If you feel ‘TOO MUCH’ or ‘NOT ENOUGH’, Watch THIS...

Feeling too much or not enough comes from childhood shame absorbed during ages 0-7, when your brain absorbs your environment's energy. You can reprogram these beliefs through meditation and inner-child work, meeting that wounded part with acceptance. The Frame Technique is a guided practice to help you feel safe and anchored in your own reality.

Anytime someone feels like they are too much or not enough, they're both based in a form of shame, right? The shame is there's something wrong with me. I'm either not enough or I'm too much, and both are not okay. If you meet someone that is emotionally unavailable, you will be too much to the emotionally unavailable person. So if you are, like, understand you might be too much to certain people. That's not a bad thing. What if you could own that energy and not judge it? Because that also is a self-judgment, right? I'm too much, judgment. And then you attract other people that say, "Yeah, you're too much." Subconsciously, you feel too much. They say, "You're too much," judgment. Now, if you think about this, you will be too much to certain people and you will be just right to the right person. So what if what you thought of as being too much is actually a filter for you to meet the right person? It's actually a filter that says, oh, this person I don't resonate with at a deeper level. Isn't that interesting? There was someone I was coaching on a podcast that I did, and in this podcast, it was someone that was talking about how she feels like, here was her challenge. You may have seen my Instagram story if you follow me on Instagram, but basically what she said is, she said, my challenge is that when I'm on dates, I feel like either I am not enough "Or I feel like I am too much." So it's either I'm not enough and I need to be a certain way in order to get that of someone else's validation, approval, whatever. Or I feel too much. And I said, "What do you mean by too much?" And she said, "Well, if I'm on a date, I like to go deep. I like to have deeper conversations. I'm not talking surface-level things. I'm vulnerable. I express myself." And what ends up happening is I've had men tell me, it's what she said. She said, I've had men tell me before that on a date, it took mental bandwidth just to be in conversation with her. So what she has is she has this belief, this story around being too much. Now, if we look at the inner child energy of this, if someone feels like they're too much or not enough, then as a kid, their needs may have not been met. And also, there may have been one parent that was criticizing, or the kid and child felt criticized, even if it wasn't being criticized towards, they felt like there's something wrong with me and I am too much. Now imagine that if mom or dad wasn't able to meet your needs, or imagine you're going through a hormonal time as a teenager and dad is like, "This is too much for me," or just communicates that like non-verbally. "It's too much." And then there's this belief, internalization, "I am too much. There's something wrong with me." And then that belief is carried around in the energetic field and everywhere you go, you meet people that reflect back what you subconsciously believe about yourself. So on one hand, part of her breakthrough was realizing that you could own being too much. The other level and layer is realizing that too much is a judgment that maybe as a kid you felt criticized and you took on that judgment and chose to believe it about yourself. But then eventually what you could do is do the inner child healing where what you do is you focus on being present with the inner child part of you that feels not seen, heard, soothed, or nurtured, or the part of you that feels too much. What if you went back and you talked to that version of you and said, "You're not too much. In fact, you're just right. I can be present with you." And what happens is as you're with that part of you, you may start to accept that part of you. And then not project it out into the world as a reflection. Does that make sense? Because the people you attract in your life are reflecting back to you the stories, the beliefs, and the energy patterns that are subconsciously held on the inside. Now, one of the reasons they're held on the inside is because it allows you to recreate the same familiar dynamics over and over again with people in your life. So if you feel shame on the inside that has not been processed, and shame means there's something wrong with me, you will attract people into your life that reflect that back. Either you won't attract people that can emotionally meet you at a deep level, or you'll attract people at a surface level. Or if you have a belief that people are controlling and you need to protect yourself from them, you will attract people into your life to reflect back that belief. But where is that belief? Is it in outer reality or is it in inner reality that's being projected on the outer? You see, this is where transformation happens because this is when you own the unprocessed energy. This is when you own and accept it. This is when you own the story. But you see, the story is subconscious. It's a subconscious story because when we're younger, between the ages of 0 to 7, we're in primarily a theta brainwave state. And when we're in a theta brainwave state, guess what happens? You are just absorbing the energy of your environment. So if dad or mom or someone says, "Oh, you're too much. You're being too much right now." Children are meant to be seen and not heard. You're too much. Don't talk at the dinner table. You're too much. I'm too much. Then you go out on dates like years later and you're like, am I too much? I'm too much. I believe I'm too much. I'll play small or I'll express myself and get criticized. These are all subconscious beliefs we may have taken on that are on autopilot. So here's the thing. When you are younger in theta state, theta brainwave state, you absorb the energy of your environment, you internalize everything. Mom and dad divorce, it means there's something wrong with me. Internalization. But then what happens is as you get older, you go from theta to alpha to eventually as pre-puberty, you start hitting more beta brainwaves, which is much more less influencing of the subconscious. So what a lot of people do, this is why inner child healing is so powerful, by the way. With inner child healing and especially using the power of meditation, you go back to that part of you that's locked in your timeline, that's locked in that theta state of those subconscious beliefs and patterns, and you're able to close the loop, but you're also able to soothe and hear and see that part of you. Now, how do you get into a theta state? How do you do it? Well, one way is through meditation. Meditating allows you to get there, and that's one thing that we do in a lot of this kind of work is meditations. There's also that of right before you go to bed at night, 30 minutes before you could fall asleep. 30 minutes when you wake up in the morning, you're drifting. When you go to bed at night, you're drifting from beta to alpha to theta state, and then you're asleep in theta state. So as that 30 minutes, you feel, you visualize, and you prime yourself for the emotions you want to experience, the subconscious identities and beliefs that you want to embody. And when you wake up in the morning, you do the same thing. You're moving from theta to alpha to beta. That 30-minute window, right when you go to bed, right when you wake up, very powerful time to visualize, to feel what you want to experience. And understand that the feeling is what is the language of your subconscious mind. You can think— this doesn't have to be a thinking process where you're trying to figure out every little thing about your childhood, every little belief or meaning you have. It's more about priming yourself and feeling it as if you are the version of you you wanna be now, and understanding that a lot of the things in outer reality are the excuses that allow you to feel the emotions that are familiar. Do you get that? Literally, most of what you experience on the outside, even the stuff that's injustice, even the stuff that's not the way you want it, you get a dirty high because it is allowing you to feel familiar emotion and energy. So it may be familiar for some people to attract emotionally unavailable people because that's what they know. And what happens when you then attract somebody that actually is emotionally available? It's gonna bring stuff up for you. You're gonna say, I'm not interested in them. I want this person over here. That's normal. This feels normal for. You're gonna look at that person that's emotionally available and go, "This looks boring. It's not bringing up all these really, really highs or these really, really lows. Boring." So understand this is where the awareness is. This is where the power is. Because as you start to become aware of this energy, this is where the power really begins. Now, if you want to learn step by step how to apply the Frame Technique to feel safe in your own reality, to feel confident in your own frame, then I show step by step in a free YouTube video how to apply the Frame Technique. It's a guided meditation process where I explain it along the way. It's a meditation that is very easy to do, requires no meditation experience. So if you want to check out that video, I'm going to go ahead and put the Frame Technique right here. Welcome to the Frame Technique meditation and activation.
