I'm gonna talk about 2 or 3 different things in this video. One, I'm gonna explain to you an experiment that simply watching and observing can completely change your perception as to your own inner child. And inner child healing is really where there's so much power in to feel worthy. Because ultimately there's a part of yourself that is in a way stuck in the past, that feels shamed, that feels like there's something wrong with me. And that part of you is the part of you that subconsciously is trying to fight for familiar. It's trying to fight for limitations. It wants to be right about reality. It wants to continue to blame mom and dad or the childhood dynamic, which now in the present moment may be blaming someone else, blaming the boss, blaming a job, whatever it is. Now then what we're gonna talk about is we're gonna talk about these two things that a friend of mine told me to do that also completely changed my life. One of them was a session with an author who wrote a book called "It Didn't Start With You" about how many of the challenges we work through are inherited trauma and ancestral patterns that have just been passed down. So we're gonna be looking at that in my session with him and what he revealed to me, which was mind-blowing. And then finally, we're gonna talk about something called family constellation that is a modality that almost boggles the mind, but lets us get back to the core so that we can really heal in a very powerful way to heal that inner child, almost baby part of us that feels not regulated in its nervous system. So that was a bizarre experience. So I'm gonna be sharing all 3 of those with you today with the intention that you are able to go deeper inside of yourself to really transform from the inside out. Now, the first thing I wanna share with you is that of something that is called the still face experiment. Now, the still face experiment, simply watching what I'm about to show you can have an effect on your own inner child that allows an opening to happen because you might find that there is a part of you that resonates with this child, that empathizes with this child, which points to maybe there's a part of myself that feels this way. So in the Still Face Experiments, they did this exercise between a mom and her baby. And what they did is they did this with many moms and their babies, but basically in this one video I'm gonna show you, you're gonna see a mom interacting with their baby. And what they did in the Still Face Experiment is 3 different parts. Now on the first hand, there is a healthy regulation and mirroring of the baby's emotions. The baby's going goo goo, gaga, the mom's going, like really responding and beautifully mirroring the baby's emotions. The baby might point, the mom will look, she'll go, "Where are you pointing?" And there's this whole interaction where the baby feels seen, soothed, heard, and nurtured. Now, part of the Still Face Experiment is the second phase. So what the mom does is it's interacting with the baby, the mom looks away, and then when the mom looks back, guess what? The mom has a still face, no expression whatsoever. Now, the baby is at first a little bit confused. The baby's like, "What the heck is going on? Why is mom not here?" So the baby's still kind of playful for a moment, then the baby tries to get mom to come back. So the baby does what are called protest behaviors. The baby may scream, may shriek, may try to bring mom back, and mom still has a still face, no expression whatsoever. So the baby continues to get more uncomfortable. The baby then points because mom will normally look. Mom doesn't look. Mom has a still face. So then what happens is the baby starts to go into a very uncomfortable position where eventually the baby is crying, feeling so uncomfortable because the mirroring of the emotions isn't happening. Her attunement to the nervous system is beginning to get more and more uncomfortable. And then eventually the baby tries turning around in her chair because what she is witnessing is so painful to watch that she can't even bear the sight of it. So the baby's spine contorts and she tries to turn around. Now what this shows is that the attunement to our mother or to our caregivers has a very powerful effect on our own energetic field. Now what it also shows is that there's this hypersensitivity to that of mom and dad, and that when it is not there, that emotional availability, that physical even presence, there may be some form of abandonment there where then what happens is the baby concludes 'there must be something wrong with me.' Because as little kids, we internalize everything. We think it's our fault. We see our parents in forms of, in a way, gods. They're gigantic compared to us. They're the ultimate source of authority and our survival completely bases off of them. So if they aren't meeting our needs in some way, we assume there must be something wrong with me. We completely internalize it. And part of the healing of this process is us nurturing that baby that you just saw, that baby inside of yourself, of nurturing, seeing, soothing, hearing, and really being with, present with that part of yourself that feels that it's internalized that inside. Now, the third part of this experiment is the mom comes back. The mom re-soothes the baby's nervous system. The mom comes back and begins mirroring it again, holds the baby. The baby, after a moment, feels relaxed and soothed and healed. Now, what's interesting is many of us may have had some form of that second part of the still face experiment However, we may have never had the third part, which is the reintegration with the mother energy. So towards