Some of the greatest medicine you can have for transformation is actually leaning into the uncomfortable emotions. It's leaning into the anxiety, leaning into the fear, doing things that evoke that into you because that pressure gives you the ability to become aware of something you were priorly unaware of. Does that make sense? So if you're unaware of it, it's just kind of under the surface. I'll play small. I'll be quiet. I'll just be like in this, I'll be the good person that's just over here minding my own opinion, not taking up space, not needing to be seen. But what ends up happening is you end up robbing yourself from the joy, from the passion, from the boldness that is actually inside of you.
