In this solo video, Aaron explains how to transform a scarcity mindset into an abundance mindset by recognizing that our experience of lack is a reflection of where we place our focus and the definitions we attach to reality. He introduces the reticular activating system (RAS) as the brain’s selective focus mechanism, arguing that what we concentrate on—whether scarcity or abundance—gets amplified in our lives. Aaron describes how attachment to scarcity‑based language and memories creates a self‑fulfilling prophecy, reinforcing feelings of lack. By becoming aware of these attachments, detaching from limiting definitions, and consciously shifting focus toward abundance, we can rewire our perception, allowing external circumstances to align with the belief that we are always supported. The video concludes with a call to action for viewers to apply this awareness in daily life.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness and my eyes. And in this video I'm going to be speaking to you about how to go from scarcity into abundance, understanding the powerful effects on what we define to be true and how we can use our RAS or or the reticular activating system in our brain to shift our selective focus onto things that reaffirm that we are always supported in our life. Now with this process of understanding how abundance works, realize that the first step is knowing that abundance is all around us. Now I know that seems easy, but the most powerful thing that we can use from this video is knowing that if we are experiencing a lot of scarcity or a lot of lack, that is coming from focus, from attachment to definitions and beliefs, and it's coming from an understanding of this simple idea. Now, that scarcity that we see, that we are focused on, that we believe is a part of our experience, when we become aware of it, we can then realize that we are getting an abundance of lack, an abundance of scarcity, and when we start to see it from this way, we can realize that abundance is a natural reflection of who we are being and what definitions we are attached to. So what this means is that we can automatically start to redefine ourselves from the inside out and simply knowing that abundance is everywhere and that if we are focused on lack, if we are attached to definitions of lack or scarcity, we will see more of that. Now this becomes very empowering because when we become aware that what we're getting is nothing more than a reflection of what we believe to be true or what we focused on, we realize that if we change our focus and the definitions that we have, that everything outside of us will begin to change. Now, at the very core fundamental level of what abundance is, realize our abundance is about our relationship from ourselves to our life experience. Now if we are attached to these definitions, and many times we'll use our language for this that uses metaphors like things don't come easily or there's not enough to go around, when we realize that we have certain level of this subconscious beliefs or of these attachments, we see that the real way to move through it is by detaching from those perspectives and knowing that as we shift our perspective, as we shift our focus, everything then begins to change. And the most powerful one is first off just realizing that we have an abundance of everything. If there's an abundance of lack, then that's from focus. Now realize it's more about understanding that what we experience in our life is a reflection of what we believe to be true and what we're focused on. So going from the scarcity mindset to the abundant mindset is really about this simple awareness that whatever we focus on grows, that whatever definitions we think to be most true, whatever language we have about it is what's going to be reflected back to us. Realize that a lot of times when we get into a state of scarcity, and this has happened to me many times before, is I realized that when I'm in that state of being, the memories that are much easier for me to reel over and over again are memories of that scarcity. So it's almost like as I continue to think those memories of times when it was very things just weren't happening for me, or I was feeling that resistance, the more that I think them, the brighter they become, and the more power that those memories in the past then get brought into the present situation, and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. So the key to this whole video is knowing that we can shift our focus, we can shift our memories for what we're thinking of by simply becoming aware of them and deciding to start to view the abundance in our life. What we call our RAS, or the reticular activating system in our mind, is what is called our selective focus. If we are focused on the lack in our life, we will continue to perpetuate that self-fulfilling prophecy, and we will continue to see it. But if we simply realize and come at it from a perspective that there is enough to go around, we realize that if we're getting lack, we're getting an abundance of lack that's coming from our focus. We can then start to shift it by realizing first off of that paradox, that, that abundance of lack is still abundance, and that if we simply shift our perspective, we then shift our results. So become aware of what you're thinking, become aware of the definitions for the— your relationship to life in general, and start to realize you are always supported. You are supported with your focus, you're supported with your definitions, and what you believe to be true. As you start to align all of these together, you find things start working out for you better. You realize that everything is a reflection, and that as you begin to decide to look at that abundance, you see more of it in your life. So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoy this video.
