Once You LET GO like this, Your Vibration will Raise Instantly

Aaron Doughty explains how fear, guilt, and shame suppress your natural high vibration like a cork held underwater. He shares tools to release these emotions: writing and burning letters, empty-chair technique, and somatic breathwork. Letting go of familiar patterns, not denying them, raises your vibration.

Your dominant vibration is naturally high. You naturally have a high level of consciousness. Feeling love, feeling joy, feeling peace is a natural part of your vibration. The only reason you may not be experiencing the naturally high level of vibration of who you are is because there's some form of attachment that is holding you in survival emotions, in emotions like fear, guilt, anger, shame. And what happens is when you let go of these emotions, your vibration will naturally rise back up because that's who you naturally are. It's that old school analogy of having a cork bobbing on the top of the ocean. You hold it under the surface of the water, you give it resistance, you attach underneath the water to it, and you know, it's like, well, how do you raise it back up? How do you get the cork to go back up to the surface of the ocean? You simply let go and it naturally raises back up. Now, when you learn how to change what is called your dominant vibration, that is when your life really begins to change. Now remember though, your dominant vibration is naturally high. You don't have to learn how to raise it, which is why raising your vibration is kind of a funny idea because really it's more of a letting go than it is a raising it up. And this also helps you understand more of the mechanics of how reality actually works. Because interestingly enough, most people wonder why they keep finding themselves under the surface of the ocean. They find themselves making a little bit of shift in energy and then falling back into the old. Maybe you've had that happen before where you make a little bit of a shift, you become aware of something, you let something go, you feel this new elevated emotion, but then it falls back into the familiar. Now, one of the interesting things about this whole concept is, and what I'm gonna be sharing with you in this video, is how to stop doing that, how to stop going and reverting back to the familiar old dominant vibration, and how to embody the dominant vibration of who you really came here to be. Because ultimately what has happened is that has become familiar. It has become familiar. We attract people into our life to reflect back to us familiar emotions that we are used to. This is why sometimes people attract controlling people into their lives and they go, "I don't wanna attract controlling people into my life. Why am I doing this? It just keeps happening." Subconsciously, someone may only feel really safe and familiar around somebody that is challenging or that is controlling. Back in 20, I don't even know what year this was, when my dad divorced my ex-stepmom, I had an experience of that where I had a controlling, manipulative person in my life. All of a sudden, within a couple days, no longer in my life, no longer had to see her ever again. I went from not allowed to have friends, having to earn going to school activities, sneaking enough food just to get enough food to eat, to all of a sudden having an abundance of food, able to hang out with friends, allowed to play video games, allowed to watch television, not locked outside of the house doing yard work all day. And weirdly enough, there was something that felt anxious about that. I remember literally feeling anxiety, like, I can do anything I want now, but why does this feel so weird? Well, don't worry. The subconscious brought people into my life to reflect back that old pattern. Because I remember feeling like, I didn't miss her, but I missed the safety that came even though I had to sneak enough food to get enough food to eat, even though I had to like, Basically always be on my toes, but there's something that felt very known, that felt very certainty. So then after my ex-stepmom left when I was 17, I attracted controlling girlfriend for a few years, broke up with her, then guess who I attracted? A manager that was controlling. That dynamic was always in my life because it was familiar. I was in a way, you see, the challenge is that a lot of times we don't realize We want it. There's a payoff for doing it, just like there's a payoff for holding us under the surface of the ocean. The payoff might be, I'm used to this. I am used to being under the surface of the ocean. I have learned to adapt. Maybe it's like you've gotta get a snorkel and you gotta breathe for a minute and then stay under the water and then breathe for a minute and then stay under the water. And you just got used to that. Or what will I do with my time if I don't have to breathe and then come back? But I'm like, it's not natural for you to be having to do that over and over again. Come up above the surface where you can naturally breathe and you don't have to have all of that energy. But what feels familiar is what we will create. And until we take responsibility for it and become aware of the payoff, we will continue to live in it. Part of this video I was gonna make was gonna be on how to like break out of the matrix. And I was thinking the way I was gonna start that video is how do you break out of a matrix if you don't and aren't even aware that you're in it? It's an interesting concept because many people live within the prison of their own belief systems but aren't even aware of it. So we fight for familiar. You may be subconsciously, like think about this, someone that says, I want to attract a healthy relationship, but what if somebody that would reflect that healthy dynamic back to you, what if a healthy relationship to you is actually a more calm relationship that isn't so butterflies and really, really highs and really, really lows? Because sometimes what people think is love is high dopamine spikes because when they were a kid, what