the end of this video, I'm gonna share with you something that you can use, that I'll literally give you, that will help you to completely reconnect to that energy inside of yourself. It's one of the most powerful meditations I've ever created. It includes live music. It is a powerful reemergence with that divine mother energy. And I'll actually link it below, but basically it's in the High Vibe Tribe. It's a free community I have. I'm putting in something called High Vibe 101, which is a $1,000 course for free. And I'm looking for people to go through it. So if you join this program or this community, you'll get access to that as well, which includes meditation, module on meditation, module on self-image, reframing core beliefs, and part of it is what I'm talking about right here, which is reemerging to feel worthy, whole, and complete. So I'll go ahead and link that below and I'll remind you at the end of this video as well. Now, that is a huge part of the process is feeling and realizing that sometimes we may abandon ourselves to make everybody else happy. And we may internalize and think that the things growing up that happened were our fault. The divorce between mom and dad was our fault. Mom or dad physically not being emotionally available is our fault. One parent may not protecting the kids, it's my fault. Shame. And shame likes to hide in the dark. Shame says, I'm broken, there's something wrong with me. Now, let's move on to the second thing that I went through that completely shifted everything for me as well. Now, I had a session with a guy named Mark Woolam who wrote that book called "It Didn't Start With You." And ironically enough, I was doing a live event in, I was doing a live event in LA, actually, I'm in Los Angeles right now. And I was on this list to have a talk or a call with him. And he had like 3 months out was the earliest I could get. But funny enough, a week before the live event I ran with 300 people here in LA, a spot opened up and I ended up having a talk with him like a week before my live event. Which is really cool 'cause I got to share everything I learned at that live event. Now, one of the things that I found so interesting is basically it's all about how the inherited trauma patterns, ancestral energy, it's like not ours. It didn't start with you. And there's many times for between 1 to 7 generations, this energy may have been passed down. And one thing that I found very interesting, just to kind of summarize what I learned from him, is first off, The most important thing that he talked about was when your mom was pregnant with you, what was going through her head? What was the energy like? Was she stressed about having a baby? Was she excited for a baby? Did she think she was gonna be a good mom? What was her dynamic between mom and dad, your mom and your dad? Did she feel safe? Was there a miscarriage before you? And then 1 to 5, that's all he cared about, from 1 to 5 years old. I'm like, well, when I was 7 years old, I met my ex-stepmom and then till 17 and I didn't have freedom. He goes, I'm less interested in that. Between 0 to 5 years old is when the patterns to your nervous system are set and based on what happens there, that has a very powerful effect on your energy. And the pattern that you create within different relationships in the future. So it was very interesting as we walked through what was going on in my life between 0 to 5 years old. Now, a couple things that I noticed was one, that my mom, when I was 1 to 2 years old, my mom's dad passed away, who she had a lot of unresolved stuff with because she ran away from home when she was 12 years old. So when her dad passed away, it brought up a whole bunch of stuff for her. She told me she didn't sleep for like weeks and eat, and she was just kind of depressed. So imagine I'm 1 or 2 years old and my mom's going through this 'cause her dad just passed away and she just losing a whole bunch of weight, not eating. Imagine what kind of expression is maybe on her face. And of course she's doing the best that she could. However, that helped me understand more of 1 to 2 years old how maybe that attunement was, the feeling of, my mom told me eventually, I said, what was I like as a baby? And it was like a baby toddler. She goes, well, you were very quiet. You were very like intuitive and observant and quiet. And I thought that was interesting. I was like, really? Me, I was really quiet? Now when I was 2 or 2 and a half years old, my brother was born. And when my brother was born, he had asthma and he was always in and out of the hospital. And there was this energy where my mom was extremely worried about my brother almost all the time. So he got a lot of natural attention because also he was sick. So what happened though, when I was 2.5, 3 years old, is there was also a feeling of the energy, which was on me, is now all of a sudden completely gone and preoccupied with my brother. And what happened was there was a feeling, an internalization, that there must, you know, as kids, we don't understand, okay, someone's sick, someone needs to go to the hospital. There was also an energy where there was a certain amount of like almost drama with bringing my brother to the hospital and him being sick. And there was like a certain like type of attention that came with that. My dad was telling me, my dad told me about this. There's like a name for it, but it's like basically getting attention from someone being sick. And my brother naturally is really able to receive attention. And it's interesting because growing up, even after my brother was healthy, I always felt kind of guilty about getting any attention at