If you feel STUCK in Low Vibration... WATCH THIS!

Aaron Doughty explains that feeling stuck comes from attachments to outcomes and stories you tell yourself, not from actual circumstances. He maps emotions on a Chart of Consciousness from shame to enlightenment, and offers two ways to raise your vibration: meditation to observe thoughts without judgment, and reframing the beliefs behind your patterns.

It's going to help you to become more authentically you and how you can also know how to be in more alignment, more unapologetically the real you than ever before, and I'm going to show you step by step exactly what to do in this video. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now, this is what I have noticed the most about when I feel stuck. Anytime I feel stuck, it is because I am attached to something that is keeping me stuck. And what I'm attached to is either a label. It might be an attachment to an outcome. It might be a limiting story or belief. Whatever that attachment is, that is what's keeping me stuck. It can even be you simply feel stuck because you are attached to believing you are stuck. It's almost like believing that whatever we are feeling, when we feel like we're stuck in low vibration, It's— we're assuming that being in low vibration is not a part of the process. It's not supposed to be there. And therefore we tell ourselves, I'm stuck. I'm stuck in this low vibe. I'm stuck around people that are dragging down my energy. I'm stuck in this situation or this job that I don't like. And because we believe we are stuck, we are literally blocking out other people from coming into our life, other job opportunities from coming into our life. And it is simply because we are attached to some thing that is keeping us in low vibe. You see, raising our vibration, also raising vibration is not about climbing a ladder and getting to the next level of consciousness. Raising vibration is simply about letting go of what no longer serves, letting go of attachment to outcome, attachment to a person, attachment to a story, also meaning attachment to meaning, some meaning we give to maybe the past of things that have happened or the meaning we give to different situations that are happening right now in our life. These meanings are causing us to feel stuck. And in this video, I'm gonna show you how to easily release those meanings, easily release those attachments so that you become free. When I learned what I'm about to share with you, my whole entire life transformed. I had a painful past with the whole ex-stepmom situation. Many of you've seen my videos, you know about that. Having no power between the ages of 7 to 15, not allowed to have friends, not allowed to go out, um, not really do anything, not allowed to watch TV, not allowed to eat the kind of food that we wanted. We had to sneak food to get enough to eat. And that meaning I gave to that, even though my dad divorced her when I was 16, even though then we were able to have a relationship with our real mom, because while we were in that, we were brainwashed to not be around our real mom. After that, we were able to have these relationships, able to have fun, able to enjoy life. But I always looked back and I was like, why did that happen? I didn't have a childhood. I feel like I didn't have— I wasn't able to really enjoy myself. My last year of high school was the year I was able to have fun, but I was already almost an adult then. Why did that happen? What was the meaning to it? And what I found is that was angry and resentful towards my ex-stepmom. Well, guess what happened? I kept attracting people in my life that were very similar to my ex-stepmom because I had a story and a meaning that I gave to that that kept me attached. See, I was attached to a meaning. And therefore I kept experiencing someone in my life like that. It was an ex-girlfriend when I was a teen— when my first girlfriend, really one of my first ones. And then after I broke up with her, I got transferred to a better shoe department in Nordstrom's. That manager was the same personality structure as my ex-stepmom. Then I learned what I'm sharing with you in this video about letting go and changing meaning. And within weeks of learning it, that manager got fired. She was my manager for 3 years. And we tried getting her fired. We tried really hard because she would say things and she'd get away, but she was protected by upper management. That's corporate BS you gotta deal with if you work a corporate job or a job like that, 9 to 5 like that. So what I did is I realized I forgave my ex-stepmom. I let go of the past meaning. And when I let that go, guess what happened? She got fired like that. But really what happened is something shifted within me and then that outer reflection in life was no longer necessary. I no longer needed her to reflect back that old meaning. You see, we get in life that which we are giving meaning to. Even subconsciously, we give meanings to things. If we have a meaning that says that I always have to be fearful of the future, we'll feel anxiety. If we have a meaning or a loss of meaning, we may get depressed. We say things don't have meaning. What's the purpose? What am I here for? Why? What am I worthy of? So the key to this is understanding the attachments and letting go of the attachments that no longer serve. I have a chart of consciousness that will help us understand this more. Let's go into look at that right now. It'll, it'll explain this so much better. All right, so I know you've seen this if you watched my videos before, but this is called the chart of consciousness. You've got shame, fear, anger, courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reasoning, love, joy, peace, and enlightenment. Now the areas that you and I are dealing with to raise our vibration is first off understanding this: our vibration is naturally peace, love, and enlightenment. This is why enlightened people say that enlightenment is not something you attain from the bottom levels. It is something you realize. It's a realization. Now, the thing about this is all we have to do to raise our vibe is to let go of attachment and meaning at the bottom level. So when I was angry, anger right here, when I was angry at my ex-stepmom for the situations I went through, I was attached to a meaning of the past. I was attached to also, I had to become aware that I probably was also attached. I would almost like share, you know, like I'd find myself in conversations with people almost feeling a sense of significance. Like, do you know what I've been through? I've been through all this stuff. And you may hear me share it in my YouTube videos. The reason I do that is so people can understand through stories what I've been through and to see that, you know, if I've been through this, you can too. So it's for that purpose, but I'm not sharing it from a level of, oh, this makes me significant or I'm still angry at my ex-stepmom. So this is the thing to realize is that anything we may be attached