was familiar? Having sporadic displays of affection of love that came and went. So then if you're attract— if you're dating someone and they don't have this high pattern of high highs and low lows, you're like, this isn't even love, this is boring. But you see, that's where the power comes is from realizing, wait, I keep choosing people that don't choose me because I'm addicted to the emotion of trying to prove myself. You see, the familiarized emotions may be shame, fear, guilt, and anger. So to have a— and there may be a dopamine addiction to those emotions. But remember, in order to feel love, joy, and peace, You have to be willing to feel, heal, and let go of the emotions that have been on autopilot. This is a big, let's talk about toxic positivity for a second, 'cause when we talk about raising vibration, this is who you naturally are. I'm not talking about deluding yourself and then thinking positive affirmations and then saying, I am joy, I am love, this is what I feel, and then if there's something negative to look at, you're like, I'm not gonna look at that. I don't wanna surround myself and have to feel this emotion. I'm just gonna look at this really positive emotion. And then there's this energy of not actually expressing your true self and even the negative emotions because I just wanna feel positive emotions. However, the way it works is emotions are not bad or good. The more range and the more ability you can integrate the lower vibrational emotions, the more you will be able to then feel the higher vibrational emotions. So this isn't about deluding and excluding ourselves from feeling emotions that are coming up to be felt. Have you ever met somebody that's like, They're saying one thing, but you're feeling another coming from them. This reminds me of Lego Movie. If you've ever seen Lego Movie, Hello Kitty, there's this character where it's like, she's like, I am doing awesome. I am just so great. And then at the end of the movie, she like goes into this explosion of energy of all of this incredible power, but this suppressed energy, she's been suppressed for so long. I'm just so awesome. I just have this rage, rage. And there's this energy that is power, that rage, that anger is powerful. But if you don't let yourself feel it, guess what? It's gonna be harder to feel the positive emotions because there's this repressed energy on the inside that wants expression. And how is it gonna find expression? Where it's gonna attract people that continue to poke at your rage. So it's interesting. Because the medicine is actually to be able to feel the emotions that have been unfelt from the past. Now, if as a kid, feeling anger was not acceptable, I had to learn to allow myself to feel anger because when I was growing up, I had an angry ex-stepmom that was controlling and manipulative. And to me, anger was a very negative thing. And if I ever, a few times expressed anger, wasn't allowed to really have an opinion about the whole control dynamic, about having to sneak food, not allowed to have friends. Like if I were to speak or say something about that, I could get hit or in trouble. So sharing and being vulnerable with emotion was bad. Just hold it in, just hold it in. And then there's this energy on the inside because there was this association that anger is bad, that tension is bad. It's become familiarized to hold it on the inside. Now, here's the interesting thing about this. People that are afraid of tension, so something I had to learn, I had to learn to become comfortable with tension and to realize tension is good. Tension allows growth. Tension means expression. Tension means vulnerability. Like when you express how you feel to someone else, that may cause tension. But guess what? When you're living by the values of vulnerability and authenticity, instead of living by the value of dancing around people's emotions or wanting their validation and approval, you feel more free. So there's a conscious choice that you have to make in this process of becoming aware of these familiarized emotions. Am I gonna live by approval, validation, and the old emotions that were keeping me safe in childhood? Or am I going to express myself? Am I going to be authentic? Am I gonna be vulnerable? And that's where then you realize that what you really want is to feel and heal the past emotions, but to step into the unknown. I had an experience of this when I did this family constellation therapy when I went to Sedona, and I went specifically for this kind of therapy, and it's a bizarre kind of therapy where what you do is people you've never met before play the energy of people in your family, some of which you may have never met, so that you could become aware of different patterns so that you can in a way feel within, you can heal within your energy the pattern and kind of see things from a different perspective, but also why you're in a new way of being. And my mom's side of the family, I never really knew her mom and dad because they passed away or just weren't around when I was a kid. My mom's dad passed away when I was like 1 or 2, and I don't even remember what happened to the mom. The mom, my mom's mom. But anyways, I never really knew that my mom like ran away from home when she was a kid, barely had a relationship with their parents because of all the abuse that was in her house. So I didn't know much. I knew some things. And my mom passed away about a year ago, a little less than a year ago. So then after this is when I wanted to get this work done, did this kind of like look at the family pattern and stuff. So it wasn't like I just asked my mom questions. But what was interesting is in this dynamic, in this family constellation therapy, there was a moment at the very end where first off, I learned a whole bunch of things about my mom's side of the family that I didn't know before. It was bizarre to see these things played out for these people that know me or know the family. The idea is that the pattern is in the energy field. It's kind of like they're channeling it