Remove Subconscious Blocks Holding You Back (Use This Process)

In this self‑help video Aaron Doughty explains how subconscious beliefs and self‑image act as hidden blocks that prevent people from attracting the life they desire. He first outlines two foundational ideas: (1) our beliefs shape reality and we recycle limiting patterns on autopilot, and (2) our self‑image functions like a cybernetic thermostat, constantly pulling us back to a familiar comfort zone. Doughty then introduces a practical visualization process. Viewers are asked to imagine a specific goal (e.g., earning $1 million) and then expand the vision to include the side‑effects such success would bring (taxes, changed friendships, money requests, etc.). By recognizing these side‑effects as neutral consequences rather than threats, the viewer can re‑frame fear, release the associated subconscious block, and consciously adopt a new self‑image. He emphasizes surrendering to awareness, observing emotions, redefining identity in the present moment, and repeatedly wiring the new self‑image through action and gratitude. The video ends with a call to like, subscribe, and a friendly sign‑off.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'll be sharing with you how to remove subconscious blocks that are holding you back from experiencing what you want or attracting what you want. Now, with this process and what I'm going to do is first off share some information that I've shared many times before, but then I'm going to get into some new material and the first two ways that we can go about this of removing the blocks is first off realizing that our beliefs are creating our reality and that our definitions are what shape our experience. So if we have an attachment to a certain level of things always happening to us, a certain addiction to patterns of thought, we may continue through the autopilot mind to recycle those blocks over and over again. And the simple way that you learn to let those go is by first off becoming aware of those unconscious thoughts and thought patterns or thought loops. And then from that point, simply deciding to let them go and knowing that as you do that, you become aware of the next time it happens and you can simply decide to let that perspective go because it no longer serves you. The second way is through understanding our self-image and that if we don't change our self-image, then those blocks will come up. Those blocks will literally be our brain safety mechanism of ensuring that we remain in our own comfort zone, that we remain in that old identity. And when we realize that our self-image for ourselves is what is called a cybernetic function, meaning that just like the thermometer that you might have in your house where it's set at 75 or whatever temperature it is. If maybe it ends up going to a higher temperature, maybe it's at 80 degrees, that will shift on and then start to cool down the house and you may realize that a window was opened or a door was open. The idea is that it is self-regulating back to the temperature that it's programmed to. And in the same way, our self-image works in the same way. We will always make decisions based upon that self-image. Self-image that we have, and cybernetically we will always revert back to that old way of thinking and the old comfort zone for that perspective. Now, if we simply realize that if our intention is to create a certain amount of wealth, a certain amount of money, a certain relationship, if we view ourselves as a single person or somebody that's bad at talking to other people, that will be a block that comes up. And we can learn to really appreciate these blocks because these These blocks are telling us something about ourselves. They are bringing certain things to the surface and allowing us to look at it and then to simply decide that it doesn't serve us anymore and we can then process it rather than have it on autopilot. Now, the new information that I want to give in this video has to do with a simple process and we might say that I want to attract this into my life. Maybe I want to attract more money. I want to attract a certain amount of money saved up or a car or whatever it is. When you start to look at whatever that is, realize that more powerful than focused on the amount of money that we want to create is understanding that we will always create blocks within that unless we start to expand our definitions. And on top of that, We start to realize the emotions that those bring. When we start to look at it from this perspective and we start to really see the grander picture for what we want to create, what we then begin to do is see the side effects that could come from what we want to experience. So let me give you an example, or you can actually do this right now. Think of the best case scenario for what you want to create in your life. It's doing something specific that you want to do for a living and getting paid to do it. Maybe it's being in a certain type of relationship. Maybe it's creating a certain amount of wealth or living in a certain type of house. As you have this vision for yourself, rather than just the money of I want to create and have $1 million, see what that million dollars could bring you. So whatever the amount is, see what that could bring you. See certain scenarios and specifics of what that could bring you. And then you'll start to realize that there's different things that would happen if that happened. So for example, if you started to make, uh, maybe, you know, $1 million a year or whatever it is, you'll realize that something and a side effect of that that will come up is now you have a bigger tax situation to figure out. You might realize that if you were to make that kind of money, many of the friends you'd have would start to view you differently and they might start to become jealous. You might have many people trying to borrow money from you. From you. Uh, you might have people that you used to view as friends start to view you in a completely new way, and you might find that you have to find new friends. Now, maybe not, but as you start to look at this scenario at a more grander perspective, you find that a lot of things that may have been holding you back may have been subconscious beliefs you weren't aware of, and that attachment to not knowing those side effects that would happen could have been what was holding you back. So the way that become— you can become aware of this is by simply doing this type of visualization exercise and realizing that rather than defining those things as negative, so maybe people asking you for money or seeing friends that'll start to view you differently, or maybe that you're going to have to find new friends, uh, you can then realize that rather than having that fear You can redefine that fear into something that is simply a consequence, simply something that you would have to figure out, and then you can realize that you can figure it out and that from that point of view, you start to reframe those little blocks that are holding you back. Now I know that's a very grand example of, you know, making $1 million, but realize that when there's things you want to create in your life, many of the things that hold us back are subconscious beliefs, our attachments, and those are what hold us back from actually experiencing what we want because at that level they are existing within that cybernetic type function. They are trying to maintain the old self-image and the way that we break through this is by first off simply surrendering to the process, which isn't a passive thing. It's just becoming aware that the old self-image that we have has a certain momentum. When we become aware of that, we can learn to simply observe what we're experiencing. We can really process the emotions, and from that point of view, we can start to redefine ourself in the present moment. We can start to have the perspective of the new self-image, and we can start to look at ourselves and who we are being now in a new way, so we can just literally shift our perspective from who we think we are now and to just simply know that we are who we prefer to be in the present moment and that as we begin to take action from that new point of view, we are wiring that new self-image inside of us. Then be grateful for all the blocks that we find because they are showing us something and we can realize that they're nothing more than a consequence of what we are attached to as far as our definitions and what we define to be true. We can then decide decide to let them go and realize that we can then be who we prefer to be. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Feel free to like this video if you liked it. Subscribe if you haven't already. And as always, I will see you guys on the next vid. Peace, much love, namaste. All right, bye.
