In this instructional video, Aaron Doughty explains how the concepts of parallel realities and the law of attraction intersect and how viewers can use both ideas for personal transformation. He begins by describing the quantum‑physics‑inspired notion that an infinite number of parallel realities exist, each representing every possible version of our lives. By recognizing that only the present moment is real, we can consciously shift toward the reality we prefer by vividly imagining our ideal self—body language, habits, relationships, and daily routines—and then mirroring those qualities through action and feeling. Doughty then reframes the law of attraction in neuroscientific terms, linking it to the brain’s reticular activating system (RAS) which filters experiences toward what we focus on. He argues that thinking, feeling, and acting as if we already embody our desired state naturally draws corresponding experiences, making the law of attraction a by‑product of brain function rather than mystical magic. The two frameworks reinforce each other: letting go of limiting past narratives frees us from “stuck” realities, while embodying our preferred self creates the internal resonance that the RAS amplifies, thereby attracting external circumstances that match. Practical guidance includes (1) imagining the best version of yourself, (2) adopting the associated body language and habits, (3) taking concrete actions aligned with that identity, and (4) feeling the emotions of already having what you desire, all while releasing old stories that generate resistance. The video concludes with a call to apply these steps to shift into more desirable parallel realities and manifest desired outcomes.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now on this video, I'll be sharing with you how parallel realities collaborate or correlate with the law of attraction. This was something that I was asked. On, I think, Instagram, and somebody asked me how that relates to the law of attraction and really how can they understand it and really combine the ideas together. Well, in this video, I'm going to show you how to transform the way that you look at this whole process so that you can really have a better understanding of how you can let go of what doesn't serve to be who you prefer to be. So before I get into it, let me first off give you the context for the idea of parallel realities, and then the idea of the law of attraction. Now the first idea of parallel realities comes in and understanding, and this is something that quantum physics is starting to show and has been showing for a while actually, is that we live within an infinite number of parallel realities. Now the idea behind this is that every possible parallel reality that we can imagine exists right now in this moment, that when I go like this, what I am really doing is shifting between billions of parallel realities and that the only reason we're able to see it as one continuous motion is because we have continuity and we have the perception of time. Now the idea is that because every single little part of this is a separate reality, what we can learn to do is to shift to the parallel reality that we prefer. Now the way we do that is first off knowing that every possible reality exists that we can possibly imagine and that the parallel reality that you would prefer to live in, the best possible one that you can imagine exists right now in this moment. And the way we know that the only moment is now exists is because we know that it's the only place we can really have an experience. If you remember past experiences, you do it now. And when it was those past experiences, it was the moment of now. We can only remember it using our brain. The idea is that we can only look to the future with our imagination. So once again, we're using our brain in the moment right now to project it to somewhere else. But the idea is that the only moment that exists is now. So the idea is to imagine the best version of yourself. Imagine how you would be acting. Imagine the kind of body language you would have. Imagine the people you would surround yourself with, the kind of books you would read, the morning routine you would have, and then what you can begin to do is to literally literally mirror that version of you and start to make that a part of who you are. Take action and doing what you would need to do to build that as to who you are. So maybe what you'd be doing as your passion for a living. And as you do that more and more, you start to align yourself to making that a part of your reality. And the idea is that every time you take action, every time you start to feel as if that is who you are and you're taking action with it, you're shifting through parallel realities with the continuous motion of time, but you're getting yourself to that place and to that experience. Now, the idea behind understanding the law of attraction is thinking and knowing that we attract more of what we are, and you could even put this in a very sciencey base of knowing that the RAS, the reticular activating system in our brain, will always look for patterns of what we're focused on. So you might notice if you buy a certain car or you're thinking about buying a certain car, that all of a sudden you see it everywhere. And then essentially what you're doing is you're attracting yourself towards seeing more of those. But at the fundamental level, your brain is looking for those patterns. And the reason I explain it like this is to take the woo-woo out of the law of attraction. It's more so that you attract more of what you're focused on because that's simply the way the brain works. Now with this, the idea is that thinking and feeling a certain way and being a certain way, so aligning how we think, how we feel and how we act, the more that we do that, the more that we get ourselves to attract that which we want in our life. Now, the reason I like understanding parallel realities more is because when we come to understand it, we can really learn how to drop the story that doesn't serve us. The idea is because since every individual frame is a completely different reality, we can choose to learn from our past experiences, but to simply let it go, and as we let go of that story, we start to let go of the emotional baggage that comes with it, which means that if we have emotional baggage, we're recreating similar patterns over and over again. And in a way that's keeping us within a certain type of parallel reality. But the idea is that when we let it go, we allow ourselves to really be who we prefer to be, and that's when everything begins to change. And even looking back, our past will begin to look different because as we change in the present moment, we change the way our brain works. We change how we relate to our past. Now the idea with the law of attraction is that we are many times are focused on attracting something that is outside of us into our experience, and many times that will cause resistance because if we don't think and know that we have it already, we end up creating resistance in our body, which ends up negating that actually coming into our experience. Now the idea behind this is that to fix that, the idea is to embody the emotions of being who we prefer to be without the necessity that the external reality, it has to be there already. The idea is that we're in a way looking at a mirror, and when you look at a mirror, you know that you must first change before the mirror changes. And by knowing that what we want isn't over there, it's within us. And when we start to feel that way, when we start to embody those actions, that's when we start to get ourselves to attracting those things that we prefer and experiences into our life. So the idea is that they both correlate with each other, and if we see more of and shift the idea of shifting of parallel realities with attracting, we could in a way understand it from that point of view. However, the way that I prefer to look at it is that we are shifting through different parallel realities, that as we embody who we prefer, to be, we are then creating more of that in our life. And the idea behind the law of attraction is it's just a natural byproduct of the way our brain works and the way everything in our life works. So I hope this video helps you understand more of the process and how you can really apply it to let go of what doesn't serve you to be who you prefer to be. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it. If you have not already. And as always, I will see you guys on the next vid. Peace, much love, namaste. Alright, bye.