in a way. But at the very end, I'm laying on the floor. I actually, instead of watching it, I was like laying in the arms of this woman that looked like my mom that was playing the energy of my mom. And I was receiving the love from my mom that I didn't receive when my mom was going through a whole bunch of stuff when she was, when I was a baby. My mom was going through a lot 'cause her dad died. She lost a whole bunch of weight. She was in her head feeling depressed. And there was a feeling of her not being able to meet my needs. And I was tapping into that baby part of myself, but this woman was on the floor and I got into the arms, my head sat in the lap of this woman and it was kind of weird, of course, just 'cause of the dynamic, but also there was like this energy inside of my nervous system that felt very uncomfortable. And this energy came up inside of my heart and it was almost like this sharp pain in my heart and I sat with it and then as I sat with it and felt it, there was this like big expansion of love energy. It was very powerful. I could feel my body shaking and trembling. And what I could tell was that in the past, there was almost a block to emotional availability in love. There was a block to it because it felt so unfamiliar. It felt like a sharp pain in my heart because maybe in the past there was that emotion, but then it went away or something. I don't even completely understand every little thing of why it happened, but I do know the more I sat with that, emotion, the more I felt it, the more it released, the more free I felt afterwards. So I can see though that what was familiar for me was to attract people with that emotional availability. 'Cause sometimes in relationship, I would feel like I was the emotionally unavailable one. 'Cause I'm focused on business, I'm focused on work. And it was something I was always looking at myself and I'm like, huh? And I could tell now that there was a certain degree of myself that was emotionally unavailable, but that was also attracting emotionally unavailable people that may have looked like they weren't, but they were. No judgment. I'm also taking my responsibility, but I can tell that that was the familiar emotion. Then as I started to accept more of this energy inside of myself, it was the unknown, but a more heart-expanded energy, then there's a completely different type of woman that I attract now than compared to what was before. So a big part of elevating your vibration is becoming aware of the pattern, becoming aware of what's been familiarized, and taking responsibility for it and realizing you say you don't want it, but maybe, You did want it because it's familiar. And the key is letting it go. How do you let it go? Do you have to like write a letter to— write a letter and then sign it of all the emotions you've never expressed and then burn it? Is that how you do it? Do you do the empty chair technique from Just Alt Therapy? I have a video on this where you talk to an empty chair and say everything that you didn't feel from the past. Both of those, by the way, I'm kind of knocking on it right now, both those are extremely powerful ways to let go and to clear energy patterns within your field. I have seen some incredible transformations from people from doing these, and they say it has completely changed their life. And if you look at the deeper dynamics of really healing this, by the way, mother, father, child. Write a letter to your mom, write a letter to your dad of how you really felt. Things you never expressed, or have do the empty chair technique where they literally are in an empty chair and you're talking to them and you're saying things from a certain level of power. Watch how different you feel after you do something like this. And then with the letter, you can write it, you can burn it, you could share some of it with your parents if you want, if they're open and able and will receive that. But in general, because those are our first relationships when you come into this reality, So when we talk about changing our dominant vibration, when we heal our energy with mom or heal our energy with dad, that also overlays other aspects of our life. Mother energy many times is reflective of relationships, creative energy. Father is very much purpose, boundaries, protection, money, abundance. Like these areas of our, sometimes these areas of our life will overcompensate in one area maybe to make up for a lack or a feeling of scarcity. So when we begin doing this deep inner work, that's where things really begin to change in a powerful way. And I really encourage you to look at this emotion, to look at this energy, and to realize it is more about letting go than it is about trying to tack on. But part of that letting go is letting yourself feel to heal. I found that breathwork for me has been one of the most powerful modalities I've ever found. I am certified in a specific practice called somatic release breathwork, and I have a free breathwork ceremony. It's about an hour long, it's with music. It was done live originally. If you want this for free, it's not on YouTube because it has music in it and it can't do that, copyright and stuff. If you want for free to check it out, it's free in my High Vibe Tribe community, which is also free. Under the breathwork, there's a somatic release breathwork ceremony there. So I'm gonna go ahead and link that below if you wanna experience that breathwork for free. It's completely transformed my life. I got certified in it, which means I had to do it a few, you know, I had to do it multiple times. It completely changed my life, shifted my outer reality, and I've seen tens of thousands of people over the last couple years go through it in 21-day challenges and live events and stuff, and that's why I got certified in it. So you could check that out below, and if you want another video to show you more about that empty chair technique that I was talking about, it is so powerful, Check it out right here. What if an empty chair was the key to you finally healing