all. And I would just kind of give it all to him. I would not want him to feel small. I would kind of deflect my own, like I'd be afraid to shine because I'd be afraid that he would feel small 'cause I felt like he needed the attention 'cause he was so used to it. So interestingly enough, when I was, 2 or 3 years old, that happened. There was a feeling of, once again, there must be something wrong with me. And then you move up to 5 years old and that's when my parents divorced. So there was a, also kids, many times parents divorce because there's something wrong with me. Maybe if I was better, they would've stayed together. So just up until 5 years old, those are different things that would happen. Now, another thing that he said was very important that I was completely kind of putting to the side is he said, when my parents divorced when I was 5 and I was going to my, I'd go to my dad's house for 6 days and I'd come back to my mom's house for 9 days in the beginning. And he said, 6 days is way too long to be away from your mom at 5 years old. The attunement to your mom energy, even though it was a divorce, I didn't really have control over it, but he said, that's a big deal. So basically a big part of the healing here was once again, becoming aware of the different patterns and the different energy dynamics that were there. And then we became aware that these same energy dynamics, by the way, from 0 to 5 years old, were almost the same exact energy patterns that were in my mom's life and my dad's life in their own way, just passed down. So once again, a huge part of the healing is in the awareness of the patterns and then realizing that the patterns are not you, they're not even yours. So there's a new attunement that comes when you learn how to retune your own nervous system to that of feeling safe, soothed, nurtured in the present moment, which at that meditation I'm talking about will help you to do that. And also having empathy for that little inner child. Now I can imagine my inner child from 0 to 5 and being present with that version of myself, then it's gonna be okay. Just being present, listening to that inner child part of me. Now the third is probably one of the most powerful experiences that I've ever had. It's called family constellation therapy. Now it's also connected, it talks about this in that book by Mark Woolam, but family constellation therapy is kind of bizarre, honestly. Basically what happens is it's a German process that has to do with people reenacting parts of your childhood pattern, familiar dynamics in front of you without them knowing anything about you. So what you do is I went to this place and what we did is there was that of 4 or 5 volunteers that are certified in this family constellation therapy. With one woman that was leading it, that was an expert at it, this German lady. I went to Sedona to do this. And basically what happens is I go into the living room at this person and there's 4 people there and then 5 including the leader, the person that's facilitating it. And what she does is she has me pick different members of my family to play different dynamics out. So we did my mom's side of the family. And here's the thing, I don't know, I know a little bit about my mom's side of the family, but not a lot 'cause she ran away when she was 12. And they said it doesn't matter because the energy is within your energetic field and that's what people are picking up on that are playing out kind of channeling this in kind of a non-woo-woo way. It's not like people like channel, like it's just an energy dynamic that plays out. So I picked, so first off, there was one person there that looked so similar to my mom energetically. And the lady knew too that I was gonna pick her to be, she specifically called this person to come because she knew energetically, 'cause I already had a kind of a one-on-one session with her that she'd be my mom energy, play my mom energy. So this one lady played my mom, someone played her dad, my mom's dad, my grandpa that I never met. And then my grandma, that's my mom's mom that I never met. And then someone played me and it was this 70-year-old guy that played me. And then what they did is they went, they spent a couple minutes getting in state and they go and they just kind of walk around and then they start without knowing anything about my family, by the way, without knowing anything about me or me, no story, no context. They just start to play this energy out. And it was very interesting. So someone is playing me and someone is playing my mom and someone playing my grandpa and grandma. And I became aware of so many patterns I wasn't aware of that made sense, but I was like, oh wow. Now one of the interesting ones is at one point, the 70-year-old guy that was playing me went up to my mom and my mom, she was like, the person playing my mom was very uncomfortable, was very like, didn't feel safe. She went through a lot of stuff when she was younger. So it was like this energy of like her just kind of inwards, kind of being in her own head, like, like not feeling safe, like kind of moving away like this. And then what happened is that the little me came and it was like trying to get mom's attention. And my mom was just kind of like this, like in her head going into her process. And this is just to play out the energy dynamics. Well, then what happened is that version of me, that 7-year-old guy walked away a little bit and then he came back again and the same thing, mom was still like in her process. And like the third or fourth time he came over, eventually he just said, screw it, screw it. And then he went and he started playing. Now what