In this instructional video, Aaron Doughty shares a concise, step‑by‑step method he claims is the most effective way to induce lucid dreaming within a few days. He begins by establishing his credibility—five years of occasional lucid dreaming and personal success with the technique. The core of the method involves selecting a small, personally meaningful object (e.g., a quartz crystal pyramid) that symbolizes the viewer’s passion and staring at it for about five minutes each night for seven consecutive nights while setting a dual intention: to remember morning dreams and to see the object within the dream. After the first week, a second, starkly contrasting object (e.g., a nail or hairpin) is added beside the original, and the same five‑minute nightly focus continues for another seven nights. The contrasting object is meant to be jarring and unmistakably signal to the dreamer that they are dreaming when it appears in the dream, thereby triggering lucidity. Aaron reports that, for him, results typically appear within four to five days of starting the practice, though timelines can vary from a single day to two weeks. He emphasizes consistency, the power of intention, and the flexibility to use any small symbolic item. The video concludes with a call to action for viewers to like, share, and subscribe, and ends with a friendly sign‑off.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'll be sharing with you the most powerful technique that I have found to lucid dream tonight. Now I've been lucid dreaming for about 5 years off and on, and I find that doing this technique has been the most powerful one that I have found and also the one that I've recommended to the most amount of people that people have had the best experience with. Now I did a prior video on the experience that I had, but what I wanted to do was to put that in a short video that just gets right into the technique. So 43 seconds in, here we go. The technique is simply this. What you're going to do is you're going to get some type of object. Now this could be a very small object, maybe about this size, give or take, and what you're going to do is have this object be representative of your passion. It could just be some type of symbol. For me, I used this, I think it was a quartz crystal that I started off with using, and it was in the shape of a pyramid. And what I did is I looked at that, and what you're going to do is for 7 days straight, about 5 minutes a night before you go to bed, what you're going to do is stare at this object. And what you're going to do is you're going to have an intention to, one, remember your dreams when you wake up in the morning, but also, two, you're going to have an intention that you see that when you are in your dream. You're going to have an intention that as you look at it, you know underneath what you're doing, that when you go to bed at night, you're going to see it in your dream. Now what you're going to do is you're going to do that and just stare at the object for 5 minutes a night. You're going to do that for 7 days straight. Now this doesn't mean that it's going to take this amount of time for you to start lucid dreaming. Just do this every single night and as you do it, it gets easier and easier. Now what you're going to do at the end of that 7 days is you're going to add one other object to it. The other object that you can add can be a something that is the exact opposite representation of that. So it could be a nail, like a spiky nail. It could be— and by nail, I don't mean my fingernail. I mean like maybe like— or maybe it could be a fingernail, but meaning like a nail that you'd put into like a 2x4, or you could have it be some type of, you know, hairpins in a weird way, or anything that you could think of that would be the exact opposite of that representation. Something that would shock you if you saw it that's so different from that one object that when you put it next to it, it just completely seems nonsensical and it also just kind of will jar you awake. Now the idea is that for the next 7 days you're going to have that one object that you had and you're right next to it. You're going to put the other object and you're going to stare at that 5 minutes every night before you go to bed. You're going to do that for 7 days. Now what will happen in this process is when you have the intention every night to see those objects in your dream, what will happen is at some point, could be within the first week and it could be within the second week, you're going to jar yourself awake inside of the dream because those objects will represent the idea of lucid dreaming to you. Now the idea behind the nail or whatever object you use is the idea that when you see it, it is so far different from the other one that you simply know and have the intention that when you see it, you will remember that you are dreaming. So the idea The idea is that if you do this every single night, you will find that after a couple days you might have results. After a day you might have results, and after 2 weeks you might have results. But what I found is, generally speaking, for me it happened within the first probably 4 or 5 days that I started doing it. With these objects, you can use anything that represents your passion. Just have it be smaller. It could be something, piece of jewelry, it could be a crystal like what I used. I used a little like pyramid quartz crystal that I had. And then what I used for the other one was a nail just because it was so far different. It was almost like two nails that were crossed in like this that was just sitting next to it. And I did that within 4 days. That's when I started getting results with it. So realize the most powerful part of this process is having the intention when you go to bed that you're going to see these objects when you are sleeping and that when you see them it will jar you Awake. Do this, do it consistently. It gets easier as you go, and at the very least, every night before you go to bed, even if you don't have time for all of this, just simply set the intention that you'll remember your dreams when you wake up, and then you'll be able to do that as well. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it, share it if you found it of value, and as always, see you guys on the next video. Peace, much love, namaste. Alright. Goodbye.