to, something like being angry because we feel like it justifies why we experienced what we did. We get a sense of significance from it. You see, we have to become aware of why we're attached to it. If we're attached to fear, we have to be aware that maybe that fear is serving us by keeping us in a little bubble. It's keeping us from stepping into the unknown. You see, this is the way it works is we are attached for some reason. What is the reason we're attached to it? What is the payoff that we're getting? This is what's important to understand. When I was, you know, anything that I've let go of, when I used to take Adderall for ADHD, for example, I was attached to an identity, to a belief system that said I have too much energy. I should feel, you know, like I have to figure out a way of balancing this out. I was to the point to where I would take 4 shots of espresso, I'd be calm. Like that's how, that's how, It had the opposite effect on me, but this is what I did. I looked at that identity, I became aware of my thoughts and my beliefs about myself, and I began to let it go and to reframe it. The power and the way that you get unstuck is through the power of reframing meaning and letting go of past meaning. This is the key to transformation. When I looked at my ex-stepmom situation from 7 to 16 years old, I was angry, I was in fear that somebody else could control me like that. I also had stories and meanings, belief systems around women that said women try to control me. Therefore, it was funny, it was always a woman in my life trying to control me. Then I became aware of that meaning, I changed it, and I've never had to deal with it like that again because I changed the meaning. Now what you do in order to do this, there's two main levels and two ways to raise your vibration. And the first one is meditation and observing. That's neutrality. When I learned how to observe my thoughts, my vibrational set point went on a scale of 1 to 10 from about a 3 consistently. I was feeling a 3 out of 10, 1 feeling not great at all, 10 feeling amazing. And if I would just smoke weed or if I were to drink, I'd feel a 4 or 5 and then I'd jump right back down to the 3. Then what I learned is that as I learned neutrality, I learned how to meditate, how to, how to observe my thoughts. It began to change everything because then I realized, am I— I may think thoughts, but I am not my thoughts. And I was then able to observe the stories and the beliefs about having ADHD and eating Adderall, and I was able to observe my stories around my ex-stepmom and all that. And as I became aware of these things, guess what happened? It completely changed the way that I related to it. I was able to neutralize that negative emotion. Meditation is one of the most powerful things you can do to let go because as you observe your thoughts, you realize you may think thoughts, but you You are not your thoughts. That's the power of this. You think thoughts, but you're not your thoughts. Now, the other part of this that's important to understand is that it's about reasoning. So there's two main shifts that happen on your way raising your vibration. There's neutrality and reasoning. Reasoning is the meaning and the beliefs. It's becoming aware. What are your stories about money? What are your stories about love? What are your stories about success? What are your stories about? What you do for a living. If you believe that you have to work a 9 to 5 job that you hate, then you will. That's what I did. I realized I'm working this 9 to 5 job. Well, this is what I believe. My thoughts, my emotions, and my actions are equal to this reality of me working that 9 to 5 job. What I eventually did is I became aware of that and I began to change my belief system, and then I began to wire in something that was more so connected to my passion, my purpose. Raising your vibration as well is directly connected to you living in your passion, you doing what you love, you creating life on your own terms, you being the star of your own movie. And the way that you do this is you start to become aware of the stories you tell yourself about who you are, about your past, about the people in your life. And as you become aware of those stories, you can then see them for what they are. They are stories, and then you can let them go. But you can't let them go if you think they have power over you. So one of the most powerful things I did is I, I was also able to forgive my ex-stepmom because I realized that she was doing the best she could with where she was. What I mean by that is people only make choices from the level of consciousness they are at. So even my ex-stepmom, even though she's a narcissist and she was very mean, she was treated that way by her dad. Doesn't make it right, but it does help me understand her more. And when I forgave her was when that meaning changed, which is when my life transformed. So forgiveness, ho'oponopono. I don't know if you guys have seen the ho'oponopono meditation that I have. I'll go ahead and link that below, but you listen to that for 21 days, watch how it changes your life. It's 4 simple statements. I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. Those 4 simple statements, guess what it does is it literally cleans out your energetic field and it helps to forgive the past. Everything led you to where you are now. Pressure is what causes spiritual awakening. You're here now because of the pressure of the past. Now, the most important thing to understand though is that this process is really about understanding that everything in life has no built-in meaning other than the meaning we give it. This is the tricky thing. That only has meaning of what we give it, and that's the power. The power's within us. The power's within us, and we can change the meaning based on what our interpretation of it is by making a new choice about who we are. I changed the meaning of my past the painful ex-stepmom situation, having ADHD. I changed that meaning. I have a lot of energy. I don't need Adderall. I ground myself in grass once a day. I channel it by doing what I love. I just wasn't doing what I love before, so of course that energy's kind of hectic. I changed my belief system from I have to work a 9-to-5 job that I hate to I do what I love. I started making YouTube videos while I had that 9-to-5 job, and eventually I was able to pivot because I grew this vision of me going 9 to 5, of me doing what I love, making videos, that became my dominant reality. You can switch any of these by letting go of the attachment. And the way you let go is you become aware of why you're holding on. You might be holding on because of a sense of significance. It justifies your past. You might be holding on because it keeps you safe. But whatever that reason is, when you become aware of it and you let it go, you then become free. If you didn't know, I have something called whatsmyvibration.com that you can go to to calibrate your vibration. It's called your vibrational archetype.