was interesting about this is he said afterwards, there was a debrief of it after all this. And he said, eventually I just said, screw it. And I said, I'm just gonna get really busy with my own stuff, which is interesting to me because I've had a pattern in the past where it's like the way that I like feel worthy and enough is I work, I focus on doing, taking action, making lots of YouTube videos, helping people, doing live events, going to the gym. Like he's like, I just wanted to stay as active as possible, which is interesting 'cause there's like, I realize sometimes I don't really slow down. It's like I go, go, go, go, go, success, success, success. Just trying my best to like stay busy. So that was a big insight. But the biggest insight was I became aware of certain pattern dynamics between my mom and her dad. And I won't go into that 'cause it's pretty personal for her and the family. However, at the end, what we did is I laid on the ground with that of my, I laid on the ground with that of my, with this lady that was playing my mom, which is kind of a weird thing just to be, just to, just, you know, it is ultimately a stranger and she was in a way 'cause my mom passed away like less than a year ago. So there was moments where she was saying things to me that were like verbiage of my mom, kind of felt like at some point she was channeling my mom. It was kind of bizarre. However, one thing that I did is I laid in her arms. The last part of it is I laid in her arms and she like nurtured me. And like, it was almost like I was playing myself being a little baby. And there was this shivering in my heart, shaking in my heart, and even a pain in my heart, which made no sense. I'm like, my heart is supposed to be opening. What is going on here? And then as I'm sitting with this lady, and this lady, like my head is like in her lap, and she's just like, I started to feel very nurtured though. And my heart started to open, but there was a pain there. And what was happening was there was this love that was coming up, this nurturing that was coming up, and I realized that there were times in my life that love, open-hearted energy felt uncomfortable. I've had a time, just to not to go on a whole tangent, but when I did plant medicine for the first time ever in 2017, I felt so much unconditional love that it scared me. It felt like a sharp pain in my heart. I remember that sensation and it was so weird to me 'cause I'm like, I was like, this is too much love. But really love was something that felt painful because it could maybe go away. Maybe it was hot and cold. However, what I did is I sat with that sensation and as I sat with that sensation, it began to dissolve, go away, and it began to open up more and more. And I felt this release. So when people say sometimes they wanna attract love, they wanna attract opportunities, they wanna attract abundance, what if that they're actually avoiding it because it may feel like a sharp pain in the heart? So the key is to actually go into it, to let yourself feel it. And as you do, it dissolves it and then you open up your heart to new opportunities, new situations, and new things in your life. So reconnecting and feeling worthy is much about reconnecting to the own, your relationship with the Divine Mother, whether it's your mom in this life or Mother Gaia, the planet Earth, the Divine Mother as in Paramahansa Yogananda talks about in Autobiography of a Yogi, very powerful book. The Divine Mother is an archetype we can also connect to. The Divine Father, which represents stillness, purpose, safety. You could think of the Father as God. Mother, Divine Mother can also be God, but what I mean is like the stillness, like you can develop a powerful relationship with the divine and with the mother, with earth, which is also the divine. And you can begin to heal these energies in yourself because I find that any resentment, any energy, any, drama between you and mom or you and dad can affect the woman and, and mother energy. A lot of times is reflective of our dynamic with relationships in general. It represents relationship. It's our first relationship when you come into this world is with our mother. With father, it can represent that of purpose and of money. And if you don't feel safe with purpose or money, you may try to create it in your own ways. They become codependent in certain ways. So developing healthy dynamics with these two areas of our life will also affect other areas of our life. So one of the most powerful insights you can have is around this of what I'm talking about is about feeling and healing the energy of love between you and the Divine Mother, you and your own mom. And as you do, you begin to feel worthy, whole, and complete, and you can soothe. So it's about developing a relationship with this own inner child to help them feel soothed, seen, heard, and nurtured. Now that meditation, I have an inner child meditation in High Vibe Tribe, and I have a meditation that's from a live event that I did in LA in August of last year, where someone, I have my friend Patty come in, she sings a song as we get into this certain type of meditation to represent and to channel the energy of the Divine Mother. It's one of the most powerful meditations I've ever made or ever collaborated with, and it's gonna be inside that group under guided meditation section in High Vibe Tribe. So you can check that out there. And if you wanna see more from that clip of this whole thing I talked about from the live event in LA, then what you could do is go ahead and watch this video right here. So empaths, people that can feel other people's energy, this is both a superpower
